1RESEARCH OF WAVELET TRANSFORM INSTRUMENT SYSTEM FOR SIGNAL ANALYSIS显示文摘After brief describing the Principle of wavelet transform (WT) of signals, a new signals analysis system based on wavelet transform is introduced. The design and development of the instryment of wavelet transform are described. 2Influence of fading on characteristics of thermal analysis curve of compacted graphite iron显示文摘In general, during the production of compacted graphite iron (CGI), the active residual magnesium reduces and the effect of inoculation fades after magnesium treatment. In this paper, characteristics of the thermal analysis curve of CGI are compared with those of ductile iron and grey cast iron. The fading effect on the compacted graphite percentage and thermal analysis curve were also studied. Results indicate that the undercooling of CGI is as low as that of ductile iron, but CGI shows evident recalescence. In fading process, the magnesium element acts with oxygen. For a decrease in magnesium content, both the compacted graphite percentage and the austenitic liquidus temperature increase. The temperature of eutectic undercooling (TEU) decreases before the flake graphite appears. After that, TEU increases quickly, up to as high as 20℃, and then gradually decreases. 4Layer-by-layer slot-die coated high-efficiency organic solar cells processed using twin boiling point solvents under ambient condition显示文摘Layer-by-layer (LbL) strategy has been developed to form bulk heterojunction (BHJ) structure for processing efficient organic solar cells (OSCs). Herein, LbL slot-die coating with twin boiling point solvents (TBPS) strategy was developed to fabricate highly efficient OSCs, which matches with large-scale, high throughput roll-to-roll (R2R) industrialized mass process. The TBPS strategy could produce high-quality thin film without any additive, leading to the optimized vertical phase separation with interpenetrating nanostructures, as well as the enhanced charge transport and extraction. Thus, the power conversion efficiency up to 14.42% was achieved for [(2,6-(4,8-bis(5-(2-ethylhexyl-3-fluoro)thiophen-2-yl)-benzo [1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene))-alt-(5,5-(1′,3′-di-2-thienyl-5′,7′-bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzo[1′,2′-c:4′,5′-c′]dithiophene-4,8-dione)]:2,2′-((2Z,2′Z)-((12,13-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3,9-diundecyl-12,13-dihydro-[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-e]thieno[2″,3″:4″,5″]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]pyrrolo[3,2-g]thieno[2′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b]indole-2,10-diyl)bis(methanylylidene)) bis(5,6-difluoro-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2,1-diylidene))dimalononitrile (PM6:Y6) OSCs fabricated via sequentially LbL slot-die coating using the TBPS strategy under ambient condition. 9^(235)U enrichment detection system for nuclear fuel rod based on compact D–D neutron generator显示文摘A reliable ^(235)U enrichment uniformity detection system based on a compact D–D neutron generator is developed to detect the ^(235)U enrichment uniformity of different fuel elements in the same nuclear fuel rod. The high-yield compact D–D neutron generator provides 2.45 MeV D–D neutrons, decelerated by a moderator to thermal neutrons or epithermal neutrons, thereby inducing ^(235)U fission to produce highly excited state fission fragments that undergo de-excitation via γ-ray emission. The system detects the ^(235)U enrichment uniformity of a nuclear fuel rod by measuring γ-rays and establishing a relationship between the γ-ray count rate and ^(235)U enrichment in nuclear fuel. The proposed system yields a confidence probability of 99.99% for a relative ^(235)U enrichment deviation of 10% and a neutron yield of 5 × 10^(8) n/s, and the detection accuracy increases with increasing neutron yield. 10Methodological Research in the Field of Civil Aviation Safety显示文摘In order to promote the application and development of civil aviation safety(CAS)in the field of safety and enrich the theoretical system of CAS research,the methodology of CAS was studied.The definition of CAS was reconstructed,its connotation was explained from four aspects,and its research object was clarified.This paper discussed the mechanism of CAS,that is,to maintain system security through the establishment of safety prevention and control system(SPCS),and explained the research content of CAS from theory and technology application.Five principles and applicable methods for CAS research were summarized.In addition,it put forward the general procedure of CAS research,explained the specific content and implementation method or basis of each step.The research results show that the methodology of CAS is a systematic theoretical system with certain guiding significance,combined with the mechanism,research content,research principles and methods,and research procedures of CAS.Fei YAN Changqi YANG Hua LI 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,5:0
11Learning semantic-specific visual representation for laser welding penetration status recognition显示文摘The degree of penetration can directly reflect the forming quality of laser welding. The fine-grained feature of the molten pool/keyhole image brings challenges to the vision-based laser welding penetration status recognition. In this paper, a novel knowledge-and-data-hybrid driven recognition model is proposed for solving the problem of difficult learning of discriminative visual features of molten pool/keyhole images. In addition, a label semantic attention mechanism(LSA) is designed with three modules: representation of image visual feature, representation of labels semantic feature, and generation of label semantic attention. For learning discriminative features in visual space, LSA uses discriminative information in label semantics to guide the convolutional neural network. The experimental results show that the proposed LSA method has faster convergence and higher accuracy than the traditional attention mechanism. Further comparative experiments reveal that LSA is less dependent on the amount of training data and model complexity.
