| 1 | Bile acids and sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2 in hepatic lipid metabolism显示文摘The liver is the central organ involved in lipid metabolism. Dyslipidemia and its related disorders, including non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD), obesity and other metabolic diseases, are of increasing public health concern due to their increasing prevalence in the population. Besides their well-characterized functions in cholesterol homoeostasis and nutrient absorption, bile acids are also important metabolic regulators and function as signaling hormones by activating specific nuclear receptors, G-protein coupled receptors, and multiple signaling pathways. Recent studies identified a new signaling pathway by which conjugated bile acids(CBA) activate the extracellular regulated protein kinases(ERK1/2) and protein kinase B(AKT) signaling pathway via sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 2(S1PR2). CBA-induced activation of S1PR2 is a key regulator of sphingosine kinase 2(Sph K2) andhepatic gene expression. | 4 | Energy-efficient power allocation for non-regenerative OFDM relay links显示文摘We consider a two-hop non-regenerative (amplify-and-forward) relay link with one source, one destination and one relay, in which orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is used. The power allocation (PA) to maximize the energy efficiency for the whole link is investigated under quality of service (Qos) require- ment and separate power constraints. An approximation method with low complexity is first proposed to convert the PA problem into a quasi-concave problem, which can obtain a tight lower bound in high SNR region. Furthermore, a more accurate approximation method with higher complexity is raised, which can approach the actual performance both in the low SNR and high SNR regions. We also introduce subcarrier pairing scheme to further enhance the energy efficiency for the link. | 6 | Energy-Efficient Resource Allocation for Small-Cell Networks:A Stable Queue Perspective显示文摘The small-cell technology is promising for spectral-efficiency enhancement. However, it usually requires a huge amount of energy consumption. In this paper, queue state information and channel state information are jointly utilized to minimize the time average of overall energy consumption for a multi-carrier small-cell network, where the inter-cell interference is an intractable problem. Based on the Lyapunov optimization theory, the problem could be solved by dynamically optimizing the problem of user assignment, carrier allocation and power allocation in each time slot. As the optimization problem is NP-hard, we propose a heuristic iteration algorithm to solve it. Numerical results verify that the heuristic algorithm offers an approximate performance as the brute-force algorithm. Moreover, it could bring down the overall energy consumption to different degrees according to the variation of traffic load. | 7 | Wireless channel feature extraction via GMM and CNN in the tomographic channel model显示文摘Wireless channel modeling has always been one of the most fundamental highlights of the wireless communication research.The performance of new advanced models and technologies heavily depends on the accuracy of the wireless CSI(Channel State Information).This study examined the randomness of the wireless channel parameters based on the characteristics of the radio propagation environment.The diversity of the statistical properties of wireless channel parameters inspired us to introduce the concept of the tomographic channel model.With this model,the static part of the CSI can be extracted from the huge amount of existing CSI data of previous measurements,which can be de ned as the wireless channel feature.In the proposed scheme for obtaining CSI with the tomographic channel model,the GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)is applied to acquire the distribution of the wireless channel parameters,and the CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)is applied to automatically distinguish di erent wireless channels.The wireless channel feature information can be stored oine to guide the design of pilot symbols and save pilot resources.The numerical results based on actual measurements demonstrated the clear diversity of the statistical properties of wireless channel parameters and that the proposed scheme can extract the wireless channel feature automatically with fewer pilot resources.Thus,computing and storage resources can be exchanged for the nite and precious spectrum resource. | Haihan Li Yunzhou Li Shidong Zhou Jing Wang | 2017 | Journal of Communications and Information Networks2017,2,1: | 6 |

However, pilot overhead to obtain CSI with enough precision is a significant issue for wireless communication networks with massive antennas and ultra-dense cell. This paper proposes a learning- based channel model, which can estimate, refine, and manage CSI for a synergetic transmission system. It decomposes the channel impulse response into multiple paths, and uses a learning-based algorithm to estimate paths' parameters without notable degradation caused by sparse pilots. | 14 | Common traditional Chinese medicine therapies for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome: An overview of systematic reviews显示文摘Objective: To critically evaluate and summarize the methodological quality of systematic reviews(SRs)and present objective and important outcomes on the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) therapies, including Chinese herbal medicine(CHM), acupuncture, and moxibustion, for diarrheapredominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods: We conducted a comprehensive literature search for SRs in 7 databases until April 16, 2022.Two reviewers independently extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of the reviews according to the Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR-2), the Risk of Bias in Systematic reviews(ROBIS) tool, and the Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis(PRISMA) statement. The Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE) was used to rate the quality of evidence.Results: IBS-D patients included in 12 reviews were diagnosed in accordance with the Rome criteria, 9 reviews focused on CHM, 2 articles observed moxibustion and heat-sensitive moxibustion, 1 article studied acupuncture and CHM. The outcomes of the SRs were the effectiveness rate, the total effectiveness rate,global symptom improvement, and adverse effects. Based on AMSTAR-2, which measures the quality of methodology, all of the included studies were of low or critically low quality. According to the ROBIS tool, 10 SRs(83.33%) had a high risk of bias. A random sleeping strategy is also introduced in macro base stations(MBS) as a possible method to reduce energy consumption. In this paper, an analytical model is proposed to investigate the energy efficiency of cellular networks with EH relays and sleep mode strategy. Numerical results confirm a significant energy efficiency gain of the proposed networks comparing to the cellular networks with non-EH relays and MBSs without sleep mode strategy. | 16 | Growth of large-area atomically thin MoS2 film via ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Atomically thin MoS2 films have attracted significant attention due to excellent electrical and optical properties.The development of device applications demands the production of large-area thin film which is still an obstacle.In this work we developed a facile method to directly grow large-area MoS2 thin film on Si O2 substrate via ambient pressure chemical vapor deposition method. The characterizations by spectroscopy and electron microscopy reveal that the as-grown MoS2 film is mainly bilayer and trilayer with high quality. Back-gate field-effect transistor based on such MoS2 thin film shows carrier mobility up to 3.4 cm2V-1s-1 and on/off ratio of 105.
