1Efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis: a systematic review and Meta-analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (EATCM) on acute gouty arthritis (AGA).METHODS:Six electronic data bases were retrieved from their inception to march 2017.15 randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) were included.The quality of the literatures was assessed according to Cochrane review criteria by using RevMan5.3 software;and related data was counted using Stata14.0 software.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in C-reactiveprotein (CRP) between experimental intervention group and control group [(WMD =1.093,95% C/(-2.514,4.701);P =0.553)].In terms of overall efficacy,the EATCM's treatment group was significantly superior to control group [(OR =3.692;95% CI (2.408,5.661);P <0.001)].The EATCM was better than western medicine treatments or other interventions in reducing the adverse reactions [(OR =0.135;95% CI (0.067,0.274);P < 0.001)].All these funnel plots showed unlikelihood of publishing bias.But due to excessive heterogeneity,the statistical results of serum uric acid and visual analogue scale and CRP between the two groups became uncertain.CONCLUSION:The results indicate that EATCM may have greater overall efficacy with fewer adverse drug reactions,although the evidence is weak owing to the low methodological quality and the small number of the included trials.Huang Xinxing Zhu Zonghua Wu Guang-hui Min Peng Fei Peng Zhu Tao Wang Xuezong Xiao Lianbo 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:12
2Rod-shape inorganic biomimetic mutual-reinforcing MnO2-Au nanozymes for catalysis-enhanced hypoxic tumor therapy显示文摘Biomimetic nanozymes possessing natural enzyme-mimetic activities have been extensively applied in nanocatalytic tumor therapy.However,engineering hybrid biomimetic nanozymes to achieve superior nanozyme activity remained to be an intractable challenge in hypoxic tumors.Herein,a rod-like biomimetic hybrid inorganic MnO2-Au nanozymes are developed,where MnO2 and ultrasmall Au nanoparticles(NPs)are successively deposited on the mesoporous silica nanorod to cooperatively improve the O2 content and thermal sensitivity of hypoxic solid tumors guided by multi-modal imaging.Under the catalyzing of MnO2,the intratumoral H2O2 is decomposed to greatly accelerate O2 generation,which could boost the curative effect of radiation therapy(RT)and further enhance the Au-catalyzed glucose oxidation.Mutually,the Au NPs can steadily and efficiently catalyze the oxidation of glucose in harsh tumor microenvironment,thus sensitizing tumor cells to thermal ablation for mild photothermal therapy and further promoting the catalytic efficiency of MnO2 with the self-supplied H2O2/H+.As a result,this mutual-reinforcing cycle can endow the nanoplatform with accelerated O2 generation,thus alleviating hypoxic environment and further boosting RT effect.Furthermore,acute glucose consuming can induce downregulation expression of heat shock protein(HSP),achieving starvation-promoted mild photothermal therapy.This synthesized hybrid nanozymes proves to be a versatile theranostic agent for nanocatalytic cancer therapy.Lifang Yang Chuchu Ren Min Xu Yilin Song Qianglan Lu Yule Wang Yan Zhu Xinxing Wang Nan Li 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:5
3HPV16E7-HSP70 Hybrid DNA Vaccine Induces E7-Specific Cytotoxic T Cells and Antitumor Immunity显示文摘Using human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E7 as an antigen and Heat Shock Protein 70 as adjuvant, we constructed a DNA vaccine by linking HSP70 gene to E7~ C91G gene. Mice, after being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70, E7~ C91G /HSP70, E7~ C91G , and wild E7 DNA vaccines respectively, produced E7 specific CD8^+ T-cell precursor frequencies of 280.33±2.52, 144.34±4.04, 164.34±5.13 and 82.33±3.51 respectively within every 1×10~5 mouse splenocytes. This proves that E7~ C91G -HSP70 fusion vaccine can significantly enhance the E7 specific cellular immunity within the mice body(p<0.01). After being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70 fusion vaccine, tumor-bearing mice of the group being treated have significantly longer latency and survival periods, comparing with other three categories of E7 vaccines. Experiment shows that this vaccine has a significant effect on enhancing E7 positive tumor-treatment within mice body. After being immunized with E7~ C91G -HSP70 vaccine, there were no pathological changes found in livers, kidneys and spleens of the mice, which proves that the vaccine is quite safe. 4Expression pattern and regulation of head-to-head genes Vps36 and Ckap2 during chicken follicle development显示文摘Vacuolar protein sorting 36(VPS36),a protein primarily known for its role in the Endosomal Sorting Complex Required for Transport pathway,has recently been shown to be linked to chicken reproduction.Previous research showed that Vps36 is significantly downregulated in sexually mature chicken ovaries compared to immature ones.In this study,using real-time quantitative RT-PCR,we investigated the expression pattern of Vps36 and its head-to-head gene Ckap2 mRNA in chicken follicles.Small white follicles were found to have significantly higher expression of Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA than any other sized follicles(P<0.05).The expression of Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA were detected in both granulosa and theca layers of pre-ovulatory follicles,the expression of Ckap2 in theca layers was slightly higher than in granulosa cells.Treatment of small yellow follicles with folliclestimulating hormone and estradiol resulted in a marked decrease of both Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA(P<0.05);however,progesterone,transforming growth factor-β1 and luteinizing hormone induced no significant changes in Vps36 and Ckap2 mRNA expression in these follicles.These results indicate that the head-to-head genes of Vps36 and Ckap2 exhibit similar expression in chicken follicles and are involved in chicken follicle development.Xinxing CUI Chunhong YANG Li KANG Guiyu ZHU Qingqing WEI Yunliang JIANG 2014Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,2:1

9Multi-factor Fusion POI Recommendation Model显示文摘In the context of the rapid development of location-based socialnetworks (LBSN), point of interest (POI) recommendation becomes an importantservice in LBSN. The POI recommendation service aims to recommendsome new places that may be of interest to users, help users to better understandtheir cities, and improve users’ experience of the platform. Although the geographicinfluence, similarity of POIs, and user check-ins information have beenused in the existing work recommended by POI, little existing work consideredcombing the aforementioned information. In this paper, we propose to makerecommendations by combing user ratings with the above information. Wemodel four types of information under a unified POI recommendation frameworkand this model is called extended user preference model based on matrixfactorization, referred to as UPEMF. 10POI Recommendations Using Self-attention Based on Side Information显示文摘Point of interest(POI)recommendation is one of the most important tasks in location-based social networks(LBSN).The existing recommendation methods face two challenges:(1)the cold start problem caused by data sparsity;(2)underutilization of the abundant side information besides user-POI interaction in large-scale data.Recent research shows that a user’s social relationship can be used to solve the cold start problem to some extent.The deep neural network learns users’long term and short term preferences to improve the recommendation quality.Therefore,this paper proposes a POI recommendation model called SSANet,applying side information(S)and self-attention(SA)to provide the high-satisfaction POI recommendations for users.Specifically,first,the user-POI interaction matrix were constructed by users history data to represents the user hidden representation;second,the side information includes rating scores,access frequency,social relationship,and geographic information were used to extract users preference;third,we use self-attention mechanism to learn user long term and short term preference.The experimental results on the real LBSN datasets show that the recommendation performance of the SSANet model is better than the existing POI recommendation model.Chenbo Yue Jinghua Zhu Shuo Zhang Xinxing Ma 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,2:0

12Interest-Forgetting Markov Model for Next-Basket Recommendation显示文摘Recommendation systems provide users with ranked items based on individual’s preferences. Two types of preferences are commonly used to generate ranking lists: long-term preferences which are relatively stable and short-term preferences which are constantly changeable. But short-term preferences have an important real-time impact on individual’s current preferences. In order to predict personalized sequential patterns, the long-term user preferences and the short-term variations in preference need to be jointly considered for both personalization and sequential transitions. In this paper, a IFNR model is proposed to leverage long-term and short-term preferences for Next-Basket recommendation. In IFNR, similarity was used to represent long-term preferences. Personalized Markov model was exploited to mine short-term preferences based on individual’s behavior sequences. Personalized Markov transition matrix is generally very sparse, and thus it integrated Interest-Forgetting attribute, social trust relation and item similarity into personalized Markov model. 13Development and Application of a High-Volume Recycled Powder Solidifying Material for Waterworks Sludge显示文摘Recycled powder(RP)is produced as a by-product during the process of recycling construction and demolition(C&D)wastes,presenting a low additional value.Using RP-based solidifying material can not only improve its utilization efficiency,but also reduce the cost of commercial solidifying materials.To date,this is the best solidifying material utilized to dispose the original waterworks sludge(OWS)with high moisture contents(60%),and the product could be used to fabricate non-fired bricks.This has become a new environment-friendly technology of“using waste to treat waste”.In this paper,the influence of different particle sizes and dosages of RP on the prepared solidifying material was studied.Besides,unconfined compression strength(UCS),volume stability,chemical composition,and heat of hydration,pore structure of the solidifying material were characterized.Then,non-fired bricks were prepared by using the solidifying material,recycled aggregate,and original waterworks sludge.The UCS and softing coefficient(SC)of the non-fired bricks were evaluated.As a result,the 28-day UCS of the solidifying material with optimal(M30)was 35.40 MPa,which could reach 84.37%of Portland cement(PC).The addition of RP increased the volume stability of the solidifying material.The addition of a large amount of RP reduced the heat flux and cumulative heat release of the solidifying material,while its porosity increased.The UCS of non-fired brick(NF20)in 28 days was 15.19 MPa and the SC after 28 days was 78.35%.In conclusion,the preparation of solidifying material using RP could be a promising approach and has a great potential in disposal of original waterworks sludge.Xiang Deng Sudong Hua Fan Xia Yanfang Zhang Dapeng Guo Xinxing Zhu Defei Zhu 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,4:0
