| 1 | Genetic characterization and linkage disequilibrium mapping of resistance to gray leaf spot in maize(Zea mays L.)显示文摘Gray leaf spot(GLS),caused by Cercospora zeae-maydis,is an important foliar disease of maize(Zea mays L.)worldwide,resistance to which is controlled by multiple quantitative trait loci(QTL).To gain insights into the genetic architecture underlying the resistance to this disease,an association mapping population consisting of 161 inbred lines was evaluated for resistance to GLS in a plant pathology nursery at Shenyang in 2010 and 2011.Subsequently,a genome-wide association study,using 41,101 single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),identified 51 SNPs significantly(P<0.001)associated with GLS resistance,which could be converted into 31 QTL.In addition,three candidate genes related to plant defense were identified,including nucleotidebinding-site/leucine-rich repeat,receptor-like kinase genes similar to those involved in basal defense.Two genic SNPs,PZE-103142893 and PZE-109119001,associated with GLS resistance in chromosome bins 3.07 and 9.07,can be used for marker-assisted selection(MAS)of GLS resistance.These results provide an important resource for developing molecular markers closely linked with the target trait,enhancing breeding efficiency. | Liyu Shi Xiangling Lv Jianfeng Weng Hanyong Zhu Changlin Liu Zhuanfang Hao Yu Zhou Degui Zhang Mingshun Li Xiaoke Ci Xinhai Li Shihuang Zhang | 2014 | The Crop Journal2014,2,Z1: | 9 |
| 2 | Modeling and understanding of the frequency dependent HPM upset susceptibility of the CMOS inverter显示文摘In this paper, we interpret and, for the first time, model a frequency dependent high-power microwave(HPM) upset susceptibility. We constructed the analytical models of the total amount of injected charges N inj, the excess carrier density distribution in P-Substrate, and the frequency dependent HPM upset susceptibility level. The models are validated by simulated results and experimental data, respectively. Results reveal that N inj is proportional to fαwhile the exponent α should be adjusted to-0.525. The excess carrier density distribution behaves the frequency dependence as well; the dependence is attributable to the fact that the AC field within the CMOS inverter varies too rapidly for the carriers to follow at high frequency. Meanwhile,the HPM upset susceptibility level is a decreasing function of f. The f dependent HPM upset susceptibility model is verified to be reliable and able to quickly estimate the susceptibility level of CMOS inverter considering IC technology, layout parameters, pulse properties, and operating environment simultaneously. Besides, the empirical formula P = A · fαis proposed to provide instant estimation to the HPM upset power threshold. | 4 | In-situ growth of gold nanoparticles on electrospun flexible multilayered PVDF nanofibers for SERS sensing of molecules and bacteria显示文摘Plasmonic surface of flexible multilayered nanofibers possesses special superiority for the surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensing of molecules and microbial cells.However,the fabrication of flexible plasmonic nanofibers with high sensitivity and reproducibility is difficult.Herein,we report a smart strategy for fabricating flexible plasmonic fibers,in which compact and homogeneous gold nanoparticles(Au NPs)are in-situ grown on the high-curvature surface of multilayered fibers of electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF).Firstly,the surface of PVDF fibers is changed electrically,and Au seeds are deposited on the surface of PVDF fibers using electrostatic driving force.Secondly,a stable AuI_(4)−complex is formed employing coordination between I−and AuCl4−ions,which could decrease the reduction potential of AuCl4−and restrain the self-nucleation,and then the reduction reaction of AuI4−is initiated by introducing PVDF@Au seeds to pull down the barrier of potential energy.Finally,in-situ growth of AuNPs is generated on the high-curvature surface of PVDF nanofibers,and large-scale hotspots are generated by adjacent AuNPs coupling in the three-dimensional(3D)space of multilayered fibers.Membrane of PVDF@Au nanofibers also realizes the sensitive detection of thiram molecules(low limit of detection of 0.1 nM)and good reproducibility(relative standard deviation of 10.6%).Meanwhile,due to the multilayered construction of PVDF@Au nanofibers,a valid SERS signal on 3D surface of bacteria could be generated.3D distribution of hotspots on multilayered PVDF@Au nanofibers gives a clear advantage for SERS sensing of organic molecules and microbial cells. | Dongzhen Chen Liang Zhang Pan Ning Haozhi Yuan Yu Zhang Meng Zhang Tao Fu Xinhai He | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,12: | 3 |

| 8 | A Content-Aware Bitrate Selection Method Using Multi-Step Prediction for 360-Degree Video Streaming显示文摘A content-aware multi-step prediction control(CAMPC)algorithm is proposed to determine the bitrate of 360-degree videos,aim⁃ing to enhance the quality of experience(QoE)of users and reduce the cost of video content providers(VCP).The CAMPC algorithm first em⁃ploys a neural network to generate the content richness and combines it with the current field of view(FOV)to accurately predict the probability distribution of tiles being viewed.Then,for the tiles in the predicted viewport which directly affect QoE,the CAMPC algorithm utilizes a multi-step prediction for future system states,and accordingly selects the bitrates of multiple subsequent steps,instead of an instantaneous state.Meanwhile,it controls the buffer occupancy to eliminate the impact of prediction errors.We implement CAMPC on players by building a 360-degree video streaming platform and evaluating other advanced adaptive bitrate(ABR)rules through the real network.Experimental results show that CAMPC can save 83.5%of bandwidth resources compared with the scheme that completely transmits the tiles outside the viewport with the Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP(DASH)protocol.Besides,the proposed method can improve the system utility by 62.7%and 27.6%compared with the DASH official and viewport-based rules,respectively. | GAO Nianzhen YU Yifang HUA Xinhai FENG Fangzheng JIANG Tao | 2022 | ZTE Communications2022,20,4: | 1 |

| 20 | First-principles Theoretical Study on Band of Strained Wurtzite Nb-doped ZnO显示文摘The strain effects of the Zn1-xMgxO substrate on the bands structure of wurtzite Nb-doped Zn O bulk materials have been investigated using fi rst-principles calculations based on density functional theory. Firstly, the band gap increases gradually with increasing Nb contents in unstrained Nb-doped Zn O, which is consistent with the experimental results. Secondly, the band gap decreases with increasing substrate stress in Nb-doped Zn O/Zn1-xMgxO. Splitting energies between HHB(Heavy Hole Band) and LHB(Light Hole Band), HHB and CSB(Crystal Splitting Band) in Zn0.9167Nb0.0833O/Zn1-xMgxO almost remain unchanged with increasing substrate stress, while decrease slightly in Zn0.875Nb0.125O/Zn1-xMgxO.
