1Characteristics of fecal microbiota in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease patients显示文摘This study was designed to investigate the gut microbiota of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The inclusive and exclusive criteria for NAFLD patients and healthy subjects were formulated, and detailed clinical data were collected. The genomic DNA of stool samples were extracted for 16 S r DNA sequencing, and the amplified V4-region was sequenced on the Illumina Miseq platform. Metastats analysis was performed to identify the differential taxa between the groups. Redundancy analysis was used to evaluate the association between gut microbial structure and clinical variables. Thirty NAFLD patients and37 healthy controls were involved. The 16 S r DNA sequencing showed that there was a dramatic variability of the fecal microbiota among all the individuals. Metastats analysis identified eight families and 12 genera with significant differences between the two groups. When some clinical parameters, such as waist-to-hip ratio(WHR) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR), were enrolled in Redundancy analysis, the distribution of the two group of samples was obviously changed. The compositional shifts in fecal bacterial communities of NAFLD patients from the healthy controls were mainly at family or genus levels. 2Host–guest materials with room temperature phosphorescence:Tunable emission color and thermal printing patterns显示文摘The research of purely organic materials with long afterglow has drawn more and more attention,especially for those with stimulus‐response characteristic.So far,this kind of material is really very scarce and their performance is not good enough.In this study,we successfully developed an efficient heatingresponsive room‐temperature phosphorescence material with phosphorescence efficiency and lifetime up to 13.4%and 2.08 s through the simple host–guest doping strategy.Further on,by introducing the additional energy acceptor of fluorescein with concentration‐dependent emission to construct ternary doping systems,the afterglow color was extended from blue to yellow.Accordingly,the multicolor thermal printings have been easily realized,showing the great practical application prospects.Yunsheng Wang Jie Yang Yanxiang Gong Manman Fang Zhen Li Ben Zhong Tang 2020SmartMat2020,1,1:8

4Slope Seismic Response Monitoring on the Aftershocks of the Wenchuan Earthquake in the Mianzhu Section显示文摘Previous investigations have shown that the seismic response of slopes during the Wenchuan earthquake was highly variable.The present study tries to give an answer to the question:Which are the main factors affecting the seismic response degree of slopes? With the support of the China Geological Survey Bureau,we set 3 monitoring sections in Jiulong slope,Mianzhu city,China with the aim to record the site response of the slope during the aftershocks of the Wenchuan earthquake.After the Wenchuan earthquake,which happened on 12 May 2008,30 aftershocks have been recorded in these monitoring points.We analyzed 11 records,with magnitudes ranging from ML = 4.6 to ML = 3.1.The amplification factors of the horizontal compound PGA and 3D compound PGA have been determined for the 3 points at different elevations on the slope.Results showed that the dynamic response of the slope on the earthquake was controlled by factors such as topography and the thickness of the Quaternary overburden.WANG Yunsheng LUO Yonghong WANG Fuhai WANG Dong MA Xiao LI Shun DENG Xi 2012Journal of Mountain Science2012,9,4:6
5Comparison of Two Air Pollution Episodes over Northeast China in Winter 2016/17 Using Ground-Based Lidar显示文摘This study analyzes and compares aerosol properties and meteorological conditions during two air pollution episodes in 19–22(E1) and 25–26(E2) December 2016 in Northeast China. The visibility, particulate matter(PM) mass concentration, and surface meteorological observations were examined, together with the planetary boundary layer(PBL) properties and vertical profiles of aerosol extinction coefficient and volume depolarization ratio that were measured by a ground-based lidar in Shenyang of Liaoning Province, China during December 2016–January 2017.Results suggest that the low PBL height led to poor pollution dilution in E1, while the high PBL accompanied by low visibility in E2 might have been due to cross-regional and vertical air transmission. The PM mass concentration decreased as the PBL height increased in E1 while these two variables were positively correlated in E2. The enhanced winds in E2 diffused the pollutants and contributed largely to the aerosol transport. Strong temperature inversion in E1 resulted in increased PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations, and the winds in E2 favoured the southwesterly transport of aerosols from the North China Plain into the region surrounding Shenyang. The large extinction coefficient was partially attributed to the local pollution under the low PBL with high ground-surface PM mass concentrations in E1,whereas the cross-regional transport of aerosols within a high PBL and the low PM mass concentration near the ground in E2 were associated with severe aerosol extinction at high altitudes. 6Study on Catalytic Alkylation of Benzene with Methanol over ZSM-22 and ZSM-35显示文摘The ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 zeolites were synthesized via the hydrothermal crystallization method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, N_2 adsorption-desorption, NH_3-TPD, TPO, TG, and Raman spectrometry, and the results showed that ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 possessed similar microporous volume and acidity. In the alkylation of benzene with methanol, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 showed different coke location, coking rate and graphitizing degree. Compared with the industrial ZSM-5, ZSM-22 and ZSM-35 both showed higher selectivity of toluene and xylene(93.63% and 96.50%,respectively) during the alkylation of benzene with methanol, and the selectivity of para-xylene in xylene isomers was51.96% and 41.45%, respectively. 8Seismic hazard assessment of the Three Gorges Project显示文摘Seismic monitoring data for the past 50 years in the Three Gorges Reservoir area show that the reservoir head area is a typical weak seismic region with low seismicity before impoundment and that the epicenters were concentrated in the east and west sides of the Zigui Basin,most of which were natural tectonic earthquakes.After impoundment,the seismic activity shifted to the segment between Badong and Zigui along the Yangtze River,mainly within 5 km of the reservoir bank.The seismogenesis was categorized into four types:Karst collapse earthquakes,earthquakes caused by Karst gas explosion,mining tunnel collapse earthquakes,and rock (terrane) slip earthquakes,all of which are related to the lithology,structure,and tectonics of near-surface geological bodies of the area.Compared with the seismicity before impoundment,the seismic frequency increase was remarkable,with most of the magnitudes below Ms2.0.Therefore,the intensity of the earthquakes remained at a low level.On November 22,2008,a magnitude 4.1 earthquake,the largest earthquake recorded since impoundment,occurred in Quyuan Town,Zigui County.The intensity and PGA of reservoir-induced earthquakes are higher than those of tectonic earthquakes with equal magnitude,but the peak intensity of reservoir-induced earthquakes is not likely to go beyond that of the estimated range from earlier studies.Yao Yunsheng Wang Qiuliang Li Jinggang Shen Xueling Kong Yuyang 2013Geodesy and Geodynamics2013,4,2:4
9Infrared Spectroscopy Study of Structural Nature of Geopolymeric Products显示文摘The bonding status and chemical environment of SiO 4 and AlO 4 tetrahedras of three types of geopolymeric products were systematically investigated by infrared spectroscopy.The relationship between amorphous geopolymeric products and zeolite crystals with the same overall chemical compositions was also discussed.The infrared evidence shows that SiO 4 tetrahedra is partially bonded by AlO 4 during the hydration process of geopolymeric cement.The two types of tetrahedras jointly construct the three dimensional framework structures of the geopolymeric products.The mutual transformation between geopolymeric products and corresponding zeolite crystals will take place once the reaction condition is suitable,which reveals that the nature of geopolymeric products are probably the amorphous equivalent of the corresponding zeolite crystals.ZHANG Yunsheng SUN Wei LI Zongjin 2008Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,4:4
10Acupuncture for cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury Does it reduce the inflammatory reaction?显示文摘BACKGROUND:Nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in brain tissue can participate in inflammatory reactions after cerebral ischemia.Acupuncture treatment for acute cerebral ischemia produces abnormal protein expression.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of acupuncture on NF-κB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING:Randomized, controlled, animal experiments were performed at the Laboratory of Department of Neurosurgery, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China between December 2008 and October 2009.MATERIALS:Rabbit anti-NF-κB polyclonal antibody, rabbit anti-ICAM-1 polyclonal antibody, and rabbit anti-VCAM-1 polyclonal antibody were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA.METHODS:A total of 46 healthy, Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to sham surgery (n=10), model (n=12), acupuncture pretreatment (n=12), and acupuncture intervention (n=12) groups.Models of middle cerebral artery occlusion were established by right common carotid artery ligation.In the acupuncture pretreatment group, rats received acupuncture for 3 consecutive days, and then models were established.In the acupuncture intervention group, rats received acupuncture for 3 consecutive days at Waiguan (SJ 5), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and Dazhui (DU 14) acupoints following model establishment.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Somatosensory asymmetry and forelimb use asymmetry were tested, as well as NF-κB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex at 4, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.RESULTS:Acupuncture improved neurological function and significantly decreased NF-κB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Acupuncture can improve neurological function, potentially via inhibition of NF-κB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.Zhenyan Li Guangwei Zhong Sujuan Huang Yunsheng Liu Sue Wang Wei Li 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,14:4
11Theory, technology and prospects of conventional and unconventional natural gas显示文摘The development of natural gas in China has entered a golden and leap-forward stage, which is a necessary bridge to clean energy. This in-depth study on the status quo, theory, technology and prospect of natural gas development shows:(1) The global remaining proven recoverable reserves of natural gas are 186×1012 m3, and the reserves-production ratio is 52.4, indicating a solid resource base for long-term and rapid development.(2) Ten formation and distribution laws of conventional and unconventional natural gas reservoirs have been proposed. In terms of exploration geology, the theory of conventional 'monolithic' giant gas fields with different gas sources, and an unconventional gas accumulation theory with continuous distribution of 'sweet areas' in different lithologic reservoirs have been established; in terms of development geology, a development theory of conventional structural gas reservoirs is oriented to 'controlling water intrusion', while a development theory of unconventional gas is concentrated on man-made gas reservoirs.(3) With the geological resources(excluding hydrates) of 210×1012 m3 and the total proven rate of the resources less than 2% at present, the natural gas in China will see a constant increase in reserve and production; by 2030, the proven geological reserves of natural gas are expected to reach about(6 000-7 000)×108 m3, the production of conventional and unconventional natural gas each will reach about 1 000×108 m3, and the gas consumption will reach 5 500×108 m3. 12Geometric-constrained multi-view image matching method based on semi-global optimization显示文摘Targeting at a reliable image matching of multiple remote sensing images for the generation of digital surface models,this paper presents a geometric-constrained multi-view image matching method,based on an energy minimization framework.By employing a geometrical constraint,the cost value of the energy function was calculated from multiple images,and the cost value was aggregated in an image space using a semi-global optimization approach.A homography transform parameter calculation method is proposed for fast calculation of projection pixel on each image when calculation cost values.It is based on the known interior orientation parameters,exterior orientation parameters,and a given elevation value.For an efficient and reliable processing of multiple remote sensing images,the proposed matching method was performed via a coarse-to-fine strategy through image pyramid.Three sets of airborne remote sensing images were used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.Results reveal that the multi-view image matching can improve matching reliability.Moreover,the experimental results show that the proposed method performs better than traditional methods.Wenhao Zhao Li Yan Yunsheng Zhang 2018Geo-Spatial Information Science2018,21,2:3

14High surface area, high catalytic activity titanium dioxide aerogels prepared by solvothermal crystallization显示文摘Titanium dioxide has been considered to be one of the most effective and environmental friendly photocatalytic material.It has been widely used in photocatalytic degradation of various pollutants.As we known,an anatase crystal form typically obtained by high temperature heat treatment(>600℃),usually shows higher catalytic activity.In order to further improve the catalytic efficiency,we prepared TiO2 with a non-supercritical drying method to form a high specific surface area aerogel structure,along with an increased active contact site.However,with the inevitable of internal pores collapse in the process of high temperature crystallization,a large amount of porous structure and specific surface area is reduced.Here,to enhance the photocatalytic activity of titania,we propose a synergistic strategy to fabricate a porous titania structure with a high specific surface area.It was crystallized at a lower temperature(120℃) in a low-boiling solvent(ethanol,acetone,etc.).The lattice structure was identified by X-ray diffractometry;specific surface area(over 300 m2/g) of our sample was also measured through BET test;in the subsequent photocatalytic degradation test,the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of fabricated TiO2 is proved to be more excellent than P25 powder.By a freeze-drying/mild crystallization method,a high-specific surface area and high catalytic activity TiO2 aerogel was synthetized.This study provides some insights in the combining of crystallization and high specific surface area of titanium dioxide photocatalysis.Xian Yue Junhui Xiang Junyong Chen Huaxin Li Yunsheng Qiu Xianbo Yu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12:2
15The initial attempt to reveal the emission processes of both mechanoluminescence and room temperature phosphorescence with the aid of circular dichroism in solid state显示文摘A phenothiazine derivative PtzChol containing non-conjugated chiral cholesterol group was designed and synthesized. 16RGD-FasL Induces Apoptosis of Pituitary Adenoma Cells显示文摘This study was to investigate the cytotoxic effects on pituitary adenoma cell lines GH3/MMQ/AtT20 induced by RGD-FasL and the underlying mechanism. Fas/DcR3 mRNAs were detected by RT-PCR and their surface expressions were measured by flow cytometry. Cytotoxicity exerted by RGD-FasL on tumor cells was measured with MTT assay and the induced apoptosis was determined by agarose gel electrophoresis. The cell cycle and apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometry with PI staining. The expressions of caspase8/9/3,Bcl-2,RANKL and JNK2 were detected by Western blotting. Approximately 13.7% of GH3 cells,25.5% of MMQ cells,22.2% of AtT20 cells express Fas,while 23.9% of GH3 cells,24.1% of MMQ cells,4.6% of AtT20 cells express DcR3. The cytotoxic effects of FasL/RGD-FasL on tumor cells were all taken in a dose-dependent manner. Cell lines MMQ/AtT20 showed the same sensitivity to RGD-FasL as to FasL,while cell line GH3 was less sensitive to RGD-FasL. The cell cycle analysis indicated that RGD-FasL could inhibit cells in G0/G1 phase and G2/M phase. In MMQ and AtT20 cells treated with RGD-FasL,the AI was not significantly different from that treated with FasL,while in GH3 cells treated with RGD-FasL,the AI was lower than that treated with FasL. The expressions of caspase-8/9/3,RANKL and JNK2 were increased while that of Bcl-2 was decreased after treatment with RGD-FasL,suggesting that RGD-FasL induces apoptosis through caspase activation. 17Baseline correction for near-fault ground motion recordings of the 2008 Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake显示文摘In this study,both records of a digital accelerometer and a seismograph at a far-field station for the 2008 Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed,and a pulsive noise model for acceleration record was found.By comparing with the result of a rotary-table tilt test,we concluded that the noises in the acceleration records were caused by ground tilt as a result of rotational ground motion.We analyzed the key noises that may cause baseline offset,and proposed a baseline-correction scheme for preserving the long-period ground motion in accordance with specific pulse positions.We then applied this correction method to some near-field strong-motion acceleration records.The result shows that this method can obtain near-field ground displacements,including permanent displacements,in agreement with GPS data,and that this method is more stable than other methods.Li Heng Wu Jianchao Yao Yunsheng Qin Xiaojun 2012Geodesy and Geodynamics2012,3,2:2

19Research and application of multi-angle polarization characteristics of water body mirror reflection显示文摘On the basis of the multi-angle polarized reflection spectrum of the water samples,the water body mirror reflection polarization characteristics and mechanism are described systematically. By altering such influential factors as the angle of incidence,detecting angle,detecting azimuth angle and polari-zation angle,ubiquitous laws for the multi-angle polarized reflection spectrum of the water samples are obtained. Combining multi-angle remote sensing with polarized light,the multi-angle polarized reflec-tion method about eliminating the water body mirror reflection and the suitable time of the polarized remote sensing of the water body are proposed. 20Wide range temperature detection with hybrid nanoparticles traced by surface-enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘We report on the fabrication of a class of surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)active thermometers,which consists of60 nm gold nanoparticles,encoded with Raman-active dyes,and a layer of thermoresponsive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)brush with different chain lengths.These SERS-active nanoparticles can be optimized to maintain spectrally silent when staying as single particles in dispersion.Increasing temperature in a wide range from 25 to 55°C can reversibly induce the interparticle self-aggregation and turn on the SERS fingerprint signals with up to 58-fold of enhancement by taking advantage of the interparticle plasmonic coupling generated in the process of thermo-induced nanoparticles self-aggregation.Moreover,the most significative point is that these SERS probes could maintain their response to temperature and present all fingerprint signals in the presence of a colored complex.However,the UV-Vis spectra can distinguish the differences faintly and the solution color shows little change in such complex mixture.This proof-of-concept and Raman technique applied here allow for dynamic SERS platform for onsite temperature detection in a wide temperature range and offer unique advantages over other detection schemes.YIN Jun HE YaGuang LI Wei WU ZongQuan DING YunSheng 2014Science China Chemistry2014,57,3:2
