| 4 | Tracing of dye molecules in living plants through NaGdF_4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+)fluorescent nanoprobes显示文摘In this paper, we demonstrated trace of dye molecules in living plants. The NaGdF4:Yb^(3+),Er^(3+) nanoparticles probe was used to detect the rhodamine B(RhB) in bean sprout. It is found that the fluorescencedye can be efficiently imbibed during the growing process and the absorbance presented a position dependence effect, which was supported by the upconversion spectra and the fluorescent image characterization. In addition, the concentration of the residual RhB in bean sprout can be efficiently traced by the synthesized probe based on the fluorescent resonant energy transfer. Finally, the relation between the excitation power, concentration and the ratio of yellow to green emission are discussed in detail. | 5 | Target serum concentration of vancomycin may be reached earlier with a loading dose显示文摘Background:Vancomycin treatment failure against vancomycin-susceptible gram-positive cocci is not rare in the intensive care unit(ICU).One of the reasons for this is the substandard drug trough concentration.We aimed to examine the hypothesis that the target serum concentration could be reached earlier with a loading dose of vancomycin.Methods:This retrospective cohort study was conducted at our ICU between June 2018 and June 2020 and involved patients who were suspected of having,or confirmed to have,gram-positive cocci infection and treated with vancomycin.One group of the patients was administered a loading dose of vancomycin(loading group)and compared with the group that did not receive a loading dose(control group).The baseline characteristics,vancomycin serum concentrations,and clinical outcomes were collected and analyzed.Results:Fifty-five patients were finally included,of which 29 received a loading dose of vancomycin.The serum concentration of vancomycin before the second dose was significantly higher for the loading group than for the control group(10.3±6.1 mg/Lvs.5.7±4.4 mg/L,P=0.002).The results for both groups were similar before the fifth dose(12.4±7.3 mg/Lvs.10.3±6.3 mg/L in the loading and the control groups,respectively;P=0.251).The 28-day mortality was lower for the loading group than for the control group(6.7%vs.34.6%in the loading and control groups,respectively;P=0.026).No significant differences were observed in serum creatinine(Cr)concentrations of the two groups.Conclusion:With the loading dose of vancomycin,the target serum concentration of vancomycin may be reached earlier without increasing the risk of acute kidney injury. | Yanxia Huang Le He Yunxin Deng Renjing Zhang Mei Meng Jiao Liu Dechang Chen | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Molecular motions and conformational transition between different conformational states of HIV-1 gp120 envelope glycoprotein显示文摘The HIV-1 gp120 exterior envelope glycoprotein undergoes a series of conformational rearrangements while sequentially interacting with the receptor CD4 and coreceptor CCR5 or CXCR4 on the surface of host cells to initiate virus entry. Both the crystal structures of the HIV-1 gp120 core bound by the CD4 and antigen 17b and the SIV gp120 core pre-bound by CD4 are known. Despite the wealth of knowledge on these static snapshots of molecular conformations,the details of molecular motions involved in conformational transition that are crucial to intervention remain elusive. We presented comprehensive comparative analyses of the dynamics behaviors of the gp120 in its CD4-complexed,CD4-free and CD4-unliganded states based on the homology models with modeled V3 and V4 loops by means of CONCOORD computer simulation to generate ensembles of feasible protein structures that were sub-sequently analysed by essential dynamics analyses to identify preferred concerted motions. The re-vealed collective fluctuations are dominated by complex modes of combinational motions of the rota-tion/twisting,flexing/closure,and shortness/elongation between or within the inner,outer,and bridg-ing-sheet domains,and these modes are related to the CD4 association and HIV neutralization avoid-ance. Further essential subspace overlap analyses were performed to quantitatively distinguish the preference for conformational transitions between the three states,revealing that the unliganded gp120 has a greater potential to translate its conformation into the conformational state adopted by the CD4-complexed gp120 than by the CD4-free gp120,whereas the CD4-free gp120 has a greater potential to translate its conformation into the unliganded state than the CD4-complexed gp120 does. | 16 | 高寒草地土壤掩埋对凋落物分解速率的影响大于氮素富集显示文摘由于高寒草地退化、鼠害严重、大风频繁等原因,凋落物被频繁掩埋在土壤中。但凋落物的位置变化和氮富集对高寒草原凋落物分解速率和养分动态影响的认识尚不清楚。为了研究凋落物位置变化(地表、掩埋10 cm和悬空60 cm)和氮富集对高寒草原优势植物凋落物分解的影响,本研究依托2009年在新疆天山巴音布鲁克高寒草原设置的长期模拟氮沉降研究平台,以对照和氮富集处理样方的优势植物羊茅(Festuca ovina)和赖草(Leymus tianschanicus)凋落物为试验材料,测定分解过程中凋落物质量损失和碳氮磷含量的变化特征。研究结果表明,掩埋凋落物分解速率显著快于地表凋落物,悬空处理凋落物分解速率慢于地表凋落物。氮富集显著影响凋落物质量,进而影响凋落物分解。而凋落物质量残留在对照与氮富集土壤掩埋之间无显著差异。这些结果表明,氮富集通过凋落物质量而不是通过土壤环境因素,影响短期凋落物分解。不同处理的所有试验凋落物均有碳和磷的释放现象。对照处理的凋落物,凋落物氮以累积为主,而氮富集处理的凋落物,凋落物氮以释放为主。这表明凋落物分解可能受到氮元素限制,氮富集改变了凋落物分解调控的氮循环过程。本研究提供了直接证据,掩埋处理的凋落物有更快的质量损失和碳元素释放,土壤掩埋是旱地凋落物分解速率比模型预测的快的一个候选解释。 | Yuan Su Jiajia Le Xiaofei Ma Xiaolong Zhou Yunxin Zhang Yanming Gong Wenxuan Han Kaihui Li Xuejun Liu | 2021 | Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,6: | 0 |

| 18 | Optimizing field management to promote the ecologicalization of agriculture in loess hilly-gully region,China显示文摘Scientific field management is an important path to realize ecological production and sustainable development of agriculture.As the main content of field management,nitrogen(N)management is the key to balance the economic and ecological benefits of agricultural production.In the loess hilly-gully region,for the fragile ecological and social system,ecologicalization of agricultural production is an important direction to promote sustainable agricultural development.However,irrational fertilization has been one of the main constraint factors,hindering the ecologicalization of local agriculture.In order to solve the problem and prove the practical significance of field management to ecologicalization of agriculture,this study aimed at evaluating the effects of different N fertilization rates and timing using Root Zone Water Quality Model(RZWQM)and then optimizing the N management.Experiments were conducted from 2018 to 2019 in Yangjuangou watershed,loess hilly-gully region,to calibrate and validate the model.The root mean square error(RMSE)of soil water content,nitrate N concentration,above-ground biomass,leaf area index ranged from 10.5-13.5 mm,2.96-3.80 mg·kg^(−1),730.3-1273.9 kg·ha^(−1)and 0.26-0.38,respectively,with the agreement index(d)between observed and simulated values ranging between 0.88 to 0.98.Simulation results showed that N leaching in semi-arid areas was also quite high due to concentrated rainfall and loose soil,which had previously been neglected.When the fertilization rate decreased by 35%(applying the chemical fertilizer at rate of 245.7 kg N ha^(−1))of typical fertilization(applying the chemical fertilizer at rate of 378.0 kg N ha^(−1)),the leaching and residual N decreased by 72.2%-75.4%and 35.6%-50.9%,respectively,while NUE increased by 41.5%-45.2%with no reduction in maize yield.Additionally,compared with applying additional N at seedling stage in one batch,applying at seedling and jointing stages in two batches further decreased N leaching and improved NUE.Thus,a 35%reduction of typical fertilization rate combined with applying additional N at seedling and jointing stages is recommended.From the perspective of N management,this study demonstrated optimizing field management can play a positive role in the ecologicalization of agriculture,and more field management measures should be explored. | HUANG Yunxin LI Yurui LIU Yansui | 2023 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2023,33,5: | 0 |
| 19 | The process and mechanisms of metamorphism and deformation of hornblende-An example from the Hengshan Mountains, Shanxi Province显示文摘Hornblende's plastic and superplastic deformation mechanisms were studied on the basis of some new information obtained from amphibolite samples in the Hengshan Mountains (Hengshan, Shanxi, China).For this purpose, the samples were measured and analyzed by optical microscope (OM), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) respectively.Because localized strong strain is more than 1000%, it is presumed that structural superplastic deformation was developed during the ductile shearing process.It is calculated that deformation occurred at 650-679℃ and 0.770-0.914 GPa, based on the study of plagioclase-hornblende geothermometry and geobarometry.TEM images show that new hornblende grains developed few dislocations and hornblende crystals exhibit straight grain boundaries.EBSD of strongly deformed hornblendes reveals a fabric dominated by a {100} <001> lattice preferred orientation (LPO), indicative of new grain recrystallization along the lineation direction (X axis).Thus superplastic deformation of hornblendes from the Hengshan Mountains was developed by mainly solid-state diffusive mass transfer and grain boundary sliding. | JI Mo HU Ling LIU JunLai SHEN Liang ZOU YunXin SONG HongLin MIAO PeiSen | 2012 | Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,12: | 0 |
