| 1 | The Heat Transfer Coefficients of the Heating Surface of 300 MWe CFB Boiler显示文摘A study of the heat transfer about the heating surface of three commercial 300 MWe CFB boilers was conducted in this work. The heat transfer coefficients of the platen heating surface, the external heat exchanger (EHE) and cyclone separator were calculated according to the relative operation data at different boiler loads. Moreover, the heat transfer coefficient of the waterwall was calculated by heat balance of the hot circuit of the CFB boiler. With the boiler capacity increasing, the heat transfer coefficients of these heating surface increases, and the heat transfer coefficient of the water wall is higher than that of the platen heating surface. The heat transfer coefficient of the EHE is the highest in high boiler load, the heat transfer coefficient of the cyclone separator is the lowest. Because the fired coal is different from the design coal in No.1 boiler, the ash content of the fired coal is much lower than that of the design coal. | 3 | Phosphorylation of PHF2 by AMPK releases the repressive H3K9me2 and inhibits cancer metastasis显示文摘Epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays a crucial role in cancer metastasis, accompanied with vast epigenetic changes.AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), a cellular energy sensor, plays regulatory roles in multiple biological processes. Although afew studies have shed light on AMPK regulating cancer metastasis, the inside epigenetic mechanisms remain unknown. Herein weshow that AMPK activation by metformin relieves the repressive H3K9me2-mediated silencing of epithelial genes (e.g., CDH1)during EMT processes and inhibits lung cancer metastasis. PHF2, a H3K9me2 demethylase, was identified to interact with AMPKα2.Genetic deletion of PHF2 aggravates lung cancer metastasis and abolishes the H3K9me2 downregulation and anti-metastasis effectof metformin. Mechanistically, AMPK phosphorylates PHF2 at S655 site, enhancing PHF2 demethylation activity and triggering thetranscription of CDH1. Furthermore, the PHF2-S655E mutant that mimics AMPK-mediated phosphorylation status further reducesH3K9me2 and suppresses lung cancer metastasis, while PHF2-S655A mutant presents opposite phenotype and reverses the antimetastasiseffect of metformin. PHF2-S655 phosphorylation strikingly reduces in lung cancer patients and the higherphosphorylation level predicts better survival. | 9 | Neurobiological mechanisms and related clinical treatment of addiction: a review显示文摘Drug addiction or substance use disorder(SUD),has been conceptualized as a three-stage(i.e.binge/intoxication,withdrawal/negative affect,and preoccupation/anticipation/craving)recurring cycle that involves complex changes in neuroplasticity,reward,motivation,desire,stress,memory,and cognitive control,and other related brain regions and brain circuits.Neuroimaging approaches,including magnetic resonance imaging,have been key to mapping neurobiological changes correlated to complex brain regions of SUD.In this review,we highlight the neurobiological mechanisms of these three stages of addiction.The abnormal activity of the ventral tegmental,nucleus accumbens,and caudate nucleus in the binge/intoxication stage involve the reward circuit of the midbrain limbic system.The changes in the orbitofrontal cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and hypothalamus emotional system in the withdrawal/negative affect stage involve increases in negative emotional states,dysphoric-like effects,and stress-like responses.The dysregulation of the insula and prefrontal lobes is associated with craving in the anticipation stage.Then,we review the present treatments of SUD based on these neuroimaging findings.Finally,we conclude that SUD is a chronically relapsing disorder with complex neurobiological mechanisms and multimodal stages,of which the craving stage with high relapse rate may be the key element in treatment efficacy of SUD.Precise interventions targeting different stages of SUD and characteristics of individuals might serve as a potential therapeutic strategy for SUD. | Yehong Fang Yunkai Sun Yi Liu Tieqiao Liu Wei Hao Yanhui Liao | 2022 | Psychoradiology2022,2,4: | 1 |

| 16 | Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in benthos of the northern Bering Sea Shelf and Chukchi Sea Shelf显示文摘Eighteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)were detected in benthos collected onboard the‘Snow Dragon’in the Northern Bering Sea Shelf and Chukchi Sea Shelf during the 6 th Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition(CHINARE 2014).18 PAHs for all biota samples ranged from 34.2 to 128.1 ng/g dry weight(dw),with the highest concentration observed in fish muscle(Boreogadus saida)samples close to St.Lawrence Island.The PAH composition pattern was dominated by the presence of lighter 3 ring(57%)and 2 ring(28%)PAHs,indicating oil-related or petrogenic sources as important origins of PAH contamination.Concentrations of alkyl-PAHs(1-methylnaphthalene and 2-methylnaphthalene)were lower than their parent PAH(naphthalene)in all biological tissue,and their percentage also decreased significantly(p<0.05)compared with those in the corresponding sediment.There were no significant relationships between PAH concentrations and trophic levels,which is possibly due to the combined results of the complex benthic foodweb in the subarctic/Arctic shelf region,as well as a low assimilation/effective metabolism for PAHs.According to toxic potency evaluation results from TCDD toxic equivalents(TEQs)and Ba P-equivalent(Ba PE)values,whelk(Neptunea heros)and starfish(Ctenodiscus crispatus)are two macroinvertebrate species showing relatively higher dioxin-like toxicity and carcinogenic risk. | Yuxin Ma Yurong Sun Yunkai Li Hongyuan Zheng Wenying Mi | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,11: | 0 |
