| 1 | Solid-state additive manufacturing and repairing by cold spraying:A review显示文摘High-performance metal additive manufacturing(AM) has been extensively investigated in recent year because of its unique advantages over traditional manufacturing processes. AM has been applied to form complex components of Ti, Fe or Ni alloys. However, for other nonferrous alloys such as Al alloys, Mg alloys and Cu alloys, AM may not be appropriate because of its melting nature during processing by laser electron beam, and/or arc. Cold spraying(CS) has been widely accepted as a promising solid-state coating technique in last decade for its mass production of high-quality metals and alloys, and/or metal matrix composites coatings. It is now recognized as a useful and powerful tool for AM, but the related research work has just started. | 4 | Deposition of FeCoNiCrMn high entropy alloy(HEA) coating via cold spraying显示文摘High entropy alloys(HEAs) are of great interest in the community of materials science and engineering due to their unique phase structure. They are constructed with five or more principal alloying elements in equimolar or near-equimolar ratio. Therefore, HEAs can derive their performance from multiple principal elements rather than a single element. In this work, solid-state cold spraying(CS) was applied for the first time to produce FeCoNiCrMn HEA coating. The experimental results confirm that CS can be used to produce a thick HEA coating with low porosity. As a low-temperature deposition process, CS completely retained the HEA phase structure in the coating without any phase transformation. The characterization also reveals that the grains in the CSed HEA coating had experienced significant refinement as compared to those in the as-received HEA powder due the occurrence of dynamic recrystallization at the highly deformed interparticle region. Due to the increased dislocation density and grain boundaries,CSed HEA coating was much harder than the as-received powder. | 5 | Effect of Chinese Medicine on No or Slow Reflow after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Myocardial Infarction Patients: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis显示文摘Objective:To systematic review the effect of Chinese medicine(CM)on no or slow reflow after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in myocardial infarction(MI)patients.Methods:The Pub Med,EMBASE databases,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Database)and Chinese Scientific Journal Database(VIP)were searched up to December 2017.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)which evaluated the effect of CM therapies on no or slow reflow after PCI in MI patients were included.The primary outcome was the effect of reperfusion.Secondary outcomes were left ventricular ejection fraction,incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events and adverse effect.Results:Ten RCTs covering 814 patients were included.Two studies revealed that the incidence of no or slow reflow was less in Shenmai Injection(参麦注射液)group than in the control group measured by thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)2(risk ratio=0.55,95%confidence interval 0.38 to 0.81,P=0.003,I^2=37%).Two studies indicated that Salvianolate Injection showed no additional benefit on no or slow reflow measured by corrected TIMI frame count compared with the conventional treatment(mean difference–4.24,95% confidence interval–13.03 to 4.54,P=0.34,I^2=86%).In addition,Tongxinluo Capsules(通心络胶囊),Danhong Injection(丹红注射液)and Xuesaitong Injection(血塞通注射液)may have the potential to reduce no or slow reflow measured during or after PCI in individual studies.Conclusions:Current evidence from RCTs are not sufficient to evaluate the effect of CM adjuvant therapies on no or slow reflow after PCI for MI patients.The included studies are limited by small sample size and unclear baseline conditions.Further rigorously designed researches and verification studies with sufficient number of patients are warranted. | ZHANG Xiao-yu SUN Yang YANG Xin-yu HU Jia-yuan ZHENG Rui CHEN Shi-qi LI Min LI Cheng-yu JIANG Yin LIU Shuo ZHAO Chen XING Yan-wei SHANG Hong-cai | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2020,26,3: | 11 |

| 7 | The prevalence rates of major chronic diseases in retired and in-service Chinese military officers(2000-2016): a meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Chronic diseases cause a tremendous burden to the military medical system.However,the prevalence rates of major chronic diseases among military officers remain unclear in China.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP),Pub Med and Web of Science were searched for studies(from 2000 to 2016)concerning 6 major chronic diseases:hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)in Chinese military officers following strict inclusion and exclusion criteria.Three researchers independently extracted data from the included studies,and a fourth researcher reviewed and solved every disagreement.Statistical analysis was performed with STATA 14.0 and R 3.3.2.Heterogeneity was evaluated by the I^2 value.A random effect model was performed to combine the heterogeneous data.The Egger test was performed to test the publication bias.Results:A total of 90,758 military officers derived from 75 articles were pooled together.Publication bias was only observed in 37 studies reporting heart disease(P_(Egger test)=0.01).The overall prevalence rates of hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus,heart diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,and COPD were 46.6%(95%CI 41.8%–51.5%),30.9%(26.4%–35.7%),20.7%(16.5%–25.7%),48.2%(41.7%–54.9%),20.2%(14.8%–26.9%)and 16.6%(12.9%–21.0%),respectively.The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,and COPD,rather than hyperlipidemia,increased with age in Chinese military officers.Heart diseases(P_(Q-test)<0.001)and hypertension(P_(Q-test)<0.001)increased sharply in retired officers compared with officers in service.Cerebrovascular disease was more frequent in Northern Theater Command than in any other theater command(P_(Q-test)<0.001).Conclusion:Major chronic diseases heavily affect Chinese military officers,especially retirees.Medical intervention should be enforced on the prevention of cerebrovascular diseases in those working in cold areas in the north,as well as hypertension and heart diseases in retirees. | Thermite Mara Long-Teng Ma Shuo Wang Ling Wang Fan Yang Jia-Hui Song Yi-Chun Cao Jian-Hua Yin Guang-Wen Cao | 2018 | Military Medical Research2018,5,3: | 6 |
| 8 | Extraction(DSX) from Erigeron breviscapus modulates outward potassium currents in rat retinal ganglion cells显示文摘AIM: To investigate the effect of DSX, an active component extracted from Erigeron breviscapus, on the voltage-gated outward K+channel currents in rat retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) by using electrophysiological method, and to explore the possible mechanisms of DSX on optic nerve protection.· METHODS: Outward K + currents were recorded by using whole-cell patch-clamp techniques on acutely isolated rat RGCs. Outward K+currents were induced by a series of depolarizing voltage pulses from a holding potential of-70 m V to +20 m V in an increment of 10 m V.·RESULTS: Extracellular application of DSX voltage-dependently suppressed both the steady-state and peak current amplitudes of outward K+currents in rat RGCs.Furthermore, DSX reversibly and dose-dependently inhibited the amplitudes of outward K+currents of the cells. At +20 m V membrane potential DSX at the concentrations of 0.02 g/L and 0.05 g/L showed no significant effects on the currents. | 15 | Modifed Multifdelity Surrogate Model Based on Radial Basis Function with Adaptive Scale Factor显示文摘Multifdelity surrogates(MFSs)replace computationally intensive models by synergistically combining information from diferent fdelity data with a signifcant improvement in modeling efciency.In this paper,a modifed MFS(MMFS)model based on a radial basis function(RBF)is proposed,in which two fdelities of information can be analyzed by adaptively obtaining the scale factor.In the MMFS,an RBF was employed to establish the low-fdelity model.The correlation matrix of the high-fdelity samples and corresponding low-fdelity responses were integrated into an expansion matrix to determine the scaling function parameters.The shape parameters of the basis function were optimized by minimizing the leave-one-out cross-validation error of the high-fdelity sample points.The performance of the MMFS was compared with those of other MFS models(MFS-RBF and cooperative RBF)and single-fdelity RBF using four benchmark test functions,by which the impacts of diferent high-fdelity sample sizes on the prediction accuracy were also analyzed.The sensitivity of the MMFS model to the randomness of the design of experiments(DoE)was investigated by repeating sampling plans with 20 diferent DoEs.Stress analysis of the steel plate is presented to highlight the prediction ability of the proposed MMFS model.This research proposes a new multifdelity modeling method that can fully use two fdelity sample sets,rapidly calculate model parameters,and exhibit good prediction accuracy and robustness. | Yin Liu Shuo Wang Qi Zhou Liye Lv Wei Sun Xueguan Song | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,4: | 3 |
| 16 | Plant buffering against the high-light stress- induced accumulation of CsGA2ox8 transcripts via alter native splici ng to fi n ely tune gibberelli n levels and maintain hypocotyl elongation显示文摘In plants,alternative splicing(AS)is markedly induced in response to environmental stresses,but it is unclear why plants generate multiple transcripts under stress conditions.In this study,RNA-seq was performed to identify AS events in cucumber seedlings grown under different light intensities.We identi fi ed a novel transcript of the gibberellin(GA)-deactivating enzyme Gibberellin 2-beta-dioxygenase 8(CsGA2ox8).Compared with canonical CsGA2ox8.1,the CsGA2ox8.2 isoform presented intron retention between the second and third exons.Functional analysis proved that the transcript of CsGA2ox8.1 but not CsGA2ox8.2 played a role in the deactivation of bioactive GAs.Moreover,expression analysis demonstrated that both transcripts were upregulated by increased light intensity,but the expression level of CsGA2ox8.1 increased slowly when the light intensity was>400μmol-m-2-s-1 PPFD(photosynthetic photon fl ux density),while the CsGA2ox8.2 transcript levels increased rapidly when the light intensity was>200 pmol-m-2-s-1 PPFD.Our fi ndings provide evidence that plants might fi nely tune their GA levels by buffering against the normal transcripts of CsGA2ox8 through AS. | Bin Liu Shuo Zhao Pengli Li Yilu Yin Qingliang Niu Jinqiang Yan Danfeng Huang | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 2 |
| 17 | Strengthening behavior of AlCoCrFeNi(TiN)_(x) high-entropy alloy coatings fabricated by plasma spraying and laser remelting显示文摘High-entropy alloy(HEA)coatings are of great importance in the fabrication of wear resistance materials.HEA coatings containing ceramic particles as reinforcement phase usually have better wear performance.In this study,AlCoCrFe Ni(TiN)_(x)(x:molar ratio;x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)HEA coatings were fabricated on Q235 steel by plasma spray first and then subjected to laser remelting.The experimental results confirm that plasma spray together with post laser remelting could result in the in-situ formation of TiN-Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic particles and cuboidal B2 phase in the AlCoCrFeNi(TiN)_(x) HEA coatings.The in-situ TiN-Al_(2)O_(3) and nano-cuboidal B2 precipitation phase strengthened the coatings and improved their wearresistance properties.Due to the dispersion of hard phase and nano-particles resulting from second heating,the microhardness of the Al Co Cr Fe Ni(Ti N)coatings significantly increased from 493 to 851 HV after laser remelting.For the same reasons,the wear-resistance performance was also significantly promoted after laser remelting. | Bingqian Jin Nannan Zhang Shuo Yin | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,26: | 2 |
| 18 | Biodegradation Behavior of Coated As-Extruded Mg–Sr Alloy in Simulated Body Fluid显示文摘As-extruded Mg-Sr alloy, a kind of promising biodegradable biomedical material, was coated using micro-arc oxidation and also using a phosphate conversion coating. The corrosion behaviors were investigated using Hanks' solution. The corrosion of the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy became more serious with increasing immersion time;that is, the corrosion pits became more numerous, larger and deeper, The micro-arc oxidation coating and the phosphate conversion coating were effective in improving the corrosion resistance of the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy. The micro-arc oxidation coating was much more effective. Moreover, the as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy and the coated as-extruded Mg-Sr alloy exhibited lower corrosion rates than the as-cast Mg-Sr alloy and the corresponding coated as-cast Mg-Sr alloy, indicating that the corrosion properties of the coated samples are dependent on their substrates. The finer microstructure of the substrate of the as-extruded condition corroded much slower. | 20 | Geochemistry and zircon U-Pb chronology of quartz porphyry in Yuejinshan Fe-polymetallic deposit of Heilongjiang显示文摘Quartz porphyry in Yuejinshan Fe-polymetallic deposit is one of the rock masses, which formed the granite belt relating to the late Yanshanian skarn-type Fe-polymetallic deposits in the eastern Heilongjiang, and is also closely related to the metallogenic space of the Fe-polymetallic deposits. Quartz porphyry has the zircon U-Pb concordia age of 125.0±1.1 Ma, overall showing high Si(SiO_2=74.48%--75.00%), rich alkaline(Na_2O+K_2O=7.93%--8.17%, K_2O/Na_2O=1.39--1.46), and poor Mg(MgO=0.27%--0.31%), with the A/CNK value being 0.95--0.99, having the characteristics of obvious enrichment of LREE and medium Eu negative anomaly(0.69--0.74), indicating that the rock belongs to quasi-aluminous high potassium calc-alkaline series and has the same characteristics as those of the I-type granite. The rock is also characterized by the enrichment of LILE and active incompatible elements, and depletion of HFSE such as Nb, Ta, P and Ti, with the Mg~# value being 32--37, indicating that the rock originated from partial melting of crustal materials.
