| 2 | Oxidation Experiment of Natural Megacrystal Clinopyroxene:Implications for Assignment of Mssbauer Spectra显示文摘The M?ssbauer spectra of natural megacrystal clinopyroxene are usually fitted by 4 sets of symmetric doublets, A-A(, B-B(, C-C( and D-D(, respectively, in terms of increasing Qs value in literature. But the assignments of those doublets are quite different, except the D-D( doublet assigned to Fe3+ at the lattice site M1 in previous papers. Particularly, the assignment and interpretation of the C-C' doublet are diverse. The oxidation experiments of natural megacrystal clinopyroxene collected from the Hannuoba basalt, North China, were performed under controlled conditions of temperature at 1000oC and oxygen fugacity of FMQ buffer in 1, 2, 3 and 5 days respectively. The oxidized samples were then measured by X-ray diffraction spectrometry and M?ssbauer spectrometry. The oxidation of clinopyroxene is characterized by Fe2+ → Fe3+ at M1 under the subsolidus conditions, which is consistent with the increase of the area of the D-D( doublet when the heating time increases. Accordingly, the area of the A-A( and B-B( doublets decreases with the increasing heating time. However, the area of C-C' keeps almost constant. Therefore, the 4 sets of doublets can be assigned correctly as follows: A-A( doublet to Fe+2 at M1, B-B( Fe2+ at M1, C-C( Fe2+ at M2, and D-D( Fe3+ at M1. The M1 site splitting is due to the NNN (Next Nearest Neighbour) effect of the M2 site. | 4 | Constructing dual-functional porphyrin-based thorium metal-organic framework toward photocatalytic uranium(Ⅵ)reduction integrated with organic oxidation显示文摘The rational fabrication of photocatalysts with dual functions upon visible light, such as photocatalytic radioactive U(Ⅵ)reduction and value-added organic oxidation, is highly desirable but remains huge challenge. Here, we couple the photocatalytic U(Ⅵ) reduction with the oxidative organic synthesis to one system using novel extended π-conjugated framework(Cu@ThTCPP) without the expense of sacrificial reagents. Noticeably, the as-prepared Cu@Th-TCPP linked by tetratopic tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin(TCPP) ligand and unique Th(μ-O)(HCOO)(HO)secondary building unit(SBU) exhibits significantly enhanced activity when the photocatalytic U(Ⅵ) reduction and thioanisole oxidation were integrated to one system.Further experimental characterizations demonstrate that the highly conjugated framework of Cu@Th-TCPP is good for the charge transfer and separation, while incorporating Cusite further accelerates the charge-carrier dynamics, thus giving rise to the dual-functional property. | 5 | Study on Extraction Process of Sipunculus nudus Polysaccharide and Its Antioxidant Activity显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize the extraction process of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide. [Methods]S. nudus polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic water extraction,with the marine S. nudus as a raw material from Sanya City,Hainan Province,by single factor variable method,to find the optimal extraction conditions including ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction temperature,ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction times and lye concentration. The absorbance of the polysaccharide was determined by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and polysaccharide yield were calculated. The antioxidant activity of scavenging hydroxyl and DPPH radicals was measured at different concentrations. [Results]The optimal extraction conditions for S. nudus polysaccharide were as follows: solid-liquid ratio at 1∶11 mg/ml,extraction temperature at 60 ℃,three times of ultrasonic extraction,ultrasonic power of 960 W,extraction time of 1. 5 h,and lye concentration of 5%,under which the polysaccharide yield was 3. 21%. The scavenging rates of hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical were 12. 58% at the concentration of 0. 20 mg/ml. Moreover,the scavenging rates increased significantly with the increase of concentration. | 6 | FBXW7βloss-of-function enhances FASN-mediated lipogenesis and promotes colorectal cancer growth显示文摘Continuous de novo fatty acid synthesis is required for the biosynthetic demands of tumor.FBXW7 is a highly mutated gene in CRC,but its biological functions in cancer are not fully characterized.Here,we report that FBXW7β,a FBXW7 isoform located in the cytoplasm and frequently mutated in CRC,is an E3 ligase of fatty acid synthase(FASN).Cancer-specific FBXW7βmutations that could not degrade FASN can lead to sustained lipogenesis in CRC.COP9 signalosome subunit 6(CSN6),an oncogenic marker of CRC,increases lipogenesis via interacting with and stabilizing FASN.Mechanistic studies show that CSN6 associates with both FBXW7βand FASN,and antagonizes FBXW7β’s activity by enhancing FBXW7βautoubiquitination and degradation,which in turn prevents FBXW7β-mediated FASN ubiquitination and degradation,thereby regulating lipogenesis positively.Both CSN6 and FASN are positively correlated in CRC,and CSN6-FASN axis,regulated by EGF,is responsible for poor prognosis of CRC.The EGF-CSN6-FASN axis promotes tumor growth and implies a treatment strategy of combination of orlistat and cetuximab.Patient-derived xenograft experiments prove the effectiveness of employing orlistat and cetuximab combination in suppressing tumor growth for CSN6/FASN-high CRC.Thus,CSN6-FASN axis reprograms lipogenesis to promote tumor growth and is a target for cancer intervening strategy in CRC. | Wenxia Wei Baifu Qin Weijie Wen Boyu Zhang Haidan Luo Yuzhi Wang Hui Xu Xiaoshan Xie Sicheng Liu Xin Jiang Mengan Wang Qin Tang Jiayu Zhang Runxiang Yang Zongmin Fan Haiwen Lyu Junzhong Lin Kai Li Mong-Hong Lee | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,6: | 0 |
| 7 | Assembly of SPS/MgSi assisted by dopamine with excellent removal performance for ciprofloxacin显示文摘In this work,magnesium silicate-based sulfonated polystyrene sphere composites(SPS/MgSi)were synthesized by one-step(SMD1)and two-step(SMD2)methods.For SMD1,MgSi particles were densely assembled on the surface of SPS,assisted by complexation between Fe^3+and hydroxyl phenol.For SMD2,SPS/SiO2 was firstly obtained by the same method as SMD1,and then SPS/SiO2 was transformed directly to SPS/MgSi under hydrothermal conditions.Therefore,MgSi obtained by the two-step method had an interwoven structure.Compared to SPS,MgSi and SMD1,SMD2 presented a larger specific surface area and more negative surface charges.Therefore,SMD2 showed superior adsorption performance toward CIP with concentrations of 5,10 and 50 mg/L,and for 50 mg/L,the equilibrium adsorption capacity could reach 329.7 mg/g.The adsorption process is fast and can be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The relationship between pH value and Zeta potential demonstrated that electrostatic interaction dominated the adsorption process.In addition,competitive adsorption showed that the effect of Na^+was negligible but the effect of Ca^2+was dependent on its concentration.Humid acid(HA)could slightly promote the absorption of CIP by SMD2.After five rounds of adsorption-desorption,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of SMD2 still remained at 288.6 mg/L for 50 mg/L CIP.Notably,SMD2 presented likewise superior adsorption capacity for CIP with concentrations of 10 and 50 mg/L in Minjiang source water.All the results indicated that this synthesis method is universal and that SMD2 has potential as an adsorbent for CIP removal from aquatic environments. | Yonghao Wang Wenqi Wei Yuzhi Lin Mian Zhang Yongjing Wang Minghua Liu | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8: | 0 |
| 8 | Study on an electrochemical biosensor for thrombin recognition based on aptamers and nano particles显示文摘This paper presents a high specific, sensitive electrochemical biosensor for recognition of protein such as thrombin based on aptamers and nano particles. Two different aptamers were chosen to construct a sandwich manner for detecting thrombin. Aptamer I was immobilized on nano magnetic particle for capturing thrombin, and aptamer II labled with nano gold was used for detection. The electrical current generated from gold after the formation of the complex of magnetic particle, thrombin and nano gold, and then an electrochemical cell designed by ourselves was used for separating, gathering, and electrochemical detecting. Through magnetic separation, high specific and sensitive detection of the target protein, thrombin, was achieved. Linear response was observed over the range 5.6×10-12―1.12×10-9 mol/L, with a detection limit of 1.42×10-12 mol/L.
