1Effects of Heating and Hot Extrusion Process on Microstructure and Properties of Inconel 625 Alloy显示文摘The effects of the heating process and hot extrusion on the microstructure and properties of inconel 625 alloy were studied. The experimental results showed that the properties of Inconel 625 alloy could be improved through the heating process and hot extrusion concomitant with a reduced corrosion rate. The M23C6 carbide, generated in the heating process, was retained and distributed at the grain boundary during the process of hot extrusion, which had an important influence on both elongation and corrosion resistance. The improvement of the comprehensive properties of the material, as measured by a tensile test at room temperature, was correlated with the dissolution of segregation Nb. A typical ductile fracture changed to a cleavage fracture where secondary cracks could be clearly seen. With the increase of the extrusion ratio, the real extrusion temperature was higher, which led to more dissolution of the M23C6 carbide, decreased the number of secondary cracks, enhanced the effect of solid solution strengthening, and reduced the intergranular corrosion rate. Under the condition of a high extrusion ratio and a high extrusion speed, the less extrusion time made it possible to obtain organization with a smaller average grain size. Moreover, in this case, the M23C6 carbide and segregated Nb did not have enough time to diffuse. 2Phase field simulation of dendrite growth under convection显示文摘The phase-field model coupled with a flow field was used to simulate the solidification of pure materials by the finite difference method.The effects of initial crystal radius,the space step and the interface thickness on the dendrite growth were studied.Results indicate that the grain grows into an equiaxial dendrite during free flow and into a typical branched structure under forced flow.The radius of an initial crystal can affect the growth of side-branches but not the stability of the dendrite s tip when an appropriate value is assigned to it.With an increase in space steps,side-branches appear at the upstream of the longitudinal principal branch and they grow rapidly.With an increase in the interface thickness,the trunk of the longitudinal upstream and lateral principal branches grow longer and become more slender while the number of secondary branches increases.Yutian DING Xun.fcng YUAN Tingbiao GUO Yong HU 2010Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2010,23,2:4
3Mechanisms of Rhenium on Wettability and Interactions Between Nickel-Base Superalloy Melt and Al2O3-Based Ceramic Material显示文摘A systematic study on the wettability and interactions between superalloy melts with various Re contents and Al2 O3-based ceramic moulds was presented in this paper.It was found that the increase of Re content inhibited the interfacial reactions to some extent.With regard to the 0,1.5 and 3 Re alloys,a double reaction layer containing Al2 O3 and HfO2 was formed at the interface,but the thickness of reaction layer decreased with the increase of Re content.However,only Al2 O3 phase was detected at the interface when the content of Re was 6 wt%,and the interface reaction was the weakest and the thickness of reaction layer was the thinnest.The wetting angle of the alloy/ceramic system increased as the level of Re increased.Moreover,the formation of viscous sand at the interface mainly depended on the change of wetting angle of the system.Yun Zi Jie Meng Chaowei Zhang Yizhou Zhou Yutian Ding 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,7:3

9Prediction of Primary Dendrite Arm Spacing in Pulsed Laser Surface Melted Single Crystal Superalloy显示文摘Primary dendritic arm spacing(PDAS)is an important microstructure feature of the nickel-base single crystal superalloys.In this paper,a numerical model predicting the PDAS evolution with additive manufacturing parameters using pulsed laser is established,which combines the theoretical PDAS models with the temperature field calculation model during pulsed laser process.Based on this model,processing maps that related process parameters to the evolution of PDAS are generated.To obtain more accurate prediction model,the parameters of different solidification conditions,G^(-0.5)V^(-0.25) and G^(-0.5)V^(-0.25),are selected to calculate PDAS.The simulation results show that the PDAS increases as the arise of P and t.The processmgPDAS map can accurately predict the evolution of PDAS with pulsed laser process parameters,which is well in accordance with the experimental results.Additionally,the PDAS values calculated by the G^(-0.5)V^(-0.25) are more in line with the experimental results than those calculated by the G^(-0.5)V^(-0.25).Shiwei Ci Jingjing Liang Jinguo Li Haiwei Wang Yizhou Zhou Xiaofeng Sun Hongwei Zhang Yutian Ding Xin Zhou 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,4:1

13Network Pharmacology-based Strategy for Predicting Active Ingredients and Potential Targets of Cuscutae semen and Lycii fructus in Spermatogenic Dysfunction显示文摘Background:Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Cuscutae semen(SC,Tusizi from Cuscuta chinensis Lam.)and Lycii fructus(FL,Gouqi from Lycium barbarum L.),are also used as a herb pair(SC-FL)to treat various ailments,including spermatogenic dysfunction(SD),a disease responsible for low fertility in males.Objective:Herein,we will further determine the bioactive components,component targets and partial molecular mechanisms of the herb pair for the treatment of SD.Methods:We employed the traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database in combination with Ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC)analysis to analyze the active ingredients of the SC-FL herbal pair and explore its possible targets and underlying mechanism in treatment of spermatogenic dysfunction(SD).Moreover,we used a Sprague-Dawley rat model,generated by using glucosides of Tripterygium wilfordii(GTW),to evaluate the effect of SC-FL and the underlying mechanism on SD and reliability of certain key targets and pathways obtained from the pharmacology analysis.Results:We identified 56 active ingredients in SC-LF affecting 41 overlapping gene signals that influenced SD treatment outcomes.262 Gene Ontology(GO)terms and 170 pathways were yielded under analyses of Gene Ontology,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genome pathway from which we predicted that cell proliferation and apoptosis were the primary biological processes(BP)involved in the treatment of SD by SC-LF.The results showed that SC-FL treatment significantly improved the testicular organ coefficient along with sperm count and motility,while reduced testicular damage and testicular tissue cell apoptosis in SD model.Mechanistically,SC-FL significantly upregulated the expression levels of anti-apoptotic proteins AR and BCL2 and downregulated those of pro-apoptotic proteins BAD,BAX,cleaved caspase 3,and CASP3.Conclusion:Collectively,these results indicated that SC-FL elicited a protective effect by potentially regulating apoptosis,thus suggesting that it will represent an effective reagent for male infertility.Jianxiong Ma Siqi Guan Yutian Zhu Lei Dong Xiting Wang Wangqiang Chen Caifei Ding Bodong Lv Hongxuan Tong 2022Clinical Complementary Medicine and Pharmacology2022,2,4:0
