| 1 | Mapping wetland changes in China between 1978 and 2008显示文摘Four wetland maps for all China have been produced,based on Landsat and CBERS-02B remote sensing data between 1978 and 2008 (1978,1990,2000 and 2008).These maps were mainly developed by manual interpretation and validated by substantial field investigation in 2009.Based on these maps,we analyzed the 2008 wetland distribution in China and discussed wetland changes and their drivers over the past 30 years.(i) There were about 324097 km 2 of wetlands in 2008,for which inland marshes or swamps were the most common wetland type (35%),with lakes (26%) second.Most of the wetlands were in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Tibet,occupying about 55% of the national wetland area.(ii) From 1978 to 2008,China's wetland area continually and significantly decreased,by about 33% based on changes in the wetland map.This was in sharp contrast to the increase in artificial wetlands,which increased by about 122%.Inland marshes accounted for the main loss of total wetlands from 1978 to 2000.From 2000 through 2008,riverine and lacustrine wetlands constituted the main wetland loss.Fortunately however,the rate of wetland loss decreased from 5523 to 831 km 2 /a.(iii) The change ratio of lost natural wetlands (including inland and coastal wetlands) to non-wetlands has decreased slightly over the past 30 years.From 1978 to 1990,nearly all natural wetlands (98%) lost were transformed into non-wetlands.However,the ratio declined to 86% from 1990 to 2000,and to 77% from 2000 to 2008.(iv) All Chinese provinces were divided into three groups according to patterns of wetland changes,which could relate to the driving forces of such changes.Tibet was completely different from other provinces,as it was one representative example in which there was a net wetland increase,because of global warming and decreased human activity since 1990.Increased economic development caused considerable wetland loss in most eastern provinces,and artificial wetlands increased. | NIU ZhenGuo ZHANG HaiYing WANG XianWei YAO WenBo ZHOU DeMin ZHAO KuiYi ZHAO Hui LI NaNa HUANG HuaBing LI CongCong YANG Jun LIU CaiXia LIU Shuang WANG Lin LI Zhan YANG ZhenZhong QIAO Fei ZHENG YaoMin CHEN YanLei SHENG YongWei GAO XiaoHong ZHU WeiHong WANG WenQing WANG Hong WENG YongLing ZHUANG DaFang LIU JiYuan LUO ZhiCai CHENG Xiao GUO ZiQi GONG Peng | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,22: | 51 |
| 2 | Phenotypic and genetic variation between two populations of the Chinese yellow pond turtle, Mauremys mutica (Cantor, 1842)显示文摘Mauremys mutica(Cantor,1842)is an endangered species in China.Main phenotypic variations inbody color,body weight,body shape,clutch size,egg size,and hatchling size were revealed betweenthe southern and northern populations.Both populations have the phenomenon of'larger male'sexualsize dimorphism(SSD),especially in the southern population.Furthermore,genetic variations betweenthe two populations were analyzed by RAPD band patterns of 30 random individuals in each population.The average genetic distance was 0.299±0.108 among the samples of two populations.The average ge-netic distance between southern and northern populations was 0.305±0.046.Cluster analysis indicatedthat all the individuals from the southern and northern populations were clustered among themselves toform two distinct clades.A total of 20 population-specific RAPD fragments were scored from 16 primers,and could be used as RAPD markers for distinguishing the southern and the northern population.Basedon the nucleotide sequences of two RAPD markers,two pairs of SCAR primers(SC1-S and SC2-S)weredesigned,which could be used as SCAR markers for the southern population.According to the significantphenotypic and genetic variations,we suggested that the northern population and southern populationmight be considered as two separate taxa,the'northern taxon'and the'southern taxon',and the con-servation should be respectively conducted on the two taxa. | 朱新平 Zhou Li Chen Yongle Du Hejun Gui Jianfang | 2008 | High Technology Letters2008,14,1: | 10 |
| 3 | The role of RIP3 in cardiomyocyte necrosis induced by mitochondrial damage of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion显示文摘Myocardial damage caused by myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI)is difficult to be alleviated because cardiomyocyte necrosis is an irreversible and unregulated death form.Recently, necroptosis,a necrosis form caused by tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and Fas ligand (FasL),was found to be regulated by receptor interacting protein 3 (RIP3)and RIP3-receptor interacting protein 1 (RIP1)-mixed lineage kinase domain like protein (MLKL)pathway.But it is unclear whether they also play a regulatory role in MIRI-induced necroptosis.Our previous results showed that in rat MIRI,RIP3 could translocate and express highly in mitochondria.Therefore,it is important to explore proteins that interact with RIP3 which was translocated to mitochondria.The aim of this study was to explore the role of RIP3 in cardiomyocyte necrosis induced by mitochondrial damage of hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R).Our results showed that H/R could cause RIP3-depended mitochondrial fragmentation and necrosis-based death;and RIP3-promoted H/R-induced necroptosis in H9c2 cells through increasing lactate dehydrogenase release and inhibiting cell viability.This process did not require RIP1 or MLKL but dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1),which was related to Drpl activation,reactive oxygen species elevation,and △Ψm decline.This study provides novel insights into the role of RIP3 in cardiomyocyte injury during H/R.RIP3 may serve as a potential target for the treatment of MIRI. | Huifang Hou Yongling Wang Qiong Li Zaibing Li Yan Teng Jingyu Li Xiaoying Wang Junli Chen Ning Huang | 2018 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,11: | 10 |
| 4 | Seismic response analysis of road vehicle-bridge system for continuous rigid frame bridges with high piers显示文摘The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of earthquakes on road vehicle-bridge coupling vibration systems. A two-axle highway freight vehicle is treated as a 13 degree-of-freedom system composed of several rigid bodies, which are connected by a series of springs and dampers. The framework of the earthquake-vehicle-bridge dynamic analysis system is then established using an earthquake as the external excitation. The equivalent lateral contact force serves as the judgment criteria for sideslip accidents according to reliability theory. The entire process of the vehicle crossing the bridge is considered for a very high pier continuous rigid frame bridge. The response characteristics of the vehicle and the bridge are discussed in terms of various parameters such as earthquake ground motion, PGA value of the earthquake, incident angle, pier height, vehicle speed and mass. | 5 | Random dynamic analysis of vertical train–bridge systems under small probability by surrogate model and subset simulation with splitting显示文摘The response of the train–bridge system has an obvious random behavior.A high traffic density and a long maintenance period of a track will result in a substantial increase in the number of trains running on a bridge,and there is small likelihood that the maximum responses of the train and bridge happen in the total maintenance period of the track.Firstly,the coupling model of train–bridge systems is reviewed.Then,an ensemble method is presented,which can estimate the small probabilities of a dynamic system with stochastic excitations.The main idea of the ensemble method is to use the NARX(nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous input)model to replace the physical model and apply subset simulation with splitting to obtain the extreme distribution.Finally,the efficiency of the suggested method is compared with the direct Monte Carlo simulation method,and the probability exceedance of train responses under the vertical track irregularity is discussed.The results show that when the small probability of train responses under vertical track irregularity is estimated,the ensemble method can reduce both the calculation time of a single sample and the required number of samples. | Huoyue Xiang Ping Tang Yuan Zhang Yongle Li | 2020 | Railway Engineering Science2020,28,3: | 8 |
| 6 | Improvement of Foaming and Emulsifying Properties of Gluten by Conjugation with Fructose through Maillard Reaction显示文摘Gluten has poor emulsifying and foaming ability due to its amino acid composition. In this study, Maillard reaction was used to improve the emulsifying and foaming properties of gluten. The processing conditions for the preparation of gluten-fructose conjugates were optimized by using Box-Behnken model to achieve optimum foaming and emulsifying activity, respectively.The results showed that glycated gluten exhibited enhanced emulsifying activity compared to native control. The processing conditions for the preparation of gluten-fructose conjugates with optimum emulsifying activity were as follows: the temperature was 48℃, reaction time was 72 h, and maltose/gluten(W/W) ratio was 125%. Under such condition, the average emulsifying activity was 66.54%, being improved by about 2.5 times compared with that of native control. The Foaming properties of gluten also increased significantly by glycation modification. The optimum conditions of response were as below: the temperature was 48℃, reaction time was 66 h, and maltose/gluten ratio(W/W) was 110%. | 7 | Efficacy of Zhonglun'a-decoction-containing serum on fibroblastlike synoviocyte apoptosis in rats with collagen-induced arthritis via inhibiting Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Zhonglun'a-decoction-containing serum(ZHONGL-CS)on the in vitro apoptosis of fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) from rats with collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) by investigating the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT) signaling pathway.METHODS: A CIA rat model was established using bovine type Ⅱ collagen. FLS were isolated, cultured and identified. A cell counting kit-8 was used to detect cell activity. The half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) was calculated. Experimental subjects were divided into control, CIA,ZHONGL-CS, JAK2 inhibitor AG490, and ZHONGLCS with AG490 groups. The in vitro cell cycle and apoptosis rate were detected in FLS by flow cytometry. Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax), B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2), caspase-3, cyclin D1, phosphorylated JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 protein expressions in FLS were examined by Western blotting. JAK2, STAT1 and STAT3 mRNA levels were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: Compared with the CIA group, FLS proliferation was inhibited, the FLS G0/G1 cell cycle was arrested, and the rate of FLS apoptosis was increased in the ZHONGL-CS group. In the ZHONGLCS group, the protein levels of Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 were reduced compared with the CIA group and the levels of Bax and caspase-3 in FLS were increased. In the ZHONGL-CS group, the expressions of JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 mRNA and the levels of phosphorylated JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 proteins were reduced.CONCLUSION: ZHONGL-CS may induce FLS apoptosis in CIA rats. | 8 | Variants of Secondary Control with Power Recovery for Loading Hydraulic Driving Device显示文摘Current high power load simulators are generally incapable of obtaining both high loading performance and high energy efficiency. Simulators with high energy efficiency are used to simulate static-state load, and those with high dynamic performance typically have low energy efficiency. In this paper, the variants of secondary control(VSC) with power recovery are developed to solve this problem for loading hydraulic driving devices that operate under variable pressure, unlike classical secondary control(CSC) that operates in constant pressure network. Hydrostatic secondary control units are used as the loading components, by which the absorbed mechanical power from the tested device is converted into hydraulic power and then fed back into the tested system through 4 types of feedback passages(FPs). The loading subsystem can operate in constant pressure network, controlled variable pressure network, or the same variable pressure network as that of the tested device by using different FPs. The 4 types of systems are defined, and their key techniques are analyzed, including work principle, simulating the work state of original tested device, static operation points, loading performance, energy efficiency, and control strategy, etc. The important technical merits of the 4 schemes are compared, and 3 of the schemes are selected, designed, simulated using AMESim and evaluated. The researching results show that the investigated systems can simulate the given loads effectively, realize the work conditions of the tested device, and furthermore attain a high power recovery efficiency that ranges from 0.54 to 0.85, even though the 3 schemes have different loading performances and energy efficiencies. The multilayers were investigated using X-ray diffraction, field emission scan electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The result shows that the coercive field drops abruptly with increasing number of bilayers, and it remains generally stable when the number of bilayers is 10 or higher. An excellent magnetic softness with a coercivity of 1.0 mT is obtained for x = 5 and y = 5 after annealing at 250℃. | 14 | Mechanism and effects of snow accumulations and controls by lightweight snow fences显示文摘This paper investigates the snowdrifts caused by lightweight fences along the lines on the flatland through the computational fluid dynamics method. The characteristic ambient flows around the solid fences and the porous fences with varied heights and bottom wind gaps are simulated in the numerical model, and the working mechanism of ‘‘interception'' and ‘‘scouring'' of the lightweight fences are analyzed. Based on the friction velocities near the ground, two sets of criteria are proposed to evaluate the deposition and erosion effects of different fences. According to flow separation and reattachment, the simplified relationships between the most likely positions for snow accumulations and fence parameters are developed. The study indicates that the capabilities for snow interception by the solid fence without wind gap and the distance from which to the second snow coverage center both increase with the fence height. | 17 | Mesoporous silica stabilized MOF nanoreactor for highly selective semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene via synergistic effect of Pd and Ru single site显示文摘Selective semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene to styrene is a crucial step in the polystyrene industry.Although Pd-based catalysts are widely used in this reaction due to their excellent hydrogenation activity,the selectivity for styrene remains a great challenge.Herein,we designed a mesoporous silica stabilized Pd-Ru@ZIF-8(MS Pd-Ru@ZIF-8)nanoreactor with novel Pd and Ru single site synergistic catalytical system for semi-hydrogenation of phenylacetylene.The nanoreactor exhibited a superior performance,achieving 98%conversion of phenylacetylene and 96%selectivity to styrene.Turnover frequency(TOF)of nanoreactor was up to as high as 2,188 h^(−1),which was 25 times and 5 times more than the single metal species catalysts,mesoporous silica stabilized Pd@ZIF-8 nanoreactor(MS Pd@ZIF-8),and mesoporous silica stabilized Ru@ZIF-8 nanoreactor(MS Ru@ZIF-8).This catalytic activity was attributed to the synergistic effect of Pd and Ru single site anchored strongly into the framework of ZIF-8,which reduced the desorption energy of styrene and increased the hydrogenation energy barrier of styrene.Importantly,since the ordered mesoporous silica was introduced into the nanoreactor shell to stabilize ZIF-8,MS Pd-Ru@ZIF-8 showed excellent reusability and stability.After the five cycles,the catalytical activity and selectivity still remained.This work provides insights for a synergistic catalytic system based on single-site active sites for selective hydrogenation reactions. | Zhenxing Li Mingliang Hu Jiahao Liu Weiwei Wang Yanjie Li Wenbin Fan Yixuan Gong Jiasai Yao Ping Wang Miao He Yongle Li | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,3: | 2 |
