| 4 | LA-ICP-MS U–Pb geochronology of detrital zircons from the Zhaochigou Formation-complex in the Helan Mountain and its tectonic significance显示文摘This paper carries out studies about LA-ICPMS U–Pb dating and Hf isotopic compositional analysis for detrital zircons in two metasedimentary samples that were taken from the Zhaochigou Formation-complex in the Helan Mountain.The results show that the Zhaochigou Formation-complex formed*1.96 Ga,and it is a part of the Khondalite Series that is widespread in the North China Craton(NCC).The age spectrum of the detrital zircons indicates that the Zhaochigou Formation-complex shared the same provenance with the eastern edge of the Khondalite Series.Products of ancient magmatic activities within the Khondalite Belt may be the major source for the sedimentary materials that formed the Khondalite Series.Our age-dating results suggest that the Khondalite Series in the NCC may have experienced two stages of metamorphism,as the early stage occurred during 1.96–1.95 Ga,and the later stage occurred at about 1.87 Ga.The Hfisotopic data indicate that the Western Block of the NCC endured a stage of crustal growth at 2.5–2.3 Ga. | Liming Li Zuoxun Zeng Yanjun Lu Yunxu Wei Shimin Xiang Lili Pan | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,13: | 3 |
| 5 | Boron-doped Ketjenblack based high performances cathode for rechargeable Li–O2 batteries显示文摘Boron-doped Ketjenblack is attempted as cathode catalyst for non-aqueous rechargeable Li–O_2 batteries. The boron-doped Ketjenblack delivers an extremely high discharge capacity of 7193 m Ah/g at a current density of 0.1 m A/cm2, and the capacity is about 2.3 times as that of the pristine KB. When the batteries are cycled with different restricted capacity, the boron-doped Ketjenblack based cathodes exhibits higher discharge platform and longer cycle life than Ketjenblack based cathodes. Additionally, the boron-doped Ketjenblack also shows a superior electrocatalytic activity for oxygen reduction in 0.1 mol/L KOH aqueous solution. | 6 | Pencil-beam scanning catheter for intracoronary optical coherence tomography显示文摘Current gradient-index(GRIN)lens based proximal-driven intracoronary optical coherence tomography(ICOCT)probes consist of a spacer and a GRIN lens with large gradient constant.This design provides great flexibility to control beam profiles,but the spacer length should be well controlled to obtain desired beam profiles and thus it sets an obstacle in mass catheter fabrication.Besides,although GRIN lens with large gradient constant can provide tight focus spot,it has short depth of focus and fast-expanded beam which leads to poor lateral resolution for deep tissue.In this paper,a type of spacer-removed probe is demonstrated with a small gradient constant GRIN lens.This design simplifies the fabrica-tion process and is suitable for mass production.The output beam of the catheter is a narrow nearly collimated light beam,referred to as pencil beam here.The full width at half maximum beam size varies from 35.1μm to 75.3μm in air over 3-mm range.Probe design principles are elaborated with probe/catheter fabrication and performance test.The in vivo imaging of the catheter was verified by a clinical ICOCT system.Those results prove that this novel pencil-beam scanning catheter is potentially a good choice for ICOCT systems. | Jiqiang Kang Rui Zhu Yunxu Sun Jianan Li Kenneth K.Y.Wong | 2022 | Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,3: | 2 |
| 7 | Construction of recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid containing murine CD40 ligand gene and its expression in H22 cells显示文摘AIM: To construct a recombinant murine CD40 ligand (mCD40L) eukaryotic expression vector for gene therapy and target therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: mCD40L cDNA was synthesized by RT-PCR with the specific primers and directly cloned into T vector to generate middle recombinant. After digestion with restriction endonuclease, the target fragment was subcloned into the multi-clone sites of the eukaryotic vector. The constructed vector was verified by enzyme digestion and sequencing,and the product expressed was detected by RT-PCR and immunofluorescence methods.RESULTS: The full-length mCD40L-cDNA was successfully cloned into the eukaryotic vector through electrophoresis,and mCD40L gene was integrated into the genome of infected H22 cells by RT-PCR. Murine CD40L antigen molecule was observed in the plasma of mCD40L-H22 by indirect immuno-fluorescence staining.CONCLUSION: The recombined mCD40L eukaryotic expression vector can be expressed in H22 cell line.
