1Tectonics of South China Continent and its implications显示文摘This paper aims at exploring the tectonic characteristics of the South China Continent(SCC)and extracting the universal tectonic rules from these characteristics,to help enrich the plate tectonic theory and better understand the continental dynamic system.For this purpose,here we conduct a multi-disciplinary investigation and combine it with the previous studies to reassess the tectonics and evolution of SCC and propose that the tectonic framework of the continent comprises two blocks,three types of tectonic units,four deformation systems,and four evolutionary stages with distinctive mechanism and tectonic characteristics since the Neoproterozoic.The four evolutionary stages are:(1)The amalgamation and break-up of the Neoproterozoic plates,typically the intracontinental rifting.(2)The early Paleozoic and Mesozoic intracontinental orogeny confined by plate tectonics,forming two composite tectonic domains.(3)The parallel operation of the Yangtze cratonization and intracontinental orogeny,and multi-phase reactivation of the Yangtze craton.(4)The association and differentiation evolution of plate tectonics and intracontinental tectonics,and the dynamic characteristics under the Meso-Cenozoic modern global plate tectonic regime.ZHANG GuoWei GUO AnLin WANG YueJun LI SanZhong DONG YunPeng LIU ShaoFeng HE DengFa CHENG ShunYou LU RuKui YAO AnPing 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,11:88
2苎麻遗传转化再生体系的建立显示文摘苎麻(BoehmerianiveaL.Guad)是荨麻科苎麻属宿根型草本植物,主要分布在热带和亚热带地区,为我国特产,是重要的纺织纤维和饲料作物。由于苎麻为杂合体,其遗传背景十分复杂,有性杂交等常规方法难以取得育种上的突破,因此,探讨利用基因工程技术改良苎麻品种具有重要意义。本研究以苎麻品种圆叶青叶盘为外植体,选用MS培养基为基本培养基,附加激素BA、IAA、GA3和NAA,通过研究不同激素浓度组合对外植体愈伤诱导及不定芽分化的影响以及不同激素配比对生根的作用,建立了较好的遗传转化再生体系。试验结果表明圆叶青叶盘最适诱导愈伤培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+GA30.4mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.5g/L;分化培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+GA30.4mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.5g/L;小苗的最佳生根培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7.5g/L。在抗生素浓度梯度筛选实验中获得50mg/L卡那霉素可以抑制叶盘的分化;40mg/L卡那霉素可以抑制再生植株的生根。筛选出的遗传转化再生体系,为进一步利用基因工程技术对苎麻进行遗传改良打下基础。孔华 郭安平 章霄云 姚庆荣 郭运玲 贺立卡 Kong Hua Guo Anping Zhang Xiaoyun Yao Qingrong Guo Yunling He Lika 2006分子植物育种2006,4,2:16
3Geochemistry of the subduction-related magmatic rocks in the Dahong Mountains, northern Hubei Province--Constraint on the existence and subduction of the eastern Mianlüe oceanic basin显示文摘The existence and subduction of the eastern Mianl黣 oceanic basin in the south Qinling belt are keys to understand the Qinling orogen. Based on geological mapping, several volcanic slices have been identified in Tumen, Zhoujiawan, Xiaofu and Yuantan areas, which distribute in the northern margin of the Dahong Mountains (DHM), and thrust into the Sanli-gang-Sanyang fault. These slices consist mainly of diabases, basaltic-andesitic lavas, pyroclastic rocks and a minor tuff. The geochemistry of the basalts, andesites,and diabases is characterized by depleting in Nb and Ta, enriching in Th and LILE (e.g.K, Rb, Ba), and undifferentiating in HFSE. These geochemical characteristics suggest that the original magma of these rocks was derived from a mantle wedge above a subduction zone, and formed in an island-arc setting in Carboniferous-early Triassic. Comparing with the ophiolites and island-arc volcanic rocks in Mianxian-Leyang area to the west, it is reasonable to consider that there had been an oceanic basin connecting with the Mianle ancient ocean to the westward, distributing along the south edge of the Tongbai-Dabie block. 4Geochemistry of the E-MORB type ophiolite and related volcanic rocks from the Wushan area, West Qinling显示文摘The mafic-ultramafic assemblages, which thrustthrust into the Wushan-Tangzang boundary fault as some blocks and outcropped in the Yuanyangzhen, Lijiahe, Lubangou and Gaojiahe area, consist mainly of meta-peridotites, gabbros and basalts. The meta-peridotites are characterized by high SiO2 and MgO contents, low ΣREE, as well as their chondrite-normalized rare earth element patterns show some similarities to that of middle oceanic meta-peridotite. The basalts from the Yuanyangzhen, Lijiahe and Lubangou area are characterized by relatively high TiO2 content, low Al2O3 content and Na2O>>K2O. Above all, it is the slight enrichment or flat REE distribution patterns and the unfractionated in HFS elements in the primitive-normalized trace elements distribution patterns that indicate these basalts are similar to that of the typical E-MORB. In comparison, the basalts from the Gaojiahe section are featured by depletion in Nb and Ta contents and enrichment in Th content which show that these were derived from an island-arc setting. From studies of the regional geology, petrology, geochemistry, geo- chronology and all above evidence, it can be suggested that the mafic-ultramafic rocks from the Wushan area are mainly dismembered E-MORB type ophiolite, which represent the fragments of the lithosphere of the Early-Paleozoic Qinling ocean. It is preferred that these rocks were formed in an initial mid-ocean ridge setting during the beginning stage of the oceanic basin spreading. 6Geochemistry and spatial distribution of late-Paleozoic mafic volcanic rocks in the surrounding areas of the Gonghe Basin: Implications for Majixueshan triple-junction and east Paleotethyan archipelagic ocean显示文摘The late-Paleozoic mafic volcanic rocks occurring in the surrounding areas of the Gonghe basin are distributed in the A'nyêmaqên ophiolite zone, Zongwulong tectonic zone and Kuhai-Saishitang volcanic zone. The mafic volcanics in the A'nyêmaqên zone formed an ancient ridge-centered hotspot around the Majixueshan OIB, the Kuhai-Saishitang mafic rocks consist of E-MORB and continental rift basalts and the Zongwulong volcanic rocks are enriched N-MORB. The regionally low Nb/U and Ce/Pb ratios reflect the influence of the OIB material on the mafic magma source. From geochemistry, spatial distribution and tectonic relationship of the mafic rocks, an ancient triple-junction centered at the Majixueshan can be inferred. The existence of the Kuhai-Saishitang aulacogen may have provided a tectonic channel for the Majixueshan OIB materials metasomatizing the magma source for the Zongwulong rocks. 7Geological characteristics,metallogenic background,and genesis of the Tongyu VHMS copper deposit in the west part of the North Qinling,Shaanxi Province显示文摘The Tongyu volcanic-hosted massive sulfide(VHMS) copper deposit is located in the west part of the North Qinling(NQL),Shaanxi Province.Here we report geological features and trace elemental characteristics of ores,mineralized rocks,and volcanic host rocks of this deposit.We also conducted in situ zircon U-Pb and Lu-Hf LA-ICP-MS dating and lithogeochemical study of the Meigou granodiorite,which is intruded in the south of the Tongyu mining district.It is inferred that the volcanic host rocks of the Tongyu Cu deposit belong to calc-alkaline island arc volcanic rocks,and the volcanic host rocks and the ore-forming materials share common material sources.During subduction of the Paleo-Qinling oceanic slab at around 472 Ma,high oxygen-fugacity aqueous fluid released by dehydration reaction of the subducting slab rose into the mantle wedge,leached Cu and other metal elements,and triggered partial melting of the mantle wedge.Associated with the ore-forming materials,the arc calc-alkaline magmas erupted and formed the Tongyu VHMS deposit.The weighted average zircon U-Pb age of the Meigou granodiorite is 439.3±3 Ma,suggesting its genesis is associated with the subduction event of the Paleo-Qinling oceanic plate around 440 Ma.In terms of the granitoid's geochemical characteristics,the Mg#,Ni,and Cr contents are high.REE show strongly fractionated patterns with unobvious Eu anomalies.Sr contents are high while Y contents are low,resulting in high Sr/Y ratios.Two-stage zircon Hf model ages mostly range between 908 and 723 Ma,with εHf(t)>0.Therefore,we classify Meigou granodiorite as island arc granite with adakitic geochemical features.It was generated by interaction between mantle wedge and melt produced by partial melting of the subducted basaltic slab of the Paleo-Qinling Ocean.The Tongyu VHMS deposit was formed in the island arc tectonic setting during Ordovician-Silurian between 439.3±3 Ma and 472±11 Ma.The volcanic exhalation-sedimentation,which was contemporaneous with the submarine volcanics,produced the primary mineralization of the Tongyu Cu deposit.Afterward,the ore bodies and host rocks were reworked and overprinted intensively by structures corresponding with the overall collisional orogenic process of the Qinling Orogenic Belt during the Indosinian period.In contrast to classic VHMS deposits such as the Kuroko deposit in Japan,the Tongyu Cu deposit possesses the dual characteristics of island arc volcanic exhalation and sedimentation as well as structural reworking and overprinting.Therefore,the Tongyu VHMS Cu deposit is a volcanic exhalation and sedimentation-structural reworking and overprinting type deposit.Ben Lee LaiMin Zhu GuoWei Zhang Bo Guo HuJun Gong AnPing Yao 2010Science China Earth Sciences2010,53,10:5
8Spring and autumn phenology across the Tibetan Plateau inferred from normalized difference vegetation index and solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence显示文摘Plant phenology is a key parameter for accurately modeling ecosystem dynamics.Limited by scarce ground observations and benefiting from the rapid growth of satellite-based Earth observations,satellite data have been widely used for broad-scale phenology studies.Commonly used reflectance vegetation indices represent the emergence and senescence of photosynthetic structures(leaves),but not necessarily that of photosynthetic activities.Leveraging data of the recently emerging solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence(SIF)that is directly related to photosynthesis,and the traditional MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI),we investigated the similarities and differences on the start and end of the growing season(SOS and EOS,respectively)of the Tibetan Plateau.We found similar spatiotemporal patterns in SIF-based SOS(SOS_(SIF))and NDVI-based SOS(SOS_(NDV)I).These spatial patterns were mainly driven by temperature in the east and by precipitation in the west.Yet the two satellite products produced different spatial patterns in EOS,likely due to their different climate dependencies.Our work demonstrates the value of big Earth data for discovering broad-scale spatiotemporal patterns,especially on regions with scarce field data.This study provides insights into extending the definition of phenology and fosters a deeper understanding of ecosystem dynamics from big data.Fandong Meng Ling Huang Anping Chen Yao Zhang Shilong Piao 2021Big Earth Data2021,5,2:2
