1Three new zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymers:Modulation of extended structures driven by assistant ligands显示文摘Three new complexes, [Zn(dtb)(4,4'-bipy)]·5H2O (1), [Zn(dtb)(bpp)]·H2O (2) and [Zn(dtb)(phen)2]·CH3CH2OH·H2O (3) (dtb = 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine, bpp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl) propane, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been constructed by dtb ligand and zinc salt in the presence of different assistant N-containing ligands under hydrothermal conditions. The structures of the complexes were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Although compounds 1 and 2 are both 2D networks, the cavities’ forms and pitch of helix are different. The structure of compound 3 shows a 1D helical chain, and is extended by the supermolecule interactions into a 2D framework. 2Quantitative Analysis of the Outdoor Thermal Comfort in the Hot and Humid Summertime of Shenzhen, China显示文摘Outdoor thermal comfort has always been a major issue due to its irreplaceable role in maintaining good health and energy use. Thus,quantitative analysis of outdoor thermal comfort and discussions on influential factors seem very necessary to achieve the climate-conscious urban design. Therefore,an outdoor thermal comfort questionnaire survey and the simultaneous field measurement were conducted in six different places during the hot and humid summertime in Shenzhen. The results show that the overall weather conditions during the investigation can be expressed with high temperature and high humidity with strong solar radiation. The micro-meteorological parameters of six test sites vary greatly due to their different regional spatial layouts.Moderate range of air temperature( Ta) is between 28 to 30 ℃ while that of relative humidity( RH) mainly concentrates in 60%-70% with the thermal sensation votes. The main influential factors impacting outdoor thermal comfort are obtained and Tahas the greatest effect. The overall thermal comfortable ranges in Shenzhen are expressed by the range of 28. 14-32. 83 ℃ of PET and 24. 74-30. 45 ℃ of SET*. With the correlation analysis between the characteristic parameters of regional spatial layout and thermal climate and thermal comfort,it reveals that increasing the coverage ratio of water and green space( S) helps lower Taand increase RH. The global solar radiation( G) has a significant negative correlation with the height of buildings( H) and a positive correlation with sky view factor( SVF). 4Density-based user clustering in downlink NOMA systems显示文摘Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)technology,which can effectively improve the bandwidth utilization,is one of the key technologies in the next-generation wireless communication systems.In the downlink multiple antenna NOMA systems,user clustering is one of the problems that must be solved.In this paper,we focus on the user clustering that maximizes the system sum rate.First,a user clustering method based on the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithm is proposed for static user scenarios.Then an improved low-complexity dynamic clustering method is further developed for dynamic user scenarios.Simulation results show that compared with existing clustering methods,the DBSCAN-based method has better clustering performance in complex static user scenarios,and the proposed dynamic clustering method performs close to completely re-executing the DBSCAN-based method but with lower complexity.Hanliang YOU Yaoyue HU Zhiwen PAN Nan LIU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:2
5In situ growth of hydrophilic nickel-cobalt layered double hydroxides nanosheets on biomass waste-derived porous carbon for high-performance hybrid supercapacitors显示文摘Rational design and cost-effective fabrication of layered double hydroxides(LDHs)nanosheets with extraordinary electrochemical performance is a key challenge for hybrid supercapacitors(HSCs).Herein,we report a facile in situ growth methodology to eco-friendly synthesize hydrophilic Ni Co-LDHs nanosheets on biomass waste-derived porous carbon(BC)for robust high-performance HSC cathode.The in situ growth process under ultrasonication realizes the rational arrangement of Ni Co-LDHs nanosheets on the surface of BC,which effectively increases the specific surface area,promotes the electronic conductivity and enhances the wettability of Ni Co-LDHs nanosheets without affecting their thickness values.With the beneficial effects of ultrathin thickness of LDHs nanosheets(6.20 nm),large specific surface area(2324.1 m^(2)g^(-1)),low charge transfer resistance(1.65Ω),and high wettability with electrolyte(34°–35°),the obtained Ni2Co1-LDHs/BC50 electrode possesses an ultra-high specific capacitance of 2390 F g^(-1)(956 C g^(-1))at 1 A g^(-1),which is superior to most reported values.Furthermore,an assembled Ni_(2)Co_(1)-LDHs/BC50//YP-80F HSC delivers a maximum specific energy of 52.47 Wh kg^(-1)at375 W kg^(-1),and maintains a high capacitance retention of 75.9%even after 4000 cycles.This work provides a facile approach to fabricate LDHs nanosheets based cathode materials for high-performance HSCs.Yuchen Wang Yaoyu Liu Zuo Chen Man Zhang Biying Liu Zhenhao Xu Kai Yan 2022Green Chemical Engineering2022,3,1:1
6Muth-Mills Model of Urban Spatial Structure:Theory and Implications for Cities in China显示文摘Given the differences between cities in the United States and China,and the changing structure of Chinese cities,this paper examines the viability of some basic predictions of the Muth-Mills model of urban spatial structure for modern cities in China,using data for the year 2010. Chinese cities are experiencing rapid motorization and road construction over the last two decades,so we have tried to use different measurements for commuting cost in these cities to estimate the empirical model,and concluded that most results support the Muth-Mills assertion. The elasticities of the urban spatial size with respect to the signifi cant variables are discussed,comparing to those for cities in the United States. 8Syntheses,characterization,crystal structure and magnetic properties of copper(Ⅱ) α,β-unsaturated carboxylate complexes with trimethyl phosphate显示文摘Two ternary complexes Cu2A4[OP(OCH3)3]2 (A represents CH2=CH-COO- and CH2=C(CH3)-COO-) have been synthesized, and elemental analyses, IR, ESR, electronic reflectance spectra and magnetic studies were carried out. The single crystal X-ray diffraction shows that Cu2[CH2=C(CH3)-COO]4[OP(OCH3)3]2 is triclinic, with space group P1, a = 1.05128(13), b = 1.7559(5), c = 1.94479(3) nm, α =91.263(14)°,(β = 102.559(6)°,γ= 106.339(13)°, Z = 4 and R = 0.0668. Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by four (a-methacrylate groups, and each copper(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated with a trimethyl phosphate molecule in the axial position, forming a distorted square pyramidal configuration. The symmetric center is between the two copper(Ⅱ) atoms, and the Cu-Cu bond distance is 0.26098(6) nm. 10An Empirical Analysis on Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization and Motorization in China over the Period 1985-2010显示文摘In theory,there is a close interactive relationship between urbanization and motorization. This paper investigates the interactive relationship between urbanization and motorization in China after its reform and opening-up by using the urbanization and motorization data during the period 1985 – 2010. The research fi nds that during the period 1985 – 2000,there indeed was a long-run stable interactive relationship between urbanization and motorization in China. 11Temperature-controlled fabrication of hydrophilic manganese oxide microspheres as high-performance electrode materials for supercapacitors显示文摘The supercapacitive properties of manganese oxides(MnO_(x))are strongly affected by their crystal structure.Nevertheless,the relationship between the crystal structure and supercapacitive performance of Mn O_(x)is elusive.Herein,a temperature-controlled fabrication method was developed to achieve MnO_(2),Mn_(3)O_(4),MnO and Mn_(2)O_(3)microspheres with various crystal structure as electrode materials tunable for supercapacitors.The detailed material and electrochemical characterizations revealed the structureactivity relationship of Mn O_(x)microspheres by systematically investigating the effect of valence state,specific surface area,conductivity and morphology on supercapacitive performance.Among these MnO_(x)materials,nanoneedle-like Mn O_(2)delivered a relatively high specific capacitance of 274.1 F/g at 1 A/g due to a high Mn valence state of+4,a large specific surface area of 113.4 m^(2)/g and a desirable electronic conductivity of 1.73×10^(-5)S/cm.Furthermore,MnO_(2)presented a remarkable cycle stability with 115%capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles owing to the enhancement of wettability.This work not only provides a facile strategy to modulate MnO_(x)crystal structure,but also offers a deep understanding of structure-dependent supercapacitive performance of MnO_(x).Yuchen Wang Yaoyu Liu Ahsan Ejaz Kai Yan 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5:0
12Electrodeposited 3D hierarchical NiFe microflowers assembled from nanosheets robust for the selective electrooxidation of furfuryl alcohol显示文摘A robust and green strategy for the selective upgrading of biomass-derived platform chemicals towards highly valuable products is important for the sustainable development.Herein,the efficient electrocatalytic oxidation of biomass-derived furfuryl alcohol(FFA)into furoic acid(FurAc)catalyzed by the electrodeposited non-precious NiFe microflowers was successfully reached under the low temperature and ambient pressure.The 3D hierarchical NiFe microflowers assembled from ultrathin nanosheets were controllably synthesized by the electrodeposition method and uniformly grown on carbon fiber paper(CFP).Electrochemical analysis confirmed that NiFe nanosheets more preferred in the selective oxidation of FFA(FFAOR)than oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)in FFAOR displayed a clear decrease towards lower potential,resulting in 30 mV reduction of overpotential at 20 mA cm^(-2) compared with that of OER.The optimal catalyst Ni_(1)Fe_(2) nanosheets exhibited the highest selectivity of FurAc(94.0%)and 81.4%conversion of FFA within 3 h.Besides,the influence of various reaction parameters on FFAOR was then explored in details.After that,the reaction pathway was investigated and rationally proposed.The outstanding performance for FFAOR can be ascribed to the unique structure of 3D flower-like NiFe nanosheets and oxygen vacancies,resulting in large exposure of active sites,faster electron transfer and enhanced adsorption of reactants.Our findings highlight a facile and convenient mean with a promising green future,which is promising for processing of various biomass-derived platform chemicals into value-added products.Biying Liu Man Zhang Yaoyu Liu Yuchen Wang Kai Yan 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,3:0
13Belief propagation list bit-flip decoder for polar codes显示文摘Belief propagation(BP) decoder is a low decoding latency algorithm for polar codes. However,the block error rate(BLER) performance of the BP decoder is inferior to the cyclic redundancy check(CRC)aided successive cancellation list(CA-SCL) decoder with medium list size for polar codes. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a bit-flip method into the belief propagation list(BPL) decoder and propose a BPL bitflip(BPLF) decoder to improve the BLER performance of BP-based decoder for polar codes. The proposed decoder is based on a CRC-aided belief propagation list(CA-BPL) decoder, and the error-prone bits are obtained from the decoded result to construct flip bits set(FBS). The bits in FBS are flipped to obtain the correct decoding result. Moreover, the simulation results show that the BLER of the proposed BPLF decoder is significantly superior to that of the CA-BPL despite having the same list size, e.g., there is 0.75 dB gain at BLER = 10^(-4) with list size 64. 14Temperature-and field angular-dependent helical spin period characterized by magnetic dynamics in a chiral helimagnet MnNb_(3)S_(6)显示文摘The chiral magnets with topological spin textures provide a rare platform to explore topology and magnetism for potential application implementation.Here,we study the magnetic dynamics of several spin configurations on the monoaxial chiral magnetic crystal MnNb_(3)S_(6)via broadband ferromagnetic resonance(FMR)technique at cryogenic temperature.In the high-field forced ferromagnetic state(FFM)regime,the obtained frequency f vs.resonance field H_(res) dispersion curve follows the wellknown Kittel formula for a single FFM,while in the low-field chiral magnetic soliton lattice(CSL)regime,the dependence of H_(res) on magnetic field angle can be well-described by our modified Kittel formula including the mixture of a helical spin segment and the FFM phase.Furthermore,compared with the sophisticated Lorentz micrograph technique,the observed magnetic dynamics corresponding to different spin configurations allow us to obtain temperature-and field-dependent proportion of helical spin texture and helical spin period ratio L(H)/L(0)via our modified Kittel formula.Our results demonstrated that fieldand temperature-dependent nontrivial magnetic structures and corresponding distinct spin dynamics in chiral magnets can be an alternative and efficient approach to uncovering and controlling nontrivial topological magnetic dynamics.Liyuan Li Haotian Li Kaiyuan Zhou Yaoyu Gu Qingwei Fu Lina Chen Lei Zhang Ronghua Liu 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,1:0
15Efficient electrooxidation of biomass-derived aldehydes over ultrathin Ni V-layered double hydroxides films显示文摘Selective upgrading of C=O bonds to afford carboxylic acid is significant for the petrochemical industry and biomass utilization.Here we declared the efficient electrooxidation of biomass-derived aldehydes family over NiV-layered double hydroxides(LDHs) thin films.Mechanistic studies confirmed the hydroxyl active intermediate(-OH*) generated on the surface of NiV-LDHs films by employing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and the electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.By using advanced techniques,e.g.,extended X-ray absorption fine structure and high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy,NiV-LDHs films with 2.6 nm could expose larger specific surface area.Taking benzaldehyde as a model,high current density of 200 mA cm^(-2)at 1.8 V vs.RHE,81.1% conversion,77.6% yield of benzoic acid and 90.8% Faradaic efficiency were reached,which was superior to most of previous studies.Theoretical DFT analysis was well matched with experimental findings and documented that NiV-LDHs had high adsorption capacity for the aldehydes to suppress the side reaction,and the aldehydes were oxidized by the electrophilic hydroxyl radicals formed on NiV-LDHs.Our findings offer a universal strategy for the robust upgrading of diverse biomass-derived platform chemicals.Biying Liu Zhikeng Zheng Yaoyu Liu Man Zhang Yuchen Wang Yangyang Wan Kai Yan 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
16Effective ethanol-to-CO_(2) electrocatalysis at iridium-bismuth oxide featuring the impressive negative shifting of the working potential显示文摘Since low overpotential for the anodic ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)can favor the higher output voltage and power of direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs),it is critical to design new EOR catalysts with efficient ethanol-to-CO_(2)activity at low applied potentials.Thereby,carbon-supported Ir-Bi_(2)O_(3)(Ir-Bi_(2)O_(3)/C)catalysts with highly dispersive bismuth oxide on the iridium surface are designed and prepared,which can merit splitting the ethanol C–C bond and promoting the oxidation of C1 intermediates at the bifunctional interfaces.The as-obtained Ir-Bi2O3/C catalysts show superior EOR mass activity of up to ca.2250 m A mgIr-1.Moreover,they exhibit the record lowest onset oxidation potentials(0.17–0.22 V vs.RHE)and the peak potential(ca.0.58 V vs.RHE),being 130–300 m V lower than the previous landmark noble metallic catalysts.Furthermore,an apparent C1 pathway faraday efficiency(FEC1)of 28%±5.9%at 0.5 V vs.RHE can be obtained at Ir-Bi_(2)O_(3)/C.This work might provide new insights into the new anodic EOR catalysts for increasing the power of DEFCs.Ruilin Wei Yue Liu Huazhong Ma Xingyu Ma Yaoyue Yang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,11:0
17Experimental and numerical investigation of a composite structure with frame and skin显示文摘A composite structure with frame and skin based on cabin structure in a large space telescope is studied in this paper.The frame is composed of longitudinal and transverse beams with hybrid bonded/bolted joints,and the skin is connected to the frame by bolts.Tensile tests are conducted on the structure by a set of test stand.It is observed that residual deformation occurs in the first test of the structure,which is attributed to the relative sliding between the skin and frame because of bolt-hole clearances.The high tightening torque and the increased number of the skin-frame bolts contribute to the high stiffness of the structure.A finite element model(FEM)of this composite structure is established,and the simulation model is verified by the experimental results.The FEM is contrastively analyzed with different frame joints,and it is found that adhesive joining in the hybrid bonded/bolted joints enhances the stiffness of the structure significantly.Given that adhesive plays a leading role in the stiffness of the hybrid joints,Tie contact in FEM is proposed to simulate bonded or hybrid joints when studying the stiffness performance of undamaged structure.李传政 XU Shuyan DONG Jihong LIU Bo ZHANG Yaoyu ZHENG Fusheng 2023High Technology Letters2023,29,1:0
18Theoretical and practical guide for an axial superresolved focus via Gouy phase steering显示文摘Achieving an axial superresolved focus with a single lens by simply inserting a modulation mask in the pupil plane is preferred due to its compact configuration and general applicability. However, lack of a universal theoretical model to manifest the superresolved focusing mechanism vastly complicates the mask design and hinders optimal resolution. Here we establish an interference model and find out that the axial resolution closely relates to the Gouy phase gradient(GPG) at the focal point. Using a GPG tuning-based optimization approach, the axial resolution of a ring-mask-modulated beam is readily improved to attain superresolved focal depth for multiple types of pupil function and polarization. In experiment, a focus with an axial resolution of 27% improved from the diffraction limit and 11% finer than the previously reported record is demonstrated for the radially polarized beam. In simulations, a spherical focus with 3D isotropic resolution and a superoscillation-like axial modulation behavior toward extremely high axial resolution is also presented. 19Dose-dependent and combined effects of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist MK-801 and nitric oxide synthase inhibitor nitro-L-arginine on the survival of retinal ganglion cells in adult hamsters显示文摘This study investigated the effects of daily intraperitoneal injections of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist MK-801 and nitric oxide synthase inhibitor nitro-L-arginine (L-NA) on the survival of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) at 1 and 2 weeks after unilateral optic nerve transection in adult hamsters. The left optic nerves of all animals were transected intraorbitally 1 mm from the optic disc and RGCs were retrogradely labeled with Fluorogold before they received different daily dosages of single MK-801 or L-NA as well as daily combinational treatments of these two chemicals. All experimental and control animals survived for 1 or 2 weeks after optic nerve transection. Our results revealed that the mean numbers of surviving RGCs increased and then decreased when the dosage of MK-801 (1.0, 3.0 and 4.5 mg/kg) and L-NA (1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 mg/kg) increased at both 1 and 2 weeks survival time points. Daily combinational use of 1.0 mg/kg MK-801 and 1.5 mg/kg L-NA lead to a highest RGC number that was even higher than the sum of the RGC numbers in 1.0 mg/kg MK-801 and 1.5 mg/kg L-NA subgroups at 2 weeks. 20Genome sequencing of Sitopsis species provides insights into their contribution to the B subgenome of bread wheat显示文摘Wheat(Triticum aestivum,BBAADD)is an allohexaploid species that originated from two polyploidization events.The progenitors of the A and D subgenomes have been identified as Triticum urartu and Aegilops tauschii,respectively.Current research suggests that Aegilops speltoides is the closest but not the direct ancestor of the B subgenome.However,whether Ae.speltoides has contributed genomically to the wheat B subgenome and which chromosome regions are conserved between Ae.speltoides and the B subgenome remain unclear.Here,we assembled a high-quality reference genome for Ae.speltoides,resequenced 53 accessions from seven species(Aegilops bicornis,Aegilops longissima,Aegilops searsii,Aegilops sharonensis,Ae.speltoides,Aegilops mutica[syn.Amblyopyrum muticum],and Triticumdicoccoides)and revealed their genomic contributions to the wheat B subgenome.Our results showed that centromeric regions were particularly conserved between Aegilops and Triticum and revealed 0.17 Gb of conserved blocks between Ae.speltoides and the B subgenome.We classified five groups of conserved and non-conserved genes between Aegilops and Triticum,revealing their biological characteristics,differentiation in gene expression patterns,and collinear relationships between Ae.speltoides and the wheat B subgenome.We also identified gene families that expanded in Ae.speltoides during its evolution and 789 genes specific to Ae.speltoides.These genes can serve as genetic resources for improvement of adaptability to biotic and abiotic stress.The newly constructed reference genome and large-scale resequencing data for Sitopsis species will provide a valuable genomic resource for wheat genetic improvement and genomic studies.Yuxin Yang Licao Cui Zefu Lu Guangrong Li Zujun Yang Guangyao Zhao Chuizheng Kong Danping Li Yaoyu Chen Zhencheng Xie Zhongxu Chen Lichao Zhang Chuan Xia Xu Liu Jizeng Jia Xiuying Kong 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:0
