A simulation model of ISAR system is established after analyzing the principle of ISAR imaging, and then several ECM (Electronic Counter Measurement) techniques are studied. Simulation experiments are done on the basis of such research. 2Research progress in the estimation of the postmortem interval by Chinese forensic scholars显示文摘The determination of time since death or the postmortem interval(PMI)is one of the most important and frequently asked questions in forensic medicine.Medicolegal scholars and forensic pathologists around the world have studied the estimation of PMI extensively in the past,and many novel methods and advanced technologies have now been applied in the field.For several centuries,Chinese forensic examiners have also worked on the estimation of the PMI,and there are a large number of excellent studies published in Chinese rather than in English,and these are not easily accessible or known internationally.Therefore we have conducted a review of relevant studies published by Chinese forensic scholars in the last few decades.The scope of this review is to provide a concise summary of the current progress in the estimation of PMI by Chinese forensic researchers using molecular biology,spectroscopic technology,entomological methods,energy changes,thanatochemistry and other methods.Chengzhi Li Qi Wang Yinming Zhang Hancheng Lin Ji Zhang Ping Huang Zhenyuan Wang 2016Forensic Sciences Research2016,1,1:9
3Bi_(2)S_(3) for Aqueous Zn Ion Battery with Enhanced Cycle Stability显示文摘Aqueous Zn ion batteries(ZIBs)are promising in energy storage due to the low cost,high safety,and material abundance.The development of metal oxides as the cathode for ZIBs is limited by the strong electrostatic forces between O2−and Zn2+which leads to poor cyclic stability.Herein,Bi2S3 is proposed as a promising cathode material for rechargeable aqueous ZIBs.Improved cyclic stability and fast diffusion of Zn2+is observed.Also,the layered structure of Bi2S3 with the weak van der Waals interaction between layers offers paths for diffusion and occupancy of Zn2+.As a result,the Zn/Bi2S3 battery delivers high capacity of 161 mAh g−1 at 0.2 A g−1 and good cycling stability up to 100 cycles with ca.100%retention.The battery also demonstrates good cyclic performance of ca.80.3%over 2000 cycles at 1 A g−1.The storage mechanism in the Bi2S3 cathode is related to the reversible Zn ion intercalation/extraction reactions and the capacitive contribution.This work indicates that Bi2S3 shows great potential as the cathode of ZIBs with good performance and stability.Ting Xiong Yinming Wang Bosi Yin Wen Shi Wee Siang Vincent Lee Junmin Xue 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,1:3
4Fabrication of magnetic multi-template molecularly imprinted polymer composite for the selective and efficient removal of tetracyclines from water显示文摘Antibiotic contamination of the water environment has attracted much attention from researchers because of their potential hazards to humans and ecosystems.In this study,a multi-template molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)modified mesoporous silica coated magnetic graphene oxide(MGO@MS@MIP)was prepared by the surface imprinting method via a sol-gel process and was used for the selective,efficient and simultaneous removal of tetracyclines(TCs),including doxycycline(DC),tetracycline(TC),chlorotetracycline(CTC)and oxytetracycline(OTC)from water.The synthesized MIP composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis.The adsorption properties of MGO@MS@MIP for these TCs were characterized through adsorption kinetics,isotherms and selectivity tests.The MIP composite revealed larger adsorption quantities,excellent selectivity and rapid kinetics for these four tetracyclines.The adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic and followed the Freundlich isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The MGO@MS@MIP could specifically recognize DC,TC,CTC and OTC in the presence of some chemical analogs.In addition,the sorption capacity of the MIP composite did not decrease significantly after repeated application for at least five cycles.Thus,the prepared magnetic MIP composite has great potential to contribute to the effective separation and removal of tetracyclines from water.Guolong Zeng Yiyang Liu Xiaoguo Ma Yinming Fan 2021Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,5:3
5A NEW UNSUPERVISED CLASSIFICATION ALGORITHM FOR POLARIMETRIC SAR IMAGES BASED ON FUZZY SET THEORY显示文摘In this letter, a new method is proposed for unsupervised classification of terrain types and man-made objects using POLarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (POLSAR) data. This technique is a combi-nation of the usage of polarimetric information of SAR images and the unsupervised classification method based on fuzzy set theory. Image quantization and image enhancement are used to preprocess the POLSAR data. Then the polarimetric information and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering algorithm are used to classify the preprocessed images. The advantages of this algorithm are the automated classification, its high classifica-tion accuracy, fast convergence and high stability. 6Microstructure evolution of Nb_3Sn superconductors during diffusion treatment by bronze route显示文摘The element diffusion process of Nb3Sn superconductors by bronze route was studied using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The critical current of superconductors was measured by four-point method.The results show that a diffusion layer has formed around the boundaries between the filaments and bronze matrix after 15 h heat treatment.The diffusion layer thickness keeps stable after heat treatment duration of 50~75 h.The stable and solid Nb3Sn layer is obtained in the sample after 100 h heat treatment.Excessive heat treatment would induce superconductivity degeneration because of superconductor grain coarsening.The characteristics of the element diffusion process were discussed.The diffusion of tin atom is the governing factor in diffusion.In this study,Nb3Sn superconductors with good superconducting property were fabricated successfully at 670 ℃ after 100 h heat treatment.CHENG Junsheng WANG Qiuliang WANG Hui DAI Yinming 2012Rare Metals2012,31,5:2
7Computational Identification of Protein-Protein Interactions in Rice Based on the Predicted Rice Interactome Network显示文摘Plant protein-protein interaction networks have not been identified by large-scale experiments. In order to better understand the protein interactions in rice, the Predicted Rice Interactome Network (PRIN; http://gffzz138305caccaf4191h5w5ppkn9bxwv6kqo.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/ prin/) presented 76,585 predicted interactions involving 5,049 rice proteins. After mapping genomic features of rice (GO annotation, subcellular localization prediction, and gene expression), we found that a well-annotated and biologically significant network is rich enough to capture many significant functional linkages within higher-order biological systems, such as pathways and biological processes. Furthermore, we took MADS-box do- main-containing proteins and circadian rhythm signaling pathways as examples to demonstrate that functional protein complexes and biological pathways could be effectively expanded in our predicted network. 8[2+2]Photocycloaddition Reaction Regulated the Stability and Morphology of Hydrogels显示文摘Photoresponsive supramolecular gels as intelligent non-invasive responsive materials can undergo changes in color,state,morphology and electronic properties upon photo irradiation,making them attractive for a variety of applications.Herein,a novel supramolecular hydrogelator DBE with 1,4-divinylbenzene as the central core,connected via amide linkage to l-phenylalanine and peripheral hydrophilic groups,was designed to evaluate the effect of[2+2]photocycloaddition reaction on supramolecular hydrogels.UV irradiation decreases the solubility of the hydrogelator DBE and hence,causes the destruction of the gel.SEM images clearly show that irradiation with UV light could induce disintegration of the right-handed helical nanofibers entangled network,which turns into nanoparticles and eventually massive crystals.Circular dichroism and vibrational circular dichroism data also indicate the formation of right-handed helical nanofibers in DBE gel.FTIR and MALDI-TOF-MS spectrum confirm that the variation of stability and aggregated morphology of DBE gel after UV irradiation is attributed to[2+2]cycloaddition reaction of vinyl units.This study presents a wonderful model for regulating the stability and aggregated morphology of supramolecular hydrogels via photo irradiation,as well as offers new ideas for designing novel photo responsive materials.Ting Peng Auphedeous Yinme Dang-i Jinying Liu Chuanliang Feng 2019Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,3:2

15Improved immunogenicity of a tuberculosis DNA vaccine encoding ESAT6 by DNA priming and protein boosting显示文摘The study evaluated the immune response elicited by a DNA vaccine encoding EbAT6 protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by DNA prime-protein boost protocol. BALB/c mice were respectively vaccinated with plasmid DNA encoding ESAT6 protein, with ESAT6 protein in IFA adjuvant, or a combined DNA prime-protein boost regimen. While DNA immunization induced The-polarized immune response, protein-in-adjuvant vaccination elicited a Thz-dominant response. When animals were primed with DNA and boost with protein, both antibodies and Th-cell proliferative response were significantly enhanced.
