| 1 | 多边形铁素体的体积分数和大小对管线钢落锤撕裂性能的影响显示文摘在天然气管线脆性断裂止裂的研究中,由于落锤撕裂试验(Drop weight tear test,DWTT)采用了全板厚试样,其试验状态接近管道在实际情况下的应力应变状态,能充分显示管材断裂的真实状况及其止裂能力,所以,DWTT已经成为评价管线钢脆性断裂止裂能力的重要方法,并以试样的断口纤维率(Shear-area percentage,SA)大小作为衡量标准。在不同的工业生产条件下轧制X70管线钢,并对它们进行落锤撕裂试验、疲劳试验、拉伸试验及冲击试验,探讨X70管线钢显微组织中多边形铁素体体积分数和大小对DWTT断口纤维率的影响。研究结果表明,当多边形铁素体作为第二相存在时,断口纤维率随着多边形铁素体体积分数的增加呈现出先上升后下降的特点;当多边形铁素体作为主要基体组织存在时,断口纤维率主要受多边形铁素体晶粒大小的影响,并且晶粒越细断口纤维率越高。 | 于庆波 孙莹 YU Hailiang 刘相华 | 2011 | 机械工程学报2011,47,24: | 19 |

| 3 | Estimating evapotranspiration from terrestrial groundwater-dependent ecosystems using Landsat images显示文摘Understanding and mitigating against the impact of groundwater extraction on groundwater-dependent ecosystems(GDE)requires information of evapotranspiration(ET)of these ecosystems.In this pilot study,we tested two remotesensing methods,Surface Energy Balance Algorithms for Land(SEBAL)and Vegetation Index/Temperature Trapezoid(VITT),for ET estimation from terrestrial GDEs.Multi-temporal Landsat Thematic Mapper(TM)and Enhanced Thematic Mapper(ETM)images were used to derive vegetation indices and land surface temperatures for ET estimation.Radiative transfer model was used for atmospheric correction of the Landsat images.Field measurements were used to validate the remote sensing estimation of VI and surface temperature.Both methods have been implemented in a geographic information system(GIS)using automated scripts and ancillary GIS data for quality control process.Comparison of predicted ET by SEBAL to VITT model indicates relatively good agreement(R20.90)and promise for use in groundwater management.The average ET from woodland GDEs within the zone of influence of the pumping stations is in general lower than similar woodlands outside of the pumping area,particularly in summer seasons which demonstrates that the pumping regime has an impact on those GDEs.The study also demonstrates that even a simple physical ET model can provide useful information for groundwater management,and more broadly other applications in hydrologic modelling and digital earth studies. | Xihua Yang Peter L.Smith Tao Yu Hailiang Gao | 2011 | International Journal of Digital Earth2011,4,2: | 2 |

| 5 | Transcriptome sequencing analysis for the identification of stable lncRNAs associated with bovine Staphylococcus aureus mastitis显示文摘Background:Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)mastitis is one of the most difficult diseases to treat in lactating dairy cows worldwide.S.aureus with different lineages leads to different host immune responses.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are reported to be widely involved in the progress of inflammation.However,no research has identified stable lncRNAs among different S.aureus strain infections.In addition,folic acid(FA)can effectively reduce inflammation,and whether the inflammatory response caused by S.aureus can be reduced by FA remains to be explored.Methods:lncRNA transcripts were identified from Holstein mammary gland tissues infected with different concentrations of S.aureus(in vivo)and mammary alveolar cells(Mac-T cells,in vitro)challenged with different S.aureus strains.Differentially expressed(DE)lncRNAs were evaluated,and stable DE lncRNAs were identified in vivo and in vitro.On the basis of the gene sequence conservation and function conservation across species,key lncRNAs with the function of potentially immune regulation were retained for further analysis.The function of FA on inflammation induced by S.aureus challenge was also investigated.Then,the association analysis between these keys lncRNA transcripts and hematological parameters(HPs)was carried out.Lastly,the knockdown and overexpression of the important lncRNA were performed to validate the gene function on the regulation of cell immune response.Results:Linear regression analysis showed a significant correlation between the expression levels of lncRNA shared by mammary tissue and Mac-T cells(P<0.001,R^(2)=0.3517).lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 could be regarded as stable markers associated with bovine S.aureus mastitis.Several HPs could be influenced by SNPs around lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1.The results of gene function validation showed PRANCR regulates the mRNA expression of SELPLG and ITGB2 within the S.aureus infection pathway and the Mac-T cells apoptosis.In addition,FA regulated the expression change of DE lncRNA involved in toxin metabolism and inflammation to fight against S.aureus infection.Conclusions:The remarkable association between SNPs around these two lncRNAs and partial HP indicates the potentially important role of PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 in immune regulation.Stable DE lncRNAs PRANCR and TNK2-AS1 can be regarded as potential targets for the prevention of bovine S.aureus mastitis.FA supplementation can reduce the negative effect of S.aureus challenge by regulating the expression of lncRNAs. | Siyuan Mi Yongjie Tang Gerile Dari Yuanjun Shi Jinning Zhang Hailiang Zhang Xueqin Liu Yibing Liu Usman Tahir Ying Yu | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,2: | 2 |
| 6 | A twin-channel difference model for cross-calibration of thermal infrared band显示文摘Based on the conduction and transformation of the thermal infrared radiative transfer equation of water target,a twinchannel difference model(DM) was proposed to improve the calibration precision by conquering the limitation that the atmospheric condition when image is acquiring cannot be truly obtained in the traditional radiometric simulation calibration method.The analysis of surface,atmosphere and top-of-atmosphere(TOA) radiative energy decomposition demonstrated that the apparent TOA radiance of the uncalibrated channel is the differential combination of two reference channels.The DM avoids impacts from atmospheric temperature and density.The only impact is from water vapor(WV) content.Based on the fitting error analysis of 742 mid-latitude atmospheric profiles(column WV content:0-5×10 3 atm cm) selected from TIGR database,the DM is insensitive to WV content.The maximum error is less than 0.2 K when the view zenith angels(VZAs) of reference channels and uncalibrated channel are less than 30.The error becomes 0.3 K when VZAs range from 30 to 40 and 0.6 K when VZAs are in 40-50.Because the uncertainty increases when VZAs are larger than 50,the best range of VZAs is 30-50.The vicarious calibration results at Lake Qinghai field indicated that the calibration precision of the DM cross-calibration by using MODIS bands 31 and 32 as reference channels to calibrate IRS band 08 is similar to that of vicarious calibration.Therefore,the DM is a reliable alternative tool for sensor on-orbit calibration and validation with high precision and frequency. | LI JiaGuo GU XingFa YU Tao LI XiaoYing GAO HaiLiang LIU Li XU Hui | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 2 |
| 7 | The effect of continuous Ni(Ⅱ) exposure on the organic degradation and soluble microbial product(SMP) formation in two-phase anaerobic reactor显示文摘A two-phase anaerobic reactor fed with glucose substrate(3 g chemical oxygen demand(COD)/L) was used to investigate the effects of toxic metals on the degradation of organics and the soluble microbial product(SMP) formation. Low concentrations of Ni(II)(5 and10 mg/L) promoted the acid phase, whereas high concentrations(15, 20, and 25 mg/L)exhibited an inhibitory effect on, but did not alter the fermentative method, which mainly involved the fermentation of propionic acid. The methanogenic microorganism exhibited a strong capability adapting constantly increased Ni(II) levels. The acid phase was an accumulation stage of SMP. In the absence of Ni(II), the high-molecular-weight material in the effluent SMP mainly contained polysaccharide, tryptophan, and casein. Methanogens metabolized most of the polysaccharide, the whole tryptophan content, and part of the casein, leading to the presence of humic acid and protein in effluent. After Ni(II) dosage, the protein and polysaccharide of the acid phase increased, and tryptophan changed, while casein remained stable. More protein than polysaccharide was produced, suggesting the prominent function of protein when addressing the negative effect of toxic metals. | 8 | Fabrication and Characterization of High-Bonding-Strength Al/Ti/Al-Laminated Composites via Cryorolling显示文摘Sandwich-like Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites have many advantages such as low density and high specific strength with value in mechanical manufacturing and aerospace engineering. Here, Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites were fabricated by hot roll bonding and subsequent processes: cryorolling(-190 ℃ and-100 ℃), cold rolling(25 ℃), and hot rolling(300 ℃). Their bonding strength and mechanical properties were then studied by an Autograph AGS-X universal electronic testing machine. The results show that cryorolling can improve the interface bonding strength and tensile strength of Al/Ti/Allaminated composites. For the Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites subjected to cryorolling at-100 ℃, they have the highest strength near 260 MPa—this is 48 MPa and 41 MPa higher than the laminated composites subjected to cold and hot rolling, respectively. These results also show the strongest peeling strength. | 9 | Study on flow characteristics of solid/liquid system in lysozyme crystal growth显示文摘During the process of lysozyme protein crystallization with batch method,the macroscopic flow field of solid/liquid system was observed by particle image velocimetry(PIV). Furthermore,a normal growth rate of(110) face and local flow field around a single protein crystal were obtained by a long work dis-tance microscope. The experimental results showed that the average velocity,the maximal velocity of macroscopic solid/liquid system and the velocity of local flow field around single protein crystal were fluctuant. The effective boundary layer thickness δeff,the concentration at the interface Ci and the characteristic velocity V were calculated using a convection-diffusion model. The results showed that the growth of lysozyme crystal in this experiment was dominated by interfacial kinetics rather than bulk transport,and the function of buoyancy-driven flow in bulk transport was small,however,the effect of bulk transport in crystal growth had a tendency to increase with the increase of lysozyme concentra-tion. The calculated results also showed that the order of magnitude of shear force was about 10-21 N,which was much less than the bond force between the lysozyme molecules. | 10 | Genomic and transcriptomic analyses enable the identification of important genes associated with subcutaneous fat deposition in Holstein cows显示文摘Subcutaneous fat deposition has many important roles in dairy cattle,including immunological defense and mechanical protection.The main objectives of this study are to identify key candidate genes regulating subcutaneous fat deposition in high-producing dairy cows by integrating genomic and transcriptomic datasets.A total of 1654 genotyped Holstein cows are used to perform a genome-wide association study(GWAS)aiming to identify genes associated with subcutaneous fat deposition.Subsequently,weighted gene co-expression network analyses(WGCNA)are conducted based on RNA-sequencing data of 34 cows and cow yield deviations of subcutaneous fat deposition.Lastly,differentially expressed(DE)m RNA,lnc RNA,and differentially alternative splicing genes are obtained for 12 Holstein cows with extreme and divergent phenotypes for subcutaneous fat deposition.Forty-six protein-coding genes are identified as candidate genes regulating subcutaneous fat deposition in Holstein cattle based on GWAS.Eleven overlapping genes are identified based on the analyses of DE genes and WGCNA.Furthermore,the candidate genes identified based on GWAS,WGCNA,and analyses of DE genes are significantly enriched for pathways involved in metabolism,oxidative phosphorylation,thermogenesis,fatty acid degradation,and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathways.Integrating all findings,the NID2,STARD3,UFC1,DEDD,PPP1R1B,and USP21 genes are considered to be the most important candidate genes influencing subcutaneous fat deposition traits in Holstein cows.This study provides novel insights into the regulation mechanism underlying fat deposition in high-producing dairy cows,which will be useful when designing management and breeding strategies. | Hailiang Zhang Siyuan Mia Luiz F.Brito Lirong Hu Lei Wang Longgang Ma Qing Xu Gang Guo Ying Yu Yachun Wang | 2023 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,6: | 1 |

In this research, a technology was developed for real-time measurement of the distortion in hydraulic turbine blade castings at the still air cooling and forced air cooling stages during heat treatment process. The method was used to measure the distortion behavior at the cooling stages in both normalizing and tempering processes. At the normalization, the distortion at the blade corner near outlet side undergoes four stages with alternating bending along positive and negative directions. At the tempering stage, the distortion could be divided into two steps. The temperature difference between the two surfaces of blade casting was employed to analyze the distortion mechanism.
