| 4 | Trailing-edge shock loss control with self-sustaining synthetic jet in a supersonic compressor cascade显示文摘To effectively reduce the loss of strong shock wave at the trailing edge of the supersonic cascade under high backpressure,a shock wave control method based on self-sustaining synthetic jet was proposed.The self-sustaining synthetic jet was applied on the pressure side of the blade with the blow slot and the bleed slot arranged upstream and downstream of the trailing-edge shock,respectively.The flow control mechanism and effects of parameters were investigated by numerical simulation.The results show that the self-sustaining synthetic jet forms an oblique shock wave in the cascade passage which slows down and pressurizes the airflow,and the expansion wave downstream of the blow slot weakens the shock strength which can effectively change the Mach reflection to regular reflection and thus weaken the shock loss.And the suction effect can reduce loss near blade surface.Compared with the baseline cascade,the self-sustaining jet actuator can reduce flow losses by 6.73%with proper location design and vibration of diaphragm. | Yinxin ZHU Wenqiang PENG Zhenbing LUO Qiang LIU Wei XIE Pan CHENG Yan ZHOU | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,7: | 0 |
| 5 | Surgical strategies for peripheral nerve schwannoma based on the intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring显示文摘Objective:To present our classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas as well as explore the surgical strategies and operative management of peripheral nerve schwannomas based on the intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring(INM)technique and to decrease the risk of postoperative neurological deficits in the management of these schwannomas.Materials and methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 92 cases of peripheral nerve microsurgery performed,using the INM technique.We also made the classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas into two types according to operative findings and proceeded corresponding surgical strategies.Results:All tumors were removed completely under microscopy and INM.Three patients developed residual neurological deficits at final follow-up.There were different results about temporary(18/92,19.6%)and permanent(3/92,3.3%)neurological deficits.The incidence of temporary and permanent neurological deficits in type II group was significantly higher than that in type I group(p<0.01).The incidence of permanent neurological deficits in larger size tumors was significantly higher than that of smaller size(p<0.01).Conclusions:We made the classification for peripheral nerve schwannomas according to operative findings based on INM that is helpful to our surgical strategies.Intracapsular enucleation was the preferred strategy with satisfactory results and low risk of nerve injury.The size and location of tumors seem to be related to the risk of fascicular injury. | Xinwei Li Guohua Zhong Xueying Xu Kun Wang Yinxin Zhu Xuchen Qi Junhui Lv Yirong Wang Sen Shao | 2019 | Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2019,2,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Spontaneous decoration of ionic compounds at perovskite interfaces to achieve 23.38% efficiency with 85% fill factor in NiO_X-based perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic hole transport materials, particularly NiO_X, have shown considerable promise in boosting the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells. However, a major barrier to commercialization of NiO_X-based perovskite solar cells with positive-intrinsic-negative architectures is their direct contact with the absorbing layer, which can lead to losses of photovoltage and fill factor. Furthermore, highly positive under-coordinated Ni cations degrade the perovskite at the interface. Here, we address these issues with the use of an ionic compound(QAPyBF_(4)) as an additive to passivate defects throughout the perovskite layer and improve carrier conduction and interactions with under-coordinated Ni cations. Specifically,the highly electronegative inorganic anion [BF_(4)]~- interacts with the NiO_x/perovskite interface to passivate under-coordinated cations(Ni^(≥3+)). | 7 | Characterization of variation induced by low-energy N^+ and cloning of differentially expressed cDNA of a mutant in Arabidopsis thaliana显示文摘Using Arabidopsis thaliana as experimental materials, the variations induced by low-energy N+ have been investigated. Germination rate of the treated seeds is lower than that of the control, and it decreases with the intensification of the radiation. The phenotypic variations have been observed in M2 plants irradiated with higher doses, such as chlorisis, semilethality, plant morphology, and changes of blooming habit and fertility. In random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis on M2 seedlings, some differences including band deletions or additions are found in treated plants compared to the control and the differences are associated with the radiation doses. One of the M1 plants from the seeds irradiated with the dose of 80×1015 N+/cm2 is a dwarf variant. Its stable M6 generation, mutant T80II, is used to construct subtractive cDNA library and to clone differentially expressed cDNA.
