1Quantitative assessment and visualization of flight risk induced by coupled multi-factor under icing conditions显示文摘Aircraft icing has been proven to be one of the most serious threats to flight safety. During the analysis of flight risk under icing conditions, quantitative assessment and visualization of flight risk are quite essential as they provide safe manipulation strategies in intricate conditions.However, they are rarely studied. Since the icing flight accidents are the result of the coupling of multiple unfavorable factors, in present study, we have proposed a method to quantitatively assess flight risk induced by multi-factor coupling under icing conditions by Monte-Carlo simulation and multivariate extreme value theory. The results demonstrate that the flight risk probability increases with the rise of unfavorable factors. Besides, a flight risk visualization method named flight safety window has been presented to build the flight risk distribution cloud maps in different complex conditions. The cloud maps show that the icing would give rise to atrophy of the safety scope, and the consequence would be even more severe when coupled with other more unfavorable factors. 2Conceptual design and preliminary experiment of icing risk management and protection system显示文摘Icing is one of the main external environmental factors that causes aircraft to lose control.The flight safety assurance system under icing condition is particularly important.However,most of the systems do not consider the coupling characteristics of aerodynamics and flight dynamics of icing aircraft.This will affect the accuracy of the calculation results.Besides,the icing risk management system helps the pilot to realize the possible dangers in advance and perform correct maneuvers,based on quantitative assessment and visualization methods of flight risk.The envelope protection system realizes flight safety guarantee based on the real-time boundary protection method of key flight parameters.Finally,based on distributed simulation technology,a flight simulator was used as a platform to integrate the icing risk management system and envelope protection system to realize man-in-the-loop simulation.Two fictional but historically motivated icing scenarios are designed to test the system,and the results demonstrate that the icing risk management and protection system would be useful for aviation safety and can also be used for pilot training and reproducing flight accidents to find the causes.Qiang WU Haojun XU Binbin PEI Yang WEI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,6:3
3Epoxidized methyl ricinoleate bio-plasticizer with a pendant acetate ester for PVC artificial material:circumventing existing limit on achievable migration resistance显示文摘Processing polyvinyl chloride(PVC)artificial material requires plasticizer that softens the PVC coating.Currently,utilizing unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters to obtain epoxidized fatty acid methyl ester(EFAME)bio-plasticizers constitutes an environmentally responsible solution to substitute conventional ortho-phthalates that are endocrine disruptors or probable carcinogens.However,commercial EFAMEs,even with the highest epoxy value(ca.5.5-5.8%)so far,still suffer from fast leaching from the PVC matrix,burdening the environment and shortening lifespan of the artificial material.Here,we report a proof-of-principle demonstration of a new strategy to obtain migration-resistant EFAME that harnesses the midchain hydroxyl of methyl ricinoleate and covalently attachment of a pendant acetate ester.Despite a low epoxy value(3.0%),the engineered bio-plasticizer displays significantly suppressed migration in multiple scenarios compared with one conventional EFAME with much higher epoxy value(5.8%).Circumventing the limit confronting previous strategy that highlights the sole contribution of epoxy value to achievable migration resistance,the rationale herein may provide guidance for designing new EFAMEs with comparable performance to ortho-phthalates,thus bringing the old and oft-maligned PVC artificial material industry one step closer to sustainability.Siyu Pan Delong Hou Gaofu Yang Qiuping Xie Sunxian Yan Qi Zeng Zhonghui Wang Yi Chen Haojun Fan 2019Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2019,1,1:3

7Hepatic SIRT6 deficit promotes liver tumorigenesis in the mice models显示文摘SIRT6 belongs to class III sirtuin family with NAD+-dependent histone deacetylase activities and controls multiple processes including aging,metabolism and inflammation.In recent years,increasing studies showed tumor suppressor role of SIRT6 in HCC development.We established a two-stage DEN followed CC14 induced liver carcinogenesis in the hepatic-specific SIRT6 HKO mice models and found that hepatic S1RT6 deficit significantly promotes liver injury and liver cancer through inhibition of the ERK1/2 pathway.SIRT6 was compensatory up-regulated in mice tumor tissues and human HCC cells and overexpressed SIRT6 inhibits tumor growth both in vitro and in vivo.Taken together,we provide a useful mouse model for delineating the molecular pathways involved in chronic liver diseases and primary liver cancer and suggest that SIRT6 can be a promising target for HCC therapies.Mei Wang Linhua Lan Fan Yang Shan Jiang Haojun Xu Chengfei Zhang Guoren Zhou Hongping Xia Jinglin Xia 2022Genes & Diseases2022,9,3:1
8Research on the Influence Degree and Effect of Support on Innovation Incentives for R&D Personnel in Micro and Small Enterprises:An Empirical Study based on the China Micro and Small Enterprise Survey(CMES)显示文摘In this study,the influence degree and effect of support on innovation incentives for research and development(R&D)personnel in micro and small enterprises(MSEs)were explored based on the CMES data.We found that government support will increase the R&D wage and widen the gap between R&D wage and staff wage,especially for small,non-high-tech enterprises with strict financing constraints.Furthermore,taking the wage gap as a mediator,we concluded that support would widen the wage gap and increase management innovation rather than technological innovation in MSEs because the wage premium of R&D personnel is the main driver for the increase of management innovation.The findings of this study provide useful enlightenment for China to implement an innovation-driven strategy and build an innovative country.Xiong Yang Li Haojun Tang Jiqiang 2022Contemporary Social Sciences2022,7,5:0
9Functional non-glutaraldehyde treated porcine pericardium for anti-coagulation,anti-calcification,and endothelial proliferation bioprosthetic heart valves显示文摘In the last decade,the number of transcatheter heart valve replacement for severe heart valve disease has increased exponentially.Although the bioprosthetic artificial heart valve(BHV)has similar fluid dynamics performance to the original heart valve compared with mechanical heart valve so that there is no need to take long-term anticoagulant drugs to prevent thromboembolism,transcatheter BHV replacement are still at risk for thrombosis during the first few months according to the clinical data.However,the use of antithrombotic drugs can also increase the risk of bleeding.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the anticoagulant properties for the BHV itself.In this work,a kind of non-glutaraldehyde cross-linked BHV material with excellent antithrombotic ability has been prepared from carboxylated oxazolidine treated porcine pericardium(consisting of collagen,elastin and glycoprotein)with the further graft of the anticoagulant heparin sodium via hydrophilic modified chitosan.Along with the similar mechanical properties and collagen stability comparable to the glutaraldehyde cross-linked porcine pericardium(PP),these functional non-glutaraldehyde cross-linked PPs exhibit better biocompatibility,promoted endothelial proliferation and superior anti-calcification ability.More importantly,excellent anticoagulant activity can be observed in the hematological experiments in vivo and in vitro.In summary,these excellent performances make these functional non-glutaraldehyde cross-linked PPs great potentialities in the BHV applications.Xiaotong Chen Tao Yu Qunshou Kong Dajun Kuang Hong Xu Zhiyu Zhao Li Yang Gaocan Li Haojun Fan Yunbing Wang 2022Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2022,4,1:0
10Double-face intelligent hole position planning method for precision blasting in roadways using a computer-controlled drill jumbo显示文摘To solve the uneven burden of same-type holes reducing the blasting efficiency due to the limitation of drilling equipment,we need a double-face program-controlled planning method for hole position parameters used on a computer-controlled drilling jumbo.The cross-section splits into even and uneven areas.It also considers the uneven burden at the hole’s entrance and bottom.In the uneven area,various qualifying factors are made to optimize the hole spacing and maximize the burden uniformity,combined with the features of the area edges and gridbased segmentation methods.The hole position coordinates and angles in the even area are derived using recursion and iteration algorithms.As a case,this method presents all holes in a 4.8 m wide and 3.6 m high cross-section.Compared with the design produced by the drawing method,our planning in the uneven area improved the standard deviation of the hole burden by 40%.The improved hole layout facilitates the evolution of precise,efficient,and intelligent blasting in underground mines.Haojun Wu Min Gong Renshu Yang Xiaodong Wu Xiangyu Liu 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,6:0

12Occurrence,spatial and seasonal variation,and environmental risk of pharmaceutically active compounds in the Pearl River basin,South China显示文摘The occurrence,fate,and environmental risk of 40 pharmaceutically active compounds(PhACs)from surface waters and sediments were comprehensively investigated in the Beijiang River,Xijiang River,and Maozhou River of the Pearl River basin,South China.Salicylic acid and diclofenac(antiinflammatory drugs),gemfibrozil(a lipid regulator),carbamazepine(an antiepileptic drug),diazepam(a psychoactive drug),and 2-methyl-4-chloro-phenoxyacetic acid(MCPA,a pesticide)were the most ubiquitous compounds in the studied region.The average concentrations of detected PhACs in surface waters and sediments ranged from 0.17 to 19.1 ng/L and 0.10 to 10.4 ng/g,respectively.Meanwhile,PhACs concentration in surface waters and sediments varied greatly among and within the Beijiang River,Xijiang River,and Maozhou River.The largest annual flux of PhACs of the Xijiang River and Beijiang River was more than 11000 kg per annum,whereas only 25.7 kg/a in the Maozhou River.In addition,the estimated emissions of PhACs in the Beijiang River,Xijiang River,and Maozhou River ranged respectively from 0.28 to 4.22 kg/a,0.12 to 6.72 kg/a,and 6.66 to 91.0 kg/a,and the backestimated usage varied with a range from 12.0 to 293 kg/a,6.79 to 944 kg/a,368 to 17459 kg/a.Moreover,the emissions of PhACs showed a close relationship with the gross domestic product(GDP)of each city along the Pearl River.The environmental risk assessment suggested that diazepam and ibuprofen had a moderate risk in this region.Haojun Lei Kaisheng Yao Bin Yang Lingtian Xie Guangguo Ying 2023Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2023,17,4:0

14Differences in loading patterns between fast walking and jogging at the same speed in male adults显示文摘Fast walking and jogging are two common exercises for people to maintain health in daily life.But the differences in loading patterns of fast walking and jogging are still unclear.The purpose of this study was to compare loading patterns in fast walking and jogging at the same speed,and to identify how differences in foot mechanics influence plantar pressure distribution between the two modes of gait.Totally,49 healthy males participated in this study.Data of pressure parameters,including maximum force(MF),peak pressure(PP),contact area(CA),force-time integral(FTI),were recorded by Pedar-X insole plantar pressure measurement system in participants’fast walking and jogging process at 7 km/h.A Load transfer analysis method was used to quantify the plantar load transference from fast walking to jogging.The results showed that MF,PP and CA increased in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions while decreased in toes regions and heel during jogging when compared with fast walking.FTI decreased in all foot regions during jogging compared to fast walking.Under the effects of spring mechanics and the varus of rearfoot during jogging,fast walking and jogging reveal different loading patterns.Compared jogging to fast walking,load transferred as follow:1)in transverse direction,load transferred from lateral foot to medial foot in metatarsal regions and midfoot regions,2)in longitudinal direction,load transferred from toes to the metatarsal,and from heel to the metatarsal and midfoot.These results also provide suggestions for footwear designs.Ruoyi Li Hao Liu Mengyuan Guo Jitka Badurova Luming Yang Haojun Fan 2020Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2020,2,1:0

16Enhanced luminescence efficiency and thermal stability via introduction of non-rare earth Bi^(3+)in Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)显示文摘A series of Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)and non-rare earth Bi^(3+)ions doped Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+)phosphors was successfully synthesized via high-temperature solid-state method,and the as-obtained phosphors were studied on their phase structures,luminescence characteristics,thermal stability and luminescence lifetime.Transient fluorescence spectroscopy data show that the addition of Bi^(3+)can obviously enhance the emission intensity of Eu^(3+)in the near-ultraviolet band owing to energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+).Besides,the addition of Bi^(3+)can improve the thermal stability of a single-doped phosphor Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):0.35Eu^(3+)from 70.33%to 87.45%at 150℃and the quantum yield from 58.80%to 78.61%at room temperature.Finally,Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)was used to encapsulate white light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)with green((Ba,Sr)_(2)SiO_(4):Eu^(2+))and blue(BaMgAI_(10)O_(17):Eu^(2+))commercial phosphors.The color rendering index of WLEDs was calculated to be larger than 90,and the color temperature was estimated to be 4300-4500 K,which demonstrate that Gd_5Si_(2)BO_(13):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)can be regarded as a red phosphor with great potential application.This paper can provide a new insight into design of high-efficiency phosphors by introducing non-rare earth Bi^(3+)ions via energy transfer from Bi^(3+)to Eu^(3+).Yukun Liu Yangai Liu Haojun Yu Chenguang Yang Cian Xie Jian Chen 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,7:0
