1Multi-shelled CuO microboxes for carbon dioxide reduction to ethylene显示文摘The electroreduction of CO2 to valuable chemicals and fuels offers an effective mean for energy storage.Although CO2 has been efficiently converted into C1 products(e.g.,carbon monoxide,formic acid,methane and methanol),its convention into high value-added multicarbon hydrocarbons with high selectivity and activity still remains challenging.Here we demonstrate the formation of multi-shelled CuO microboxes for the efficient and selective electrocatalytic CO2 reduction to C2H4.Such a structure favors the accessibility of catalytically active sites,improves adsorption of reaction intermediate(CO),inhibits the diffusion of produced OH−and promotes C-C coupling reaction.Owing to these unique advantages,the multi-shelled CuO microboxes can effectively convert CO2 into C2H4 with a maximum faradaic efficiency of 51.3%in 0.1 M K2SO4.This work provides an effective way to improve CO2 reduction efficiency via constructing micro-and nanostructures of electrocatalysts.Dongxing Tan Jianling Zhang Lei Yao Xiuniang Tan Xiuyan Cheng Qiang Wan Buxing Han Lirong Zheng Jing Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:6
2Ionic liquids produce heteroatom-doped Pt/TiO2 nanocrystals for efficient photocatalytic hydrogen production显示文摘It is of great importance to develop facile strategies to synthesize catalysts with desirable compositions and structures for high-performance photocatalytic hydrogen generation. In this work, we put forward an ionic liquid assisted one-pot route for the synthesis of heteroatom-doped Pt/TiO2 composite material. This route is simple, environmentally benign and adjustable owing to the designable properties of ionic liquids. The as-synthesized Pt/TiO2 nanocrystals exhibit high activity and stability for the photocatalytic hydrogen generation under simulated solar irradiation. 4Expression of BpPIN is associated with IAA levels and the formation of lobed leaves in Betula pendula ’Dalecartica’显示文摘Auxin polar transport genes PIN(PINFORMED)determine the concentration gradient of auxin in plants.To understand the relationship between the development of different tissues in Betula pendula‘Dalecartica’,BpPIN gene expression and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)content were analyzed using qRT-PCR,ELISA,and GUS staining.Gene expression of BpPIN genes and IAA levels in the leaves,buds,stems,xylem,and roots of B.pendula‘Dalecartica’and B.pendula as a control were measured.BpPIN1,BpPIN5 and BpPIN6 were upregulated during development in both species,suggesting a dominant role in the development of B.pendula‘Dalecartica’leaves.Moreover,BpPIN1 gene expression was positively associated with IAA levels during leaf,vein and petiole development in B.pendula‘Dalecartica’only.The correlation coefficient of the first three leaves was 0.69(P=0.04),while that of the first three petioles was 0.85(P=0.001).In addition,GUS staining of the pro-DR5::GUS transgenic line of cultivar was correlated with the results of BpPIN1 expression.Overall,these findings suggest that BpPIN1 is associated with the formation of lobed leaves in B.pendula‘Dalecartica’.Chang Qu Xiuyan Bian Rui Han Jing Jiang Qibin Yu Guifeng Liu 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,1:3
5Preparation of Dy-Fe Alloy from Dy2O3 Bymolten Salt Electrochemical Process显示文摘Dy-Fe alloy replace dysprosium in the NdFeB permanent material can improve the performance and productivity and cut the cost.The electrolyte is a binary system of molten DyF3-LiF.Iron is cathode and graphite is anode.The raw material is Dy2O3 oxide.The content of dysprosium is (78 ~85 ) ± 1% in the Dy-Fe alloy made by electrolyzing in the industry producing.In the course of electrolyzing the efficiency of current, the alloy formation and the productivity of rare earths by studying the formation of electrolyte, the electrolyzing temperature, the standards and the current density of cathode, the anode shape etc were studied.The conclusion is that we can produce Dy-Fe alloy (the content of dysprosium is (78 ~ 85 ) ± 1% ) in this condition, the efficiency of current is greater than 68 %, and the productivity of rare earth is greater than 92%.The content of oxygen, calcium, wolfram is smaller than the content by reducing.Lin Jirong Han Fujun Zhao Liangzhong Zhang Xiuyan Zhao Fei 2004Journal of Rare Earths2004,22,z1:1

8Twelve-week study of moxa smoke: occupational exposure in female rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the toxicity of moxa smoke in rats.METHODS: Forty-eight female Wister rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n = 12/group) to simulate moxa smoke exposure in Chinese medicine clinics(CMCs): the control group, and three moxa-smoke exposed groups of PM10 mass concentrations 3-5, 7-9 and 27-30 mg/m^3, respectively.These concentrations were 1 ×, 2-3 ×, and 7-9 ×fold the concentrations found in CMCs. Exposures continued for 12 weeks(200 min/d, 5 d/week).RESULTS: No deaths were noted. After the exposure, the body weights, ratios of organ weight to body weight, urinary parameters, hematological parameters, clinical chemistry parameters and microscopic examinations revealed no obvious toxicity.CONCLUSION: Moxa smoke did not induce toxic effects in female rats in the study. 9Simultaneous Photoreduction and Nitrogen Doping of Graphene Oxide for Supercapacitors by Direct Laser Writing显示文摘Graphene-based supercapacitors have attracted tremendous attention owing to their outstanding electrochemical performance. In terms of material, nitrogen(N)-doped graphene(NDG) displays enhanced specific capaci-tance and rate performance compared with bare graphene used as a supercapacitor electrode. However, it still remains a challenge to develop a facile and simple method of NDG in cost-effective manner. Here, we used a simple direct laser writing technique to accomplish the simultaneous photoreduction and N-doping of graphene oxide(GO) using urea as a N source. The N content of the resultant reduced N-doped graphene oxide(NGO) reached a maximum value of 6.37%. All reduced NGO(NRGO)-based supercapacitors exhibited a higher specific capacitance than those based on pure reduced GO(RGO). Interestingly, the electrochemical performance of NRGO-based supercapacitors varied with different contents ofN species. 10High-throughput fluorescent screening of thioredoxin reductase inhibitors to inhibit Mycobacterium tuberculosis显示文摘Tuberculosis(TB)is a chronic infectious disease,which is caused by the pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb)and reemerged as a global health risk with a significant proportion of multi-drug resistant and extensively drug resistant TB cases.It is very urgent to find some novel high-confidence drug targets in Mtb for discovering the effective anti-TB agents.Thioredoxin reductase(TrxR)has been identified to be a highly viable target for anti-TB drugs for its important role in protecting the pathogen from thiol-specific oxidizing stress,regulating intracellular dithiol/disulfide homeostasis and DNA replication and repair.In the present work,a near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe DDAT was developed for the detection of TrxR activity and used to high-throughput screen the TrxR inhibitors from natural products.Two screened TrxR inhibitors from Sappan Lignum and microbial metabolites that were further used to inhibit Mycobacterium tuberculosis.All the results indicate that DDAT is a practical fluorescent molecular tool for the discovery of potential anti-TB drugs.Fei Yan Xin Zhao Ruibo Li Xiuyan Han Qiulong Yan Lei Feng Xiulan Xin Jingnan Cui Xiaochi Ma 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0
11Amorphous NH_(2)-MIL-68 as an efficient electro-and photo-catalyst for CO_(2)conversion reactions显示文摘To produce metal-organic framework(MOF)catalysts with both high activity and durability is interesting but challenging.We report an amorphous MOF(NH_(2)-MIL-68),which combines the advantages of(1)a large number of open metal sites,(2)the basic building blocks and connectivity of crystalline NH_(2)-MIL-68,and(3)hierarchically meso-and microporous structure.It exhibits high performances in electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2)and photochemical cycloaddition of CO_(2)under mild conditions.For the former reaction,the maximum Faradaic efficiency for product formic acid(FEHCOOH)reaches 93.3%with a current density of 34.2 mA·cm^(−2)at^(−2).05 V vs.Ag/Ag+catalyzed by amorphous NH_(2)-MIL-68,while the crystalline NH_(2)-MIL-68 shows FEHCOOH of 67.7%with considerable productions of CO and H_(2)at the same experimental conditions.For the photochemical cycloaddition of CO_(2)with styrene oxide,the yield by amorphous NH_(2)-MIL-68 can reach 94.1%at 12 h,which is higher than the reported value under similar conditions.The structure–efficiency relationship of the catalyst for the two reactions was investigated.This work opens up new possibility for designing high-performance MOF and MOF-based catalysts.Lifei Liu Jianling Zhang Xiuyan Cheng Mingzhao Xu Xinchen Kang Qiang Wan Buxing Han Ningning Wu Lirong Zheng Chenyan Ma 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
