| 1 | Optimal bulk-heterojunction morphology enabled by fibril network strategy for high-performance organic solar cells显示文摘A bicontinuous network formed spontaneously upon film preparation is highly desirable for bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) organic solar cells(OSCs). Many donor-acceptor(D-A) type conjugated polymers can self-assemble into polymer fibrils in the solid state and such fibril-assembly can construct the morphological framework by forming a network structure, inducing the formation of ideal BHJ morphology. Our recent works have revealed that the fibril network strategy(FNS) can control the blend morphology in fullerene, non-fullerene and ternary OSCs. It has been shown that the formation of fibril network can optimize phase separation scale and ensure efficient exciton dissociation and charge carriers transport, thus leading to impressive power conversion efficiencies(PCEs) and high fill factor(FF) values. | 2 | Corrosion behavior of Q235B carbon steel in simulated seawater pumped storage system under operational conditions显示文摘Seawater pumped storage systems have bright prospect for energy storage in the coming years.The operational conditions of seawater pumped storage system are complex and harsh,where metal materials suff er from severe general and local corrosion.The corrosion behavior of Q235B carbon steel in simulated seawater pumped storage system under operational conditions was studied by potentiodynamic polarization,cyclic potentiodynamic polarization,and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results confi rm that the working pressure aff ected the corrosion resistance of Q235B carbon steel during the whole immersion period.The pressure promoted the electrochemical reaction of corrosion process and the corrosion rate increased with pressure at the initial immersion period.However,the stable rust layer formed after longtime immersion at diff erent pressures increased the corrosion resistance of carbon steel,and decreased the corrosion degree of carbon steel.Meanwhile,the working pressure aff ected the pitting corrosion behavior of Q235B carbon steel during the whole immersion period.The pitting corrosion potential was more negative and the tendency of pitting corrosion was higher at 4 MPa during the whole immersion period.However,pressure also accelerated the formation rate of protective rust layer on the steel surface.Q235B carbon steel has higher susceptibility to pitting corrosion at 4 MPa in the static seawater. | YANG Dan HUANG Yanliang LI Jianqiu GAO Yanming ZHAO Xia XU Weichen | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,5: | 2 |

| 7 | Thermal property evaluation of a 2.5D integration method with device level microchannel direct cooling for a high-power GaN HEMT device显示文摘Gallium nitride high electron mobility transistor(GaN HEMT)devices have become critical components in the manufacturing of high-performance radio frequency(RF)or power electronic modules due to their superior characteristics,such as high electron saturation speeds and high power densities.However,the high heat characteristics of GaN HEMTs make device level cooling a critical problem to solve since performance degradation or even failure may occur under high temperatures.In this paper,we proposed a 2.5D integration method with devicelevel microchannel direct cooling for a high-power GaN HEMT device.To demonstrate this technological concept,a multigate GaN HEMT device featuring a gate length/width/source drain spacing of 0.5μm/300μm/6μm that underwent in-house backside thinning and metallization was used as the test vehicle.A high-resistivity silicon(HR Si)interposer embedded with four-layer microchannels was designed,having widths/pitches of 30μm/30μm at the top microchannel.The high-power GaN HEMT device was soldered on a Si interposer embedded with open microchannels for heat dissipation.A pair of GSG Pad chips was soldered simultaneously to display the capacity for the heterogeneous integration of other chip types.Thermal property evaluation was conducted with experiments and simulations.The test results showed that the maximum surface temperature of the GaN HEMT device decreased to 93.8°C when it experienced a heat dissipation density of 32 kW/cm^(2) in the gate finger area and an average heat dissipation density of 5 kW/cm^(2) was found in the active area with the DI water coolant at a flow rate of 3 mL/min.To our knowledge,among recently reported works,this finding was the best cooling capacity of heterogeneously integrated microchannels for GaN HEMT devices.In addition,this technology was scalable regarding the numbers of gate fingers or GaN HEMT devices. | Tingting Lian Yanming Xia Zhizheng Wang Xiaofeng Yang Zhiwei Fu Xin Kong Shuxun Lin Shenglin Ma | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,6: | 0 |
| 8 | Space/Air Covert Communications:Potentials,Scenarios,and Key Technologies显示文摘Space/air communications have been envisioned as an essential part of the next-generation mobile communication networks for providing highquality global connectivity. However, the inherent broadcasting nature of wireless propagation environment and the broad coverage pose severe threats to the protection of private data. Emerging covert communications provides a promising solution to achieve robust communication security. Aiming at facilitating the practical implementation of covert communications in space/air networks, we present a tutorial overview of its potentials, scenarios, and key technologies. Specifically, first, the commonly used covertness constraint model, covert performance metrics, and potential application scenarios are briefly introduced. Then, several efficient methods that introduce uncertainty into the covert system are thoroughly summarized, followed by several critical enabling technologies, including joint resource allocation and deployment/trajectory design, multi-antenna and beamforming techniques, reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS), and artificial intelligence algorithms. | 9 | Edge localized modes suppression via edge E × B velocity shear induced by RF sheath of ion cyclotron resonance heating in EAST显示文摘The control of large edge localized modes(ELMs) is a critical issue for the successful operation of future burning plasma devices,such as the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER) and China fusion engineering test reactor(CFETR). In this paper, we present a new active and effective means of ELM suppression using ion cyclotron resonant heating(ICRH) on the experimental advanced superconducting tokamak(EAST). We obtained the key role of the external E × B velocity shear near the pedestal top and the scrape-off-layer(SOL) induced by the RF sheath potential of ICRH in ELM suppression. The experimental results showed a positive correlation between the RF sheath and the E × B shear rate in SOL. BOUT++ simulations indicate that increased E × B velocity shear rates in the pedestal and SOL regions promote ELM suppression;thereby, supporting the experimental observations on EAST. | 10 | Leptomeningeal metastasis from central nervous system tumors: A study of classification and stage in the spinal canal of 58 patients显示文摘Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM) is caused by the spread of malignant tumor cells into the subarachnoid space.However,classification and staging of LM in the spinal canal is rare in the literature.The authors reviewed the records of 58 Chinese patients with LM for clinical features,neuroimaging,and treatments.Gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain and spinal cord were performed in all patients.Removal of intracranial tumors was performed in all patients and diagnoses were confirmed by histology.The study group consisted of 58 patients,with 29 cases presenting with intraspinal symptoms.Of the 58,8 patients underwent intraspinal tumor removal,8 received radiotherapy alone,9 received chemotherapy alone,and 34 patients received combined radiochemotherapy.We classified LM into 3 types:type L or leptomeninges LM,is subdivided into 2 subtypes (subtype LI and LII (a,b)),type N or nerve root LM is subdivided into 2 subtypes (subtype NI and NII (a,b)),and type M or mixed-type LM.We also divided LM into stages of I-IV according to the symptoms and the volume of the tumor based on spinal axial MRI.Type LI LM often occurs in patients with intracranial and intraspinal tumors found simultaneously.Patients who receive surgery for intracranial tumors may present with type N LM.Surgery is suitable for patients with NI LM and LIIb LM in stages III-IV,presenting with severe spinal symptoms.The prognosis is better for type N LM than type L LM. | ZHANG MingShan OU YunWei ZHANG HongWei ZHANG JunPing XIA Lei QU YanMing WANG HaoRan ZHAN QiMin SONG YongMei YU ChunJiang | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22: | 0 |
