This system is composed of three parts, labor environment monitoring system, occupational disease monitoring system and information managing system for health surveillance. The objective disease of surveillance is altitude disease, pneumoconiosis, occupational poisoning, ultraviolet radiation damage and occupational hearing damage. The surveillance period is 3 month. In addition, two systems, including information managing system and evaluation reporting system used for health surveillance, and a computer information managing software of health surveillance used during Qinghai-Tibet railway construction is developed. | 5 | The preparation of Garcinia Glycosides solid dispersion and intestinal absorption by rat in situ single pass intestinal perfusion显示文摘Garcinia Glycosides is a candidate drug obtained by structural modification of Gambogic Acid (GA), which was acquired through High Throughput Screening(HTS). As Garcinia Glycosides is an effective but insoluble anti-tumor drug, the aim of this study was to obtain a solid dispersion form Garcinia Glycosides by using solvent-melt method so that improve the solubility and dissolution rate. The solid dispersion was characterized by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), infrared spectroscopy and evaluated the intestinal absorption of the drug by rat in situ single pass intestinal perfusion. The results showed the increase of solubility, dissolution velocity and absorption compared to other forms. | 8 | Full-parameter omnidirectional transformation optical devices显示文摘Transformation optics(TO)provides an unprecedented technique to control electromagnetic(EM)waves by engineering the constitutive parameters of the surrounding medium through a proper spatial transformation.In general,ideal transformation optical devices require simultaneous electric and magnetic responses along all three dimensions.To ease the practical implementation,previous studies usually made use of reduced parameters or other simplified approaches,which inevitably introduce extra reflection or unwanted phase shift.Up to today,experimental realizations of full-parameter transformation optical devices in free space are still quite limited.Here,a general design strategy is proposed to solve this problem.As a specific example,a full-parameter spatial-compression TO medium with constitutive parameters taking the diagonal form diag(a,a,1/a)for the TM wave incidence was designed and realized experimentally.Such spatial-compression TO media were then applied to the implementation of an ideal omnidirectional invisibility cloak capable of concealing a large-scale object over a wide range of illumination angles.Both the simulation and experiment confirm that the cloak allows for nearly unity transmission of EM waves in the forward direction without introducing extra scattering or phase shift.This work constitutes an important stepping stone for future practical implementation of arbitrary full-parameter omnidirectional transformation optical devices. | Yuan Gao Yu Luo Jingjing Zhang Zhengjie Huang Bin Zheng Hongsheng Chen Dexin Ye | 2024 | National Science Review2024,11,3: | 0 |
| 9 | Aβ-ketoacyl-CoA Synthase OsCUT1 Confers Increased Drought Tolerance in Rice显示文摘Drought stress is one of the major environmental factors affecting crop growth and productivity.Cuticular wax plays essential roles in protecting plants from environmental stress via forming a hydrophobic barrier on leaf epidermis.In this study,we analyzed nine members(OsCUT1‒OsCUT9)ofβ-ketoacyl-CoA synthase,the rate-limiting key enzyme for cuticular wax synthesis in rice by homology search and domain prediction.The expression levels of OsCUT genes under different abiotic stresses were investigated and OsCUT1 down-regulated by abiotic stress was selected for further function validation.Compared to the wild type,overexpression of OsCUT1(OX-OsCUT1)exhibited significantly increased drought resistance.Epicuticular wax was increased on the leaf surface of OX-OsCUT1 and the chlorophyll leaching experiment showed that the cuticular permeability was decreased in the OX-OsCUT1 plants.Moreover,overexpression of OsCUT1 didn’t result in the significant changes of major agronomic traits.In total,these results suggested that OsCUT1 is a promising gene for engineering rice plants with enhanced drought tolerance. | GAO Xiuying ZHANG Ye ZHANG Hongsheng HUANG Ji | 2022 | Rice science2022,29,4: | 0 |
| 10 | Revealing the Transformation Invariance of Full-Parameter Omnidirectional Invisibility Cloaks显示文摘Searching for an optimal solution among many nonunique answers provided by transformation optics is critical for many branches of research,such as the burgeoning research on invisibility cloaks.The past decades have witnessed rapid development of transformation optics,and different kinds of invisibility cloaks have been designed and implemented.However,the available cloaks realized thus far have been mostly demonstrated with reduced parameters,which greatly impact the predefined cloaking performance.Here,we report a general design strategy to realize full-parameter omnidirectional cloaks that can hide arbitrarily shaped objects in free space.Our approach combines a singular transformation with transformation-invariant metamaterials.The cloaking device with extreme parameters is implemented using a metallic array structure.In the experiment,two cloak samples are designed and fabricated,one with nondiscrete cloaking regions and the other with separated hidden regions.Near-unit transmission of electromagnetic waves with arbitrary incident angles is experimentally demonstrated along with significantly suppressed scattering.Our work challenges the prevailing paradigms of invisibility cloaks and provides deep insight into how transformation optics could be harnessed to obtain easily-accessible metadevices. | Bin Zheng Huan Lu Chao Qian Dexin Ye Yu Luo Hongsheng Chen | 2023 | Electromagnetic Science2023,1,2: | 0 |
