1Imaging energetic electron spectrometer onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit显示文摘The energetic electron measurement is one of the most important issues to understand dynamics in space physics and the applications for space weather. In this study, the principle and functional components of the imaging energetic electron spectrometer(IES) onboard a Chinese navigation satellite in the inclined GEO orbit(IGSO) was introduced. The IES instrument is developed by the team in Peking University(BeiDa), thus it is named as BD-IES. Based on the pin-hole technique, the instrument can measure 50–600 keV electrons incident from 9 directions over a range of 180° in polar angle. With pulse height analysis(PHA), the spectrum can be determined for each direction. The energy and angular calibrations were performed, which show the good energy and angular characteristics of BD-IES. Monte Carlo simulations show that the anti-proton design of BDIES can effectively decrease the proton contamination on the electron measurements in the inclined GEO orbit. 2Cryptography on elliptic curves over p-adic number fields显示文摘In this paper we introduce a cryptosystem based on the quotient groups of the group of rational points of an elliptic curve defined over p-adic number field. Some additional parameters are taken in this system, which have an advantage in performing point multiplication while keeping the security of ECC over finite fields. We give a method to select generators of the cryptographic groups, and give a way to represent the elements of the quotient groups with finitely bounded storage by establishing a bijection between these elements and their approximate coordinates. 4Energetic electron detection packages on board Chinese navigation satellites in MEO显示文摘Energetic electron measurements and spacecraft charging are of great significance for theoretical research in space physics and space weather applications.In this paper,the energetic electron detection package(EEDP)deployed on three Chinese navigation satellites in medium Earth orbit(MEO)is reviewed.The instrument was developed by the space science payload team led by Peking University.The EEDP includes a pinhole medium-energy electron spectrometer(MES),a high-energy electron detector(HED)based onΔE-E telescope technology,and a deep dielectric charging monitor(DDCM).The MES measures the energy spectra of 50−600 keV electrons from nine directions with a 180°×30°field of view(FOV).The HED measures the energy spectrum of 0.5−3.0 MeV electrons from one direction with a 30°cone-angle FOV.The ground test and calibration results indicate that these three sensors exhibit excellent performance.Preliminary observations show that the electron spectra measured by the MES and HED are in good agreement with the results from the magnetic electron-ion spectrometer(MagEIS)of the Van Allen Probes spacecraft,with an average relative deviation of 27.3%for the energy spectra.The charging currents and voltages measured by the DDCM during storms are consistent with the highenergy electron observations of the HED,demonstrating the effectiveness of the DDCM.The observations of the EEDP on board the three MEO satellites can provide important support for theoretical research on the radiation belts and the applications related to space weather.YuGuang Ye Hong Zou Qiu-Gang Zong HongFei Chen JiQing Zou WeiHong Shi XiangQian Yu WeiYing Zhong YongFu Wang YiXin Hao ZhiYang Liu XiangHong Jia Bo Wang XiaoPing Yang XiaoYun Hao 2021Earth and Planetary Physics2021,5,2:1

6Self-Navigated 3D Acoustic Tweezers in Complex Media Based on Time Reversal显示文摘Acoustic tweezers have great application prospects because they allow noncontact and noninvasive manipulation of microparticles in a wide range of media.However,the nontransparency and heterogeneity of media in practical applications complicate particle trapping and manipulation.In this study,we designed a 1.04 MHz 256-element 2D matrix array for 3D acoustic tweezers to guide and monitor the entire process using real-time 3D ultrasonic images,thereby enabling acoustic manipulation in nontransparent media.Furthermore,we successfully performed dynamic 3D manipulations on multiple microparticles using multifoci and vortex traps.We achieved 3D particle manipulation in heterogeneous media(through resin baffle and ex vivo macaque and human skulls)by introducing a method based on the time reversal principle to correct the phase and amplitude distortions of the acoustic waves.Our results suggest cutting-edge applications of acoustic tweezers such as acoustical drug delivery,controlled micromachine transfer,and precise treatment.Ye Yang Teng Ma Sinan Li Qi Zhang Jiqing Huang Yifei Liu Jianwei Zhuang Yongchuan Li Xuemin Du Lili Niu Yang Xiao Congzhi Wang Feiyan Cai Hairong Zheng 2021Research2021,,1:1

8A cross-type imaging electron spectrometer显示文摘Energetic electron measurement is of great significance to theoretical space physics research and space weather applications.Current energetic electron detectors must cooperate with a spin-stabilized satellite platform to achieve high angular resolution in pitch angle distribution and three-dimensional(3D)imaging measurement of energetic electrons.This article introduces a cross-type quasi-3D imaging electron spectrometer(IES)based on pinhole imaging technology developed in the laboratory.The imager is composed of five imaging units,including a nine-pixel area array Si-PIN detector imaging unit in the middle and four three-pixel linear array Si-PIN detector imaging units placed in a cross-shape around it.The combination of five imaging units forms two orthogonal nine-pixel linear array detectors(with a common pixel in the middle).There are four pixels with a view angle of 20°×20°in the 45°oblique directions of the cross-type detection array.There are 21 imaging pixels in the entire crosstype sensor head,corresponding to 21 directions.Two multichannel integrated preamplifier ASICs are integrated in the sensor head to realize particle signal readout from 21 pixels.With a back-end electronics system,each pixel can achieve high energy resolution detection of 50–600 keV electrons.Radioactive sources and electron accelerators are used to calibrate the cross-type imaging sensor head,and the results demonstrate its good energy and directional detection characteristics(the energy resolution reaches 6.9 keV for the incident 200 keV electron beam).We performed simulations on the imaging sensor head’s ability to measure the electron pitch angle distribution on the three-axis stabilized platform,and the results show that the sensor head can perform quasi-three-dimensional detection of electrons incident within 2πsolid angles on the three-axis stabilized satellite platform,with an average angular resolution of the electron pitch angle distribution of less than 6°.YE YuGuang ZOU Hong WANG YongFu QIN JunFeng SHI WeiHong ZOU JiQing ZHONG WeiYing ZONG QiuGang FU SuiYan 2023Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,3:0
9Targeting TRPV1-mediated autophagy attenuates nitrogen mustard-induced dermal toxicity显示文摘Nitrogen mustard(NM)causes severe vesicating skin injury,which lacks effective targeted therapies.The major limitation is that the specific mechanism of NM-induced skin injury is not well understood.Recently,autophagy has been found to play important roles in physical and chemical exposure-caused cutaneous injuries.However,whether autophagy contributes to NM-induced dermal toxicity is unclear.Herein,we initially confrmed that NM dose-dependently caused cell death and induced autophagy in keratinocytes.Suppression of autophagy by 3-methyladenine,chloroquine,and baflomycin A1 or ATG5 siRNA attenuated NM-induced keratinocyte cell death.Furthermore,NM increased transient receptor potential vanilloid 1(TRPV1)expression,intracellular Ca2+content,and the activities of Car+/calmodulin-dependent kinase kinaseβ(CaMKKB),AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),unc-51-like kinase 1(ULK1),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).NM-induced autophagy in keratinocytes was abolished by treatment with inhibitors of TRPV1(capsazepine),CaMKKβ(STO-609),AMPK(compound C),and ULK1(SBI-0206965)as well as TRPV1,CaMKKB,and AMPK siRNA transfection.In addition,an mTOR inhibitor(rapamycin)had no signifcant effect on NM-stimulated autophagy or cell death of keratinocytes.Finally,the results of the in vivo experiment in NM-treated skin tissues were consistent with the findings of the in vitro experiment.In conclusion,NM-caused dermal toxicity by overactivating autophagy partially through the activation of TRPV1-Ca2+-CaMKKB-AMPK-ULK1 signaling pathway.These results suggest that blocking TRPV1-dependent autophagy could be a potential treatment strategy for NM-caused cutaneous injury.Mingliang Chen Xunhu Dong Haoyue Deng Feng Ye Yuanpeng Zhao Jin Cheng Guorong Dan Jiqing Zhao Yan Sai Xiuwu Bian Zhongmin Zou 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,2:0
