Shear-wave splitting beneath Yunnan area of Southwest China显示文摘Systematic analyses of seismic data recorded by the Yunnan regional seismograph network reveal significant crustal and upper mantle anisotropy.Splitting of the S phase of local earthquakes and teleseismic SKS,PKS,and SKKS phases indicates time-delays from 1.60 ms/km to 2.30 ms/km in the crust, and from 0.55 s to 1.65 s in the upper mantle which corresponds to an anisotropic layer with a thickness about between 55-165 km.The polarization orientations of fast shear waves in the crust are complicated with a predominantly north-south direction, and the mantle anisotropy has a nearly west-east direction. Our results show different deformation styles and mechanisms exist between the crust and upper mantle. | Yutao Shi Yuan Gao Youjin Su Qiong Wang | 2012 | Earthquake Science2012,25,1: | 46
Imaging 3-D crustal P-wave velocity structure of western Yunnan with bulletin data显示文摘Western Yunnan is a region with intensive tectonic activity and serious earthquake risk.It is of significant importance to study three dimensional crustal structure of this region to understand the tectonic setting and disaster mechanism.Densification and digitalization of seismic networks in this region provides an opportunity to study the velocity structure with bulletin data.In this study,we collect P-wave data of 10 403 regional earthquakes recorded by 79 seismic stations from January 2008 to December 2010.In addition to first arrivals data (Pg with epicentral distance less than 200 km and Pn),the Pg (or P) data with epicentral distance more than 200 km are also considered as later direct arrivals in the tomographic inversion. We also compare the quantity and the quality of the seismic data before 2010 and after 2010.The test results show that adding the follow-up Pg phase can effectively improve the inversion ability of crustal imaging, and quantity and the data quality are significantly improved since 2010.The tomographic results show that:(1) The Honghe fault zone, which is the major fault systems in this region, may cut through the entire crust, and the velocity contrasts between two sides at lower crust beneath the Honghe fault are estimated at higher than 10%,while the velocity difference below Nujiang fault zone extends only in the upper crust;(2) Most of the earthquakes in the region occurred at the interface of high-velocity media and low-velocity media,i.e.,the areas with high velocity gradient, which has been validated in other areas. | Jing Huang Xuejun Liu Youjin Su Baoshan Wang | 2012 | Earthquake Science2012,25,2: | 16
First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. The implication of the 65As mass in the astrophysical rapid proton capture process has also been addressed. | XU HuShan TU XiaoLin YUAN YouJin XIA JiaWen ZANG YongDong WANG Meng MAO RuiShi HU ZhengGuo MEI Bo SHUAI Peng ZHU ZhiChao TANG ShuWen GENG Peng LIU Yong ZHAO TieCheng ZHANG XueYing YANG JianCheng MAO LiJun ZHANG YuHu ZHOU XiaoHong HUANG WenXue XIAO GuoQing ZHAO HongWei ZHAN WenLong | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,24: | 11
History-dependent percolation on multiplex networks显示文摘The structure of interconnected systems and its impact on the system dynamics is a much-studied cross-disciplinary topic.Although various critical phenomena have been found in different models;study of the connections between different percolation transitions is still lacking. Here we propose a unified framework to study the origins of the discontinuous transitions of the percolation process on interacting networks. The model evolves in generations with the result of the present percolation depending on the previous state, and thus is history-dependent.Both theoretical analysis and Monte Carlo simulations reveal that the nature of the transition remains the same at firdte generations but exhibits an abrupt change for the infinite generation. We use brain functional correlation and morphological similarity data to show that our model also provides a general method to explore the network structure and can contribute to many practical applications, such as detecting the abnormal structures of human brain networks. | Ming Li Linyuan Lu Youjin Deng Mao-Bin Hu Hao Wang Matus Medo H.Eugene Stanley | 2020 | National Science Review2020,7,8: | 3

Precision mapping the topological bands of 2D spin-orbit coupling with microwave spin-injection spectroscopy显示文摘To investigate the band structure is one of the key approaches to study the fundamental properties of a novel material. We report here the precision band mapping of a 2-dimensional(2D) spin-orbit(SO) coupling in an optical lattice.By applying the microwave spin-injection spectroscopy, the band structure and spin-polarization distribution are achieved simultaneously. The band topology is also addressed with observing the band gap close and re-open at the Dirac points.Furthermore, the lattice depth and the Raman coupling strength are precisely calibrated with relative errors in the order of 10^(-3).Our approach could also be applied for exploring the exotic topological phases with even higher dimensional system. | Xiao-Tian Xu Chang-Rui Yi Bao-Zong Wang Wei Sun Youjin Deng Xiong-Jun Liu Shuai Chen Jian-Wei Pan | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,22: | 1

4-2 Lifetime and the Ratio of 12C3+ and 16O4+ at the CSRe显示文摘Laser cooling is the most promising method to achieve high phase-space densities, even crystalline beams for relativistic heavy ion at storage rings[1]. A test laser cooling experiment has been performed with 12C3+ ions at the CSRe. In this experiment, the 12C3+ ions were produced from an electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) ion source, and due to the residual gas and the injection gases such as CO and CO2, 16O4+ ions will be produced at the same time. | Wang Hanbing Ma Xinwen Wen Weiqiang Huang Zhongkui Zhang Dacheng Hai Bang Chuai Xiaoya Zhao Dongmei Zhu Xiaolong Yang Jie Li Jie Mao Lijun Mao Ruishi Yang Jiancheng Yuan Youjin Zhao Hongwei Laser Cooling Collaboration | 2015 | IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2015,,1: | 0

Uniformity Control of Scanned Beam in 300 MeV Proton and Heavy Ion Accelerator Complex at SESRI显示文摘In recent years, heavy ion accelerator technology has been rapidly developing worldwide and widely applied in the fields of space radiation simulation and particle therapy.Usually,a very high uniformity in the irradiation area is required for the extracted ion beams, which is crucial because it directly affects the experimental precision and therapeutic effect.Specifically,ultra-large-area and high-uniformity scanning are crucial requirements for spacecraft radiation effects assessment and serve as core specification for beamline terminal design. In the 300 MeV proton and heavy ion accelerator complex at the Space Environment Simulation and Research Infrastructure(SESRI),proton and heavy ion beams will be accelerated and ultimately delivered to three irradiation terminals. In order to achieve the required large irradiation area of 320 mm×320 mm,horizontal and vertical scanning magnets are used in the extraction beam line. However, considering the various requirements for beam species and energies, the tracking accuracy of power supplies(PSs),the eddy current effect of scanning magnets, and the fluctuation of ion bunch structure will reduce the irradiation uniformity. To mitigate these effects,a beam uniformity optimization method based on the measured beam distribution was proposed and applied in the accelerator complex at SESRI.In the experiment, the uniformity is successfully optimized from 75%to over 90%after five iterations of adjustment to the PS waveforms. In this paper, the method and experimental results were introduced. | HOU Lingxiao YUAN Youjin SHEN Guodong RUAN Shuang LIU Jie ZHU Yunpeng WANG Geng GUO Hongliang LYU Mingbang GAO Daqing XU Zhiguo SHENG Lina YANG Jiancheng | 2024 | 原子能科学技术2024,58,4: | 0

6-37 A Method for Implementing Feedback Control of CSRe Dipolar Magnet Power Supply显示文摘The magnetic field created by dipolar magnet is very important for the quality of beam in CSRe. It is required that the magnetic fields fluctuation ranges less than 0.3 10??4 T. Unfortunately, results show that the magnetic fields fluctuate more widely than limited. Reasons for the fluctuation are complex, transfer drift over temperature, zero shift, and output stability of power supply can all lead to magnetic field fluctuation. It is impossible to eliminate the effects of these factors. One way to solve the problem is to make current compensation. | Gu Kewei Yuan Youjin Zhang Wei Wang Pengpeng | 2015 | IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2015,,1: | 0
2-4 First Isochronous Mass Measurement in Neutron-rich Region at CSRe显示文摘Mass is one of the fundamental properties of atomic nuclei. Isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS), using astorage ring combined with an in-flight separator, has been shown to be a powerful tool for mass measurementof exotic nuclei[1]. Recently, masses of many proton-rich nuclides were accurately determined at the HIRFL-CSRfacility[2]. In this paper, we described the first isochronous mass measurement of neutron-rich nuclides at CSRe.This experiment was performed at the end of 2011. In the experiment, the primary beam of 86Kr28+ ions wasaccumulated and accelerated to an energy of 460.65 MeV/u in the synchrotron CSRm. The 86Kr28+ ions were fastextracted and focused on a 15 mm thick beryllium target which was placed at the entrance of the RIBLL2 (anin-flight fragment separator). | Xu Xing Wang Meng Zhang Yuhu Xu Hushan Tu Xiaolin Yu.A.Litvinov Zhou Xiaohong Sun Baohua Yuan Youjin Xia Jiawen Yang Jiancheng K.Blaum Chen Ruijiu Chen Xiangchen Fu Chaoyi Ge Zhuang Hu Zhengguo Huang Wenjia Liu Dawei Y.H.Lam Ma Xinwen Mao Ruishi T.Uesaka Xiao Guoqing Xing Yuanming T.Yamaguchi Y.Yamaguchi Zeng Qi Yan Xinliang Zhao Hongwei Zhao Tiecheng Zhang Wei Zhan Wenlong | 2014 | IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2014,,1: | 0

2-8 SimCSR Program for the Simulation of the Isochronous Mass Spectrometry at the HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Until now, several isochronous mass spectrometry (IMS) experiments have been successfully performed usingvarious primary beams at the HIRFL-CSR and masses of both proton-rich and proton-deficient exotic nuclei havebeen measured. In order to improve the performance of the IMS experiments and to provide a reliable tool fordesigning and preparing the future experiments, a simulation code, named SimCSR is developed.Presently, six-dimension phase-space linear transmission theory is applied to simulate the transmission of ionsin the experimental storage ring (CSRe). The basic algorithm is Bf = MBi. The Bi and Bf are six-dimensionphase-space vectors of ions at the entrance and exit of each element of the CSRe lattice, respectively. M is a6-by-6-dimension first-order transfer matrix of each element. M is calculated using formulas described in Ref.[1]. Inthe simulations, the ring lattice is considered in detail, and the same magnetic setting as in our previous experimentwith 58Ni projectile fragments[2] is considered. | 19 | RF and field measurements of the SSC-LINAC RFQ显示文摘The 53.667 MHz continuous-wave heavy ion RFQ has been designed and manufactured for the SSC-LINAC project. This four-rod RFQ accelerates ions with maximum mass to charge ratio of 7 from 3.728 keV/u to 143 keV/u.Measurements have been carried out to check the RF performance of the cavity and the quality of the electric field. The S11 of the power coupler is adjusted to better than-44 dB,and the Q0 of the cavity is 6440.The quality of the electric field is evaluated by the perturbation method. The measurement procedure and data analysis will be discussed in detail. The error due to gravity of the perturbation bead has been corrected by averaging the fields in different quadrants. As a result, the unflatness of the electric field is±2.5%,and the dipole field component distributes from 0%to 20%in different longitudinal positions, which indicates the asymmetry of the quadrupole field. The unflatness of the quadrupole field distribution represents a good agreement with the simulation results.High power RF test and beam commissioning of the RFQ are on schedule in early 2014. | LIU Ge LU YuanRong YIN XueJun ZHANG XiaoHu DU Heng JIANG PeiYong LI ZhongShan LI XiaoNi HE Yuan WANG Zhi GAO ShuLi YANG YaQing ZHU Kun YAN XueQing CHEN JiaEr YUAN YouJin XIA JiaWen ZHAO HongWei | 2014 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,7: | 0
