| 1 | Controllable Preparation and Superior Rate Performance of Spinel LiMn2O4 Hollow Microspheresas Cathode Material for Lithium-ion Batteries显示文摘Spinel Li Mn_2O_4 microspheres and hollow microspheres with adjustable wall thickness have been prepared using controllable oxidation of Mn CO3 microspheres precursors and following solid reactions with lithium salts. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) investigations demonstrate that the microsphere morphology and hollow structure of precursors are inherited. The effect of hollow structure properties of as-prepared Li Mn_2O_4 on their performance as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries has been studied. Electrochemical performance tests show that Li Mn_2O_4 hollow microspheres with small wall thickness exhibit both superior rate capability and better cycle performance than Li Mn_2O_4 solid microspheres and Li Mn_2O_4 hollow microspheres with thick wall. The Li Mn_2O_4 hollow microspheres with thin wall have discharge capacity of 132.7 m A·h·g-1 at C/10(14.8 m A·g-1) in the first cycle, 94.1% capacity retention at C/10 after 40 cycles and discharge capacity of 116.5 m Ah·g-1 at a high rate of 5C. The apparent lithium-ion diffusion coefficient(Dapp) of as-prepared Li Mn_2O_4 determined by capacity intermittent titration technique(CITT) varies from 10-11 to 10-8.5 cm2·s-1 showing a regular 'W' shape curve plotted with test voltages. The Dapp of Li Mn_2O_4 hollow microspheres with thin wall has the largest value among all the prepared samples. | 3 | Placebo effect in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:The majority of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)cases remain undiagnosed until advanced stages of the disease.Accumulating studies have highlighted the utility of palliative care as an effective treatment option,which relieves patients’suffering by activating placebo effect in the body.To evaluate the clinical significance of palliative care,data from NSCLC drug-randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were collected and the effects of placebo treatment examined.Methods:PubMed(MEDLINE),Scopus,Web of Science,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases were searched from January 1,1978 to September 1,2020.Placebo-controlled phase II/III pharmaceutical RCTs enrolling patients with solely stage III/IV NSCLC were included.The quality of included studies was assessed using the Jadad method.Single-arm and two-arm meta-analyses of the therapeutic and adverse effects of placebo,that is,the primary and secondary outcome measures,were subsequently performed using either Bayesian or conventional models.Results:Five RCTs including 2245 drug-treated and 1510 placebo-treated patients at NSCLC stage III or IV were included for the study.Low risk of bias was observed for all five included studies using the Cochrane method.Following placebo treatment,controlled disease rate of 24.1%(95%credible interval[CrI],-0.126-0.609)and dropout rate of 2.1%(95%CrI,0.007-0.039)were calculated,with a dose reduction rate of 3.0%(95%CrI,0.017-0.045).Compared with active drug treatment,the placebo treatment group had a risk ratio of 0.81(95%confidence interval,0.68-0.97)and 0.85(95%confidence interval,0.76-0.96)for the achievement of progression-free survival and overall survival,respectively.Conclusion:In NSCLC drug RCTs,placebo treatment is indicated to generally induce low toxicity in patients by dropout and dose reduction rates and adverse events,although the therapeutic responses could not be precisely determined.The results suggest that under specific circumstances,palliative care which can activate placebo effect may have similar effects as active drugs(such as erlotinib,vandetanib,or pemetrexed)in terms of prolonging survival time. | Siyuan Ren Mengyao Ma Chuan He Yuhui Deng Xiaoyun Chen Yonglin Liu Yangyang Jin Yansong Liu Lei Cai Lin He | 2022 | Journal of Bio-X Research2022,5,3: | 1 |

| 5 | Intracellular adenosine-tri-phosphate levels are lower in pediatric liver transplant recipients with infection显示文摘目的对儿童肝移植受者中CD4+T淋巴细胞内三磷酸腺苷(iATP)含量(ImmuKnow法)进行分析,并探讨其与受者临床状态的关系。方法本研究共纳入63例儿童肝移植受者,将其分为临床稳定组和感染组,分析CD4+T淋巴细胞内iATP含量与感染的关系。结果 63例患儿中,共有35例(55.6%)患儿进行了iATP的系统检测,共计120例次。其中,39例临床稳定组患儿的64例次iATP的平均值为(372±225)μg/L,且个体差异性较大。与临床稳定组患儿相比,24例感染组儿童受者的iATP更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。系统监测显示,随着感染进展,iATP水平均值显著下降(P<0.001),且随着感染好转,其水平又有所升高(P=0.036)。另外,12例iATP水平偏低(iATP<225μg/L)的临床稳定组患儿中,并未发现活动性感染,而8例感染组患儿中,其iATP水平却偏高(iATP>225μg/L)。结论与临床稳定组的患儿相比,感染组患者的iATP水平更低,且随着感染好转,其水平逐渐升高。本研究发现,iATP水平的个体差异性较大,提示iATP水平检测可能只是反映患儿免疫状态的一个指标。iATP水平的系统监测将更有助于提示儿童肝移植受者免疫状态变化。 | Rao Wei Xie Man Sun Xiaoye Yang Tao Gao Wei Zhang Jianjun Liu Yihe Deng Yonglin Shen Zhongyang | 2014 | 实用器官移植电子杂志2014,2,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Identification RAPD Markers Linked to Texture Quality of Chinese Cabbage显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to identify the random amplification of polymorphic DNA( RAPD) markers linked to chewy texture-controlling gene of Chinese cabbage. [Methods]The RAPD markers associated with chewy texture of Chinese cabbage were identified via bulked segregant analysis( BSA) in an F2 population derived from the cross between Hua 273( female parent) and 114 Fushan( male parent). [Results] OPA06-1400 was identified to be linked to the chewy texture-controlling gene of Chinese cabbage. The genetic distance between the target gene and the RAPD marker was 24. 8 cM.
