2Multi-source image fusion algorithm based on fast weighted guided filter显示文摘In last few years,guided image fusion algorithms become more and more popular.However,the current algorithms cannot solve the halo artifacts.We propose an image fusion algorithm based on fast weighted guided filter.Firstly,the source images are separated into a series of high and low frequency components.Secondly,three visual features of the source image are extracted to construct a decision graph model.Thirdly,a fast weighted guided filter is raised to optimize the result obtained in the previous step and reduce the time complexity by considering the correlation among neighboring pixels.Finally,the image obtained in the previous step is combined with the weight map to realize the image fusion.The proposed algorithm is applied to multi-focus,visible-infrared and multi-modal image respectively and the final results show that the algorithm effectively solves the halo artifacts of the merged images with higher efficiency,and is better than the traditional method considering subjective visual consequent and objective evaluation.WANG Jian YANG Ke REN Ping QIN Chunxia ZHANG Xiufei 2019Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2019,30,5:6
3PSA controls hepatic lipid metabolism by regulating the NRF2 signaling pathway显示文摘The activity of proteinase is reported to correlate with the development and progression of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Puromycin-sensitive aminopeptidase(PSA/NPEPPS)is an integral nontransmembrane enzyme that functions to catalyze the cleavage of amino acids near the N-terminus of polypeptides.A previous study suggested that this enzyme acts as a regulator of neuropeptide activity;however,the metabolic function of this enzyme in the liver has not been explored.Here,we identified the novel role of PSA in hepatic lipid metabolism.Specifically,PSA expression was lower in fatty livers from NAFLD patients and mice(HFD,ob/ob,and db/db).PSA knockdown in cultured hepatocytes exacerbated diet-induced triglyceride accumulation through enhanced lipogenesis and attenuated fatty acid β-oxidation.Moreover,PSA mediated activation of the master regulator of antioxidant response,nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(NRF2),by stabilizing NRF2 protein expression,which further induced downstream antioxidant enzymes to protect the liver from oxidative stress and lipid overload.Accordingly,liver-specific PSA overexpression attenuated hepatic lipid accumulation and steatosis in ob/ob mice.Furthermore,in human liver tissue samples,decreased PSA expression correlated with the progression of NAFLD.Overall,our findings suggest that PSA is a pivotal regulator of hepatic lipid metabolism and its antioxidant function occurs by suppressing NRF2 ubiquitination.Moreover,PSA may be a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for treating NAFLD.Bangliang Huang Xin Xiong Linlin Zhang Xiufei Liu Yuren Wang Xiaoli Gong Qian Sang Yongling Lu Hua Qu Hongting Zheng Yi Zheng 2021Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2021,13,7:4

7A multi-source image fusion algorithm based on gradient regularized convolution sparse representation显示文摘Image fusion based on the sparse representation(SR)has become the primary research direction of the transform domain method.However,the SR-based image fusion algorithm has the characteristics of high computational complexity and neglecting the local features of an image,resulting in limited image detail retention and a high registration misalignment sensitivity.In order to overcome these shortcomings and the noise existing in the image of the fusion process,this paper proposes a new signal decomposition model,namely the multi-source image fusion algorithm of the gradient regularization convolution SR(CSR).The main innovation of this work is using the sparse optimization function to perform two-scale decomposition of the source image to obtain high-frequency components and low-frequency components.The sparse coefficient is obtained by the gradient regularization CSR model,and the sparse coefficient is taken as the maximum value to get the optimal high frequency component of the fused image.The best low frequency component is obtained by using the fusion strategy of the extreme or the average value.The final fused image is obtained by adding two optimal components.Experimental results demonstrate that this method greatly improves the ability to maintain image details and reduces image registration sensitivity.WANG Jian QIN Chunxia ZHANG Xiufei YANG Ke REN Ping 2020Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2020,31,3:0
8Discovery of an orally effective double-stapled peptide for reducing ovariectomy-induced bone loss in mice显示文摘Stapled peptides with significantly enhanced pharmacological profiles have emerged as promising therapeutic molecules due to their remarkable resistance to proteolysis and performance to penetrate cells.The all-hydrocarbon peptide stapling technique has already widely adopted with great success,yielding numerous potent peptide-based molecules.Based on our prior efforts,we conceived and prepared a double-stapled peptide in this study,termed FRNC-1,which effectively attenuated the bone resorption capacity of mature osteoclasts in vitro through specific inhibition of phosphorylated GSK-3β.The double-stapled peptide FRNC-1 displayed notably improved helical contents and resistance to proteolysis than its linear form.Additionally,FRNC-1 effectively prevented osteoclast activation and improved bone density for ovariectomized(OVX)mice after intravenous injection and importantly,after oral(intragastric)administration.The double-stapled peptide FRNC-1 is the first orally effective peptide that has been validated to date as a therapeutic candidate for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Wei Cong Huaxing Shen Xiufei Liao Mengjun Zheng Xianglong Kong Zhe Wang Si Chen Yulei Li Honggang Hu Xiang Li 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,9:0
