1Critical Heat Flux(CHF)Correlations for Subcooled Water Flow Boiling at High Pressure and High Heat Flux显示文摘The subcooled water flow boiling is beneficial for removing the high heat flux from the divertor in the fusion reactor,for which an accurate critical heat flux(CHF)correlation is necessary.Up to now,there are many CHF correlations mentioned for subcooled water flow boiling in the open literatures.However,the CHF correlations’accuracies for the prediction of subcooled water flow boiling are not satisfactory at high heat flux and high pressure for reactor divertor.The present paper compiled 1356 CHF experimental data points from 15 independent open literatures and evaluated 10 existing CHF correlations in subcooled water flow boiling.From the evaluation,the W-2 CHF correlation performs best for the experimental CHF data in all existing critical heat flux correlations.However,the predicted mean absolute error(MAE)of the W-2 correlation is not very ideal for all database and the MAE of the W-2 correlation is from 30%to 50%for some database.In order to enhance the CHF prediction accuracy in subcooled water flow boiling at high heat flux and high pressure,the present paper developed a new CHF correlation.Compared with other existing CHF correlations,the new CHF correlation greatly enhances the prediction accuracy over a broad range of pressures and heat fluxes which are desired in the cooling of high heat flux devices,such as those in the fusion reactor divertor.The validation results show that the new correlation has a MAE of 10.05%and a root mean squared error(RMSE)of 16.61%,predicting 68.1%of the entire database within±10%and 81.5%within±15%.The MAE of the new CHF correlation is 7.4%less than that of the best existing one(W-2 correlation),further confirming its superior prediction accuracy and reliability.Besides,the new CHF correlation works well not only for a uniform power profile but also for a non-uniform power profile in subcooled water flow boiling at high pressure and high heat flux.LIU Ping GUO Yusheng DING Wenlong TANG Mingyun SONG Yuntao PENG Xuebing JI Jiadong CHEN Qinghua MAO Xin 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,1:2

12Etching‑Induced Surface Reconstruction of NiMoO_(4) for Oxygen Evolution Reaction显示文摘Rational reconstruction of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)precatalysts and performance index of OER catalysts are crucial but still challenging for universal water electrolysis.Herein,we develop a double-cation etching strategy to tailor the electronic structure of NiMoO_(4),where the prepared NiMoO_(4) nanorods etched by H_(2)O_(2) reconstruct their surface with abundant cation deficiencies and lattice distortion.Calculation results reveal that the double cation deficiencies can make the upshift of d-band center for Ni atoms and the active sites with better oxygen adsorption capacity.As a result,the optimized sample(NMO-30M)possesses an overpotential of 260 mV at 10 mA cm−2 and excellent long-term durability of 162 h.Importantly,in situ Raman test reveals the rapid formation of high-oxidation-state transition metal hydroxide species,which can further help to improve the catalytic activity of NiMoO_(4) in OER.This work highlights the influence of surface remodification and shed some light on activating catalysts.Jinli Zhu Jinmei Qian Xuebing Peng Baori Xia Daqiang Gao 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,2:1

16Occurrence Regularity of Tobacco Cutworm Moth (Spodoptera Litura) in Low-Altitude Tobacco Cultivation Areas in Lincang显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study the occurrence and damage regularity of tobacco cutworm moth (Spodoptera Litura Fabricius) in low-altitude area in Lincang city. [Method] The adult sex attractant monitoring, field investigation of occurrence and damage, and observation of continuous generation development of natural populations were carried out in natural flue-cured tobacco fields. [Result] In field growth period of flue-cured tobacco under low-altitude of 1 000-1 300 m, tobacco cutworm moth occurred for 4 generations, the duration of each generation was about 33 d, and the main injurious generation was the third generation. 17Effect and mechanism of homocysteine on Parkinson's disease induced by 6-OHDA显示文摘Objective:To study the effects and mechanism of homocysteine(Hcy)on Parkinson's disease(PD)induced by 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)in vivo.Methods:Forty rats were divided into 4 groups.6-OHDA or the solvent of 6-OHDA was focally administrated to induce PD,2 h later Hcy or 0.9% sodium chloride was administrated in the ipsolateral substantial nigra(SN).We used behavioral testing,Immolunohistochemical techniques,biochemistry techniques to detect the injury of SN.Results:The rotary turns of PD rats induced by 6-OHDA showed significant increase after treatment with Hcy compared with the controls(P < 0.05).Also the numbers of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)-stained neurons were decreased,and dendrites were fragmented and truncated.Free radicals were increased and antioxidant enzymes decreased.Conclusion:Focal infusion of Hcy into the SN increased the vulnerability of the dopaminergic neurons to 6-OHDA-induced degeneration,it seems that the endangering effect of Hcy is due to exacerbating oxidative stress.Hongxia Xing Hai Peng Xuebing Cao Shenggang Sun 2008Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,1:0
18Decomposition pathway and stabilization of ether-based electrolytes in the discharge process of Li-O_(2) battery显示文摘Ether-based electrolytes with relatively high stability are widely used in Li-O_(2) batteries (LOBs) with high energy density.However,they are still prone to be attacked by reactive oxygen species.Understanding the degradation chemistry of ether-based solvent induced by reactive oxygen species is significant importance toward selection of stable electrolytes for LOBs.Herein,we demonstrate that a great amount of H_(2) gas evolves on the Li anode during the long-term discharge process of LOBs,which is due to the electrolyte decomposition at the oxygen cathode.By coupling with in-situ and ex-situ characterization techniques,it is demonstrated that O_(2)^(-) induces the H-abstraction of tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether(TEGDME) to produce a large amount of H_(2)O at cathode,and this H_(2)O migrates to Li anode and produce H_(2) gas.Based on the established experiments and spectra,a possible decomposition pathway of TEGDME caused by O_(2)^(-)at the discharge process is proposed.And moreover,three types of strategies are discussed to inhibit the decomposition of ether-based electrolytes,which should be highly important for the fundamental and technical advancement for LOBs.Xiao Liu Xiaosheng Song Qi Zhang Xuebing Zhu Qing Han Zewen Liu Peng Zhang Yong Zhao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
