1Pre-trained models for natural language processing: A survey显示文摘Recently, the emergence of pre-trained models(PTMs) has brought natural language processing(NLP) to a new era. In this survey, we provide a comprehensive review of PTMs for NLP. We first briefly introduce language representation learning and its research progress. Then we systematically categorize existing PTMs based on a taxonomy from four different perspectives. Next,we describe how to adapt the knowledge of PTMs to downstream tasks. Finally, we outline some potential directions of PTMs for future research. 4Effect of Organic Matter Type and Maturity on Organic Matter Pore Formation of Transitional Facies Shales: A Case Study on Upper Permian Longtan and Dalong Shales in Middle Yangtze Region, China显示文摘Organic matter(OM)nanopores developed in transitional facies shales,i.e.,the Upper Permian Longtan and Dalong Formations in the Yangtze Platform,China,were investigated to determine the corre-sponding influence of thermal maturity and OM types within the geological conditions.A suite of 16 core samples were taken from Type-Ⅲ Longtan shales and Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales from two wells covering a ma-turity(Ro,vitrinite reflectance)ranging from 1.22%to 1.43%and 2.62%to 2.97%,respectively.Integrated analysis of the shale samples was carried out,including field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),low-pressure N2 and CO2 adsorption,high-pressure CH4 adsorption,and mercury intrusion capillary pressure(MICP)analysis.The fluid inclusions of liquid and gas hydrocarbons trapped in calcite vein samples in Dalong shales of two wells were studied using laser Raman and fluorescence spectroscopy.FE-SEM images indicated that OM pores in different formations varied substantially in terms of shape,size,and distribution density.OM pores in Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales of Well XY1 were mainly micropore,sparsely distributed in the gas-prone kerogen with a spot-like and irregular shape,while bitumen rarely developed observable pores.In contrast,the morphology of OM pores in Type-Ⅲ Longtan shales were significantly different,which was due to differences in the OM type.The primary OM pores in some terrestrial woody debris in Longtan shales had a relatively larger pore diameter,ranging from hundreds of nanometers to a few micrometers and were al-most all rounded in shape,which might be one of the factors contributing to larger pore volume and gas adsorption capacity than Dalong shales of Well XY1.Comparing Dalong shales of Well XY1 with relatively lower thermal maturity,there were abundant spongy-like pores,densely developed in the pyrobitumen in Type-Ⅱ Dalong shales of Well EY1,with an irregular shape and diameter ranging from several to hundreds of nanometers.Many blue fluorescent oil inclusions and a small number of CH4 inclusions mixed with C2H6 could be observed within calcite veins in Dalong shales of Well XY1,whereas only CH4 inclusions could be identified within calcite veins in Dalong shales of Well EJ1.Therefore,thermal maturity not only controlled the type of hydrocarbons generated,but also makes a significant contribution to the formation of OM pores,resulting in larger pore volumes and adsorption capacity of Type-Ⅱ shale samples in the dry gas window.Zhongrui Wu Sheng He Yuanjia Han Gangyi Zhai Xipeng He Zhi Zhou 2020Journal of Earth Science2020,31,2:12
5Effect of ferrovanadium inoculation on microstructure and properties of high speed steel显示文摘The effect of ferrovanadium inoculation on the microstructure and properties of high speed steel (HSS) used for rolls was studied. The results showed that the as-cast eutectic carbide network tends to be broken after ferrovanadium inoculation, and the carbides are changed to rod-like or nodular shape. After heat treatment, the carbides in the inoculated HSS are spheroidized and distributed more uniformly in the matrix. The impact toughness of high speed steel with ferrovanadium inoculation is obviously improved. 6Fabrication of BiOBr-silicone aerogel photocatalyst in an aqueous system with degradation performance by sol-gel method显示文摘It is a challenge to endow the material with the ability to pollutants degradation while maintaining the oil/water separation performance. Herein, the mixed dispersion of BiOBr photocatalyst and silicone sol was adsorbed in melamine foam. Superhydrophobic BiOBr-silicone aerogel(WCA=154°) was obtained through the transfer melamine foam to an autoclave and reaction at 80℃ for 20 h. The prepared superhydrophobic BiOBr-silicone aerogel can effectively remove the water soluble pollutants which remain within the water phase after oil/water separation. The band gap of the superhydrophobic BiOBr-silicone aerogel was calculated to be 2.71 eV, which shows sensitivity to visible light(458 nm). Through mechanism analysis, it is found that the VB position of BiOBr is at 1.07 eV and the position of CB is at-1.64 eV. 8Sawing Performance Comparison of Brazed and Sintered Diamond Wires显示文摘Great attention has been paid on fabricating diamond wire by using the brazing diamond because of its strong chemical bonding strength and controllability of grits distribution. Although several serving performances of brazed diamond wire have been reported, seldom do these studies refer to its process characteristics. Sawing performances of a brazed diamond wire are investigated and compared with those of a sintered diamond wire on a wire saw machine. The surface topographies of beads selected from the two wires are micro observed before sawing. The sawing tests are carried out in constant feed rate feeding(CFF) and constant normal force feeding(CNFF). In CFF test, sawing force, power, and the cut depths of positions on contact curve are measured. Then, coupled with the observations of beads topographies, sawing force and its ratio, relations of power against material removal rate, and contact curve linearity are compared and discussed. In CNFF test, the sawing rates of the two wires are investigated. The results indicate that the brazed wire performs with lower sawing force(less 16% of tangential force and 28% of normal force), more energy efficiency(nearly one-fifth of sawing power is saved), at a higher sawing rate (the rate is doubled) and with better contact curve linearity as compared with the sintered wire. 9EFFECTS OF DIABETES ON HEARING AND COCHLEAR STRUCTURES显示文摘Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a chronic systemic disease characterized by hyperglycemia, with various pathogenic mechanisms. From absolute or relative insulin deficiency, patients with DM often demonstrate various levels of metabolic disorders. Major clinical manifestations of DM include metabolic disorders, vascular lesions, circulatory disturbances and neurologic complications. Along with advances in DM research, reports of DM related tinnitus and hearing impairment have increased continuously. Research on DM related auditory system dysfunction has focused on cochlear microcirculation, cellular homeostasis, genetics and aging. Cochlear microcirculation plays an important role in cochlear physiology and its disorders are associated with many inner ear diseases. Ischemia and subsequent reperfusion seen in cochlear microcirculation disorders are important factors in hearing damage. 10Molecular dynamics simulation of the material removal in the scratching of 4H-SiC and 6H-SiC substrates显示文摘Single crystal silicon carbide(SiC)is widely used for optoelectronics applications.Due to the anisotropic characteristics of single crystal materials,the C face and Si face of single crystal SiC have different physical properties,which may fit for particular application purposes.This paper presents an investigation of the material removal and associated subsurface defects in a set of scratching tests on the C face and Si face of 4H-SiC and 6H-SiC materials using molecular dynamics simulations.The investigation reveals that the sample material deformation consists of plastic,amorphous transformations and dislocation slips that may be prone to brittle split.The results showed that the material removal at the C face is more effective with less amorphous deformation than that at the Si face.Such a phenomenon in scratching relates to the dislocations on the basal plane(0001)of the SiC crystal.Subsurface defects were reduced by applying scratching cut depths equal to integer multiples of a half molecular lattice thickness,which formed a foundation for selecting machining control parameters for the best surface quality.Zige Tian Xun Chen Xipeng Xu 2020International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2020,2,4:3
11Towards understanding the brittle–ductile transition in the extreme manufacturing显示文摘The brittle–ductile transition(BDT) widely exists in the manufacturing with extremely small deformation scale, thermally assisted machining, and high-speed machining. This paper reviews the BDT in extreme manufacturing. The factors affecting the BDT in extreme manufacturing are analyzed, including the deformation scale and deformation temperature induced brittle-to-ductile transition, and the reverse transition induced by grain size and strain rate. A discussion is arranged to explore the mechanisms of BDT and how to improve the machinability based on the BDT. It is proposed that the mutual transition between brittleness and ductility results from the competition between the occurrence of plastic deformation and the propagation of cracks. 12Effect of solution cooling rate on the microstructure and creep deformation mechanism of a rhenium-free second-generation single crystal superalloy显示文摘Various cooling scenarios(water,oil,air and furnace)were employed to study the impacts of the solution cooling rate(SCR)on the microstructure and creep behavior of a novel single-crystal(SX)superalloy.The results showed that the cubic degree and size of theγphases were inversely proportional to the SCR.The creep life first increased and then dropped dramatically with a reduction in the SCR.The creep life of the sample cooled with air cooling(AC)was the highest,up to 144.90 h at 800℃/750 MPa and160.15 h at 1100℃/137 MPa.During creep at 800℃/750 MPa,the improved creep life of the AC sample was mainly attributed to the fine cubicγphases,which decreased the rate ofγ-phase coarsening and favoured plastic deformation by promoting the active movement of dislocations.The AC helped theγphases become rich in Al,Ti and Ta while depleted in Co and Cr,which enhanced its stacking fault energy,thus promoting the formation of dislocation locks.Meanwhile,the largest negative lattice misfit caused by AC induced denserγ/γinterface dislocation networks at 1100℃/137 MPa,which efficiently reduced the minimum creep rate.The calculated average dislocation spacing results indicated that the smallest density of excess dislocations corresponded to the AC sample,proving its greatest creep resistance.Interestingly,the size of the secondaryγphases first decreased and then increased sharply with decreasing SCR during creep at 1100℃/137 MPa,when fine secondaryγphases had a positive role in the blockage of dislocation movement in the matrix.Eventually,the comprehensive SCR effect was explored to provide more guidance in the design of Re-free SX superalloys.Xipeng Tao Yunling Du Xinguang Wang Jie Meng Yizhou Zhou Jinguo Li Xiaofeng Sun 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,36:3
13Dual-axial self-attention network for text classification显示文摘Text classification is an important task in natural language processing and numerous studies aim to improve the accuracy and efficiency of text classification models. In this study, we propose an effective and efficient text classification model which is based on self-attention solely. The recently proposed multidimensional self-attention significantly improved the performance of self-attention. However, existing models suffer from two major limitations:(1) the previous multi-dimensional self-attention models are quite timeconsuming;(2) the dependencies of elements along the feature axis are not taken into account. To overcome these problems, in this paper, a much more computational efficient multi-dimensional self-attention model is proposed, and two parallel self-attention modules, called dual-axial self-attention, are applied to capture rich dependencies along the feature axis as well as the text axis. 14Effect of Songlingxuemaikang(松龄血脉康) on mild essential hypertension in patients: a randomized parallel-controlled study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of songlingxuemaikang(松龄血脉康,SLXMK)on mild essential hypertension in patients in terms of endothelial function.METHODS:We enrolled 90 patients with mild essential hypertension in Xuanwu Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.To evaluate the effects of SLXMK,the 90 patients were randomly assigned at a 2∶1 ratio into 2 groups:the SLXMK group(500 mg per capsule,4500 mg/d,n=60)and the losartan potassium group(50 mg per table,50 mg/d,n=30).The total study period was 12 weeks,and the changes of blood pressure,laboratory test and endothelium function were compared between two groups.RESULTS:After 12 weeks of treatment with SLXMK,blood pressure(BP)and plasma lipid levels significantly improved(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the reactive hyperemia index(RHI)increased in the SLXMK group(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logisticregression analyses examining the association of selected variables with showed that high level of oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)was positively associated with endothelial dysfunction.CONCLUSION:SLXMK not only effectively decreased BP and plasma lipid levels,but also reduced ox-LDL and RHI in patients with mild essential hypertension.And SLXMK might improve endothelial function through decreasing the circulating ox-LDL.ZHU Guohua SUN Xipeng DING Cuntao ZHAO Huan LI Jing HUA Qi 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5:2

16N,P-codoped porous carbon derived from chitosan with hierarchical N-enriched structure and ultra-high specific surface Area toward high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘In this work,a facile'carbonization-activation'strategy is developed to synthesize N,P-codoped hierarchical porous carbon.Phosphoric acid is innovatively introduced during the hydrothermal process to achieve in-situ P doping as well as create abundant pores,and the employment of sodamide is of vital importance to simultaneously serve as activating agent and N-source to succeed a high-level N doping.Thus,the obtained samples exhibit a unique three-dimensional hierarchical structure with an ultra-high specific surface area(3646 m^(2)g^(-1))and ultra-high N-doping level(9.81 at.%).Computational analyses confirm that N,P co-doping and higher N content can enhance active sites and widen potential differences of carbon materials to improve their capacitance.The as-prepared carbon materials demonstrate superior electrochemical performances,such as an ultra-high capacitance of 586 Fg^(-1)at 1 Ag^(-1),a superior rate capability of 409 Fg^(-1)at 20 Ag^(-1),and excellent long-term stability of 97%capacitance retention after10,000 cycles in 6 M KOH.Moreover,an assembled symmetric supercapacitor delivers a high energy density of 28.1 Wh kg^(-1)at the power density of 450 W kg^(-1)in 1 M Na_(2)SO_(4),demonstrating a great potential for applications in supercapacitors.Xipeng Xin Na Song Ruiming Jia Bingnan Wang Hongzhou Dong Shuai Ma Lina Sui Yingjie Chen Qian Zhang Lifeng Dong Liyan Yu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:2
17Experimental investigation on the distribution uniformity and pressure drop of perforated plate distributors for the innovative spray-type packed bed thermal storage显示文摘As an innovative thermal energy technology,the spray-type packed bed has advantages of high efficiency and low cost.A liquid distributor is the key component for the spray-type packed bed for scattering heat-transfer liquid drops evenly.In this study,the distribution performance and pressure drop of the perforated plate distributors of different orifice diameters were studied experimentally.The experimental results indicate that orifice diameter has a greater effect on the distribution performance compared to flow rate.With an increase in flow rate,the flow pattern through the distributor changes from the uncovered drop to the covered drop and then to the jet flow.The covered drop pattern shows the best performance with a good distribution and a small pressure drop simultaneously,which is the design and optimization principle of the distributor for a spray-type packed bed.Lin Lin Liang Wang Xipeng Lin Ningning Xie Haisheng Chen 2022Particuology2022,20,2:2
18Stability of an explicit time-integration algorithm for hybrid tests, considering stiffness hardening behavior显示文摘An explicit unconditionally stable algorithm for hybrid tests,which is developed from the traditional HHT-α algorithm,is proposed.The unconditional stability is first proven by the spectral radius method for a linear system.If the value of α is selected within [-0.5,0],then the algorithm is shown to be unconditionally stable.Next,the root locus method for a discrete dynamic system is applied to analyze the stability of a nonlinear system.The results show that the proposed method is conditionally stable for dynamic systems with stiffness hardening.To improve the stability of the proposed method,the structure stiffness is then identified and updated.Both numerical and pseudo-dynamic tests on a structure with the collision effect prove that the stiffness updating method can effectively improve stability.Wang Tao Zhou Huimeng Zhang Xipeng Ran Tianran 2018Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2018,17,3:2
