1Coating of Al_2O_3 on layered Li(Mn_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)Co_(1/3))O_2 using CO_2 as green precipitant and their improved electrochemical performance for lithium ion batteries显示文摘Li(Mn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3)O2 cathode materials were fabricated by a hydroxide precursor method.Al2O3 was coated on the surface of the Li(Mn1/3Ni1/3CO1/3)O2 through a simple and effective one-step electrostatic self-assembly method.In the coating process,a NaHCO3-H2CO3 buffer was formed spontaneously when CO2 was introduced into the NaAlO2 solution.Compared with bare Li(Mn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3)O2, the surface-modified samples exhibited better cycling performance,rate capability and rate capability retention.The Al2O3-coated Li(Mn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3)O2 electrodes delivered a discharge capacity of about 115 mAh·g-1 at 2A·g-1,but only 84 mAh·g-1 for the bare one.The capacity retention of the Al2O3-coated Li(Mn1/3Ni1/3Co1/3)O2 was 90.7%after 50 cycles,about 30%higher than that of the pristine one.Yingqiang Wu Linhai Zhuo Jun Ming Yancun Yu Fengyu Zhao 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,3:6

3Whole-genome sequencing of monozygotic twins discordant for schizophrenia indicates multiple genetic risk factors for schizophrenia显示文摘Schizophrenia is a common disorder with a high heritability, but its genetic architecture is still elusive.We implemented whole-genome sequencing(WGS) analysis of 8 families with monozygotic(MZ) twin pairs discordant for schizophrenia to assess potential association of de novo mutations(DNMs) or inherited variants with susceptibility to schizophrenia. Eight non-synonymous DNMs(including one splicing site) were identified and shared by twins, which were either located in previously reported schizophrenia risk genes(p.V24689 I mutation in TTN, p.S2506 T mutation in GCN1L1, IVS3+1G > T in DOCK1) or had a benign to damaging effect according to in silico prediction analysis. By searching the inherited rare damaging or loss-of-function(LOF) variants and common susceptible alleles from three classes of schizophrenia candidate genes, we were able to distill genetic alterations in several schizophrenia risk genes, including GAD1, PLXNA2, RELN and FEZ1. Four inherited copy number variations(CNVs; including a large deletion at 16p13.11) implicated for schizophrenia were identified in four families, respectively. Most of families carried both missense DNMs and inherited risk variants, which might suggest that DNMs, inherited rare damaging variants and common risk alleles together conferred to schizophrenia susceptibility. 4Simultaneous removal of gaseous CO and elemental mercury over Cu-Co modified activated coke at low temperature显示文摘Cu-Co multiple-oxides modified on HNO_3-pretreated activated coke(AC_(N))were optimized for the simultaneous removal of gaseous CO and elemental mercury(Hg^(0))at low temperature(<200℃).It was found that 2%CuOx-10%CoOx/AC_(N)catalyst calcined at 400℃resulted in the coexistence of complex oxides including CuO,Cu_2 O,Co_(3)O_(4,Co_(2)O_(3)and CoO phases,which might be good for the simultaneous catalytic oxidation of CO by Co-species and removal of Hg^(0)by Cu-species,benefiting from the synergistic catalysis during the electrointeraction between Go and Cu cations(CoO■Co_(3)O_(4)and Cu_(2)O■CuO).The catalysis removal of CO oxidation was obviously depended on the reaction temperature obtaining94.7%at 200℃,while no obvious promoting effect on the Hg^(0)removal(68.3%-78.7%).These materials were very substitute for the removal of CO and Hg^(0)from the flue gas with the conditions of 8-20 vol.%O_(2)and flue-gas temperature below 200℃.The removal of Hg^(0)followed the combination processes of adsorption and catalytic oxidation reaction via LangmuirHinshelwood mechanism,while the catalysis of CO abided by the Mars-van Krevelen mechanism with lattice oxygen species.Fengyu Gao Hao Yan Xiaolong Tang Honghong Yi Shunzheng Zhao Qingjun Yu Shuquan Ni 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,3:3
5The progress and prospect of assessment measures of uterine cavity function for infertility patients显示文摘Objective:To explore the progress and prospect of evaluation methods for infertility patients.Methods:From September 2017 to December 2020,199 cases of infertility patients who have accepted mini-hysteroscopy examination in the Department of Gynecological Endocrinology,Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University.The patients who had primary ovary insufficiency,tubal infertility were excluded;patients with hysteroscopy contradiction,such as acute or sub-acute vaginal tract inflammation,endometrium lesion or endometrium carcinoma,severe cardiovascular,liver or kidney insufficiency were excluded.40 patients were excluded and 15 patients lost follow up,144 patients were eventually included in the analysis.The patient’s age,body mass index,infertility etiology,preoperative and postoperative stimulate ovulation cycle,pregnancy state and pregnancy time were recorded.The effect of mini-hysteroscopy on ovulation induction cycle was analyzed in pregnant patients.Results:The average age of 144 patients was 32.10±4.67 years old.96(66.67%)patients were found to have intrauterine abnormalities,while 48(33.33%)patients were found to have normal intrauterine cavity.48 cases of pregnancy,accounting for 33.33%;the median and interquartile ranges[M(Q1,Q3)]of ovulation induction cycles before and after surgery were respectively[3(0,5)],[2(1,3)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 48 pregnant patients,32 of them had no structural lesions in hysteroscopy,the ovulation induction cycle of these patients before and after hysteroscopy were respectively[5(0,9)],[1(0,3)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine cavity evaluation is important for the assessments of fertility.As an advanced diagnosis instrument,mini-hysteroscopy can not only timely detect the intrauterine abnormalities of patients,hut also with great application value in shorten the ovulation cycle in infertility patients and increase the pregnancy rate.Luping Zhang Rui Ju Xiangyan Ruan Yinmei Dai Husheng Wang Fengyu Jin Jing Jin Muqing Gu Jiaojiao Cheng Yu Yang Xin Xu Thomas Roemer 2021Global Health Journal2021,5,2:3
6Rational Design of WO_3 Nanostructures as the Anode Materials for Lithium-Ion Batteries with Enhanced Electrochemical Performance显示文摘A facile, one-step hydrothermal method was employed to synthesize two kinds of WO3 nanostructures. By using different kinds of sylvine, tungsten trioxide(WO3) with different morphologies of microflowers and nanowires was obtained, respectively. The discharge capacities for microflowers and nanowires are 107 and 146 m Ah g-1 after 180 cycles, and their corresponding capacity retentions after the first cycle are 72 and 85 %, respectively. Even at a high current density of 1,600 m Ah g-1, the discharge capacities of WO3 microflowers and nanowires are as high as 433 and557 m Ah g-1 after 40 cycles, in which the current densities were increased stepwise. It is worth mentioned that the rate capability of the nanowires is superior to that of the microflowers. 7Ferromagnetic element microalloying and clustering effects in high B_s Fe-based amorphous alloys显示文摘Fe_(83)(Co_x,Ni_y)(B_(11)Si_2P_3C_1)_(1-x,y/17)(x,y=1–3)amorphous alloys with high saturation magnetic flux density(B_s)and excellent soft-magnetic properties were developed and then the microalloying and clustering effects were explored.The microalloying of Co and Ni improves the B_sfrom 1.65 T to 1.67–1.72 T and 1.66–1.68 T,respectively.The Ni-doped alloys exhibit better soft-magnetic properties,containing a low coercivity(H_c) of about 5.0 A/m and a high Effective permeability(μ_e)of(8–10)×10~3,whereas the microalloying of Co leads to a deteriorative H_c of 5.0–13.0 A/m and a μ_eof(5–8)×10~3.Moreover,microalloying of Ni can increase the ductile-brittle transition(DBT)temperature of the ribbons,while a totally opposite effect is found in the Co-doped alloys.The formation of dense α-Fe(Co,Ni)clusters during annealing process is used to explain the distinct effects of Co and Ni microalloying on the magnetic properties and bending toughness.Pingbo Chen Tao Liu Fengyu Kong Anding Wang Chunyan Yu Gang Wang Chuntao Chang Xinmin Wang 2018Journal of Materials Science & Technology2018,34,5:2
8Geochronology, geochemistry and Hf isotopes of andesites in the Sandaowanzi gold deposit(Great Xing’an Range, NE China): implications for petrogenesis, tectonic setting,and mineralization显示文摘The Sandaowanzi gold deposit is an extremely Au-rich deposit in the Northern Great Hinggan Range in recent years.Zircon U-Pb geochronology,Hf isotope analysis,and the geochemistry of andesites of the Longjiang Formation from the Sandaowanzi gold deposit were used to investigate the origin,magmatic evolution as well as mineralization and tectonic setting of the Early Cretaceous epithermal gold deposits in the northern Great Hinggan Range area.Zircon U-Pb dating reveals an emplacement age of 123.4±0.3 Ma,indicating that the andesites of the Sandaowanzi gold deposit was formed during the Early Cretaceous.The andesites are enriched in light rare earth elements relative to heavy rare earth elements and have weak negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.76-0.90).The rocks are also enriched in large-ion lithophile elements,such as Rb,Ba,Th,U,and K,and depleted in the high-field-strength elements,such as Nb,Ta,and P.These characteristics are typical of volcanic rocks related to subduction.Igneous zircons from the andesite samples have relatively homogeneous Hf isotope ratios,176Hf/177Hf values of 0.282343-0.282502,εHf(t)values of-12.58 to-6.95,and two-stage model ages(TDM2)of 1743-1431 Ma.The characteristics of the andesites of the Longjiang Formation are consistent with derivation from partial melting of enriched mantle wedge metasomatized by subducted-slab-derived fluids.These rocks formed in an extensional environment associated with the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean and subduction of the Paleo-Pacific Plate.Mineralization occurred towards the end of volcanism,and the magmatic activity and mineralization are products of the same geodynamic setting.Runtao Yu Bile Li Fengyue Sun Zhihua Li Huawei Li Yufan Shi 2021Acta Geochimica2021,40,2:2

10Geochronology,geochemistry and Hf isotope of monzogranite in Niubiziliang of Qinghai显示文摘Zircon U-Pb dating, whole-rock geochemical analyses and Hf isotope are undertaken for the monzogranite in Niubiziliang area with the aim of constraining its formation time,petrogenesis and the regional tectonic setting. The zircons from monzogranite are euhedral-subhedral in shape,and display rhythm growth zoning,indicating a magmatic origin. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating indicates the monzogranite formed most probably in the Late Devonian( 359. 0 ± 2. 6 Ma). The monzogranite has Si O2= 74. 69%--76. 11%,Al2O3=12. 07%--12. 81%,Na2 O + K2 O = 8. 24%--8. 70%,Na2 O / K2 O = 0. 60--0. 68,A / CNK > 1,which shows that it belongs to high-Si and high-K weakly peraluminous calc-alkaline series. The monzogranite is enriched in K,Rb,Th( LILEs) and La,Ce,Sm,Nd( LREEs); and depleted in Ba,U( HREEs) and Ta,Nb( HFSEs).Their zircon εHf( t) values range from 1. 21 to 3. 46,in response to their two-stage Hf model ages( TDM2) ranging from 1 034 Ma to 1 159 Ma,respectively,indicating that the primary magma was derived from the young crust in Meso-Neoproterozoic. 11Assembling SnO Nanosheets into Microhydrangeas: Gas Phase Synthesis and Their Optical Property显示文摘Large scale SnO microhydrangeas are obtained successfully through thermally evaporating of SnO_2 powder wrapped by a filter paper at 1050 and using gold coated Si wafer as the substrate. The as-obtained SnO microhydrangeas are consisted of many thin nanosheets with the thicknesses of 30-60 nm and the diameters of 500-600 nm. A vapor-liquid-solid(VLS) growth mechanism for the as-synthesized SnO microhydrangeas was proposed based on experimental results. 14Zircon U-Pb geochronology and geochemistry of syenogranitesin western Niubiziliang,northwestern Qaidam,Qinghai显示文摘The study presents the results of U-Pb dating of zircons and whole-rock geochemical analyses of a syenogranite located in the western Niubiziliang area,China with the aim of determining its formation time,petrogenesis and the regional tectonic setting. Zircons within the syenogranite are euhedral-subhedral and display rhythmic growth zoning,indicating a magmatic origin. Zircon U-Pb data obtained by LA-ICP-MS indicate the syenogranite formed in the Late Permian (260.7±1.5 Ma). The w(SiO_2) of syenogranites is 70.82%--73.59%,w(Al_2O_3) is 13.49%--14.82%,and w(Na_2O + K_2O) is 7.85%--8.52%,and yield K_2O/Na_2O ratios of 1.06--1.26. Therefore,the syenogranites belong to the high-K calc-alkaline and metaluminous (A/CNK< 1,A/NK > 1) series which display I-type granites similarly. The syenogranites also show the geochemical characteristics of volcanic arc rocks,being enriched in large-ion lithophile elements (LILEs; K,Rb) and light rare-earth elements (LREEs; La,Ce,Sm,Nd),but depleted in high field strength elements( HFSEs; Ta,Nb,P,Ti). On the whole,trace element ratios are close to the mean of the Earth's crust,indicating a lowercrust magma source. The low Sr (161--214) ×10^(-6) and Yb (1.08--1.80)×10^(-6) concentrations indicate that plagioclase and hornblende are residual mineral phases in the source. 18Neofusicoccum parvum Causing Leaf Spot of Camellia drupifera in China显示文摘[Objectives]The study was to identify the causal agent of leaf spots of Camellia drupifera in Hainan Province,China.[Methods]Phylogenetic analyses,spore morphology and pathogenicity tests were adopted to identify the pathogen.[Results]The fungus was identified as Neofusicoccum parvum.The colonies were initially pale to white on PDA,with diffuse yellow pigment around the colonies in the agar after 5 d.After 10 d,the aerial mycelium became gray,and the substrate mycelium became black.Thirty days later,a large number of conidia were generated on OMA.Conidia were hyaline,nonseptate,and fusiform.The mean size of 100 conidia was(13.6-25.4)×(6.2-10.3)μm;the mean length/width ratio was(2.5±0.3)μm.[Conclusions]N.parvum was the causal agent of leaf spots of C.drupifera observed in Hainan Province,China.Fengyu YU Xiaoyu LIU Xiaocheng JIA Dengqiang FU Xiaoqing NIU Weiwei SONG 2022Plant Diseases and Pests2022,13,2:0
19Post-self-repair process of neuron cells under the influence of neutral and cationic nanoparticles显示文摘The prevalence of functionalized nanoparticles in biological and clinical fields attracts intensive toxicology investigations.Minimizing the nanoparticles’ biohazard remains a challenge due to the insufficient understanding on the nanoparticle-induced cell death mechanism.In the presented study,we observed the lysosome and genome injuries and so caused cell cycle changes and regulations of retinal ganglion neuron cell 5(RGC-5) induced by aminated and alkylated nanoparticles.Alkylated nanoparticles induced malignant lysosome and genome damages followed by severe post-self-repair responses.RGC-5 treated with alkylated nanoparticles presented dramatic S phase prolongation resulted from cyclin E accumulation mediated by Fbw7 downregulation,which assisted DNA replication after failed self-repair of the malignantly damaged DNA caused by alkylated nanoparticles.Differently,aminated nanoparticles in RGC-5 induced moderate lysosome and genome injuries and these damages could be repaired in the p21-involved pathway,so that cells did not induce apparent cyclin E accumulation nor Fbw7 downregulation as post-self-repair response.These results helped us to understand the toxicity of analogous nanoparticles on retinal ganglions such as glaucoma treatment.This work provides new insights into nanoparticle functionalization and toxicity in relation to the research on the toxicology and pathology of nerve cells.Ting Wang Guanwen Qu Yu Deng Jing Shang Zhangqi Feng Fengyu Yang Nongyue He Jie Zheng 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:0
