| 3 | Secret sharing scheme with inherited characteristic显示文摘To assure the shareholders can look for their “legal” attorneys to renew the secret, once the secret sharing scheme is initialized, a secret sharing scheme with inherited characteristic is constructed. In this scheme, each shareholder can produce a new share by his algorithm, which is equivalent to the primary one. Together with other shares, the primary secret can be renewed. Since this scheme is constructed not by replacing the primary share with a new share produced by the dealer in his primitive secret sharing scheme, so no matter how much shares the shareholder produces, these shares can not be gathered together to renew the secret in this scheme. | 10 | In vitro selection of G-rich RNA aptamers that target HIV-1 integrase显示文摘Aptamers that interact with various HIV-1 proteins,such as reverse transcriptase,Rev,Tat protein,and nuclear capsule protein,have been prepared through SELEX (systematic evolution of ligands by ex-ponential enrichment) technique. However,there are few reports about the DNA or RNA aptamers that target HIV-1 integrase. In this investigation,we selected alternative RNA aptamers specific for the HIV-1 integrase by using a different binding buffer containing 10 mmol·L-1 MgCl2 and 100 mmol·L-1 KCl. Aptamer IN1,IN2,IN3 had similar and the highest Kd values from 145 to 239 nmol·L-1. Structural studies showed that they formed similar stem-loop structure. Deletion of any stem structure resulted in diminished affinity. In addition,structure probing study with antisense DNA indicated that the stem-loop structure in the random region was critical for integrase binding. Although aptamer IN1 failed to form G-quartet structure,it might directly interact with the DDE motif of integrase,which is the virus DNA-binding site,because G-quadruplex T40214 competitively inhibited the interaction between IN1 and integrase. | 11 | Corrosion and tribocorrosion resistance of MAO-based composite coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy显示文摘In this paper, a multi-functional composite coating with low friction coefficient, high wear resistance and excellent tribocorrosion resistance is fabricated on AZ31 Mg alloys by micro-arc oxidation and spray-coating methods. The microstructure, and composition of the coating are characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, and FT-IR. Potentiodynamic polarization and EIS tests are conducted to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the composite coating. The tribocorrosion property is also studied using pin-on-disk tribometer in 3.5 wt.% Na Cl solution. It is found that the composite coating possesses better long-term corrosion resistance than the single MAO coating.
