12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2A promising new class of irradiation tolerant materials:Ti_2ZrHfV_(0.5)Mo_(0.2) high-entropy alloy显示文摘Recently, high-entropy alloys(HEAs) or multi-principal-element alloys with unprecedented physical,chemical, and mechanical properties, have been considered as candidate materials used in advanced reactors due to their promising irradiation resistant behavior. Here, we report a new single-phase bodycentered cubic(BCC) structured Ti_2 ZrHfV_(0.5)Mo_(0.2) HEA possessing excellent irradiation resistance, i.e.,scarcely irradiation hardening and abnormal lattice constant reduction after helium-ion irradiation,which is completely different from conventional alloys. This is the first time to report the abnormal XRD phenomenon of metallic alloys and almost no hardening after irradiation. These excellent properties make it to be a potential candidate material used as core components in next-generation nuclear reactors. 3Research progress in ZnO single-crystal:growth, scientific understanding, and device applications显示文摘Zinc oxide,a wide band-gap semiconductor,has shown extensive potential applications in high-efficiency semiconductor photoelectronic devices,semiconductor photocatalysis,and diluted magnetic semiconductors.Due to the undisputed lattice integrity,ZnO single crystals are essential for the fabrication of high-quality ZnO-based photoelectronic devices,and also believed to be ideal research subjects for understanding the underlying mechanisms of semiconductor photocatalysis and diluted magnetic semiconductors.This review,which is organized in two main parts,introduces the recent progress in growth,basic characterization,and device development of ZnO single crystals,and some related works in our group.The first part begins from the growth of ZnO single crystal,and summarizes the fundamental and applied investigations based on ZnO single crystals.These works are composed of the fabrication of homoepitaxial ZnO-based photoelectronic devices,the research on the photocatalysis mechanism,and dilute magnetic mechanism.The second part describes the fabrication of highly thermostable n-type ZnO with high mobility and high electron concentration through intentional doping.More importantly,in this part,a conceptual approach for fabricating highly thermostable p-type ZnO materials with high mobility through an integrated three-step treatment is proposed on the basis of the preliminary research.Feng Huang Zhang Lin Wenwen Lin Jiye Zhang Kai Ding Yonghao Wang Qinghong Zheng Zhibing Zhan Fengbo Yan Dagui Chen Peiwen Lv Xian Wang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,12:11

5Dislocations-induced precipitates and their effect on mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy显示文摘Optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and tensile machine were used to characterize the microstructures and mechanical properties of as-forged and aged Mg-9.5Gd-3.8Y-0.6Zr alloys.The results show that a novel kind of dislocation arrays,comprising parallel arranged dislocations,were obtained in the forged alloy.The arrays tend to extend parallel and are heterogeneously distributed with adjacent distances varying from 0.3μm to 1.4μm.After aging the alloy at 265°C,a large number of preferential-oriented phases were precipitated on the dislocation arrays,forming a structure of'precipitation chains'(PCs),which results in simultaneous increments of strength and ductility.Chao You Churning Liu Yingchun Wan Bei Tang Bizheng Wang Yonghao Gao Xiuzhu Han 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:8
6Clinical signification on the expressions of metallothionein in three types cancer of woman显示文摘Objective: To study the expressions and significations of metallothionein (MT) in cervical squamous cell cancer (CSC), bladder transitional cell cancer (BTC) and breast cancer (BC) of woman. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expresses rate of MT in three types of woman cancer tissue. Results: The expressions rates of MT were 54.35% (29/46) in BTC, 67.05% (59/88) in BC and 57.14% (40/70) in CSC. The positive rate of MT expression was higher in low differentiation group than well differentiation group in BTC and CSC (P < 0.05). Positive of MT in lobular cancer was significance higher than medullary and duct cancers (P < 0.05). 8Data-Driven Heuristic Assisted Memetic Algorithm for Efficient Inter-Satellite Link Scheduling in the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System显示文摘Inter-satellite link(ISL)scheduling is required by the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)to guarantee the system ranging and communication performance.In the BDS,a great number of ISL scheduling instances must be addressed every day,which will certainly spend a lot of time via normal metaheuristics and hardly meet the quick-response requirements that often occur in real-world applications.To address the dual requirements of normal and quick-response ISL schedulings,a data-driven heuristic assisted memetic algorithm(DHMA)is proposed in this paper,which includes a high-performance memetic algorithm(MA)and a data-driven heuristic.In normal situations,the high-performance MA that hybridizes parallelism,competition,and evolution strategies is performed for high-quality ISL scheduling solutions over time.When in quick-response situations,the data-driven heuristic is performed to quickly schedule high-probability ISLs according to a prediction model,which is trained from the high-quality MA solutions.The main idea of the DHMA is to address normal and quick-response schedulings separately,while high-quality normal scheduling data are trained for quick-response use.In addition,this paper also presents an easy-to-understand ISL scheduling model and its NP-completeness.A seven-day experimental study with 10080 one-minute ISL scheduling instances shows the efficient performance of the DHMA in addressing the ISL scheduling in normal(in 84 hours)and quick-response(in 0.62 hour)situations,which can well meet the dual scheduling requirements in real-world BDS applications.Yonghao Du Ling Wang Lining Xing Jungang Yan Mengsi Cai 2021IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,11:4
9Pretreatment of biomass by torrefaction显示文摘Agricultural biomass has some drawbacks such as high moisture content,low energy density and wide distribution and as a result,the cost of transport and storage are high.Moreover,raw biomass has poor grindability so its use in a pulverized boiler or entrained flow gasifier is difficult.Torrefaction is a mild pyrolysis process carried out at temperatures ranging from 200°C to 300°C to deal with these problems.The cotton stalk and wheat straw were torrefied in a fix-bed reactor at moderate temperatures (200°C,230°C,250°C,270°C and 300°C) under N 2 for 30min.The biomass chars after torrefaction had higher energy density and improved grindability characteristics compared with raw biomass and they also showed hydrophobic characteristics.The volatiles consist of a condensable fraction and a non-condensable fraction.The former mainly contained water and tar (organic products but mainly acetic acid).The non-condensable products are typically comprised of CO 2,CO and a small amount of CH 4 and even trace H 2.The volatiles increased with an increase in the torrefaction temperature but the solid yield and the energy yield decreased.However,the grindability and energy density of the biomass char showed great improvement.A kinetic study on the generation of the main non-condensable gases was undertaken and we conclude that the gases are formed by parallel independent first-order reactions.Characteristic kinetic parameters for the generation of each gas were determined.WANG GuiJun LUO YongHao DENG Jian KUANG JiangHong ZHANG YunLiang 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14:3
10Unfolding the fast neutron spectra of a BC501A liquid scintillation detector using GRAVEL method显示文摘Accurate knowledge of the neutron energy spectra is useful in basic research and applications. The overall procedure of measuring and unfolding the fast neutron energy spectra with BC501 A liquid scintillation detector is described. The recoil proton spectrum of 241Am-Be neutrons was obtained experimentally. With the NRESP7 code, the response matrix of detector was simulated.Combining the recoil proton spectrum and response matrix, the unfolding of neutron spectra was performed by GRAVEL iterative algorithm. A MatLab program based on the GRAVEL method was developed. The continuous neutron spectrum of 241Am-Be source and monoenergetic neutron spectrum of D-T source have been unfolded successfully and are in good agreement with their standard reference spectra. 11Highly energetic and flammable metallic glasses显示文摘Energetic materials are solids that release a large amount of energy in combustion. The evaluation depends on both combustion heat and ignition temperature. Conventional non-metallic materials have low ignition temperature but small combustion heat,whereas metals have large combustion heat but high ignition temperatures. We show that many metallic glasses, combining the merits of both metals and non-metals, have large combustion heat, approximately twice that of the non-metals, and low ignition temperature that is several hundreds of Kelvin lower than that of the metals. The ease in igniting metallic glass results from the low thermal conductivity of the materials and the storage of energy in their liquid-like atomic structure. Metallic glass ribbons outweigh metallic nanoparticles due to their high production efficiency, low cost and nontoxicity. 12Fabrication and biological evaluation of 3D-printed calcium phosphate ceramic scaffolds with distinct macroporous geometries through digital light processing technology显示文摘Digital light processing(DLP)-based 3D printing technique holds promise in fabricating scaffolds with high precision.Here raw calcium phosphate(CaP)powders were modified by 5.5%monoalcohol ethoxylate phosphate(MAEP)to ensure high solid loading and low viscosity.The rheological tests found that photocurable slurries composed of 50wt%modified CaP powders and 2wt%toners were suitable for DLP printing.Based on geometric models designed by computer-aided design(CAD)system,three printed CaP ceramics with distinct macroporous structures were prepared,including simple cube,octet-truss and inverse face-centered cube(fcc),which presented the similar phase composition and microstructure,but the different macropore geometries.Inverse fcc group showed the highest porosity and compressive strength.The in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations were performed to compare the bioactivity of three printed CaP ceramics,and the traditional foamed ceramic was used as control.It suggested that all CaP ceramics exhibited good biocompatibility,as evidence by an even bone-like apatite layer formation on the surface,and the good cell proliferation and spreading.A mouse intramuscular implantation model found that all of CaP ceramics could induce ectopic bone formation,and foam group had the strongest osteoinduction,followed by inverse fcc,while cube and octet-truss had the weakest one.It indicated that macropore geometry was of great importance to affect the osteoinductivity of scaffolds,and spherical,concave macropores facilitated osteogenesis.These findings provide a strategy to design and fabricate high-performance orthopedic grafts with proper pore geometry and desired biological performance via DLP-based 3D printing technique.Jing Wang Yitao Tang Quanle Cao Yonghao Wu Yitian Wang Bo Yuan Xiangfeng Li Yong Zhou Xuening Chen Xiangdong Zhu Chongqi Tu Xingdong Zhang 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:2
13Isolation and identification of multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus haemolyticus from a laboratory-breeding mouse显示文摘Objective:To analysis and identify a bacterium strain isolated from laboratory breeding mouse far away from a hospital.Methods:Phenotype of the isolate was investigated by conventional microbiological methods,including Gram-staining,colony morphology,tests for haemolysis, catalase,coagulase,and antimicrobial susceptibility test.The meek and 16S rRNA genes were amplified by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and sequenced.The base sequence of the PCR product was compared with known 16S rRNA gene sequences in the CenBank database by phylogenetic analysis and multiple sequence alignment.Results:The isolate in this study was a gram positive,coagulase negative,and catalase positive coccus.The isolate was resistant to oxacillin,methicillin,penicillin,ampicillin,cefazolin,cipr of loxacin erythromycin,et al.PCR results indicated that the isolate was meek gene positive and its 16S rRNA was 1465 bp.Phylogenetic analysis of the resultant 16S rRNA indicated the isolate belonged to genus Saphylococcus,and multiple sequence alignment showed that the isolate was Saphylococcus haemolyticus with only one base difference from the corresponding 16S rRNA deposited in the CenBank.Conclusions: 16S rRNA gene sequencing is a suitable technique for non-specialist researchers.Laboratory animals are possible sources of lethal pathogens,and researchers must adapt protective measures when they manipulate animals.Fengying Huang Qiuping Meng Guanghong Tan Yonghao Huang Hua Wang Wenli Mei Haofu Dai 2011Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,6:2
14A Role for Transmembrane Protein 16C/Slack Impairment in Excitatory Nociceptive Synaptic Plasticity in the Pathogenesis of Remifentanil-induced Hyperalgesia in Rats显示文摘Remifentanil is widely used to control intraoperative pain. However, its analgesic effect is limited by the generation of postoperative hyperalgesia. In this study, we investigated whether the impairment of transmembrane protein 16C(TMEM16C)/Slack is required for a-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic receptor(AMPAR) activation in remifentanil-induced postoperative hyperalgesia. Remifentanil anesthesia reduced the paw withdrawal threshold from 2 h to 48 h postoperatively,with a decrease in the expression of TMEM16C and Slack in the dorsal root ganglia(DRG) and spinal cord.Knockdown of TMEM16C in the DRG reduced the expression of Slack and elevated the basal peripheral sensitivity and AMPAR expression and function. Overexpression of TMEM16C in the DRG impaired remifentanilinduced ERK1/2 phosphorylation and behavioral hyperalgesia. AMPAR-mediated current and neuronal excitability were downregulated by TMEM16C overexpression in the spinal cord. 15Improving the Unconfined Compressive Strength of Red Clay by Combining Biopolymers with Fibers显示文摘To explore an environmentally friendly improvement measure for red clay,the function and mechanism of xanthan gum biopolymer and polypropylene fibers on the strength properties of red clay were investigated by unconfined compressive strength and scanning electron microscopy tests.The test results demonstrated that the contents and curing ages of xanthan gum had significant influences on the unconfined compressive strength of red clay.Compared with untreated soil,1.5%xanthan gum content was the optimal ratio in which the strength increment was between 41.52 kPa and 64.73 kPa.On the other hand,the strength of xanthan gum-treated red clay increased,whereas the ductility decreased with the increase in curing ages,indicating that the xanthan gum-treated red clay started to gradually consolidate after 3 days of curing and stiffness significantly improved between 7 and 28 days of curing.The results also showed that the synergistic consolidation effects of the xanthan gum–polypropylene fibers could not only effectively enhance the strength of red clay but also reduce the brittle failure phenomenon.The strengths of soil treated with 2.0%xanthan gum-polypropylene fibers were 1.9–2.41 and 1.12–1.47 times than that of red clay and 1.5%xanthan gum-treated clay,respectively.The results of study provide the related methods and experiences for the field of ecological soil treatment.Zhiyu Weng Lina Wang Qiang Liu Xuemin Pan Yonghao Xu Jing Li 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,8:2
16Highly efficient and selective removal of low-concentration antibiotics from aqueous solution by regenerable Mg(OH)2显示文摘The prevalent presence of fluoroquinolone antibiotics in aquatic environments has attracted considerable attention because of their harmful effects on humans and the ecological environment.Magnesium hydroxide nanocrystals were found to act as a simple and effective adsorbent to remove low-concentration ciprofloxacin(CIP)in aqueous solution.The as-prepared Mg(OH)2 nanocrystals exhibited excellent CIP adsorption performance and high selectivity toward CIP molecules compared with other antibiotics or aromatics,e.g.,norfloxacin(NOR)and eosin B(EB).The adsorbent showed pH-dependent adsorption,indicating that the adsorption process is probably dominated by an electrostatic interaction mechanism.In addition,structural analysis of the adsorbent indicated that coordination and hydrogen bonding between CIP and Mg(OH)2 nanocrystal might also be involved in the adsorption process.Moreover,the adsorbent could be easily recovered by pyrolysis and hydration without significant reduction of adsorption capacity.The superior adsorption behavior of Mg(OH)2 nanocrystal indicates that it may serve as a potential adsorbent material candidate for the selective removal of CIP from aquatic environments.Yongjing Wang Jingjing Lin Yonghao Wang Zemeng Liu Jinlu Lian Minghua Liu 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1:1

18Graphene oxide coated three-dimensional printed biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold for angiogenic and osteogenic synergy in repairing critical-size bone defect显示文摘The custom-tailored medicine requires a developmental strategy that integrates excellent osteogene-sis with mechanical stability to enhance the reconstruction of the critical-size bone defect(CSBD)and the healing process in weight-bearing bone.We prepared three-dimensional(3D)printed biphasic cal-cium phosphate(BCP)scaffolds composited with nano-graphene oxide(GO).The biological effects of the GO/BCP composite scaffolds could induce the differentiation of rat bone marrow stem cells(BM-SCs)and the migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)for bone repair.The proper ratio of GO in the composite scaffold regulated the composites’surface roughness and hydrophilicity to a suitable range for the adhesion and proliferation of BMSCs and HUVECs.Besides,the GO/BCP composite scaffold increased osteogenesis and angiogenesis by activating BMP-2,RUNX-2,Smad1/4,and VEGF.The customized intramedullary nail combined with GO/BCP scaffold was applied to repair CSBD(2.0 cm in length)in a beagle femur model.This fixation strategy was confirmed by finite element analysis.In vivo,the results indicated that the custom-made internal fixation provided sufficient stability in the early stage,ensuring bone healing in a considerable mechanical environment.At 9 months postoperatively,longitudi-nal bony union and blood vessels in osteon were observed in the CSBD area with partial degradation in the 0.3%GO/BCP group.In the three-point bending test,the ultimate load of 0.3%GO/BCP group reached over 50%of the normal femur at 9 months after repair.These results showed a promising application of osteogenic GO/BCP scaffold and custom-made intramedullary nails in repairing CSBD of the beagle femur.This effective strategy could provide an option to treat the clinical CSBD in weight-bearing bones.Yitian Wang Yonghao Wu Yuqi Zhang Xiangfeng Li Li Min Quanle Cao Yi Luo Xiao Yang Minxun Lu Yong Zhou Xiangdong Zhu Chongqi Tu Xingdong Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,14:1
