3Bioinformatic analysis for potential biological processes and key targets of heart failure-related stroke显示文摘This study aimed to uncover underlying mechanisms and promising intervention targets of heart failure(HF)-related stroke.HF-related dataset GSE42955 and stroke-related dataset GSE58294 were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database.Weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA)was conducted to identify key modules and hub genes.Gene Ontology(GO)and pathway enrichment analyses were performed on genes in the key modules.Genes in HF-and stroke-related key modules were intersected to obtain common genes for HF-related stroke,which were further intersected with hub genes of stroke-related key modules to obtain key genes in HF-related stroke.Key genes were functionally annotated through GO in the Reactome and Cytoscape databases.Finally,key genes were validated in these two datasets and other datasets.HF-and stroke-related datasets each identified two key modules.Functional enrichment analysis indicated that protein ubiquitination,Wnt signaling,and exosomes were involved in both HF-and stroke-related key modules.Additionally,ten hub genes were identified in stroke-related key modules and 155 genes were identified as common genes in HF-related stroke.OTU deubiquitinase with linear linkage specificity(OTULIN)and nuclear factor interleukin 3-regulated(NFIL3)were determined to be the key genes in HF-related stroke.Through functional annotation,OTULIN was involved in protein ubiquitination and Wnt signaling,and NFIL3 was involved in DNA binding and transcription.Importantly,OTULIN and NFIL3 were also validated to be differentially expressed in all HF and stroke groups.Protein ubiquitination,Wnt signaling,and exosomes were involved in HF-related stroke.OTULIN and NFIL3 may play a key role in HF-related stroke through regulating these processes,and thus serve as promising intervention targets.Chiyu LIU Sixu CHEN Haifeng ZHANG Yangxin CHEN Qingyuan GAO Zhiteng CHEN Zhaoyu LIU Jingfeng WANG 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,9:3
4Effective femtosecond laser shock peening on a Mg-3Gd alloy at low pulse energy 430 μJ of 1 kHz显示文摘In this paper,microstructure evolution and hardness of Mg-3 Gd alloy treated by femtosecond(fs)laser shock peening(LSP)with direct and confined ablation m odes were investigated in detail.Under a relatively low pulse energy of 430μJ with a repetition of 1 kHz,the surface hardness of sample has been enhanced by 70%effectively.Comp a r e d with ns-LSP with pulse fluence of 71.7J/cm2,fs-LSP with pulse fluence of 34.2 J/cm2 is superior in the hardness increment,both of which are in the same order of magnitude.A distinct grain refinement of surface layer has been discovered and results in the increase of hardness.Nonuse of absorption and confining layers and the employment of the industry commercial fs laser with high repetition can inspire big potential L S P application in special metal material.©2019 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Chongqing University.Chenghao Lu Licheng Ge Bing Zhu Yangxin Li Xianfeng Chen Xiaoqin Zeng Yuping Chen 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:2

9Jahn-Teller distortion assisted interstitial nitrogen engineering:Enhanced oxygen dehydrogenation activity of N-doped Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4) hierarchical micro-nano particles显示文摘Rational design of earth-abundant transition metal oxides catalysts is highly desirable for developing sustainable chemical processes.Herein,we demonstrate a prospective interstitial nitrogen engineering for fabricating oxygen vacancies(OVs)-rich nitrogen-doped-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4)(N-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4))oxide catalyst,in which the ratio of OVs concentration of N-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4)to Mn species is as high as 1:1,according to the characterizations of X-ray absorption(XAS)and X-ray photoelectron(XPS)spectroscopies.The promising strategy of interstitial nitrogen engineering through lattice distortion caused by the Jahn-Teller effect can significantly increase the amount of interstitial nitrogen.The resulting catalyst enables an additive-free aerobic dehydrogenation coupling of aromatic amine to afford azo compounds with>99%yield and>99%selectivity at 60☆.We observed the superb catalytic activity is promoted by the enhanced oxygen mobility in OVs,which were created by the interstitial nitrogen in the catalyst matrix.The presence of interstitial nitrogen in transition metal oxides in this study shows how the manipulation of catalyst matrix can increase the OV sites to promote aerobic oxidation reaction.Yangxin Jin Fengfeng Li Peixin Cui Yun Yang Qingping Ke Minh Ngoc Ha Wangcheng Zhan Fei Ruan Chao Wan Zhao Lei Van Noi Nguyen Wei Chen Jun Tang 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:1
10A survey of the development of biomimetic intelligence and robotics显示文摘Biomimetics is the development of novel theories and technologies by emulating the models and systems of nature.The transfer of function from biological science into engineering promotes emerging research areas across many disparate disciplines.Recently,advances in biomimetic intelligence and robotics have gained great popularity.Biomimetic robotics are designed with biological characteristics and functions to be applied in different scenarios,such as humanoid robot in the home environment,quadruped robot in the field,and bird-like flying robot in the sky.Biomimetic intelligence aims to solve many complex problems by studying the principles of biological systems,resulting in a series of efficient algorithms,such as the genetic algorithm and neural network.Biomimetic intelligence further facilitates the performance of biomimetic robotics,making it possible to be deployed in more and more practical applications.This survey introduces the development of biomimetic intelligence and biomimetic robotics.We survey different biomimetic robots,biomimetic sensors and sensing technologies,and popular biomimetic intelligence algorithms.The conclusion is drawn by discussing current challenges and future research directions.Jiankun Wang Weinan Chen Xiao Xiao Yangxin Xu Chenming Li Xiao Jia Max Q-H.Meng 2021Biomimetic Intelligence & Robotics2021,1,1:1
11Predictive Value of Blood Pressure,Heart Rate,and Blood Pressure/Heart Rate Ratio in a Chinese Subpopulation with Vasovagal Syncope显示文摘Objective:The head-up tilt test(HUTT)is widely used but is time-consuming and not cost-effective to evaluate patients with vasovagal syncope(VVS).The present study aims to verify the hypothesis that ambulatory blood pressure(BP)monitoring(ABPM)and the simplistic tilt test may be potential alternatives to the HUTT.Methods:The study consecutively enrolled 360 patients who underwent the HUTT to evaluate VVS.BP),heart rate(HR),and BP/HR ratios derived from ABPM and the simplistic tilt test were evaluated to predict the presence,pattern,and stage of syncope during the HUTT.Results:Mixed response was the commonest pattern,and syncope occurred frequently with infusion of isoproterenol at a rate of 3μg/min.During the simplistic tilt test,the cardioinhibitory group had higher tilted BP/HR ratios than the vasodepressor group,while the vasodepressor group had a faster tilted HR and a larger HR difference than the cardioinhibitory group.The higher the BP/HR ratio in the tilted position,the higher the isoproterenol dosage needed to induce a positive response.During ABPM,BP/HR ratios were signifi cantly higher in the cardioinhibitory group than in the vasodepressor group.The higher the ABPM-derived BP,the higher the dosage of isoproterenol needed to induce syncope.There were signifi cant correlations in BP/HR ratios between ABPM and the supine position in the vasodepressor group,while signifi cant correlation was found only for the diastolic BP/HR ratio between ABPM and the tilted position in the cardioinhibitory group.The mixed pattern shared correlative features of the other two patterns.Conclusion:ABPM and the simplistic tilt test might be used as promising alternatives to the HUTT in VVS evaluation in clinical settings.Zhuzhi Wen Jingying Hou Zun Mai Huifen Huang Yangxin Chen Dengfeng Geng Jingfeng Wang 2021Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2021,,1:0

13Deformation mechanism and dynamic precipitation in a Mg-7Al-2Sn alloy processed by surface mechanical attrition treatment显示文摘The effect of second phases on the deformation mechanism of as-cast, solution-treated and aged Mg-7Al-2Sn (AT72) alloys during surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT) was investigated. Twinning was suppressed in the alloys containing second phases, which can provide nonuniform microstructures and phase boundaries as dislocation sources. Dynamic precipitation in AT72 alloys was studied during SMAT deformation as well.Mg2Sn particles can dynamically precipitate on the surface of all AT72 alloys during SMAT process. 15Phase equilibria of long-period stacking ordered phase in the ternary Mg-Y-Al alloys显示文摘Phase equilibria focusing on the long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phases have been experimentally in-vestigated in the Mg-Y-Al alloys.The microstructures of the eleven representative alloys annealed at 450,500 and 550°C were systematically investigated using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Two thermodynamically stable LPSO poly-types were identified,including 18R and 10H structures.Meanwhile,the transformation of 18R→10H was detected in Mg-9.0Y-1.7Al(at.%)alloy,while the coexistence of 18R and 10H was observed in Mg-14.2Y-12.8Al(at.%)alloy.It was found that the LPSO phases were non-stoichiometric compounds with ternary solubilities.The 18R can dissolve up to 7.21 at.%-8.37 at.%Al and 10.75 at.%-12.01 at.%Y,while the 10H can dissolve up to 9.35 at.%-10.37 at.%Al and 14.50 at.%-14.94 at.%Y.All of the experimental re-sults were used to construct the isothermal sections,which is conducive to the design of Mg-Y-Al alloys.Yiwen Chen Quan Li Yangxin Li Weisen Zheng Jingya Wang Xiaoqin Zeng 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,31:0
