| 2 | Barometric altimetry system as virtual constellation applied in CAPS显示文摘This work describes the barometric altimetry as virtual constellation applied to the Chinese Area Positioning System (CAPS), which uses the transponders of communication satellites to transfer navigation messages to users. Barometric altimetry depends on the relationship of air pressure varying with altitude in the Earth’s atmosphere. Once the air pressure at a location is measured the site altitude can be found. This method is able to enhance and improve the availability of three-dimensional positioning. The difficulty is that the relation between barometric pressure and altitude is variable in different areas and under various weather conditions. Hence, in order to obtain higher accuracy, we need to acquire the real-time air pressure corresponding to an altimetric region’s reference height. On the other hand, the altimetry method will be applied to satellite navigation system, but the greatest difficulty lies in how to get the real-time air pressure value at the reference height in the broad areas overlaid by satellite navigation. We propose an innovational method to solve this problem. It is to collect the real-time air pressures and temperatures of the 1860 known-altitude weather observatories over China and around via satellite communication and to carry out time extrapolation forecast uniformly. To reduce data quantity, we first partition the data and encode them and then broadcast these information via navigation message to CAPS users’ receivers. Upon the interpolations being done in receivers, the reference air pressure and temperature at the receiver’s nearby place is derived. Lastly, combing with the receiver-observed real air pressure and temperature, the site’s altitude can be determined. The work is presented in the following aspects: the calculation principle, formulae, data collection, encoding, prediction, interpolation method, navigation message transmission together with errors causes and analyses. | 3 | Diversity and Geographical Pattern of Altitudinal Belts in the Hengduan Mountains in China显示文摘This paper analyses the diversity and spatial pattern of the altitudinal belts in the Hengduan Mountains in China.A total of 7 types of base belts and 26 types of altitudinal belts are identified in the study region.The main altitudinal belt lines,such as forest line,the upper limit of dark coniferous forest and snow line,have similar latitudinal and longitudinal spatial patterns,namely,arched quadratic curve model with latitudes and concave quadratic curve model along longitudinal direction.These patterns can be together called as 'Hyperbolic-paraboloid model',revealing the complexity and speciality of the environment and ecology in the study region.This result further validates the hypnosis of a common quadratic model for spatial pattern of mountain altitudinal belts proposed by the authors.The spatial pattern of altitudinal belts is closely related with moisture-related exposure effect in the Hengduan Mountains.Different combinations (spectra) of altitudinal belts and different base belt types appear in windward and leeward flanks and even in the same flanks of different ranges.This is closely related with the parallel mountain ranges of the Hengduan Mountains,which,at nearly right angle with the moving direction of prevailing moisture-laden air masses from west and east,hold up the warm and humid monsoon wind from moving into the core region and result in different moisture conditions in windward and leeward flanks.However,how to quantitatively describe the moisture-related exposure effect needs further study.In addition,the data quality and data accuracy at present also affect to some extent the result of quantitative modeling and should be improved with RS/GIS in the future. | YAO Yonghui ZHANG Baiping HAN Fang, PANG Yu | 2010 | Journal of Mountain Science2010,7,2: | 11 |

| 5 | V4C3Tx MXene:A promising active substrate for reactive surface modification and the enhanced electrocatalytic oxygen evolution activity显示文摘Presented are the synthesis,characterizations,and reactive surface modification(RSM)of a novel nine atomic layered V4C3Tx MXene.With the advantages of the multilayered V4C3Tx MXene that can simultaneously support the RSM reaction and keep the inner skeleton stable,a series of amorphous Ni/Fe/Vternary oxide hydroxides thin layer can be successfully modified on the surface of the V4C3Tx MXene(denoted as MOOH@V4C3Tx,M=Ni,Fe,and V)without disrupting its original structure.Attributed to the in situ reconstruction of highly active oxide hydroxide layer,the nanohybrids exhibited an enhanced oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity and excellent long-time stability over 70 hours.In particular,a current density of 10 mA cm−2 can be reached by the nanohybrid with the optimized Ni/Fe ratio at an overpotential(η)as low as 275.2 mV,which is comparable to most of the state-of-the-art OER catalysts and better than other MXene-based derivatives.Demonstrated by the tunable physicochemical properties and excellent structural stability of these nanohybrids,we may envision the promising role of the M4X3-based MXenes as substrates for a wide range of energy conversion and storage materials. | Cheng-Feng Du Xiaoli Sun Hong Yu Wei Fang Yao Jing Yonghui Wang Shuiqing Li Xianhu Liu Qingyu Yan | 2020 | InfoMat2020,2,5: | 8 |

| 9 | Sedimentology and Sequence Stratigraphy of Marine to Lacustrine Deltaic Deposits in a Craton Basin and Their Controlling Factors: Shan 2 Member–He 8 Member(Guadalupian–Lopingian, Permian), Southeast Ordos Basin, North China显示文摘The Shan 2 Member, Shan 1 Member and He 8 Member of the Mid–Late Permian Shanxi and lower Xiashihezi formations, in the southeastern Ordos Basin, together comprise ~150 m of deltaic deposits. This sequence records an overall evolution from deep marine environment to shallow lake associated with braided river, braided river delta and meandering river delta. Core description, well log interpretation, and stable isotope analysis, including carbon, oxygen and strontium, were conducted to understand the sedimentary evolution of Shan 2 to He 8 Member. The Shanxi Formation, which consists of the Shan 2 and Shan 1 members, is characterized by a tidal-influenced meandering river delta environment and a higher δ^(13)C value and ^(87)Sr?(^(86)Sr) ratio and a lower δ^(18)O value. The He 8 Member, the basal part of the Xiashihezi Formation, is featured by a braided river to braided river delta system and a lower δ^(13)C value, ^(87)Sr?(^(86)Sr) ratio, and a higher δ^(18)O value. Four third-order depositional sequences separated by five sequence boundaries are determined. Coarsening upward sequences of the Shan 2 Member–He 8 Member indicate a general regression trend, which can be correlated to global sea-level fall occurring during the Roadian–Wuchiapingian, as also evidenced by previous published zircon U–Pb results. The coal-bearing sequence(Shanxi Formation) to non-coal-bearing sequence(He 8 Member), as well as a decrease of ^(87)Sr?(^(86)Sr), suggest a trend from humid to arid climates. | 10 | Effect of Lixujieyu recipe in combination with Five Elements music therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effects of the Lixujieyu recipe combined with Five Elements music therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) identified as the symptom patterns of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.METHODS: Patients with CFS were randomly divided into treatment group 1(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Gong-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 2(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Jiao-Tune, n = 15);treatment group 3(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Yu-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 4(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Shang-Tune, n = 15); treatment group 5(Lixujieyu recipe combined with Zhi-Tune,n = 15); and the control group(Lixujieyu recipe alone, n = 15). Chinese medicine was given twice daily, and music was listened to for 45 minutes daily, 5 days a week. All patients were treated for4 weeks. | 12 | Low temperature surface oxygen activation in crystalline MnO_(2) triggered by lattice confined Pd single atoms显示文摘Tuning the coordination environment is the research axis of single atom catalysts (SACs). SACs are commonly stabilized by various defects from support. Here, we report a lattice confined Pd SAC using MnO_(2) as support. Compared with the Pd clusters anchored on the surface, the lattice confined Pd single atoms allows spontaneous exaction of surrounding lattice oxygen at room temperature when employed in CO oxidation. The MnO_(2) supported Pd SAC exhibited a high turnover frequency of 0.203 s^(−1) at low reaction temperature, which is higher than that of recently reported Pd SACs. Theoretical calculations also confirmed the confined monatomic Pd activate lattice oxygen with an ultralow energy barrier. | 15 | Rational construction of self-assembly azobenzene derivative monolayers with photoswitchable surface properties显示文摘Photo-responsive azobenzene(ABZ) derivatives with different end groups(R) as photoswitchable molecules were employed to construct self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) on silicon substrate by using3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(GPTS) as the bridging molecules. The assembly process was optimized by changing various parameters, including the type and concentration of ABZ derivatives,reaction time, etc. The obtained SAMs were fully characterized and evaluated using UV spectroscopy,atomic force microscope(AFM), elllipsometer, static contact angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). It is found that the end group property of azobenzene derivatives is critical to the obtained SAMs' photoresponsive properties.
