| 1 | Numerical simulation on the evolution of sediment waves caused by turbidity currents显示文摘Interest in the forming mechanism of sediment waves increases recently because of its significance on submarine engineering, sedimentary dynamics and hydrocarbon reservoir prediction in deep water. In this paper, the time-averaged continuity equations and Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are applied in the numerical simulation of fluid dynamics. The modeling results are used to illuminate the effects of topography on turbidity current and explore the origin of submarine sediment waves. The research results show that (1) deposition occurs firstly at the lower ramp due to the deceleration of fluid, increase of density, loss of flow capacity and longer duration of flow passage; (2) density increase at the upslope due to the local jam results in velocity decrease and pressure increase; (3) sediment waves begin to be formed and migrated toward upstream in an area far away from the source with in- crease of the turbidity events; (4) deposition becomes more slowly with decrease of grain sizes, but the shape and sequences of these deposits are controlled by topography, not grain size. | JIANG mao XIE XiNong TANG SuLin ZHANG Cheng DU XueBin | 2007 | Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,17: | 3 |

| 3 | Th17/Treg balance and factors related to autoimmune hepatitis显示文摘Background:Although Th17 cells and regulatory T cells play critical roles in autoimmune hepatitis,the balance between them in acute and chronic immune hepatitis is not well‐studied.The objective of this study was to explore the role of Th17/Treg balance in autoimmune hepatitis.Methods:Thirty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following three groups:acute model(AC),chronic model(CC),and healthy control(HC).Aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,and bilirubin levels were measured.Peripheral blood interleukin(IL)‐17,IL‐6,IL‐10,and transforming growth factor‐βcytokine levels were also assessed.Flow cytometry was used to detect changes in the Th17 cell and Treg cell frequency,and the Th17/Treg ratio was calculated.Results:The frequency of Th17 cells and Treg cells were both increased(p<0.05)and the Th17/Treg ratio was higher in the AC group compared with those in the HC group(p<0.05).Th17 cell levels were significantly lower and Treg cell levels were significantly higher in the CC group,compared with those in the AC group(p<0.05).In addition,the Th17/Treg ratio was lower in the CC group compared with that in the HC group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The Th17/Treg ratio was increased in the acute immune liver injury model and decreased in the chronic liver injury model.Th17/Treg imbalance may play a critical role in liver injury occurrence and development. | Miao Xue Junshuai Feng Aimin Yang Liping Gao Xuebin Peng Ni Jiang Xiaorong Mao | 2022 | Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2022,2,4: | 1 |
| 4 | MoS_(2)/MoO_(2) nanosheets anchored on carbon cloth for high-performance magnesium-and sodium-ion storage显示文摘Developing new types of rechargeable metal-ion batteries beyond lithium-ions,including alkaline ion(such as Na+,K+)and multivalent ion(such as Mg 2+,Zn 2+,Ca 2+and Al 3+)batteries,is progressing quickly towards large-scale energy storage systems.However,the major obstacle to their large-scale applications has been a lack of appropriate electrode materials with reversible metal ions insertion/extraction be-havior,resulting in inferior electrochemical performance.Here we develop a well-designed MoS_(2)/MoO_(2) hybrid nanosheets anchored on carbon cloth(MoS_(2)/MoO_(2)/CC)as electrode materials.This rational de-sign can effectively shorten ion diffusion distance,increase electric conductivity of the electrode,and buffer volume change.Benefiting from the synergistic effect of structural and compositional features,the MoS_(2)/MoO_(2)/CC electrode exhibits high initial reversible capacities(326 mA h g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;1270 mA h g^(−1) at 0.1 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage),excellent rate capacities(57 mA h g^(−1) at 10 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;335 mA h g^(−1) at 5 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage)and long-term cycling stability(105 mA h g^(−1) after 600 cycle at 1 A g^(−1) in magnesium-ion storage;208 mA h g^(−1) after 600 cycles at 5 A g^(−1) in sodium-ion storage).We expect that the multi-engineering strategy will provide some valuable insights for the development of other advanced electrode materials for high-performance metal-ion batteries. | Hui Wu Zhennan Xiong Yiyang Mao Huihui Zhang Yingying Hu Jun Shen Baofeng Wang Xuebin Yu | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,12: | 0 |

| 6 | Detection of Plasmid-Mediated Tigecycline Resistance Gene tet(X4) in a Salmonella enterica Serovar Llandoff Isolate显示文摘The emergence and spread of plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance genes have attracted extensive attention worldwide.We investigated the distribution of mobile tigecycline resistance genes in Salmonella genomes generated by both our laboratory and public bacterial genomes downloaded from the NCBI GenBank.The tet(X4)-positive strains were subjected to susceptibility testing and conjugation assays.The genetic features of the tet(X4)-bearing plasmid sequence were analyzed.Here,we report the identification of the plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance gene tet(X4)in a conjugative plasmid of the Salmonella enterica serovar Llandoff strain SH16G3606,isolated from a man in China in 2016,the first reported serovar Llandoff in China as a novel sequence type ST8300.The tet(X4)-mediated resistance phenotype was successfully transferred from the Salmonella Llandoff strain into Escherichia coli J53,resulting in a 32-fold increase in the minimal inhibitory concentration of tigecycline.The tet(X4)gene was located between two copies of ISCR2 in the plasmid pSal21GXH-tetX4.To our knowledge,this is the first report of the plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance gene tet(X4)in a Salmonella Llandoff strain isolated from a human stool sample in China.In addition,our findings demonstrated that a total of 171 isolates are carrying tet(X)-like genes distributed in 21 countries or areas across 6 continents,posing a serious threat to humans and public health.Overall,our timely discovery of the recent emergence of the tet(X4)gene in Salmonella isolates and other Enterobacteriaceae bacteria species supports the need for rapid surveillance to prevent the tet(X)-like gene from spreading. | Yanan Wang Fei Liu Xuebin Xu Hua Huang Na Lyu Sufang Ma Luping Chen Mengyu Mao Yongfei Hu Xiaofeng Song Jing Li Yuanlong Pan Aiping Wang Gaiping Zhang Baoli Zhu George F.Gao | 2021 | Infectious Microbes & Diseases2021,3,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Characterization of Caspase Gene Family Members in Spotted Sea Bass(Lateolabrax maculatus)and Their Expression Profiles in Response to Vibrio harveyi Infection显示文摘The caspase gene family is a crucial gene cluster that regulates apoptosis which contribute to programmed cell death,cell proliferation and differentiation,and several immune responses.In our study,a complete set of 12 caspase genes were identified in spotted sea bass Lateolabrax maculatus.These genes were divided into three subfamilies:2 inflammatory caspases(casp-1 and casp-14-like),5 apoptosis initiators(casp-2,casp-8a,casp-8b,casp-9,and casp-10),and 5 apoptosis executioners(casp-3a,casp-3b,casp-3-like,casp-6,and casp-7).Their phylogenetic relationships,synteny and gene structures were systematically analyzed.Furthermore,the relative expression profiles of the caspase family members in the liver,intestine,head kidney,and spleen were measured by q PCR after infection with Vibrio harveyi.The results showed that the overall mRNA levels of the caspase genes were dramatically increased after V.harveyi infection,and the expression patterns varied among genes and tissues.More caspase genes underwent pronounced expression changes in the head kidney and spleen than in the liver or intestine,mainly after 48 h of the challenge.Specifically,casp-3a,casp-3b,casp-3-like,casp-6,casp-7,casp-8a,casp-8b,casp-10,and casp-14-like in the head kidney,and casp-3-like,casp-6,casp-7,and casp-14-like in the spleen,were the most responsive caspase genes which may contribute significantly to immune regulation in spotted sea bass.Additionally,the apoptosis level in head kidney and spleen after infection were examined using the Caspase assay.Our study provides a systemic overview of the caspase gene family in spotted sea bass after V.harveyi infection and lays a foundation for further deciphering the biological roles of these caspase genes. | YANGLANG Arat WEN Haishen MAO Xuebin TIAN Yuan WANG Lingyu LI Jinku QI Xin SRISAPOOME Prapansak LI Jifang LI Yun | 2023 | Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,5: | 0 |
