| 1 | Simulating Mechanism of Interaction Between Ports and Cities Based on System Dynamics: A Case of Dalian, China显示文摘Port-city system is a complex and integral system, and it can be simulated by system dynamic method, which is used to be employed to solve nonlinear problems. Based on the causality of the every element in the port-city system, the authors analyzed the feedback relation and logical relation among the system variables and system structure. A system-dynamic flow chart and correlation equations were put forward with VENSIM software, the quantitative relation was described, and the model was debugged. The development trend of the main influence factors in port-city system was simulated. By changing the parameters values of variables in the model, we studied the influence degree of each related factor. It is found that: 1) Foreign trade throughput of port play an important role in the development of export-oriented economy. 2) The development of primary industry and secondary industry affects most of the water transportation demand. With the constant increase of tertiary industry proportion in the industrial structure, the demand of national economy for water transportation decreases gradually. 3) Water transportation presents a kind of oversupply development situation, so port construction should properly slow down. 4) With the development of ports, its direct and indirect contribution to urban economy has been continuously increasing, but contribution rate will be continuously decreasing. | LUAN Weixin CHEN Hang WANG Yuewei | 2010 | Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,5: | 8 |

| 3 | Prognostic value of pre-and post-transplantation 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography results in non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients receiving autologous stem cell transplantation显示文摘Objective: High-dose chemotherapy(HDC) followed by autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT) is the standard of care in the upfront or relapsed/refractory setting in some patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).However,a proportion of patients do not respond to ASCT.^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG) positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT) has been widely used for staging,response evaluation,and prognosis prediction.Here,we investigated the prognostic role of PET/CT in NHL patients before and after ASCT.Methods: A retrospective study was conducted at Peking University Cancer Hospital.All NHL patients who underwent ASCT between March 2010 and July 2016 were identified.Patients who had PET/CT scan before and after ASCT were included.Deauville criteria(5-point scale) were used to interpret PET scans.Univariate and multivariate survival analyses were performed using Cox regression.The predictive value of PET scanning was estimated by comparing the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve.Results: In total,79 patients were enrolled in this study.In univariate analysis,pre-and post-ASCT PET result was identified as prognostic factors for 3-year progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS).Patients with negative pre-ASCT PET result demonstrated significantly better PFS(84.2% vs.54.2%) and OS(89.2% vs.63.6%) than patients with positive pre-ASCT PET result.PFS(91.6% vs.25.3%) and OS(96.5% vs.36.8%) were also significantly different between patients with negative and positive post-ASCT PET result.Multivariate analysis also showed a significant association between survival and post-ASCT PET result.ROC analysis revealed that the predictive value of post-ASCT PET result was superior to that of pre-ASCT PET result alone.Combined pre-and post-ASCT PET result is better for predicting outcomes in patients with NHL receiving transplantation.Deauville criteria score >3 was identified as the best cutoff value for post-ASCT PET.Conclusions: Post-ASCT PET result was more important than pre-ASCT PET result in predicting outcomes for NHL patients who underwent ASCT.The prognostic significance can be improved when combining preASCT PET result with post-ASCT PET result.Deauville criteria can be used for interpreting PET scans in this scenario. | Zhitao Ying Lan Mi Xuejuan Wang Yuewei Zhang Zhi Yang Yuqin Song Xiaopei Wang WenZheng Ningjing Lin Meifeng Tu Yan Xie Lingyan Ping Chen Zhang Weiping Liu LijuanDeng Jun Zhu | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 3 |
| 4 | Neutron halo state of ^(13)C显示文摘Angular distributions for the 12C(d, p)13C transfer reactions have been measured at Ed = 11.8 MeV, and compared with those of the DWBA calculations. By means of this comparison, density distributions of the last neutron in the ground state and the first 1/2+ state of 13C are extracted. The properties of these states in 13C have also been studied in the framework of the nonlinear relativistic mean-field theory with NL-SH parameters. | 5 | Nutritional properties of Europen eel(Anguilla anguilla)bone peptide-calcium and its apoptosis effect on Caco-2 cells显示文摘The present study aimed at making a rational usage for European eel bone by-products by preparing Europen eel bone peptide chelated calcium(EBPC-Ca).Nutritional properties and bioactivity of EBPC-Ca were evaluated.Results showed that nutritional properties of calcium ions will cause intra-and inter-molecular folding and aggregation of peptide to uniformly form EBPC-Ca chelate.The chelated compound of EBPC and calcium ion triggered a strong apoptosis in heterogeneous human epithelial colorectal adenocarcinoma(Caco-2)in concentration-and time-dependent manners.Western blot analysis revealed that the EBPC-Ca induced apoptosis may be the result of a blocked autophagy flux through mitochondrial-dependent pathway.Additionally,the increase in FGF-23 protein expression inhibited the absorption of calcium ions and alleviated cell apoptosis.It was also found that the cell apoptosis occurs with significant increases in the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and Ca^(2+)in the cells,indicating the anti-tumor potential of EBPC-Ca may involve multiple channels. | Hui Teng Yuewei Qian Xiaoyun Fan Hui Cao Yuting Tian Lei Chen | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,6: | 3 |

| 8 | A bZIP transcription factor GhVIP1 increased drought tolerance in upland cotton显示文摘Background Cotton is extremely affected by severe natural stresses.Drought is one of the most serious abiotic stress that adversely influences cotton growth,productivity,and fiber quality.Previous studies indicate that basic leucinezipper(bZIP)transcription factors are involved in the response of plants to various stresses.However,the molecular function and regulatory mechanism of GhVIP1 in response to drought stress are still unknown.Results In this research,GhVIP1 was cloned from a drought-tolerant variety.Expression of GhVIP1 was up-regulated in response to multiple abiotic stresses,especially under drought stress.And GhVIP1 was highly expressed in the root,stem,and 10 days post-anthesis ovule.Inhibiting the expression of GhVIP1 in cotton using the virus-induced gene silencing method resulted in higher electrical conductivity in leaves,but lower water content under drought stress compared with the WT plant.Overexpression of GhVIP1 in Arabidopsis enhanced plant drought tolerance through increasing the seed germination rate and improving the development of root.The exogenous expression of GhVIP1 up-regulated the transcription of genes associated with drought response and proline biosynthesis during drought stress in Arabidopsis.Conclusion In summary,these results indicated that GhVIP1 played a positive role in plants’response to drought stress.The use of GhVIP1 via modern biotechnology might facilitate the improvement of drought tolerance in cotton cultivars. | ZHAO Pei XU Yuewei CHEN Wei SANG Xiaohui ZHAO Yunlei WANG Hongmei | 2023 | Journal of Cotton Research2023,6,2: | 1 |

| 12 | Luminescent gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes enable efficient multicolor electroluminescence显示文摘The control of excited states and related emissive properties of gold(Ⅲ)complexes mainly depends on the modulation of intramolecular electronic interactions among gold(Ⅲ)metal center,chelating ligands and/or peripheral groups.However,luminescent gold(Ⅲ)systems based on intermolecular electronic interactions have never been explored.Here we report a series of proof-of-concept gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes using a simple gold(Ⅲ)complex,AuDPPy,as an electron acceptor.The emissive properties of gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes can be regulated by combining AuDPPy with different donors.Inspiringly,these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes have donor-dependent emission mechanisms:dominant phosphorescence or dual radiative channels of thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)and phosphorescence.Consequently,these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes deliver green-to-red electroluminescence with external quantum efficiencies(EQEs)of up to 10.1%.More importantly,using these gold(Ⅲ)exciplexes to host multi-resonance TADF emitters results in narrowband yellow,orange,and deep-red electroluminescence with high EQEs of 23.5%,24.4%,and 27.4%,respectively,competitive to the highest values for gold(Ⅲ)OLEDs in similar color gamut. | Lisi Zhan Tianhao Chen Cheng Zhong Xiaosong Cao Yuewei Zhang Yang Zou Zhengyang Bin Jingsong You Dongdong Zhang Lian Duan Chuluo Yang Shaolong Gong | 2023 | Science China Chemistry2023,66,11: | 0 |
