| 1 | Realization of an Optimal Dynamic Geodetic Reference Frame in China:Methodology and Applications显示文摘China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000)has been used for several years as a formal published reference frame.The coordinates of all global navigation satellite system(GNSS)stations in China need to be corrected to align with the CGCS2000 frame.Different strategies can be adopted for the realization of an optimal reference frame.However,different strategies lead to different results,with differences as great as several decimeters when GNSS station coordinates are transformed into CGCS2000-defined coordinates.The two common methods for the coordinate correction of a GNSS station are quasi-stable adjustment under CGCS2000 and plate movement correction,and the differences between their results can be greater than 10 cm.In this study,a statistic method called'supervised clustering'is applied to the selection of GNSS reference stations;a new scheme named'partition spacing'for the grouping of all processed GNSS stations is proposed;and the plate movement correction method is used to correct the coordinates of all GNSS stations from the GNSS epoch to the CGCS2000 epoch.The results from the new partitioning method were found to be significantly better than those from the conventional station-blocking approach.When coordinates from the stations without grouping were used as the standard,the accuracy of all the three-dimensional coordinate components from the new partitioning method was better than 2 mm.The root mean squares(RMSs)of the velocities in the x,y,and z directions resulting from the supervised clustering method were 0.19,0.45,and 0.32 mm∙a1,respectively,which were much smaller than the values of 0.92,0.72,and 0.97 mm∙a1 that resulted from the conventional approach.In addition,singular spectrum analysis(SSA)was used to model and predict the position nonlinear movements.The modeling accuracies of SSA were better than 3,2,and 5 mm in the east(E),north(N),and up(U)directions,respectively;and its prediction accuracies were better than 5 mm and 1 cm for the horizontal and vertical domains,respectively. | Pengfei Cheng Yingyan Cheng Xiaoming Wang Suqin Wu Yantian Xu | 2020 | Engineering2020,6,8: | 5 |
| 2 | Update China geodetic coordinate frame considering plate motion显示文摘China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000),as the formal national coordinate reference frame,has been used for 20 years.The coordinates of all Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)stations in China need referring to this system.To this end,the first step is to align the coordinates of all stations,usually included in a regional GNSS network,with a given International Terrestrial Reference Frame(ITRF),then these coordinates are corrected to the CGCS2000 in consideration of plate movement.For a better alignment result,regional control stations are needed and their coordinates were estimated from the combination of constraint-free normal equation systems provided by several International GNSS Service(IGS)analysis centers.The effect in using these refined coordinates,which deter-mine a regional coordinate datum,on the alignment result should be evaluated by the coordinate corrections of the regional control stations to the regional coordinate datum,i.e.smaller corrections mean better alignments of the two associated frames.The test results show that the refined coordinates are more accurate than the ones calculated from the station’s velocity,and are well aligned with the ITRF2005.Moreover,for obtaining the coordinates of GNSS stations in an updated CGCS2000 frame,a gridded linear velocity field based on the estimated velocities at 1025 CGCS2000 stations was generated for China's Mainland using the optimal interpolation method,the inverse distance weighting,which is selected from five interpolation methods.The overall precisions of the constructed velocity field at all stations in the East(E)and,North(N)directions are 0.78 mm/a and 0.95 mm/a,respectively.For evaluating the accuracy of the updated CGCS2000 frame,monthly solutions for the coordinates of some CGCS2000 CORS stations in the ITRF2014 during the period from 2000.0 to 2018 were obtained and the Root Mean Square(RMS)of the differences between the coordinates corrected to the CGCS2000 and the known coordinates at these stations are about 2-3 cm. | Pengfei Cheng Yingyan Cheng Xiaoming Wang Yantian Xu | 2021 | Satellite Navigation2021,2,1: | 4 |
| 3 | CUMS and dexamethasone induce depression- like phenotypes in mice by differentially altering gut microbiota and triggering macroglia activation显示文摘Background Although the link between gut microbiota and depression has been suggested,changes of gut microbiota vary largely among individuals with depression.Aims Explore the heterogeneity of microbiota-gut-brain axis and new pathogenic characteristics in murine models of depression.Methods Adolescent female mice were randomly divided into control(CON)group(n=10),chronic unexpected mild stress(CUMS)group(n=15)and dexamethasone(DEX)group(n=15).Mice in the DEX group were gavaged twice a day with 0.2 mg/kg of DEX for 5 weeks,whereas CON mice were given the same amount of solvent.Mice in the CUMS group were exposed to stressors.After behavioural evaluations,all mice were sacrificed for harvesting tissues and blood samples.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was conducted for measuring levels of corticosterone(CORT)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in sera,whereas levels of protein expression in colon and hippocampal tissues were examined by western blot.Faecal microbial communities were analysed by sequencing 16S rDNAs.Results Mice in CUMS and DEX groups exhibited severe depression-like behaviours.Compared with CON mice,CUMS-exposed mice showed a significant increase in bothαandβdiversity.Prevotellaceae and Desulfovibrio were enriched,whereas Bacilli were decreased in the faeces of mice in the CUMS group.DEX-treated mice had a decrease in the abundance of Clostridium XVIII.Levels of occludin in colon tissue of DEX-treated mice were reduced.Relative to mice in the CON and CUMS groups,DEX-treated mice contained higher serum levels of CORT and IL-1β.Compared with CON mice,mice in the DEX and CUMS groups had higher levels of IL-1βin sera and lower levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),Nestin,Synapsin-1 and P2Y12 receptor in the hippocampus.Conclusions Changes of gut microbiota diversity,intestinal integrity and neuroinflammation in the brain contribute to CUMS-induced depression,whereas pathobionts and excessive immunosuppression with damaged neuronal synapses is a basis of the DEX-induced depression. | Jing Wu Jinhang Li Chhetri Gaurav Usman Muhammad Yantian Chen Xueyi Li Jinghong Chen Zejian Wang | 2021 | General Psychiatry2021,34,6: | 2 |

| 17 | Detecting While Accessing:A Semi-Supervised Learning-Based Approach for Malicious Traffic Detection in Internet of Things显示文摘In the upcoming large-scale Internet of Things(Io T),it is increasingly challenging to defend against malicious traffic,due to the heterogeneity of Io T devices and the diversity of Io T communication protocols.In this paper,we propose a semi-supervised learning-based approach to detect malicious traffic at the access side.It overcomes the resource-bottleneck problem of traditional malicious traffic defenders which are deployed at the victim side,and also is free of labeled traffic data in model training.Specifically,we design a coarse-grained behavior model of Io T devices by self-supervised learning with unlabeled traffic data.Then,we fine-tune this model to improve its accuracy in malicious traffic detection by adopting a transfer learning method using a small amount of labeled data.Experimental results show that our method can achieve the accuracy of 99.52%and the F1-score of 99.52%with only 1%of the labeled training data based on the CICDDoS2019 dataset.Moreover,our method outperforms the stateof-the-art supervised learning-based methods in terms of accuracy,precision,recall and F1-score with 1%of the training data. | Yantian Luo Hancun Sun Xu Chen Ning Ge Wei Feng Jianhua Lu | 2023 | China Communications2023,20,4: | 0 |
| 18 | An application of the A-4DEnVar to coupled parameter optimization显示文摘In variational methods,coupled parameter optimization(CPO) often needs a long minimization time window(MTW) to fully incorporate observational information,but the optimal MTW somehow depends on the model nonlinearity.The analytical four-dimensional ensemble-variational(A-4DEnVar) considers model nonlinearity well and avoids adjoint model.It can theoretically be applied to CPO.To verify the feasibility and the ability of the A-4DEnVar in CPO,“twin” experiments based on A-4DEnVar CPO are conducted for the first time with the comparison of four-dimensional variational(4D-Var).Two algorithms use the same background error covariance matrix and optimization algorithm to control variates.The experiments are based on a simple coupled oceanatmosphere model,in which the atmospheric part is the highly nonlinear Lorenz-63 model,and the oceanic part is a slab ocean model.The results show that both A-4DEnVar and 4D-Var can effectively reduce the error of state variables through CPO.Besides,two methods produce almost the same results in most cases when the MTW is less than 560 time steps.The results are similar when the MTW is larger than 560 time steps and less than 880 time steps.The largest MTW of 4 D-Var and A-4DEnVar are 1 200 time steps.Moreover,A-4DEnVar is not sensitive to ensemble size when the MTW is less than 720 time steps.A-4DEnVar obtains satisfactory results in the case of highly nonlinear model and long MTW,suggesting that it has the potential to be widely applied to realistic CPO. | Yantian Gong Kangzhuang Liang Xinrong Wu Qi Shao Wei Li Siyuan Liu Guijun Han Hanyu Liu | 2022 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,9: | 0 |
