1Ambient volatile organic compounds at a receptor site in the Pearl River Delta region:Variations,source apportionment and effects on ozone formation显示文摘We present the continuously measurements of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)at a receptor site(Wan Qing Sha,WQS)in the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region from September to November of 2017.The average mixing ratios of total VOCs(TVOCs)was 36.3±27.9 ppbv with the dominant contribution from alkanes(55.5%),followed by aromatics(33.3%).The diurnal variation of TVOCs showed a strong photochemical consumption during daytime,resulting in the formation of ozone(O_(3)).Five VOC sources were resolved by the positive matrix factorization(PMF)model,including solvent usage(28.6%),liquid petroleum gas(LPG)usage(24.4%),vehicle exhaust(21.0%),industrial emissions(13.2%)and gasoline evaporation(12.9%).The regional transport air masses from the upwind cities of south China can result in the elevated concentrations of TVOCs.Low ratios of TVOCs/NO_(x)(1.53±0.88)suggested that the O_(3) formation regime at WQS site was VOC-limited,which also confirmed by a photochemical box model with the master chemical mechanism(PBM-MCM).Furthermore,the observation on high-O_(3) episode days revealed that frequent O_(3) outbreaks at WQS were mainly caused by the regional transport of anthropogenic VOCs especially for aromatics and the subsequent photochemical reactions.This study provides valuable information for policymakers to propose the effective control strategies on photochemical pollution in a regional perspective.Yao Meng Junwei Song Lewei Zeng Yingyi Zhang Yan Zhao Xufei Liu Hai Guo Liuju Zhong Yubo Ou Yan Zhou Tao Zhang Dingli Yue Senchao Lai 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,1:5

4Electromagnetic anisotropic homogeneous model for eddy-current field in single-phase wound core显示文摘The analysis of the eddy-current field in the wound core widely used in the field of transformer energy conservation is taken as the theme.Adopting the homogenisation idea to consider the unique geometry of the wound core and features of its equivalent multi-stage circular cross-section magnetic boundary,a homogeneous model consisting of a columnar material with continuous homogeneous electromagnetic anisotropy is established by deriving the Maxwell equations of the magnetic quasi-static field in the columnar coordinate system.Finally,a homogeneous fine element model for the eddycurrent field in the wound core is established and the accuracy of the model has been verified by the test platform.The result shows that the homogeneous model can be effectively used for the analysis of the eddy-current field in the wound core,and the error of calculating the eddy-current loss under different excitation conditions is less than 6%under the premise of extremely saving the engineering calculation cost,which will help improve the operational performance of the wound core and contribute to the energysaving goal of the high-voltage equipment.Lijun Zhou Woyang Li Yingyi Xia Jiawei Chen Chenqingyu Zhang Xiaohu Cai Lei Guo Dongyang Wang 2024High Voltage2024,9,1:0
5Purpurolide C-based microneedle promotes macrophage-mediated diabetic wound healing via inhibiting TLR4-MD2 dimerization and MYD88 phosphorylation显示文摘Delayed wound healing in diabetes is a global challenge,and the development of related drugs is a clinical problem to be solved.In this study,purpurolide C(PC),a small-molecule secondary metabolite of the endophytic fungus Penicillium purpurogenum,was found to promote diabetic wound healing.To investigate the key regulation targets of PC,in vitro RNA-seq,molecular docking calcula-tions,TLR4-MD2 dimerization SDS-PAGE detection,and surface plasmon resonance(SPR)were per-formed,indicating that PC inhibited inflammatory macrophage activation by inhibiting both TLR4-MD2 dimerization and MYD88 phosphorylation.Tlr4 knockout in vivo attenuated the promotion effect of PC on wound healing.Furthermore,a delivery system consisting of macrophage liposome and GelMA-based microneedle patches combined with PC(PC@MLIP MN)was developed,which overcame the poor water solubility and weak skin permeability of PC,so that successfully punctured the skin and delivered PC to local tissues,and accurately regulated macrophage polarization in diabetic wound management.Overall,PC is an anti-inflammatory small molecule compound with a well-defined structure and dualtarget regulation,and the PC@MLIP MN is a promising novel biomaterial for the management of diabetic wound.Yitong Liu Guiyang Xia Yingyi Chen Huan Xia Junji Xu Lijia Guo Sheng Lin Yi Liu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,12:0
6Large-scale spatial data visualization method based on augmented reality显示文摘Background A task assigned to space exploration satellites involves detecting the physical environment within a certain space.However,space detection data are complex and abstract.These data are not conducive for researchers'visual perceptions of the evolution and interaction of events in the space environment.Methods A time-series dynamic data sampling method for large-scale space was proposed for sample detection data in space and time,and the corresponding relationships between data location features and other attribute features were established.A tone-mapping method based on statistical histogram equalization was proposed and applied to the final attribute feature data.The visualization process is optimized for rendering by merging materials,reducing the number of patches,and performing other operations.Results The results of sampling,feature extraction,and uniform visualization of the detection data of complex types,long duration spans,and uneven spatial distributions were obtained.The real-time visualization of large-scale spatial structures using augmented reality devices,particularly low-performance devices,was also investigated.Conclusions The proposed visualization system can reconstruct the three-dimensional structure of a large-scale space,express the structure and changes in the spatial environment using augmented reality,and assist in intuitively discovering spatial environmental events and evolutionary rules.Xiaoning QIAO Wenming XIE Xiaodong PENG Guangyun LI Dalin LI Yingyi GUO Jingyi REN 2024虚拟现实与智能硬件(中英文)2024,6,2:0

8Analysis and Control of Air Pollution from Bus Exhaust in Shantou City显示文摘Air pollution from bus exhaust(one of main sources of urban haze) in Shantou City,Guangdong Province was surveyed,and the purification effect of a new device for removing soot particulates from bus exhaust was analyzed.The results show that the smoke intensity of all buses surveyed averages 3.59 m^(-1),exceeding the limit,and the maximum is 5.7 times higher than the limit.Among the buses inspected,the smoke intensity of 37%of buses is not up to standard.The removal rate of soot particulates from various buses equipped with the purification device averages 63.6%,and some buses are up to standard after their exhaust are purified,showing that the device has good purification effect.Therefore,installing the purification device in a bus is an effective way to control air pollution from bus exhaust and haze in a city.Guo Yan Xiao Lianghong Huang Yuxin Chen Yingyi Zhan Meijun Huang Wenxin Chen Shuchi Chen Yuan Wang Shaoming 2015Meteorological and Environmental Research2015,6,8:0
