| 1 | Photoelectrochemical performance of a sub-micron structured film with poly(3-methylthiophene) (P3MT)-modified CdTe/ZnO shell-core sub-micron tube arrays显示文摘A sub-micron structured film with a poly(3-methylthiophene) (P3MT)-modified CdTe/ZnO shell-core sub-micron tube array has been prepared by a series of electrodeposition processes, and a semiconductor-sensitized solar cell based on this structure was also fabricated. Vertically oriented ZnO sub-micron tubes were obtained on an indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate, and then CdTe nanocrystals and a thin P3MT layer were electrodeposited sequentially onto the walls of the ZnO sub-micron tubes. A suitable thickness of CdTe and P3MT could improve the photovoltaic properties of the solar cell, which was attributed to the enhancement in the light absorption and the decrease in the recombination of photogenerated carriers. In addition, a p–n heterojunction formed between the interface of CdTe and P3MT played an important part in the efficient separation and fast transport of photogenerated carriers in the sub-micron structure. | 2 | Low voltage organic devices and circuits with aluminum oxide thin film dielectric layer显示文摘Low voltage operating organic devices and circuits have been realized using atomic layer deposition deposited aluminum oxide thin film as dielectric layer. The dielectric film has per unit area capacitance of 165 nF/cm2 and leakage current of 1 nA/cm2 at 1 MV/cm. The devices and circuits use the small-molecule hydrocarbon pentacene as the active semiconductor material. Transistors,inverters,and ring oscillators with operating voltage lower than 5 V were obtained. The mobility of organic field-effect transistors was extracted to be 0.16 cm2/Vs in saturation range,the threshold voltage is 0.3 V,and the on/off current ratio is larger than 105. | 7 | A Reverse Path Planning Approach for Enhanced Performance of Multi-Degree-of-Freedom Industrial Manipulators显示文摘In the domain of autonomous industrial manipulators,precise positioning and appropriate posture selection in path planning are pivotal for tasks involving obstacle avoidance,such as handling,heat sealing,and stacking.While Multi-Degree-of-Freedom(MDOF)manipulators offer kinematic redundancy,aiding in the derivation of optimal inverse kinematic solutions to meet position and posture requisites,their path planning entails intricate multiobjective optimization,encompassing path,posture,and joint motion optimization.Achieving satisfactory results in practical scenarios remains challenging.In response,this study introduces a novel Reverse Path Planning(RPP)methodology tailored for industrial manipulators.The approach commences by conceptualizing the manipulator’s end-effector as an agent within a reinforcement learning(RL)framework,wherein the state space,action set,and reward function are precisely defined to expedite the search for an initial collision-free path.To enhance convergence speed,the Q-learning algorithm in RL is augmented with Dyna-Q.Additionally,we formulate the cylindrical bounding box of the manipulator based on its Denavit-Hartenberg(DH)parameters and propose a swift collision detection technique.Furthermore,the motion performance of the end-effector is refined through a bidirectional search,and joint weighting coefficients are introduced to mitigate motion in high-power joints.The efficacy of the proposed RPP methodology is rigorously examined through extensive simulations conducted on a six-degree-of-freedom(6-DOF)manipulator encountering two distinct obstacle configurations and target positions.Experimental results substantiate that the RPP method adeptly orchestrates the computation of the shortest collision-free path while adhering to specific posture constraints at the target point.Moreover,itminimizes both posture angle deviations and joint motion,showcasing its prowess in enhancing the operational performance of MDOF industrial manipulators. | Zhiwei Lin Hui Wang Tianding Chen Yingtao Jiang Jianmei Jiang Yingpin Chen | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,139,5: | 0 |
| 8 | Research on the Historical Data of the 1585 A. D. South Chaoxian Earthquake and Its Seismogenic Structure显示文摘In 1585,a MS5 3/4 earthquake occurred in the south of Chaoxian county,Anhui Province. The parameters of this earthquake were reported differently in various versions of earthquake catalogues. According to detailed textual research on the historic records of this earthquake,the epicenter location of the earthquake was further confirmed by means of seismo-geological field investigations in the Chaohu-Tongling region along the western Yangtze River valleys. Shallow seismic prospecting and drilling methods were applied in studying the buried fault. The possibility of the existence of seismogenic faults and fault activity in the western Yangtze River area were analyzed in depth,and the causative tectonic background of the 1585 MS5 3/4 south Chaoxian earthquake was studied. The results of this study indicate that the Yanjiaqiao-Fengshahu fault,which was active in the early to mid-Pleistocene,is possibly the causative structure of this earthquake.
