1Downregulation of serum mi R-17 and mi R-106b levels in gastric cancer and benign gastric diseases显示文摘Altered micro RNA(mi RNA) associated with gastric cancer(GC) development and mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were differentially expressed in GC tissues. This study detected serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression in GC, benign gastric disease(BGD) and healthy controls to assess them as tumor markers for GC. Serum samples from 40 GC, 32 BGD(10 gastric ulcer, 14 gastric polyps, and 8 gastric ulcer with polyps) and 36 healthy individuals were subjected to quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) analysis of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression. The data showed that the serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were significantly reduced in healthy individuals and BGD patients compared to GC patients. There was a significant association of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression with age, but not with other clinicopathological features, such as gender, tumor differentiation, stage and lymphatic metastasis. Further analysis showed that, in discriminating GC patients from healthy controls, mi R-17 could yield a receiver-operating characteristic(ROC) area under the curve(AUC) of 0.879 with 80.6% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity and mi R-106 b could yield an AUC of 0.856 with 75.0% sensitivity and 92.5% specificity. The combined AUC of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b was 0.913 with 83.3% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity. 2Time Optimal Trajectory Planning Algorithm for Robotic Manipulator Based on Locally Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization显示文摘Optimal trajectory planning is a fundamental problem in the area of robotic research.On the time-optimal trajectory planning problem during the motion of a robotic arm,the method based on segmented polynomial interpolation function with a locally chaotic particle swarm optimization(LCPSO)algorithm is proposed in this paper.While completing the convergence in the early or middle part of the search,the algorithm steps forward on the problem of local convergence of traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)and improved learning factor PSO(IFPSO)algorithms.Finally,simulation experiments are executed in joint space to obtain the optimal time and smooth motion trajectory of each joint,which shows that the method can effectively shorten the running time of the robotic manipulator and ensure the stability of the motion as well.DU Yuxiao CHEN Yihang 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,5:1

4High-performance all-solution-processed inverted quantum dot light-emitting diodes enabled by water treatment显示文摘All-solution-processed inverted quantum dot(QD)light-emitting diodes(QLEDs)with transparent bottom cathodes can be directly connected to the n-type thin-film transistors,offering a feasible solution for low-cost active matrix-driven QD displays.However,the subsequent solution-deposition of the hole-transporting layer destroys the underneath QD films,resulting in largely deteriorated device performance.Various strategies have been implemented to prevent QD film from dissolution,but all at a heavy cost of device performance suffering from either reduced efficiency or increased driving voltage.Here,a facile and effective water-treatment approach for QD film to fabricate inverted QLEDs through all solution processing is reported.The water treatment substitutes the long-chain oleate ligands with hydroxyl groups,resulting in significantly improved non-polar solvent resistance of the QD films.Importantly,the QD films reserve their excellent photoluminescence efficiency after water treatment.With the water-treated QD film as the emissive layer,all-solution-processed inverted red QLED with a peak external quantum efficiency of 19.6%,a turn-on voltage of 1.8 V,and a T50 operational lifetime of 150,000 h at 100 cd·m^(-2) was achieved.Furthermore,efficient and low-voltage-driven green and blue QLEDs can also be prepared with this method.This work provides a feasible strategy for the fabrication of high-performance all-solution-processed inverted QLEDs,paving the way toward achieving QLEDs by all ink-jet printing.Qianqing Hu Junjie Si Desui Chen Xiaoming Hao Rui Xu Yihang Du Zhuopeng Du Xinquan Gong Hong Zhao Peiqing Cai Qi Ai Xin Yao Yu Yan Zenan Zhang Muzhi Cai Wei Liu Yongyin Kang Zugang Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
5Efficacy of auditory target tracking training to enhance selective attention in continuous speech-shaped noise environment显示文摘The study focuses on the effect of auditory target tracking training on selective attention in continuous speech-shaped noise environment.Firstly,a short-term and simplified training method was designed,which adopted stable stimuli tracking to train the participants.After twenty trials,the validity of training method was verified by speech-shaped noise perception under the condition of 3 x 5 noise which is composed of two factors,the type of speech interference and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).The experimental results show that the speech perception performance of the training group is significantly better than that of the control group,which proves that the speech perception performance and auditory attention in speechshaped noise environment can be improved through the training of auditory target tracking.This indicates that the auditory target tracking training can stabilize the auditory attention level under the condition of speech-shaped noise.The work provides an effective method for promoting auditory selective attention in the real world and can be extended to specialized vocational training.DU Yihang FANG Weining 2020Chinese Journal of Acoustics2020,39,1:0
6Effect of poly(4-tert-butylstyrene)block length on the microphase structure of poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(4-vinylbenzyl chloride)-b-poly(4-tert-butylstyrene)triblock terpolymers显示文摘A series of linear poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(4-vinylbenzyl chloride)-b-poly(4-tert-butylstyrene)(PEO_(113)-b-PVBC_(130)-b-Pt BS_(x)or E_(113)V_(130)T_(x))triblock terpolymers with various lengths x(=20,33,66,104,215)of Pt BS block were synthesized via a two-step reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization.The E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers were non-crystalline because the PVBC and Pt BS blocks strongly hindered the crystallization of PEO block.The effects of Pt BS block length x on the phase structures of E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers were investigated by combined techniques of small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that with increasing x from20 to 215,the phase structure of E_(113)V_(130)T_(x)triblock terpolymers became more ordered and changed from disordered structure,hexagonally-packed cylinder(HEX),hexagonally perforated layer(HPL),to lamellar(LAM)phase structures.Temperature-variable SAXS measurements showed that the HEX,HPL and LAM phase structures obtained for E_(113)V_(130)T_(66),E_(113)V_(130)T_(104)and E_(113)V_(130)T_(215)by thermal annealing,respectively,were thermodynamically stable in the temperature range of 30-170℃.Kun An Jia Gao Yihang Chen Jingjing Nie Yongjin Li Junting Xu Binyang Du 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
