| 1 | A Comprehensive Overview of Cyber-Physical Systems: From Perspective of Feedback System显示文摘Cyber-physical systems(CPS) are characterized by integrating cybernetic and physical processes. The theories and applications of CPS face the enormous challenges. The aim of this paper is to provide a latest understanding of this emerging multi-disciplinary methodology. First, the features of CPS are described, and the research progresses are summarized from different components in CPS, such as system modeling,information acquisition, communication, control and security.Each part is also followed by the future directions. | 2 | Microstructure Evolution of a 10Cr Heat-Resistant Steel during High Temperature Creep显示文摘The microstructure evolution of a 10Cr ferritic/martensitic heat-resistant steel during creep at 600℃ was investigated in this work.Creep tests demonstrated that the 10Cr steel had higher creep strength than conventional ASME-P92 steel at 600℃.The microstructure after creep was studied by transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and electron probe microanalysis.It was revealed that the martensitic laths were coarsened with time and eventually developed into subgrains after 8354 h.Laves phase was observed to grow and cluster along the prior austenite grain boundaries during creep and caused the fluctuation of solution and precipitation strengthening effects,which was responsible for the two slope changes on the creep rupture strength vs rupture time curve.It was also revealed that the microstructure evolution could be accelerated by stress,which resulted in the lower hardness in the deformed part of the creep specimen,compared with the aging part. | Ping Hu Wei Yan Wei Sha Wei Wang Yiyin Shan Ke Yang | 2011 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,4: | 8 |
| 3 | The impact toughness of a nitride-strengthened martensitic heat resistant steel显示文摘The nitride-strengthened martensitic heat resistant steel is precipitation strengthened only by nitrides.In the present work,the effect of nitride precipitation behavior on the impact toughness of an experimental steel was investigated.Nitrides could hardly be observed when the steel was tempered at 650℃.When the tempering temperature was increased to 700℃ and 750℃,a large amount of nitrides were observed in the matrix.It was surprising to reveal that the impact energy of the half-size samples greatly increased from several Joules to nearly a hundred Joules.The ductile-brittle transition temperature(DBTT) was also discovered to decrease from room temperature to 50℃ when the tempering temperature was increased from 650℃ to 750℃.The nitride precipitation with increasing tempering temperature was revealed to be responsible for the improved impact toughness. | ZHANG WenFeng YAN Wei SHA Wei WANG Wei ZHOU QiangGuo SHAN YiYin YANG Ke | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7: | 2 |

| 5 | On Laves phase in a 9Cr3W3CoB martensitic heat resistant steel when aged at high temperatures显示文摘9Cr3W3 CoB steels are developed to serve at the temperature range of 620-650℃,and have been recognized as the most promising martensitic heat-resistant steels for supercritical power plants.Due to the high W and Co contents,the Fe_(2)W Laves phase in such 9Cr3W3 CoB steel possesses some specialties in thermodynamics.In the present research,it was found that even when aged at 800℃in the 9Cr3W3 CoB steel,instead of dissolving,Laves phase formed after 50 h and kept on increasing in size and number density until 1000 h,indicating that the Laves phase was marching for the thermodynamic equilibrium during aging.In this thermodynamic process,the W-rich M_(3)B_(2)borides in as-received steel and M23C6 carbides were revealed to dissolve,supporting the growth of Laves phase.SEM investigation indicates that Laves phase tended to form clusters,and finally grow as a unit bulk Laves phase with an irregular shape.Besides,Laves phase nucleated next to M23C6 carbides and enwrapped them inside at 800℃.In addition,the growth processes of Laves phase and M23C6 carbides were a competitive procedure,the coarsening of M23C6 carbides was prior to the growth of Laves phase at 750℃while the growth of Laves phase was prior to the coarsening of M23C6 carbides at 800℃. | Ye Liang Wei Yan Xianbo Shi Yanfen Li Quanqiang Shi Wei Wang Yiyin Shan Ke Yang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,26: | 1 |

| 10 | Early detection and classification of live bacteria using time-lapse coherent imaging and deep learning显示文摘Early identification of pathogenic bacteria in food,water,and bodily fluids is very important and yet challenging,owing to sample complexities and large sample volumes that need to be rapidly screened.Existing screening methods based on plate counting or molecular analysis present various tradeoffs with regard to the detection time,accuracy/sensitivity,cost,and sample preparation complexity.Here,we present a computational live bacteria detection system that periodically captures coherent microscopy images of bacterial growth inside a 60-mm-diameter agar plate and analyses these time-lapsed holograms using deep neural networks for the rapid detection of bacterial growth and the classification of the corresponding species.The performance of our system was demonstrated by the rapid detection of Escherichia coli and total coliform bacteria(i.e.,Klebsiella aerogenes and Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp.pneumoniae)in water samples,shortening the detection time by >12 h compared to the Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)-approved methods.Using the preincubation of samples in growth media,our system achieved a limit of detection(LOD)of ~1 colony forming unit(CFU)/L in≤9 h of total test time.This platform is highly cost-effective(~$0.6/test)and has high-throughput with a scanning speed of 24 cm2/min over the entire plate surface,making it highly suitable for integration with the existing methods currently used for bacteria detection on agar plates.Powered by deep learning,this automated and cost-effective live bacteria detection platform can be transformative for a wide range of applications in microbiology by significantly reducing the detection time and automating the identification of colonies without labelling or the need for an expert. | Hongda Wang Hatice Ceylan Koydemir Yunzhe Qiu Bijie Bai Yibo Zhang Yiyin Jin Sabiha Tok Enis Cagatay Yilmaz Esin Gumustekin Yair Rivenson Aydogan Ozcan | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 1 |
| 11 | Effects of Different Flue-curing Technologies on Submicroscopic Structure of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to compare the effects of low-temperature low-humidity tobacco flue-curing technology,moderate-temperature moderatehumidity tobacco flue-curing technology and moderate-temperature high-humidity tobacco flue-curing technology on submicroscopic structure of flue-cured tobacco leaves to provide theoretical basis for tobacco flue-curing. [Method] Middle leaves of tobacco cultivar K326 were collected in Pengshui County of Chongqing City for flue-curing experiment using three flue-curing technologies. Leaf samples were collected regularly in the flue-curing process,to investigate the submicroscopic structure of flue-cured tobacco leaves. [Result]Morphology changes and structural rupture of chloroplasts occurred at different time during three flue-curing processes. In low-temperature low-humidity flue-curing process,morphology changes and structural rupture of chloroplasts occurred late but rapidly; in moderate-temperature moderate-humidity flue-curing process and moderate-temperature high-humidity flue-curing process,morphology changes and structural rupture of chloroplasts occurred early but slowly. Among these three flue-curing processes,the speed of changes in mitochondria morphology,cristae number and membrane rupture presented an upward order of low-temperature low-humidity flue-curing process < moderate-temperature high-humidity flue-curing process < moderate-temperature moderate-humidity flue-curing process. In low-temperature low-humidity flue-curing process,starch granules in chloroplasts ruptured after flue-curing for 36- 48 h;in moderate-temperature moderate-humidity flue-curing process,starch granules in chloroplasts ruptured after flue-curing for 24- 36 h; in moderate-temperature high-humidity flue-curing process,starch granules in chloroplasts ruptured after flue-curing for 12- 24 h. [Method]Middle leaves of tobacco cultivar K326 were collected in Pengshui County of Chongqing City for flue-curing experiment using three flue-curing technologies. Leaf samples were collected regularly in the flue-curing process,to investigate the microscopic structure of flue-cured tobacco leaves.[Result]During three flue-curing processes,leaves,palisade tissues and sponge tissues shrank gradually. Three flue-curing processes exhibited significant differences in the peak of tissue shrinkage: microscopic structure of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Chinese three-stage tobacco flue-curing process shrank earliest,follower by Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing process; flue-cured tobacco leaves in Zimbabwean tobacco flue-curing process presented the latest shrinkage. At 84 h post-curing,leaf thickness in three flue-curing processes showed a descend order of Chinese three-stage tobacco flue-curing process >Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing process > Zimbabwean tobacco flue-curing process. Upper and lower epidermal cells in Zimbabwean tobacco flue-curing process ruptured earlier than other two flue-curing processes; eventually,the majority of cells ruptured and mixed with palisade tissues and sponge tissues. In Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing process,only a small number of epidermal cells in dried leaves ruptured.Among three flue-curing technologies,Zimbabwean tobacco flue-curing technology exhibited the greatest damage to epidermal cells,followed by Chinese three-stage tobacco flue-curing technology; Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing technology had the minimum damage to epidermal cells. Mesophyll cross-section exhibited significant morphological changes in stomata. To be specific,at 0- 12 h post-curing,stomata of tobacco leaves closed with slightly prominent stomatal apparatuses on upper and lower epidermis; at 24- 72 h post-curing,stomata of tobacco leaves changed gradually from opening to closure with significantly prominent stomatal apparatuses on upper and lower epidermis; at 84 h post-curing,stomata of tobacco leaves closed,and the majority of stomatal apparatuses were significantly prominent. In Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing process,only a small number of epidermal cells ruptured at 84 h post-flue-curing; palisade tissues and sponge tissues shrank almost simultaneously. Significant gaps were observed between palisade tissues and between palisade tissues and sponge tissues. Chinese quality-improving fragrance-increasing tobacco flue-curing technology exhibited lower disorder level compared with other two flue-curing technologies. | 17 | Amorphous urchin-like copper@nanosilica hybrid for efficient CO_(2) electroreduction to C2+ products显示文摘Currently most of research efforts for selective electrocatalysis CO_(2) reduction to C2+products have relied on crystalline Cu-based catalysts;amorphous Cu with abundant low-coordinated atoms holds greater promise for this conversion yet remains relatively underexplored.Here we report an amorphous urchin-like Cu@nanosilica hybrid synthesized by electrostatic coupling Si polyanions with Cu salt in hydrothermal processes.The Cu@nanosilica electrocatalyst displays excellent CO_(2) electroreduction activity and selectivity with a Faradic efficiency of 70.5%for C2+product production,and higher stability compared to the crystalline Cu counterpart.The solar-driven CO_(2) electrolysis yields an energy efficiency of 20%for C2+product production.Mechanism study reveals that the urchin-like Cu@nanosilica catalyst with amorphous Cu/Cu^(+)dispersion enhances CO_(2) adsorption and activation to facilitate generation of CO_(2)^(-)*and possible CO^(*)intermediates,and suppresses hydrogen evolution concurrently.The combined effects of both aspects promote efficient C2+product production from CO_(2) electroreduction. | Rui Yang Zipeng Zeng Zhen Peng Jiafang Xie Yiyin Huang Yaobing Wang | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10: | 1 |

| 20 | Dual-Tone Radio Interferometric Positioning Systems for Multi-Target Localization Using a Single Mobile Anchor显示文摘In this paper,a low-cost dualtone radio interferometric positioning system using a single mobile anchor is proposed to locate multiple targets at the same time.We name it mDRIPS.In mDRIPS,each target continuously transmits a dual-tone signal with its dedicated frequencies,and the mobile anchor receives the signals at different positions along its trajectory.Neither time synchronization between the mobile anchor and the targets nor time synchronization among the targets is required.We take the instability of targets clocks into consideration and develop an ESPRIT-type algorithm to estimate frequencies of each dual-tone signal.Furthermore,the time of arrival(TOA) of each target signal is extracted from the phase estimates of the received dual-tone signals.After measuring several TOAs at different locations along the anchor's trajectory,each target can be located.Since the frequency difference of the two tones of each dualtone signal is designed to be smaller than the channel coherence bandwidth,the same fading effect on these two tones can be eliminated.Moreover,the integer ambiguity problem due to phase wrapping is investigated,and a localization algorithm to deal with a simplified ambiguity problem is proposed.Numerical results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed mDRlPS. | LI Li'an WANG Yiyin MA Xiaoli CHEN Cailian GUAN Xinping | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,1: | 0 |
