1Zonal extraction technology and numerical simulation analysis in open pit coal mine显示文摘In order to enhance coal recovery ratio of open pit coal mines,a new extraction method called zonal mining system for residual coal around the end-walls is presented.The mining system can improve economic benefits by exploiting haulage and ventilation roadways from the exposed position of coal seams by utilizing the existing transportation systems.Moreover,the main mining parameters have also been discussed.The outcome shows that the load on coal seam roof is about 0.307 MPa and the drop step of the coal seam roof about 20.3 m when the thickness of cover and average volume weight are about 120 m and 0.023 MN/m 3 respectively.With the increase of mining height and width,the coal recovery ratio can be improved.However,when recovery ratio is more than 0.85,the average stress on the coal pillar will increase tempestuously,so the recovery ratio should also be controlled to make the coal seam roof safe.Based on the numerical simulation results,it is concluded that the ratio of coal pillar width to height should be more than 1.0 to make sure the coal pillars are steady,and there are only minor displacements on the end-walls.Chen Yanlong Cai Qingxiang Shang Tao Peng Hongge Zhou Wei Chen Shuzhao 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,4:11
2Human activities aggravate nitrogen-deposition pollution to inland water over China显示文摘In the past three decades, China has built more than 87 000 dams with a storage capacity of ≈6560 km3 and the total surface area of inland water has increased by 6672 km2. Leaching of N from fertilized soils to rivers is the main source of N pollution in China, but the exposure of a growing inland water area to direct atmospheric N deposition and N leaching caused by N deposition on the terrestrial ecosystem, together with increased N deposition and decreased N flow, also tends to raise N concentrations in most inland waters. The contribution of this previously ignored source of N deposition to freshwaters is estimated in this study, as well as mitigation strategies. The results show that the annual amounts of N depositions ranged from 4.9 to 16.6 kg · ha-1· yr-1 in the 1990 s to exceeding 20 kg · ha-1· yr-1 in the 2010 s over most of regions in China, so the total mass of N(the net contribution of N deposition to the increase in N concentration) for lakes, rivers and reservoirs change from 122.26 Gg N · yr-1 in the 1990 s to 237.75 Gg N· yr-1 in the 2010 s. 4Robust Tracking Control of Uncertain MIMO Nonlinear Systems with Application to UAVs显示文摘In this paper, we consider the robust adaptive tracking control of uncertain multi-input and multi-output(MIMO) nonlinear systems with input saturation and unknown external disturbance. The nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO)is employed to tackle the system uncertainty as well as the external disturbance. To handle the input saturation, an auxiliary system is constructed as a saturation compensator. By using the backstepping technique and the dynamic surface method,a robust adaptive tracking control scheme is developed. The closed-loop system is proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded thorough Lyapunov stability analysis. 5Petrogenesis of Early Carboniferous Alkaline Basalt from the Wusun Mountain:Implications for Tectonic Evolution of the Western Yining Block,NW China显示文摘Late Paleozoic volcanic rocks are well exposed in the Yining Block,NW China,and are predominately composed of andesites,rhyolites and volcaniclastics as well as minor basalts.Study of the petrology,whole-rock geochemistry and zircon U-Pb dating for the Early Carboniferous alkaline basalts from Wusun Mountain,western Yining Block,constrains their petrogenesis and tectonic evolution.The alkaline basalts consist mainly of plagioclases,mostly albite and labradorite,as well as clinopyroxenes and olivines;zircon U-Pb dating indicates their formation at ca.350 Ma.Geochemically,the basaltic samples have low SiO_(2)contents,and high TiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3)and alkaline contents,coupled with high Na_(2)O/K_(2)O ratios,displaying an alkaline basalt affinity.They show remarkable LILE enrichment and HFSE depletion.Meantime,these samples have relatively high TFe_(2)O_(3),MgO,and Mg#values as well as Ni and Cr,relatively high Sm/Yb and U/Th,suggesting origination from a mantle source metasomatized by slab fluids.They formed in a transitional tectonic setting from arc to intraplate,showing a typical affinity of back-arc basin basalts.The alkaline basalts were likely generated in a nascent back-arc extension setting resulting from slab rollback of the southern Tianshan oceanic lithosphere.A bidirectional subduction model seems more reasonable for the evolution of the southern Tianshan Ocean.These new data will provide a new tectonic model for Late Paleozoic tectonic evolution of the western Yining Block.WANG Zuopeng LV Yan LI Hai LI Yongjun ZHOU Yanlong LI Ganyu YANG Gaoxue 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,4:2
6Stable carbon isotopes in the shell of Corbicula fluminea (Müller 1774): Implications for understanding environmental changes in drainage basins显示文摘Dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) is a primary constituent of the aquatic geochemistry of terrestrial ecosystems. Changes in DIC concentration and its isotopic composition are closely associated with environmental changes in the drainage basin. Thus, a better understanding of DIC may lead to improved characterization of environmental changes. Corbicula fluminea (Müller 1774), a bivalve native to southeast Asia and a dominant invasive species in many aquatic environments around the world, has the poten-tial to record DIC information, particularly because of its sequential skeletal deposition. Analysis of the stable carbon isotope composition (δ 13C) of the shell and the aquatic DIC in the Xijiang River drainage basins in southern and western China allowed us to determine that changes in δ 13C in the skeleton significantly correlated with those of DIC (P < 0.01, r = 0.63). These results indicate that the isotopic signature of the shell reflects that δ 13C of the DIC in ambient water. The temporal resolution was at the seasonal scale. Metabolic effect does not change the co-variation, even though it makes the shell δ 13C 1.4‰ lower statistically than that of DIC. δ 13C of DIC in creeks of some watershed areas may experience large temporal changes characterization of these changes requires high sampling resolution of the shell. This problem makes the clams in these areas less preferable for reconstruc-tion of environmental changes. 7Experiment on Spray Cooling Performance with Different Additives of Different Mass Fraction显示文摘As an efficient cooling method for high heat flux field,spray cooling has a great application potential on aircraft directed energy weapon cooling.Based on previous research results,an experimental system of open-loop spray cooling was established,and the potassium chloride aqueous solutions and ethylene glycol aqueous solutions with different mass fractions were applied to investigate the influence of different additives on spray cooling system performance.Besides,theoretical analysis was conducted according to the droplet breakage principle and the characteristic parameters of fluid mechanics.The results indicate that heat transfer can be enhanced by adding potassium chloride up to a certain concentration and then decrease with higher concentration.Heat transfer is deteriorated with the increase of ethylene glycol concentration.Both of the two additives can reduce the freezing point of the system,and ethylene glycol is preferred to improve the application range of the system in consideration of the corrosion of salt solution.Wang Yu Zhou Nianyong Qian Xiaohui Jiang Yanlong 2016Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,3:1

9Microsurgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar aneurysms based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI:a case series report显示文摘Background Surgical treatment of posterior inferior cerebellar artery(PICA)aneurysms is challenging because many are nonsaccular and atherosclerotic.We report our tailored approach to PICA aneurysms,which is based on angioarchitecture supplemented by high-resolution vessel wall MRI(HR-VW MRI)findings.Methods From March 2010 to September 2020,27 patients with 29 PICA aneurysms underwent surgical treatment in our institution.Since October 2016,HR-VW MRI has been used for aneurysmal wall assessment.Clinical characteristics,radiological data and surgical outcomes were analysed.Results Nineteen proximal PICA aneurysms(vertebral artery(VA),P1,P2 and P3)were treated using the far-lateral approach.Ten distal PICA aneurysms(P4,P5)were treated using the suboccipital midline approach.Direct clipping or clip reconstruction was achieved in 19 aneurysms.Ten were trapped in conjunction with extracranial-intracranial or intracranial-intracranial bypass,including three occipital artery-PICA reimplantations,three PICA-VA reimplantations,two PICA-PICA side-to side anastomoses,one PICA-PICA reimplantation and one PICA-PICA reanastomosis.All aneurysms were eventually completely obliterated and all bypasses remained patent.At the last follow-up,26 patients(96.2%)achieved a good outcome(modified Rankin Scale score<3).Eight patients underwent HR-VW MRI.Among these,the six aneurysms with focal wall enhancement required bypass and the two with negative enhancement were successfully clipped.Conclusion PICA aneurysms have a higher frequency of complex features such as large or giant size and fusiform or dissecting morphology.Favourable outcomes were achieved with individualised microsurgical strategies based on angioarchitecture.HR-VW MRI may be used as a promising technique to predict aneurysmal atherosclerosis.Zixiao Yang Jianping Song Kai Quan Peiliang Li Qingzhu An Yuan Shi Peixi Liu Guo Yu Yanlong Tian Liangfu Zhou Wei Zhu 2022Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4:1

11AN ADAPTIVE COLOR PLANE INTERPOLATION METHOD BASED ON EDGE DETECTION显示文摘In this letter, an adaptive interpolation algorithm based on edge detection is proposed. With this algorithm, all the missing green values can be reconstructed in Bayer pattern image by using edge detection interpolation method. Reconstructed images composed of green pixels are classified according to the high frequency components in image, and the threshold T needed for all kinds of green images in the edge detection is determined through experiments. The edge detection is carried out based on the one Dimensional (1D) gradient operator. If the gradient value is greater than T, this pixel is located on the edge; otherwise the pixel is in the smooth area of the image. Finally, the simple bilinear interpolation is used for the smooth area while the Laplacian interpolation with the second-order correction term is adopted to reconstruct the other red/blue values on the edge. 12The expression of Sox4 in female lung cancer patients and its clinical significance显示文摘Objective:To investigate the expression level of sex-determining region Y-related high mobility group box 4(Sox4)in female lung cancer patients and its clinical significance.Methods:213cases of female lung cancer patients who presented in the third affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university were selected for this study.Patients were performed radical surgery of lung cancer;the tumor and adjacent normal tissues were collected.The expression of Sox4 were determined by real-time PCR and immunohistochemical staining.The correlation between Sox4 expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results:The mRNA level of Sox4 was significantly higher in tumor tissues than that in adjacent normal tissues(P <0.05).The positive expression rate of SOX4 in carcinoma tissues was 54.46%,which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(23.47%)(P <0.05).The positive expression rate of Sox4 in stageⅢ was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱ(P <0.05).The positive expression rate of SOX4 in lung cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P <0.05).The positive expression rates of Sox4 in low,middle and high differentiation tissues were 69.05%,32.88% and 23.21% respectively,suggesting that the expression of Sox4 in female lung cancer tissues decreased with the increase of pathological differentiation grades.Conclusion:In female lung cancer,SOX4expression was significantly higher in tumor tissue than that of adjacent normal tissues and was correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and pathological differentiation.Sox4 expression detection may help determine the prognosis of women with lung cancer and provide a theoretical basis for molecular targeted therapy of lung cancer in women.Yongchun Zhou Yunlan Chen Yunchao Huang Guangqiang Zhao QianYao Lianhua Ye Yaqian Du Yanlong Yang Quan Li Changshao Yang Yinjin Guo 2016广西医科大学学报2016,33,6:1

14Mild and efficient recovery of lithium-ion battery cathode material by deep eutectic solvents with natural and cheap components显示文摘Dissolution of lithium cobalt oxide(LCO)is the key step for the recovery of valuable metals(e.g.,Co and Li)from spent LCO-based lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the dissolution process of LCO either needs toxic solvents,and high temperature,or shows low efficiency.Deep eutectic solvents(DESs)are potential green solvents to dissolve LCO.Here,DESs with polyethylene glycol(PEG)as hydrogen bond acceptor and ascorbic acid(AA)as hydrogen bond donor are found to dissolve LCO with 84.2%Co leaching efficiency at 80℃ and 72 h,which is higher than that from the reported references by common DESs.Furthermore,both DESs components(i.e.,PEG and AA)are cheap,biodegradable,and biocompatible.AA could be easily and abundantly extracted from natural fruits or vegetables.It provides a new guide for the green,mild,and efficient dissolution of LCO aiming at sustainable recovery of spent LIBs.Yu Chen Yanlong Wang Yue Bai Minghui Feng Fengyi Zhou Yanhong Lu Yuting Guo Yixuan Zhang Tiancheng Mu 2023Green Chemical Engineering2023,4,3:0

16A reference-guided TILLING by amplicon-sequencing platform supports forward and reverse genetics in barley显示文摘Barley is a diploid species with a genome smaller than those of other members of the Triticeae tribe,making it an attractive model for genetic studies in Triticeae crops.The recent development of barley genomics has created a need for a high-throughput platform to identify genetically uniform mutants for gene function investigations.In this study,we report an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-mutagenized population consisting of 8525M_(3) lines in the barley landrace“Hatiexi”(HTX),which we complement with a high-quality de novo assembly of a reference genome for this genotype.The mutation rate within the population ranged from 1.51 to 4.09 mutations per megabase,depending on the treatment dosage of EMS and the mutation discrimination platform used for genotype analysis.We implemented a three-dimensional DNA pooling strategy combined with multiplexed amplicon sequencing to create a highly efficient and cost-effective TILLING(targeting induced locus lesion in genomes)platform in barley.Mutations were successfully identified from 72 mixed amplicons within a DNA pool containing 64 individual mutants and from 56 mixed amplicons within a pool containing 144 individuals.We discovered abundant allelic mutants for dozens of genes,including the barley Green Revolution contributor gene Brassinosteroid insensitive 1(BRI1).As a proof of concept,we rapidly determined the causal gene responsible for a chlorotic mutant by following the MutMap strategy,demonstrating the value of this resource to support forward and reverse genetic studies in barley.Congcong Jiang Miaomiao Lei Yu Guo Guangqi Gao Lijie Shi Yanlong Jin Yu Cai Axel Himmelbach Shenghui Zhou Qiang He Xuefeng Yao Jinhong Kan Georg Haberer Fengying Duan Lihui Li Jun Liu Jing Zhang Manuel Spannagl Chunming Liu Nils Stein Zongyun Feng Martin Mascher Ping Yang 2022Plant Communications2022,3,4:0
17Anti-vascular endothelial growth factor treatment for choroidal neovascularization secondary to angioid streaks in pseudoxanthoma elasticum: a case report and systemic review显示文摘The present study reports a case of a patient with choroidal neovascularization(CNV)associated with pseudoxanthoma elasticum(PXE).We observed the functional and anatomical improvement of the patient treated with intravitreal vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)inhibitor bevacizumab.The study also systematically searched the database for similar cases to provide a literature review.Data concerning the clinical features,treatment strategies and outcomes were extracted and analyzed.Retrospective interventional case report and systematic literature review.A 56-year-old healthy Chinese woman with CNV secondary to PXE was reported.Examinations included best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),biomicroscopy,optical coherence tomography(OCT),fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography and digital fundus photography.The patient managed with intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(anti-VEGF)injections(bevacizumab 1.25 mg/0.05 m L).The Cochrane Library,Pub Med,OVID,and Up To Date databases were searched using the term pseudoxanthoma elasticum or Gr?nblad-Strandberg syndrome with the limits English.Articles that predated the databases were gathered from current references.Fundus examination revealed angioid streaks bilaterally and CNV in left eye(LE).After the patient underwent three intravitreal injections of bevacizumab,the LE showed absorption of the subretinal fluid and shrinkage of the CNV.Visual acuity(VA)was improved in her treated LE.Bevacizumab treatment was well tolerated with no adverse events reported.Approximately ten articles about 45 patients(49 eyes)describing CNV secondary to angioid streaks in PXE treated with anti-VEGF were found in the literature search.In the present case,bevacizumab of an initial three injection loading dose,achieved maintenance of visual function in the treatment of CNV associated with angioid streaks in PXE.Literature articles concluded that the intravitreal application of anti-VEGF is highly efficient for improving and stabilizing the lesion as well as the eyesight.So we believe that anti-VEGF therapy can be a great choice of treatment for CNV secondary to angioid streaks related PXE.Aiyi Zhou Chenjing Zhou Ziyao Liu Yanlong Quan 2016Eye Science2016,31,2:0

20Primary central nervous system lymphoblastic B cell lymphoma located at cerebellum in a child: A case report and literature review显示文摘Introduction:Primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL)is extremely rare in pediatric population.We reported a case of PCNSL in a 3-year-old girl and reviewed the literature in the past three decades.Case presentation:A 3-year-old girl presented with gait disturbance.A contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance image of the brain showed a solitary bulky mass in the left cerebellar hemisphere,hydrocephalus and cerebellar tonsillar hernia.Surgical resection was performed and the patient was diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoblastic B cell lymphoma.Then the patient received regular chemotherapy,including 6 cycles of chemotherapy containing high-dose methotrexate(HD-MTX).The patient remains alive 15 months after the diagnosis with no evidence of active disease,but suffered twice chronic subdural hematoma,which was treated by burr hole drainage.Conclusion:Lymphoblastic B cell lymphoma is a rare histologic subtype of pediatric PCNSL.Chemotherapy containing HD-MTX remains the most effective treatment.The patient should avoid head impact after surgical resection of the tumor to prevent chronic subdural hematoma.Xueliang Yang Yanlong Duan Chunju Zhou Ling Jin Ningning Zhang Shuang Huang Meng Zhang Jing Yang Yonghong Zhang 2021Pediatric Investigation2021,5,4:0
