| 1 | In vivo evaluation of urokinase-loaded hollow nanogels for sonothrombolysis on suture embolization-induced acute ischemic stroke rat model显示文摘The urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)loaded hollow nanogels(nUK)were synthesized by a one-step reaction of glycol chitosan and aldehyde capped poly(ethylene oxide).The resultant formulation is sensitive to diagnostic ultrasound(US)of 2 MHz.Herein,we evaluated the in vivo sonothrombolysis performance of the nUK on acute ischemic stroke rat model which was established by suture embolization of middle cerebral artery(MCA).Via intravenous(i.v.)administration,the experimental data prove a controlled release of the therapeutic protein around the clots under ultrasound stimulation,leading to enhanced thrombolysis efficiency of the nUK,evidenced from smaller infarct volume and better clinical scores when compared to the i.v.dose of free uPA no matter with or without US intervention.Meanwhile,the preservation ability of the nanogels not only prolonged the circulation duration of the protein,but also resulted in the better blood-brain barrier protection of the nUK formulation,showing no increased risk on the hemorrhagic transformation than the controls.This work suggests that the nUK is a safe sonothrombolytic formulation for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. | Yuming Teng Haiqiang Jin Ding Nan Mengnan Li Chenghe Fan Yuanyuan Liu Pu Lv Wei Cui Yongan Sun Hongjun Hao Xiaozhong Qu Zhenzhong Yang Yining Huang | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,1: | 7 |
| 2 | Ultrasmall AuPd nanoclusters on amine-functionalized carbon blacks as high-performance bi-functional catalysts for ethanol electrooxidation and formic acid dehydrogenation显示文摘The synthesis of ultrasmall metal nanoclusters(NCs) with high catalytic activities is of great importance for the development of clean and renewable energy technologies but remains a challenge. Here we report a facile wet-chemical method to prepare ~1.0 nm Au Pd NCs supported on amine-functionalized carbon blacks. The Au Pd NCs exhibit a specific activity of 5.98 mA cm_(AuPd)^(-2)and mass activity of 5.25 A mg_(auPd)^(-1) for ethanol electrooxidation, which are far better than those of commercial Pd/C catalysts(1.74 mAcm_(AuPd)^(-2) and 0.54 A mg_(Pd)^(-1) ). For formic acid dehydrogenation, the Au Pd NCs have an initial turn over frequency of 49339 h^(-1) at 298 K without any additive, which is much higher than those obtained for most of reported Au Pd catalysts. | 6 | Vertical,capacitive microelectromechanical switches produced via direct writing of copper wires显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)direct writing based on the meniscus-confined electrodeposition of copper metal wires was used in this study to develop vertical capacitive microelectromechanical switches.Vertical microelectromechanical switches reduce the form factor and increase the area density of such devices in integrated circuits.We studied the electromechanical characteristics of such vertical switches by exploring the dependence of switching voltage on various device structures,particularly with regard to the length,wire diameter,and the distance between the two wires.A simple model was found to match the experimental measurements made in this study.We found that the electrodeposited copper microwires exhibit a good elastic modulus close to that of bulk copper.By optimizing the 3D structure of the electrodes,a volatile electromechanical switch with a sub-5 V switching voltage was demonstrated in a vertical microscale switch with a gap distance as small as 100 nm created with a pair of copper wires with diameters of~1μm and heights of 25μm.This study establishes an innovative approach to construct microelectromechanical systems with arbitrary 3D microwire structures for various applications,including the demonstrated volatile and nonvolatile microswitches. | Zhiran Yi Jianjun Guo Yining Chen Haiqing Zhang Shuai Zhang Gaojie Xu Minfeng Yu Ping Cui | 2016 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2016,2,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Deeply‐Recursive Attention Network for video steganography显示文摘Video steganography plays an important role in secret communication that conceals a secret video in a cover video by perturbing the value of pixels in the cover frames.Imperceptibility is the first and foremost requirement of any steganographic approach.Inspired by the fact that human eyes perceive pixel perturbation differently in different video areas,a novel effective and efficient Deeply‐Recursive Attention Network(DRANet)for video steganography to find suitable areas for information hiding via modelling spatio‐temporal attention is proposed.The DRANet mainly contains two important components,a Non‐Local Self‐Attention(NLSA)block and a Non‐Local Co‐Attention(NLCA)block.Specifically,the NLSA block can select the cover frame areas which are suitable for hiding by computing the correlations among inter‐and intra‐cover frames.The NLCA block aims to effectively produce the enhanced representations of the secret frames to enhance the robustness of the model and alleviate the influence of different areas in the secret video.Furthermore,the DRANet reduces the model parameters by performing similar operations on the different frames within an input video recursively.Experimental results show the proposed DRANet achieves better performance with fewer parameters than the state‐of‐the‐art competitors. | Jiabao Cui Liangli Zheng Yunlong Yu Yining Lin Huajian Ni Xin Xu Zhongfei Zhang | 2023 | CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,4: | 0 |
