| 1 | Machining deformation of single-sided component based on finishing allowance optimization显示文摘Owing to reliability and high strength-to-weight ratio,large thin-walled components are widely used in the aviation and aerospace industry.Due to the complex features and sequence involved in the machining process of large thin-walled components,machining deformation of component is easy to exceed the specification.In order to address the problem,it is important to retain the appropriate finishing allowance.To find the overall machining deformation,finishing allowance-induced deformation(web finishing allowance,sidewall finishing allowance)and initial residual stress-induced deformation were considered as major factors.Meanwhile,machined surface residual stress-induced deformation,clamping stress-induced deformation,thermal deformation,gravity-induced deformation and inertial force-induced deformation were neglected in the optimization model.Six-peak Gaussian function was introduced to fit the initial residual stress.Based upon the obtained function of initial residual stress,a deformation prediction model between initial residual stress and finishing allowance was established to attain the finishing allowanceinduced deformation.In addition,linear programming optimization model based on the simplex algorithm was developed to optimize the overall machining deformation.Results have concluded that the overall machining deformation reached the minimum value when sidewall finishing allowance and web finishing allowance varied between 1 and 2 mm.Additionally,web finishing allowance-induced deformation and sidewall finishing allowance-induced deformation were1.05 mm and 0.7 mm.Furthermore,the machining deformation decreased to 0.3–0.38 mm with the application of optimized finishing allowance allocation strategy,which made 39–56%reduction of the overall machining deformation compared to that in conventional method. | Xiaoyue LI Liang LI Yinfei YANG Guolong ZHAO Ning HE Xiaocen DING Yaowen SHI Longxin FAN Hui LAN Muhammad JAMIL | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,9: | 6 |
| 2 | Root imaging from ground penetrating radar data by CPSO-OMP compressed sensing显示文摘As the amount of data produced by ground penetrating radar(GPR) for roots is large, the transmission and the storage of data consumes great resources. To alleviate this problem, we propose here a root imaging algorithm using chaotic particle swarm optimal(CPSO)compressed sensing based on GPR data according to the sparsity of root space. Radar data are decomposed,observed, measured and represented in sparse manner, so roots image can be reconstructed with limited data. Firstly,radar signal measurement and sparse representation are implemented, and the solution space is established by wavelet basis and Gauss random matrix; secondly, the matching function is considered as the fitness function, and the best fitness value is found by a PSO algorithm; then, a chaotic search was used to obtain the global optimal operator; finally, the root image is reconstructed by the optimal operators. A-scan data, B-scan data, and complex data from American GSSI GPR is used, respectively, in the experimental test. | 3 | Dopant-free hole transporting materials with supramolecular interactions and reverse diffusion for efficient and modular p-i-n perovskite solar cells显示文摘The rational design of dopant-free organic hole-transporting layer(HTL) materials is still a challenge for realizing high-efficient and stable p-i-n planar perovskite solar cells(pero-SCs). Here, we synthesized two π-conjugated small-molecule HTL materials through tailoring the backbone and conjugated side chain to carefully control molecular conformation. The resultant BDT-TPAs Th containing a planar fused benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene(BDT) core and a conjugated thiophene side chain showed the planar conformation. X-ray crystallography showed a favorable stacking model in solid states under the parallel-displaced π-πand additional S-π weak-bond supramolecular interactions, thus achieving an obviously increased hole mobility without dopants.As an HTL material in p-i-n planar pero-SCs, the marginal solubility of BDT-TPA-s Th enabled inverse diffusion into the perovskite precursor solution for assisting the subsequent perovskite film growth and passivating the uncoordinated Pb2+ ion defects. As a result, the planar p-i-n pero-SCs exhibited a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 20.5% and enhanced moisture stability. Importantly, the BDT-TPA-s Th HTL material also showed weak thickness-photovoltaic dependence, and the pero-SCs with blade-coated BDT-TPA-s Th as a HTL achieved a 15.30% PCE for the 1-cm2 modularized device. | 7 | Combination Rule Based on Proportional Redistribution of Generalized Conflict for Evidence Theory显示文摘Dempster's rule is a powerful tool for combining multiple distinct pieces of evidence in evidence theory. When conflict between pieces of evidence is high,the combination result of Dempster's rule is counterintuitive. Many alternative combination rules have been proposed. Most of these alternative combination rules are based on the redistribution of Shafer's conflicting mass. The quantitative definition of generalized conflict is given. Based on Proportional generalized conflict redistribution(PGCR), a new class of evidence combination rules is proposed and the links with some existed rules are established. A special instance of the PGCR rules referred to as PGCR-A is proposed by using the subsets' average support degrees as the proportional coefficients. PGCR-A rule can deal with the combination of high conflict evidence. During the process of combination, PGCR-A rule can also automatically determine the weights of the basic belief mass converging to the more specific subsets according to the focal elements' cardinalities. | 13 | Effect of roughness on wettability and floatability:Based on wetting film drainage between bubbles and solid surfaces显示文摘Wetting film thinning measurement was introduced to clarify the wettability and floatability of solid surfaces with varying roughness. The wettability was quantified using the contact angle measurement combined with the dynamic force microbalance test between solid surfaces and water droplets, while the floatability was investigated by the bubble-solid surface dynamic attachment observation and the induction time measurement. The results show that the water contact angles reduce(14.53°, 12.74°, and 6.71°)with the increase of glass surface roughness, while the water droplet-glass adhesion forces intensify(11.1, 19.1 and 19.2 μN) owing to the stable wetting film. The distortion of the contact surface and the Wenzel state are the causes. In contrast, the hydrophobized surfaces have the growing apparent contact angles(38.08°, 69.81°, and 81.01°), declining adhesion strength and shortening induction time(863, 352and 12 ms) along with the increasing surface roughness.
