| 2 | The characteristic periodicity analysis of the radio flux variability of quasar PKS 1510-089显示文摘A wavelet analysis method is introduced to study the possible periods of PKS 1510-089 in radio bands. By compiling the radio light curve of PKS 1510-089 at frequencies of 22 and 37 GHz from 1990 to 2005, and using the wavelet analysis method, the evidence of quasi-periodic activity in PKS 1510-089 was obtained. The results indicate that: (1) There are two stable outburst periods of T1=(1.80±0.06) yr and T2= (0.90±0.07) yr presenting in the isoplethal map of PKS 1510-089 at the radio band 37 GHz; (2) there is an outburst period of T1=(1.80±0.06) yr presenting at the radio band 22 GHz; (3) by the continuum of the isograms map, we find the primary period of PKS 1510-089 is T1=(1.80±0.06) yr, and the period of T2= (0.90±0.07) yr may be the half period. The above results are consistent with the reports of Xie et al. (2004, 2005, 2008), Wu et al. (2005) and Liu & Fan (2007), using the other methods. | 4 | Iron(Fe,Ni,Co)-based transition metal compounds for lithium-sulfur batteries:Mechanism,progress and prospects显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)have a high theoretical capacity,which is considered as one of the most promising high-energy-density secondary batteries due to the double electrons reaction of sulfur.However,the shuttle effects of lithium polysulfides(Li PSs)and sluggish redox kinetics lead to their materials capacity loss and cycle stability deterioration,which restrains LSBs commercialization.Metallic compounds as additions can improve the electrochemical performance of the Li-S system,through the trap of Li PSs and accelerate the conversion of the soluble Li PSs.Among of them,the iron group elements(Fe,Ni,Co)-based compounds are the promising materials for the LSBs,due to their unique outer electronic structure and its tunable properties,low cost,abundant in the earth,environmental benignity,controllable and scalable prepared,and so on.In this review,we have made a summary for iron-based compounds to capture Li PSs according to lithium bond,sulfur bond and magnetic force.The type of iron-based compound including oxides,sulfides,nitrides,phosphides,carbides,and so on,and we have investigated the electrocatalytic mechanism of these materials.Besides,some improvement strategies are proposed,such as the engineering of the special micro/nanostructure,defect concentrations,band structures,and heterostructures.We hope to shed an in-depth light on the rationally design and fabrication of robust,commercial and stable materials for high-performance LSBs. | Junhao Li Zhangshi Xiong Yujie Wu Hao Li Xinyan Liu Hongjie Peng Yuying Zheng Qiang Zhang Quanbing Liu | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,10: | 0 |
| 5 | 同时性原发直肠癌和肺癌一例报告(英文)显示文摘Multiple primary cancers refer to the condition where more than two cancers occur independently in an individual. The incidence of lung cancer in cases of colorectal cancer is rare and synchronous rectal cancer and lung cancer is even rare. A 61-year-old man was referred to our hospital with a 2-month history of blood in his stool, tenesmus, and mucous discharge in July 2010. Colonoscopy showed an irregular ulcerated rectal mass and histological examination of biopsy material showed a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Computed tomography (CT) scan of the chest and abdomen showed a mass in the posterior segment of the right upper lobe of the lung and a mass in the right rectal wall of upper rectum. The rectal tumor was diagnosed as primary cancer based on the findings of immunohistochemical stain. An anterior resection (AR) and video assisted thoracoscopic (VAT) wedge resection were performed and histological findings of resected rectal and lung tumor specimen showed synchronous primary rectal cancer and lung cancer. A combination chemotherapy regimen with docetaxel and lobaplatin was used and the patient was successfully discharged from hospital in August 2010. Although the incidence of synchronous multiple primary cancers is very low, we need to remain suspicious, when faced with two or even multiple organ lesions, and employ the necessary examination methods to confirm the diagnosis. | 6 | Lnc-EST12,which is negatively regulated by mycobacterial EST12,suppresses antimycobacterial innate immunity through its interaction with FUBP3显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been implicated in the pathogenesis of intracellular pathogens. However, the role andmechanism of the important lncRNAs in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.tb) infection remain largely unexplored. Recently, we foundthat a secreted M.tb Rv1579c (an early secreted target with a molecular weight of 12 kDa, named EST12) protein activates NLRP3-gasdermin D (GSDMD)-mediated pyroptosis and plays a pivotal role in M.tb-induced immunity. In the present study, M.tb and theEST12 protein negatively regulated the expression of a key lncRNA (named lnc-EST12) in mouse macrophages by activating theJAK2-STAT5a signaling pathway. Lnc-EST12, with a size of 1583 bp, is mainly expressed in immune-related organs (liver, lung andspleen). Lnc-EST12 not only reduces the expression of the proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and CCL5/8 but also suppressesthe NLRP3 inflammasome and GSDMD pyroptosis-IL-1β immune pathway through its interaction with the transcription factor farupstream element-binding protein 3 (FUBP3). The KH3 and KH4 domains of FUBP3 are the critical sites for binding to lnc-EST12.Deficiency of mouse lnc-EST12 or FUBP3 in macrophages increased M.tb clearance and inflammation in mouse macrophages ormice.
