1Internet of Vehicles in Big Data Era显示文摘As the rapid development of automotive telematics,modern vehicles are expected to be connected through heterogeneous radio access technologies and are able to exchange massive information with their surrounding environment. By significantly expanding the network scale and conducting both real-time and long-term information processing, the traditional Vehicular AdHoc Networks(VANETs) are evolving to the Internet of Vehicles(Io V), which promises efficient and intelligent prospect for the future transportation system. On the other hand, vehicles are not only consuming but also generating a huge amount and enormous types of data, which is referred to as Big Data. In this article, we first investigate the relationship between Io V and big data in vehicular environment, mainly on how Io V supports the transmission, storage, computing of the big data, and how Io V benefits from big data in terms of Io V characterization,performance evaluation and big data assisted communication protocol design. We then investigate the application of Io V big data in autonomous vehicles. 2Acupuncture at the Taixi(KI3) acupoint activates cerebral neurons in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment显示文摘Our previous findings have demonstrated that acupuncture at the Taixi(KI3) acupoint in healthy youths can activate neurons in cognitive-related cerebral cortex. Here, we investigated whether acupuncture at this acupoint in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment can also activate neurons in these regions. Resting state and task-related functional magnetic resonance imaging showed that the pinprick senstation of acupuncture at the Taixi acupoint differed significantly between elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment and healthy elderly controls. Results showed that 20 brain regions were activated in both groups of participants, including the bilateral anterior cingulate gyrus(Brodmann areas [BA] 32, 24), left medial frontal cortex(BA 9, 10, 11), left cuneus(BA 19), left middle frontal gyrus(BA 11), left lingual gyrus(BA 18), right medial frontal gyrus(BA 11), bilateral inferior frontal gyrus(BA 47), left superior frontal gyrus(BA11), right cuneus(BA 19, 18), right superior temporal gyrus(BA 38), left subcallosal gyrus(BA 47), bilateral precuneus(BA 19), right medial frontal gyrus(BA 10), right superior frontal(BA 11), left cingulate gyrus(BA 32), left precentral gyrus(BA 6), and right fusiform gyrus(BA 19). 3Performance and microbial diversity of an expanded granular sludge bed reactor for high sulfate and nitrate waste brine treatment显示文摘The disposal of waste brines has become a major challenge that hinders the wide application of ionexchange resins in the water industry in recent decades. In this study, high sulfate removal efficiency(80%–90%) was achieved at the influent sulfate concentration of 3600 mg/L and 3% NaCl after 145 days in an expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB) reactor. Furthermore, the feasibility of treating synthetic waste brine containing high levels of sulfate and nitrate was investigated in a single EGSB reactor during an operation period of 261 days. The highest nitrate and sulfate loading rate reached 6.38 and 5.78 kg/(m3·day) at SO2-4-S/NO-3-N mass ratio of 4/3, and the corresponding removal efficiency was 99.97% and 82.26% at 3% NaCl, respectively. Meanwhile, 454-pyrosequencing technology was used to analyze the bacterial diversity of the sludge on the 240th day for stable operation of phase X. Results showed that a total of 9194 sequences were obtained, which could be affiliated to 14 phyla, including Proteobacteria, Firmicutes, Chlorobi, Bacteroidetes, Synergistetes and so on. 4Orthogonal design to sift the optimal parameter of Neiguan acupuncture for cerebral infarction显示文摘The individual difference and non-repeatability in acupuncture have not only restricted the development of acupuncture,but have also affected the specificity of acupoints.The present study used instruments to control needle depth,lifting and thrusting frequency,and the duration of acupuncture.Effects of the quantified acupuncture were observed at Neiguan(PC6)with different stimulation parameters.A frequency of 1,2,or 3 Hz and duration of 5,60,or 180 seconds were used to observe cerebral blood flow and ratio of infarct volume recovery.Results showed that stimulation at Neiguan with a frequency of 1 Hz and long duration of 180 seconds or 2/3 Hz and long duration of 5/60seconds significantly increased cerebral blood flow and decreased the ratio of infarct volume.Interactions between frequency and duration play a critical role in quantified acupuncture therapy.Yanan Zhang Sha Yang Xiaonong Fan Shu Wang Nina He Lingxin Li Ding Luo Xuemin Shi 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,28:7
5Optimal stimulation parameters for Renzhong (DU 26) electro-acupuncture for improving motor function in a rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion显示文摘The selection of electro-acupuncture parameters remains poorly unified between clinical studies.The present study observed the effects of electro-acupuncturing Renzhong (DU 26) with different stimulation parameters on motor function recovery following middle artery occlusion injury in rats.Results showed an optimal stimulation parameter for Renzhong electro-acupuncture that was low frequency and mild current (2 Hz,1 mA) significantly improved cortical excitability and conductive function,and promoted recovery in a rat model of motor function in middle artery occlusion.Frequency had a greater impact than current or interaction,and played a critical role in electro-acupuncture therapy.Lin Han Shu Wang Jinquan Ma Wenping Yao Yan Shen Xuemin Shi 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,12:5
6Clinical effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on neurological impairment following cerebral infarction显示文摘BACKGROUND: Although the curative effects of acupuncture have been confirmed by various treatments of cerebral infarction, few studies have investigated when acupuncture can attain the best clinical effect. OBJECTIVE: Four different time points were selected for acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction to evaluate the appropriate time course for Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy in terms of improved neurological function. DESIGN: Controlled observation. SETTING: Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Chinese Armed Police Forces. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 120 inpatients with cerebral infarction of different stages, including 75 males and 45 females, aged 41-75 years, were selected from November 2005 to December 2006 at the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy in Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Chinese Armed Police Forces. Diagnostic criteria: in accordance with 'main points of diagnosis on different cerebrovascular disease' secondly revised in the Second Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Meeting of Chinese Medicine Association in 1986. All accepted subjects provided confirmed consent, and the experiment received ethical permission from the hospital’s ethics committee. METHODS: ① Experiment grouping: All inpatients were divided into four groups with non-stochastic concurrent control method according to the disease course: Group I (onset within 7 hours), group Ⅱ (onset from 7 hours to 3 days), group Ⅲ (onset within 4-7 days), and group Ⅳ (onset within 21-180 days). On the basis of symptomatic treatment with western medicine, each group received Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy after onset within 7 hours, 7 hours to 3 days, 4 to 7days, and 21 to 180 days. ② The principal acupoints were Neiguan, Renzhong, and Sanyinjiao. ③ The auxiliary acupoints were Jiquan, Chize, and Weizhong. ④Acupuncture manipulations: initially, Neiguan (PC6, bilateral) was needled at 0.5-1.0 cun vertically with a reducing technique achieved by rotating-swirling and lifting-inserting for 1 minute. Subsequently, Renzhong (GV26) was needled at 0.3-0.5 cun obliquely towards the nasal septum, with a heavy bird-pecking method until eyeballs were moist or shed tears. Sanyinjiao (SP6, affected limb) was needled at 1.0-1.5 cun obliquely along the medial border of the tibia with a 45° angle between the needle and skin. The technique of reinforcing was achieved by a lifting-inserting method until the affected lower limb twitched three times. The auxiliary acupoint, Jiquan, was selected when the patient extended the affected upper limb abduction. Jiquan was along the downward channel, 1 cun from the quondam Jiquan (HT1) acupoint; the armpit hair was avoided. Jiquan (affected limb) was needled vertically at 1.0-1.5 cun. The technique of reduction was achieved by lifting-inserting until the affected upper limb twitched three times. Chize (LU5) was selected when the patient flexed the elbow at 120°. Chize was vertically needled at 1 cun with a lifting-inserting reducing technique until the affected forearm and fingers twitched three times. Weizhong (BL40) was selected when the patient’s leg was raised straight in a supine position. Weizhong was vertically needled at 0.5-1.0 cun with a lifting-inserting reducing technique until the affected lower limb twitched three times. ⑤ Acupuncture manipulations were achieved by the doctor who is an associate chief physician and doctor of acupuncture and moxibustion and has aptitude for the post’s specification. ⑥One course of treatment lasted for 10 days and each group was treated for two courses of treatment. ⑦Experiment evaluation: To apply neurological impairment scores for evaluating clinical curative effects before and after treatment with Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy on day 7, 14, and 21(range of 0-45; decreasing score indicates functional improvement).To evaluate clinical curative effect by clinical effective power:Basic recovery: equal to ormore than 81%; significant improvement: 56% to 81% (including 56%); Improvement: between 36% to 56% (including 36%); Slight Improvement: 11% to 36% (including 11%); No change: less than 11%; Aggravation (including death): negative value. Total effective rate was computed at the same time. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The total effective rate and amelioration of neurological impairment of the patients after treatment. RESULTS: All 120 patients with cerebral infarction were included in the final analysis, without deletion. ① Comparison of the total effective rate: the total effective rate of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ, and group Ⅳ was 97%, 93%, 93%, and 67%, respectively. There were significant differences of interclass synthetic curative effects (χ2 = 36.351 7, P < 0.01). ② Amelioration of neurological impairment: A decreased neurological impairment score was observed in group I on day 7, 14, and 21 after Xingnao Kaiqiao therapy. The differences between group IV and the remaining three groups were significant (P < 0.05). 7Proactive Content Delivery for Vehicles over Cellular Networks:the Fundamental Benefits of Computing and Caching显示文摘The emergence of self-driving technologies implies that a future vehicle will likely become an entertainment center that demands personalized multimedia contents with very high quality. The surge of vehicular content demand brings significant challenges for the fifth generation(5G) cellular communication network. To cope with the challenge of massive content delivery, previous studies suggested that the 5G mobile edge network should be designed to integrate communication, computing, and cache(3C) resources to enable advanced functionalities such as proactive content delivery and in-network caching. However, the fundamental benefits achievable by computing and caching in mobile communications networks are not yet properly understood. This paper proposes a novel theoretical framework to characterize the tradeoff among computing, cache, and communication resources required by the mobile edge network to fulfill the task of content delivery. Analytical and numerical results are obtained to characterize the 3C resource tradeoff curve. 8Activation of various brain areas during acupuncture at Taixi (KI 3) and Qiuxu (GB 40) acupoints显示文摘A number of previous studies of acupuncture acupoint specificity have used sham acupoints,sham acupuncture or meridian acupoints at a great distance from each other as controls in functional MRI (fMRI) experiments.However,few studies have compared different meridian acupoints within the same segment,which are associated with similarly intense needle sensations.We performed fMRI on 12 healthy young volunteers and observed differences in brain activation elicited by acupuncture of the Taixi (KI 3) and Qiuxu (GB 40) acupoints.Acupuncture was applied at the Taixi and Qiuxu acupoints,using a multiple-block fMRI design with three blocks,involving three alternations of resting and task phases.After scanning,needle sensation was assessed.The behavioral results revealed that the subjective needle sensation was similar between the Taixi and Qiuxu acupoints.The fMRI results revealed that acupuncture at the right Taixi acupoint activated the right superior temporal gyrus (BA 22),left middle frontal gyrus (BA 46) and inferior frontal gyrus (BA 45),bilateral parietal lobe postcentral gyrus (BA 2),right parietal lobe (BA 3),and left parietal lobe (BA 40).Acupuncture at the right Qiuxu acupoint activated the left superior temporal gyrus (BA 42),right parietal lobe postcentral gyrus (BA 40,BA 43),right inferior frontal gyrus (BA 47),bilateral superior temporal gyrus (BA 22),and right insula BA13.These results suggest that the right Taixi and Qiuxu acupoints activated different brain areas.Shangjie Chen Huajun Cheng Shanshan Wu Jun Chen Pengcheng Ran Xuemin Shi 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,12:4
9Resuscitating acupuncture therapy for glucose metabolism in acute cerebral infarction of basal ganglia显示文摘BACKGROUND:Acupuncture can improve motor function in patients with cerebral infarction, and activate brain glucose metabolism in relevant brain areas.However, the association between encephalic region activation and acupuncture, as well as the clinical significance of activation remain unclear.OBJECTIVE:Through the use of positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT), acute cerebral infarction patients were analyzed for global cerebral metabolism, cerebral infarction focus, peripheral edema, and pyramidal tract pathway changes, which were directly related to clinical symptoms.The influence of resuscitating acupuncture on cerebral glucose metabolism was analyzed in patients with acute cerebral infarction in basal ganglia.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING:Randomized, controlled, clinical trials were performed from March 2007 to October 2008 at the PET-CT Center of the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, China.PARTICIPANTS:Twelve patients with acute basal ganglia infarction were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianjin Chinese Medicine Hospital, and Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Chinese People's Armed Police Force.METHODS:The cerebral infarcted patients were randomly assigned to acupuncture and control groups.In addition to routine treatment, the acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture at the main acupoints for resuscitation [Neiguan (PC 6), Renzhong (DU 26), and Sanyinjiao (SP 6)], while the control group received routine treatment.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Before and after treatment, patients with acute cerebral infarction were evaluated for global brain, cerebral infarction focus, and surrounding edema and glucose metabolism in encephalic region of pyramidal tract conduction by 18-labeled fluorodeoxyglucose for PET-CT imaging.RESULTS:The resuscitating acupuncture therapy can significantly activate the metabolism of global brain, infarction center and surrounding edema in patients with cerebral infarction in basal ganglia, also has effects on the activation of glucose metabolism in the encephalic regions of pyramidal tract pathway (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Resuscitating acupuncture was superior to routine treatment for significantly activating glucose metabolism in patients with acute cerebral basal ganglia infarction.Pengfei Shen Xuemin Shi 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,14:4
10Transport properties of p-type CaMg_(2)Bi_(2) thermoelectrics显示文摘Due to the complex crystal structure for low lattice thermal conductivity and the tunable valence bands for superior electronic performance,CaAl_(2)Si_(2)-structured AB_(2)C_(2) Zintl compounds have been frequently proven as promising p-type thermoelectric materials.In this work,thermoelectric properties of CaMg_(2)Bi_(2) are systematically investigated in a broad carrier concentration(10^(18)-10^(20) cm^(-3))through Agdoping for comprehensively evaluating its potential for thermoelectric applications.The broad carrier concentration enables a well assessment of the carrier transport properties by single parabolic band with acoustic phonon scattering and a revelation of the carrier transport by multiple valence orbitals when the carrier concentration higher than ~2×10^(19) cm^(-3),leading to a significant enhancement in electronic performance.With the help of additional point defect phonon scattering introduced by BaMg_(2)Bi_(2)-alloying,a reduction in lattice thermal conductivity in the entire temperature range and the lowest one of ~0.7 W/m-K are achieved,leading to a 100% enhancement in average zTave.in addition to the contribution of a multiband transport.This work not only demonstrates CaMg_(2)Bi_(2) as a promising thermoelectric material,but also provides a well understanding of its underlying material physics.Cheng Sun Xuemin Shi Liangtao Zheng Bo Chen Wen Li 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4:4
11Biomaterial strategies for the application of reproductive tissue engineering显示文摘Human reproductive organs are of vital importance to the life of an individual and the reproduction of human populations.So far,traditional methods have a limited effect in recovering the function and fertility of reproductive organs and tissues.Thus,aim to replace and facilitate the regrowth of damaged or diseased tissue,various biomaterials are developed to offer hope to overcome these difficulties and help gain further research progress in reproductive tissue engineering.In this review,we focus on the biomaterials and their four main applications in reproductive tissue engineering:in vitro generation and culture of reproductive cells;development of reproductive organoids and models;in vivo transplantation of reproductive cells or tissues;and regeneration of reproductive tissue.In reproductive tissue engineering,designing biomaterials for different applications with different mechanical properties,structure,function,and microenvironment is challenging and important,and deserves more attention.Xuemin Liu Kai Wu Liang Gao Liping Wang Xuetao Shi 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,8:3
12Induced regulatory T cells suppress Tel cells through TGF-β signaling to ameliorate STZ-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus显示文摘Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1D)is a chronic autoimmune condition in which the immune system destroys insulin-producing pancreatic β cells.In addition to well-established pathogenic effector T cells,regulatory T cells(Tregs)have also been shown to be defective in T1D.Thus,an increasing number of therapeutic approaches are being developed to target Tregs.However,the role and mechanisms of TGF-β-induced Tregs(iTregs)in T1D remain poorly understood.Here,using a streptozotocin(STZ)-induced preclinical T1D mouse model,we found that iTregs could ameliorate the development of T1D and preserve β cell function.The preventive effect was associated with the inhibition of type 1 cytotoxic T(Tel)cell function and rebalancing the Treg/Tc1 cell ratio in recipients.Furthermore,we showed that the underlying mechanisms were due to the TGF-β-mediated combinatorial actions of mTOR and TCF1.In addition to the preventive role,the therapeutic effects of iTregs on the established STZ-T1D and nonobese diabetic(NOD)mouse models were tested,which revealed improved β cell function.Our findings therefore provide key new insights into the basic mechanisms involved in the therapeutic role of iTregs in T1D.Li Zhou Xuemin He Peihong Cai Ting Li Rongdong Peng Junlong Dang Yue Li Haicheng Li Feng Huang Guojun Shi Chichu Xie Yan Lu Yanming Chen 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3:3
13Bacteroides ovatus-mediated CD27^(−)MAIT cell activation is associated with obesity-related T2D progression显示文摘Type 2 diabetes(T2D)is highly associated with obesity.However,the factors that drive the transition from excessive weight gain to glucose metabolism disruption are still uncertain and seem to revolve around systemic immune disorder.Mucosal-associated invariant T(MAIT)cells,which are innate-like T cells that recognize bacterial metabolites,have been reported to be altered in obese people and to lead to metabolic dysfunction during obesity.By studying the immunophenotypes of blood MAIT cells from a cross-sectional cohort of obese participants with/without T2D,we found an elevation in CD27^(-)negative(CD27−)MAIT cells producing a high level of IL-17 under T2D obese conditions,which could be positively correlated with impaired glucose metabolism in obese people.We further explored microbial translocation caused by gut barrier dysfunction in obese people as a triggering factor of MAIT cell abnormalities.Specifically,accumulation of the bacterial strain Bacteroides ovatus in the peripheral blood drove IL-17^(-)producing CD27−MAIT cell expansion and could be associated with T2D risk in obese individuals.Overall,these results suggest that an aberrant gut microbiota–immune axis in obese people may drive or exacerbate T2D.Importantly,CD27−MAIT cell subsets and Bacteroides ovatus could represent targets for novel interventional strategies.Our findings extend current knowledge regarding the clinical relevance of body mass index(BMI)-associated variation in circulating MAIT cells to reveal the role of these cells in obesity-related T2D progression and the underlying cellular mechanisms.Yue Li Yi Yang Jin Wang Peihong Cai Mei Li Xixiang Tang Ying Tan Yuchan Wang Fan Zhang Xiaofeng Wen Qiaoxing Liang Yuanpeng Nie Tufeng Chen Xiang Peng Xuemin He Yanhua Zhu Guojun Shi Wai WCheung Lai Wei Yanming Chen Yan Lu 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,7:2
14Structural Comparison and Drug Screening of Spike Proteins of Ten SARS-CoV-2 Variants显示文摘SARS-CoV-2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2)has evolved many variants with stronger infectivity and immune evasion than the original strain,including Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,Epsilon,Kappa,lota,Lambda,and 21H strains.Amino acid mutations are enriched in the spike protein of SARS CoV-2.which plays a crucial role in cell infetion.However,the impact of these mutations on protein structure and function is unclear.Understanding the pathophysiology and pandemic feaures of these SARS-CoV-2 variants requires knowledge of the spike protein structures.Here,we obtained the spike protein structures of 10 main globally endemic SARS CoV-2 strains using AlphaFold2.The clustering analysis based on structural similarity revealed the unique features of the mainly pandemic SARS CoV-2 Delta variants.indicating that structural clusters can reflect the current characteristics of the epidemic more accurately than those based on the protein sequence.The analysis of the binding afinities of ACE2-RBD,antibody-NTD,and antibody-RBD complexes in the different variants revealed that the recognition of antibodies against SI NTD and RBD was decreased in the variants,especally the Delta variant compared with the original strain,which may induce the immune evasion of SARS-CoV-2 variants.Furthermore,by virtual screening the ZINC database against a high-accuracy predicted structure of Delta spike protein and experimental validation,we identified multiple compounds that target S1 NTD and RBD,which might contribute towards the development of clinical anti-SARS-CoV-2 medicines.Our findings provided a basic foundation for future in vitro and in vivo investigations that might speed up the development of potential therapies for the SARS-CoV-2 va riants.Qiangzhen Yang Xuemin Jian Ali Alamdar Shah Syed Aamir Fahira Chenxiang Zheng zijia Zhu Ke Wang Jinmai Zhang Yangin Wen Zhiqiang Li Dun Pan Tingting Lu Zhuo Wang Yongyong Shi 2022Research2022,,2:2
15Bilayered nanosheets used for complex topography wound anti‑infection显示文摘There is a consensus that the prevention of wound infection should be achieved in the following ways:(1)closing the wound to protect it from extra infection;(2)an antibacterial agent that could kill endogenous bacteria.However,existing bulk two-dimensional antibacterial materials show inefficient adhesion to wounds with complex morphology and thus cause the prevention of wound closure.Reducing the thickness of bulk two-dimensional materials to less than 100 nanometres endows them with great flexibility,which could allow them to adhere to wounds with complex morphology by only physical adhesion.Herein,a broad-spectrum and efficient antimicrobial peptide(AMP)was introduced to biocompatible methacrylated gelatine(GelMA)with multiple modification sites,which served as an inner antibacterial layer.After being combined with a biodegradable and good mechanical poly-l-lactide(PLLA)outer layer through plasma-treatment-assisted spin coating,we finally constructed bilayered antibacterial nanosheets with a thickness of approximately 80 nm.These bilayered nanosheets possess good adhesion to surfaces with complex topography and thus achieve better wound closure than other bulk two-dimensional materials.Moreover,this AMP-grafted conjugation shows minimal cytotoxicity compared with Ag^+antibacterial agents,and the antibacterial rate of nanosheets is dependent on the graft rate of AMP.We suggest that this bilayered antibacterial nanosheet might be an advanced anti-infection dressing for wound treatment in clinical settings.Chengkai Xuan Xuemin Liu Chen Lai Xuetao Shi 2020Bio-Design and Manufacturing2020,3,4:1
16Safety and efficacy of Danqipiantan capsule for treatment of stroke: a systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danqipiantan capsule(DPC) for the treatment of stroke. METHODS: PubMed, China Science And Technology Journal Database, Wanfang Database, Chinese periodicals in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University's Library were searched until July 2012. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) and observational studies that reported the use of DPC for treatment of stroke were selected. RESULTS: Eleven articles that included 12 RCTs, and 2 articles that included 3 observational studies were identified. A total of 2590 patients participated in the studies. We found that there was a significant statistical difference between DPC treatment groups and the control groups in terms of the effective rate [risk ratio(RR), 1.14; 95% confidence intervals(CI), 1.04, 1.25; P=0.01], Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale [weighted mean difference(WMD), 9.77; 95% CI(4.84, 14.70); P=0.00], Barthel Index [WMD=6.40; 95% CI(3.15, 9.65)], and mean flow velocity [WMD= 5.79; 95% CI(1.64, 9.94)]. There were no significant differences for The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale [WMD=0.60; 95% CI(﹣1.09, 2.29)], visual field defects [left visual field: WMD=﹣203.10; 95% CI(﹣424.41, 18.21); right visual field: WMD=﹣ 172.60; 95% CI(﹣409.29, 64.09)] or the functional independence measure [WMD=﹣7.90; 95% CI(﹣16.64, 0.84)]. Seven articles that included eight RCTs reported the safety of DPC treatment. Two articles that included three observational studies also reported beneficial effects for DPC. Because the Chinese studies were of poor methodological quality, and most of the sample sizes were small, our analysis was likely affected by bias. 19Thermoelectric Transport Properties of TmAg_(x)Cu_(1-x)Te_(2) solid solutions显示文摘Intrinsic partial occupation of Cu induces strong phonon scattering for an extremely low lattice thermal conductivity in TmCuTe_(2),which leads this material to be a promising candidate for thermoelectric applications.This work focus on the electronic and phononic transport properties of TmCuTe_(2) with Agalloying on the Cu site.Such a Ag/Cu substitution is found to enable a decrease in Hall carrier concentration from 141019 to 81019 cm^(3) for an evaluation of the charge transport based on a single parabolic band(SPB)model with acoustic scattering.In addition,Ag-substitution simultaneously introduces Cu/Ag point defects for extra phonon scattering,leading the lattice thermal conductivity to be as low as~0.25 W/m-K in a broad temperature.The optimization in carrier concentration and the reduction in lattice thermal conductivity contribute to a~40%improvement in average thermoelectric figure of merit(zT).The determination of band parameters enables a guidance for further advancements in this promising thermoelectric material.Qingyu Bai Xinyue Zhang Bing Shan Xuemin Shi Cheng Sun Siqi Lin Wen Li Yanzhong Pei 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,4:0
20Free-standing SnNb_(2)O_(6)@CSN film as flexible anode for high performance sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Free-standing electrodes are promising candidates for flexible rechargeable batteries, toward the application of flexible energy storage devices, due to their merits of additive-free, lightweight, and high energy density. Herein, we report a free-standing SnNb_(2)O_(6)@CSN flexible film with SnNb_(2)O_(6) encapsulated in 3D carbon skeleton nanofibers by electrospinning and carbonization processes as flexible anode for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs). The 3D carbon skeleton nanofibers serve as ion/electron transport pathway to improve the electrochemical reaction kinetics and meanwhile alleviate the volume changes of SnNb_(2)O_(6) during charge-discharge processes. The as-constructed half-cell(SnNb_(2)O_(6)@CSN‖Na) exhibits excellent cycling stability of 99.2 m Ah/g at 0.5 A/g after 950 cycles(coulombic efficiency of ~100%) and a high rate performance of 108.6 mAh/g at 10 A/g. In addition, the pouch cell can light up the LEDs at different bending angles(0°, 90°, 180°).
