2毛细管电泳法分析蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物(英文)显示文摘使用毛细管电泳法(CE)检测蜂胶中11种黄酮类化合物:金合欢素、芹菜配基、兰肉桂酸、黄良姜精、阿魏酸、橙皮甙、毛地黄黄酮、柑桔黄素、槲皮素、白藜芦醇、芦丁。确定了一些试验参数的优化条件,如:pH、缓冲溶液浓度、分离电压、进样时间以及UV检测器波长等。用H3BO3-Na2B4O7缓冲溶液(40mmol/L,pH8.85)在206nm波长条件下,各分析物可在19min内测出。相对标准偏差(RSD):8次进样的迁移时间为0.1%~0.3%;峰面积为3.0%~9.7%;各检测限(S/N=10)范围为0.1~0.4μg/ml;回收率为84%~110%。方法简单、灵敏,重现性好,用于蜂胶黄酮类化合物分析结果准确。卢挺 Jorn C.C.Yu Yisu Li Erika Revesz Edward P.C.Lai 2006食品科学2006,27,8:1
3T cell cross-reactivity in autoimmune-like hepatitis triggered by COVID-19显示文摘Over 1000 cases of pediatric hepatitis of unknown etiology have been reported worldwide since the first case was reported in the UK.To date,the etiology of pediatric hepatitis remains unknown and controversial.Adenovirus was first suspected to be the cause as it was present in the blood samples of the majority of cases.Partial cases have also been tested positive for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)[1].However,it is still unclear how these viruses contribute to pediatric hepatitis.In the case of a pediatric patient with SARS-CoV-2 infection,the liver biopsy showed acute submassive hepatocyte necrosis,accompanied by a significant increase in T cell infiltration[2].Furthermore,CD8+T cell dominant hepatitis induced by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)vaccination has also been recently reported[3].Although it is known that T cell receptors(TCRs)can discriminate between self-and non-self-antigens,it is now well-accepted that TCRs exhibit cross-reactivity toward similar and even distinct antigen peptides[4].Thus,we hypothesized that following SARS-CoV-2 infection or vaccination,T cells carrying TCRs that recognize self-antigens undergo clonal expansion,which could eventually result in the onset of autoimmune-like hepatitis(Figure 1A).Yisu Liu Yuqian Wang Zhiqiang Peng Guideng Li Jianwei Wang 2023hLife2023,1,1:0
4Response of MaHMA2 gene expression and stress tolerance to zinc stress in mulberry(Morus alba L.)显示文摘HMA2(heavy metal ATPase 2)plays a crucial role in extracellular and intracellular Zn^(2+)transport across biomembranes,maintaining ion homeostasis,and playing an important role in the normal physiological metabolism,growth,and development of plants.In our study,a novel HMA2 gene,named MaHMA2,was isolated and cloned from white mulberry(Morus alba L.).The gene sequence obtained was 1,342 bp long,with an open reading frame of 1,194 bp,encoding a protein of 397 amino acids,with a predicted molecular mass of 42.852 kD and an isoelectric point of 7.53.This protein belonged to the PIB-type ATPase transport protein family.We analyzed the expression of the MaHMA2 gene by quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that the level of MaHMA2 gene expression decreased to a Zn concentration of 800 mg/kg.Malondialdehyde and proline levels increased and responded to increasing Zn when the MaHMA2 gene was silenced,whereas the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase tended to increase in response to increasing Zn^(2+)ion stress concentrations but were lower in the gene-silenced plants.These findings suggested that the MaHMA2 gene played an active role in the tolerance response of mulberry to Zn stress.LEI WANG QIUXIA DU YISU SHI MICHAEL ACKAH PENG GUO DANYAN ZHENG MENGMENG WU XIN JIN PEILAN LI QIAONAN ZHANG RUIXUE LI ZHI YIN MENGDI ZHAO WEIGUO ZHAO 2022BIOCELL2022,46,10:0
5Do Pay-for-Grades Programs Encourage Student Academic Cheating?Evidence from a Randomized Experiment显示文摘Pay-for-grades programs aim to incentivize families and students to engage in specified behaviors given financial remittance.In addition to doubts over its effectiveness,educators worry that monetary incentives could skew student learning motivation and lead to academic cheating.Using a randomized control trial in 11 Chinese primary schools,we studied the effects of pay-for-grades programs on academic cheating.We randomly assigned 82 classrooms into treatment or control conditions,and used a statistical algorithm to determine the occurrence of cheating.While our data indicates a concerning level of cheating overall,our experiment did not find any relationship between academic cheating and the pay-for-grades program.Finally,we discuss the feasibility of such policies in improving learning outcomes and its policy implications.Tao LI Yisu ZHOU 2019Frontiers of Education in China2019,14,1:0
6Seismic behavior of steel tubular bridge columns equipped with low-yield-point steel plates in the root replaceable pier显示文摘To enable rapid recovery of a steel bridge column after an earthquake,a novel tubular-section steel bridge column equipped with low-yield-point(LYP)steel tubular plates in the root replaceable pier is proposed.For the purpose of discussing the seismic behavior of the novel steel bridge column,quasi-static tests and finite element simulation analyses of the specimens were carried out.The effects of parameters such as the axial compression ratio,eccentricity,and thickness and material strength of the tubular plate in the energy-dissipating zone are discussed.Experimental results from seven specimens that were subjected to four failure modes are presented.The damage to the quasi-static specimens is localized to the replaceable energy-dissipating pier.The seismic behavior of the novel steel bridge columns is significantly influenced by the axial compression ratio and eccentricity of specimens.Numerical results show that the high stress area of the specimens is mainly concentrated in the connection zone between the LYP steel tubular plate and the bottom steel plate,which is consistent with the position of the quasi-static specimen when it was prone to fracture.Finally,a calculation formula is proposed to facilitate the capacity prediction of this new steel tubular bridge column under repeated loading.Li Haifeng Jiang Kaiping Chen Yisu Han Xue 2023Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2023,22,2:0
