1Comprehensive Management of Daily Living Activities, behavioral and Psychological Symptoms, and Cognitive Function in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease:A Chinese Consensus on Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common cognitive disorder in the elderly. Its main clinical manifestations are cognitive decline(C),behavioral and psychological symptoms(B),and a decline in the activities of daily living(A),also known as ABC symptoms.Early identification and evaluation of ABC symptoms are helpful for establishing the accurate diagnosis, comprehensive treatment, and prognosis of AD.To guide Chinese clinical practice for optimization of the comprehensive management of AD,in 2018,The Academy of Cognitive Disorder of China gathered 22 neurologists and gerontologists in China to build a consensus on the comprehensive management of AD.Based on a review of the evidence, the consensus summarizes the pathogenesis, pathological changes, clinical manifestations, evaluation, diagnosis, drug and non-drug treatment, and patient care for AD.Focus group discussion was used to establish a flowchart of comprehensive ABC management for AD patients. The new consensus provides a feasible AD management process for clinicians.Jianjun Jia Jun Xu Jun Liu Yongjun Wang Yanjiang Wang Yunpeng Cao Qihao Guo Qiuming Qu Cuibai Wei Wenshi Wei Junjian Zhang Enyan Yu 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,7:10
2Efficient lung cancer-targeted drug delivery via a nanoparticle/MSC system显示文摘Low targeting efficiency limits the applications of nanoparticles in cancer therapy. The fact that mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) trapped in the lung after systemic infusion is a disadvantage for cell therapy purposes. Here, we utilized MSC as lung cancer-targeted drug delivery vehicles by loading nanoparticles(NP)with anti-cancer drug. MSC showed a higher drug intake capacity than fibroblasts. In addition, MSC showed predominant lung trapping in both rabbit and monkey. IR-780 dye, a fluorescent probe used to represent docetaxel(DTX) in NP, delivered via MSC accumulated in the lung. Both in vitro MSC/A549 cell experiments and in vivo MSC/lung cancer experiments validated the intercellular transportation of NP between MSC and cancer cells. In vivo assays showed that the MSC/NP/DTX drug delivery system exerted primary tumor inhibition efficiency similar to that of a NP/DTX drug system. Collectively, the MSC/NP drug delivery system is promising for lung-targeted drug delivery for the treatment of lung cancer and other lung-related diseases.Xusheng Wang Haiyan Chen Xiaowei Zeng Wenpeng Guo Yu Jin Shan Wang Ruiyun Tian Yanjiang Han Ling Guo Jimin Han Yaojiong Wu Lin Mei 2019Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2019,9,1:4

6立即全切与保留膀胱治疗初发T1G3膀胱癌总生存率的Meta分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to compare the therapeutic effects of bladder preserving approach transurethral resection (TURBT) with additional intravesical instillation versus immediate cystectomy in patients with newly diagnosed stage T 1 G 3 bladder cancer. Methods:Clinical data of patients with newly diagnosed T 1 G 3 bladder cancer underwent immediate cystectomy (Group A) or TURBT with additional intravesical instillation (Group B) was collected from online databases. Meta-analysis that recommended by Cochrane Collaboration was done for the data obtained. Publication bias was examined using a funnel plot. Results:Four trails, including 434 patients, were eligible for this study. The general mortality rate of group A (74/149 = 49.7%) and group B (102/285 = 35.8%) was calculated and compared in RevMan 4.2, which showed the difference on general mortality rate between the two groups was not statistical significant, with the pooled RR = 1.23 (95% CI 1.10-1.70, P > 0.05). Conclusion:Compared with TURBT, immediate cystectomy may not reduce the general mortality rate to improve the forward survival rate.Liang Yu Yanjiang Li Zhenwei Zhao Ran Cai 2013The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2013,12,5:0

8Experimental study on sand production and coupling response of silty hydrate reservoir with different contents of fine clay during depressurization显示文摘To further understand the characteristics of clay and sand production(hereafter collectively referred to as sand production)and to provide optimization designs of sand control schemes are critical for gas production from clayey silt natural gas hydrate reservoirs in the South China Sea.Thus,gas-water-sand production behavoirs and coupling reservoir subsidence characteristics before, during, and after hydrate dissociation of the clayey silt hydrate reservoirs with different clay contents(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,and 30%)have been studied through a self-developed experimental system. The results show that with the increase of clay content, the total mass of sand production first increases and then decreases, and it reaches maximum when the clayey content is 20%.The sand production is the lowest before hydrate dissociation and increases significantly during hydrate dissociation, which mainly occurs in the high-speed gas and water production stage at the beginning of hydrate dissociation. After hydrate dissociation, the sand production decreases significantly.During the whole depressurization process, the clay and free sand particles generally move to the sand outlet due to the fluid driving force and overlying stress extrusion. However, for conditions of high clay contents, those particles fail to pass through the sand control screen and gradually accumulate and block the screen by forming a mud cake, which greatly reduce the permeability of the screen and limite sand production as well as gas and water production. Our research lays a foundation for sand production prediction and sand control scheme selection during gas recovery from clayey silty hydrate reservoirs that greatly need to consider a balance between sand control and gas productivity.Xiangyu Fang Dianheng Yang Fulong Ning Linjie Wang Zhichao Liu Yanjiang Yu Wenwei Xie Hongfeng Lu Yanlong Li Meng Xu 2023Petroleum2023,9,1:0
