| 1 | The mixing of multi-source fluids in the Wusihe Zn–Pb ore deposit in Sichuan Province, Southwestern China显示文摘The Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou(SYG)metallogenic province of southwest China is one of the most important Zn-Pb ore zones in China,with^200 Mt ZnPb ores at mean grades of 10 wt.%Zn and 5 wt.%Pb.The source and mechanism of the regional Zn-Pb mineralization remain controversial despite many investigations that have been conducted.The Wusihe Zn-Pb deposit is a representative large-scale Zn-Pb deposit in the northern SYG,which mainly occurs in the Dengying Formation and yields Zn-Pb resources of^3.7 Mt.In this paper,Zn and S isotopes,and Fe and Cd contents of sphalerite from the Wusihe deposit were investigated in an attempt to constrain the controls on Zn and S isotopic variations,the potential sources of ore-forming components,and the possible mineralization mechanisms.Both theδ66Zn andδ34S values in sphalerite from the Wusihe deposit increase systematically from the bottom to the top of the strata-bound orebodies.Such spatial evolution inδ66Zn andδ34S values of sphalerite can be attributed to isotopic Rayleigh fractionation during sphalerite precipitation with temperature variations.The strong correlations between the Zn-S isotopic compositions and Fe-Cd concentrations in sphalerite suggest that their variations were dominated by a similar mechanism.However,the Rayleigh fractionation mechanism cannot explain the spatial variations of Fe and Cd concentrations of sphalerite in this deposit.It is noted that the bottom and top sphalerites from the strata-bound orebodies document contrasting Zn and S isotopic compositions which correspond to the Zn and S isotopic characteristics of basement rocks and host rocks,respectively.Therefore,the mixing of two-source fluids with distinct Zn-S isotopic signatures was responsible for the spatial variations of Zn-S isotopic compositions of sphalerite from the Wusihe deposit.The fluids from basement rocks are characterized by relatively lighter Zn(~0.2‰)and S(~5‰)isotopic compositions while the fluids from host rocks are marked by relatively heavier Zn(~0.6‰)and S(~15‰)isotopic compositions. | Hongjie Zhang Haifeng Fan Chaoyi Xiao Hanjie Wen Lin Ye Zhilong Huang Jiaxi Zhou Qingjun Guo | 2019 | Acta Geochimica2019,38,5: | 6 |

Here we developed a thera no stic nan oparticle (~24 nm size by dynamic light scatteri ng) p-FE-PTX-FA based on polymeric micelle encapsulating an organic dye (FE) fluorescing in the 1,000-1,700 nm second near-infrared (NIR-Ⅱ) window and an an ti-ca ncer drug paclitaxel. Folic acid (FA) was conjugated to the nan oparticles to afford specific binding to molecular folate receptors on muri ne breast can cer 4T1 tumor cells. In vivo, the nan oparticles accumulated in 4T1 tumor through both passive and active targeting effect. Under an 808 nm laser excitation, fluorescence detection above 1,300 nm afforded a large Stokes shift, allowing targeted molecular imaging tumor with high signal to background ratios, reaching a high tumor to normal tissue signal ratio (T/NT) of (20.0±2.3). Further, 4T1 tumors on mice were completed eradicated by paclitaxel released from p-FE-PTA-FA within 20 days of the first injection. Pharmacokinetics and histology studies indicated p-FE-PTX-FA had no obvious toxic side effects to major organs. | 3 | Technique for Advanced Electrochemical Oxidation Treatment of Nanofiltration Concentrate of Landfill Leachate显示文摘Landfill leachate treated with combined process of 'pretreatment +biological treatment +advanced treatment(NF)' to produce nanofiltration concentrate, which bio-chemical ratio(B/C) is less than 0.1 and CODcr concentration is 2 000-2 500 mg/L, high salt content. Which cannot be discharged under existing environmental standards. According to analysis based on electrochemical advanced oxidation mechanism, a two-step electrochemical technique was recommended. In the first step, a pulse electrochemical technique was adopted. With Fe as consumption electrode and current density of 10 mA/cm2, the pollutants were removed by means of Fenton reaction, electroflotation and electrocoagulation. In the second step, a double function electrode was used to perform electrocatalytic oxidation by means of titanium metallic oxidates. In the condition that current density being 12.5 mA/cm2, the pollutants were further removed by oxidation and electrolytic deposition. | 4 | Adsorption Kinetics of 2,2′,4,4′-Tetrabromodiphenyl Ether(BDE-47) on Maize Straw-Derived Biochars显示文摘The chars in the natural environment can affect the migration of polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs). However, there is insufficient research relating to the adsorption behavior and mechanisms of PBDEs on biochars. This study examined the adsorption kinetics of 2,2′,4,4′-tetrabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-47) on maize straw-derived biochars(MSBCs) pyrolyzed at four different temperatures via batch experiments. The biochar samples were characterized using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy,Raman spectra, and elemental analysis. A two-compartment first-order model and pseudo-second-order model exhibited a better fit compared to a pseudo-first-order model in describing the BDE-47 adsorption on biochars, which was dominated by a slow adsorption compartment and chemisorption. The MSBC pyrolyzed at 600 °C had the highest BDE-47 adsorption capacity owing to its relatively large specific surface area and relatively high aromaticity compared with the other three MSBCs pyrolyzed at 300, 400, and 500 ℃.However, there was no significant difference in adsorption capacity among the other three biochars. The organic functional groups coupled with the graphene structures of biochars and the hydrophobic effect of the functional groups promoted the adsorption of BDE-47. Pore diffusion was not the sole rate-limiting step;film diffusion was also involved in the adsorption process of BDE-47 on biochars. | 10 | Requirements model driven adaption and evolution of Internetware显示文摘Today’s software systems need to support complex business operations and processes.The development of the web-based software systems has been pushing up the limits of traditional software engineering methodologies and technologies as they are required to be used and updated almost real-time,so that users can interact and share the same applications over the internet as needed.These applications have to adapt quickly to the diversified and dynamic changing requirements in the physical,technological,economical and social environments.As a consequence,we are expecting a major paradigm shift in software engineering to reflect such changes in computing environment in order to better address the fundamental needs of organisations in this new era.Existing software technologies,such as model driven development,business process engineering,online(re-)configuration,composition and adaptation of managerial functionalities are being repurposed to reduce the time taken for software development by reusing software codes.The ability to dynamically combine contents from numerous web sites and local resources,and the ability to instantly publish services worldwide have opened up entirely new possibilities for software development.In retrospect to the ten years applied research on Internetware,we have witnessed such a paradigm shift,which brings about many changes to the developmental experience of conventional web applications.Several related technologies,such as cloud computing,service computing,cyber-physical systems and social computing,have converged to address this emerging issue with emphasis on different aspects.In this paper,we first outline the requirements that the Internetware software paradigm should meet to excel at web application adaptation;we then propose a requirement model driven method for adaptive and evolutionary applications;and we report our experiences and case studies of applying it to an enterprise information system.Our goal is to provide high-level guidelines to researchers and practitioners to meet the challenges of building adaptive industrial-strength applications with the spectrum of processes,techniques and facilities provided within the Internetware paradigm. | LIU Lin YANG Chen WANG JianMin YE XiaoJun LIU YingBo YANG HongJi LIU XiaoDong | 2014 | Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Micro pore and throat characteristics and origin of tight sandstone reservoirs: A case study of the Triassic Chang 6 and Chang 8 members in Longdong area, Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘The microstructure differences of the Triassic Chang 6 and Chang 8 members tight reservoirs in the Longdong area of Ordos Basin were compared by means of cast thin sections, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, and constant rate mercury injection. Their pore evolution models were established, and the effects of main diagenesis on densification were examined. The throat is the main factor controlling the physical properties of the Chang 6 and Chang 8 members reservoirs: The lower the permeability, the smaller and the more concentrated the throat radius and the larger the proportion of the throats in the effective storage space. There are several obvious differences between Chang 6 and Chang 8 members:(1) with the increase of permeability, the contribution of the relative large throats to the permeability in the Chang 8 member reservoir is more than that in the Chang 6 member reservoir;(2) the control effect on pore-throat ratio of the nano-throats in the Chang 6 member reservoir is more significant. The sedimentary action determines the primary pore structure of the Chang 6 and Chang 8 members sand bodies, and the diagenesis is the main factor controlling the densification of the reservoirs. Because of the difference in rock fabrics and the chlorite content of Chang 6 and Chang 8, the strong compaction resulted in less porosity reduction(17%) of the Chang 81 reservoir with larger buried depth and larger ground temperature than the Chang 63 reservoir(19%). | 20 | Product identification and toxicity change during oxidation of methotrexate by ferrate and permanganate in water显示文摘Accompanying an annual increase in cancer incidence,the global use of anticancer drugs has remarkably increased with their worldwide environmental prevalence and ecological risks.In this study,the oxidation of methotrexate(MTX),a typical anticancer drug with ubiquitous occurrence and multi-endpoint toxicity,by ferrate(VI)(Fe(VI))and permanganate(Mn(VII)))was investigated in water.Fe(VI)exhibited a higher reactivity with MTX(93.34 M^(−1) s^(−1))than Mn(VII)(3.01 M^(−1) s^(−1)) at pH 8.0.The introduction of Cu(II)and Fe(III)at 1.0 mM improved the removal efficiency of 5.0μM MTX by 100.0μM Fe(VI)from 80%to 95%and 100%after 4 min,respectively.Seven oxidized products(OPs)were identified during oxidative treatments,while OP-191 and OP-205 were characterized as specific products for Fe(VI)oxidation.Initial ketonization of the L-glutamic acid moiety and cleavage of the peptide bond of MTX were proposed.Additionally,a multi-endpoint toxicity evaluation indicated no genotoxicity,neurotoxicity,or endocrine-disrupting effects of MTX and its OPs.Particularly,serious developmental toxicity in zebrafish larvae was observed in the treated MTX solutions.Based on the acute and chronic aquatic toxicity prediction,OP-190,OP-192,OP-206,and OP-208 were deemed toxic or very toxic compared to harmful MTX.Furthermore,the reduced biodegradability index from 0.15(MTX)to−0.5 to−0.2(OP-192,OP-206,and OP-468)indicated the formation of lower biodegradable OPs.Overall,this study suggests that Fe(VI)and Mn(VII)oxidation are promising treatments for remediating anticancer drug-contaminated water.However,the environmental risks associated with these treatments should be considered in the evaluation of water safety. | Shengqi Zhang Chengsong Ye Wenjun Zhao Lili An Xin Yu Lei Zhang Hongjie Sun Mingbao Feng | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,7: | 0 |
