| 4 | IL-1β regulates the mouse Fas ligand expression in corneal endothelial cells显示文摘Constitutively expressed Fas ligand (FasL) in several distinct epithelial cell types appears to protect tissues by inducing apoptosis of Fas+ immune cells during inflammatory reactions. To study the rela-tionship of FasL and inflammation process in cornea,we examined the effects of inflammatory cytokine IL-1β on the FasL production,expression and cytotoxic function in corneal endothelial cells. In this paper,we demonstrate that IL-1β inhibits the FasL production and expression in corneal endothelial cells. The promoter activities of FasL in these cells are reduced by IL-1β in a dose-dependent manner. Finally,we also find that IL-1β block the cytotoxic effects of FasL derived from corneal endothelial cells to the Fas+ target cells. | 5 | Stress Corrosion Cracking of High-strength Drill Pipe in Sour Gas Well显示文摘In high sour gas reservoir drilling process, it happens occasionally that high-strength drill pipe suffers brittle fracture failure due to stress corrosion cracking, and poses serious hazard to drilling safety. To solve this problem, this paper studied the stress corrosion cracking mechanism and infl uencing factors of highstrength drill pipe in sour environment with hydrogen permeation experiments and tensile tests. We simulated practical conditions in laboratory and evaluated the stress corrosion cracking performance of the high-strength drill pipe under conditions of high stress level. | 6 | Comparison of the Values of MRI in the Differential Diagnosis of Symptomatic Carotid Stenosis and Atherosclerotic Plaque显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the values of Carotid Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of symptomatic carotid stenosis and atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:56 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and treated with Carotid MRI and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)examinations.According to the two examination results recorded and the“gold standard”of DSA examination,values of Carotid MRI in the differential diagnosis of symptomatic carotid stenosis were evaluated.Results:According to the“gold standard”of DSA examination,the sensitivity and specificity of MRI examination for carotid stenosis were:Mild:92.54%and 97.78%;Moderate:85.71%and 88.78%;Severe:100.00%and 97.8%;and complete occlusion:100.00%and 100.00%;The proportions of intraplaque haemorrhage and ruptured fibrous cap in different degrees of carotid artery stenosis were:Mild:30.16%and 22.22%;Moderate:43.48%and 39.13%;And severe:57.89%and 52.63%.Conclusion:MRI examination can evaluate the degree of symptomatic carotid artery stenosis,and show the characteristics of atherosclerotic plaque at the same time to provide a reference for early clinical differential diagnosis and treatment. | Junying Bi Yanni Zeng Jun Meng Tiantian Zhou Xiang Gao | 2020 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2020,4,4: | 0 |
| 7 | Synergistic effect of erosion and hydrogen on properties of passive film on 2205 duplex stainless steel显示文摘Stainless steels have shown great potential in the application of offshore oil and gas industry.However,the internal surface of stainless steel pipeline may simultaneously suffer erosion from the fluid media inside the pipeline and the damage of hydrogen that is generated from the external activities such as cathodic protection.The synergistic effect of erosion and hydrogen on the properties of passive film on 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied for the first time in a loop system coupled with a hydrogen-charging cell.The components,protective performance and semiconductive structure as well as properties of the passive film under different conditions were investigated using in-situ electrochemical techniques,surface characterization and computational fluid dynamics simulation.The results show that the combination of erosion and hydrogen could greatly thin the passive film,furthermore,the Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)ratio and O_(2)^(-)/OH^(-)ratio in the passive film also decrease dramatically under such a condition.Therefore,the hydration degree of the passive film greatly increases,resulting in an increase in active sites and a decrease in the stability of the passive film.Erosion could destroy the passive film through the impact of sand particles and accelerate the mass transfer process of electrochemical reaction.While hydrogen can not only enhance the charge transfer process,but also make the passive film highly defective.Under the combination of erosion and hydrogen condition,erosion could enhance the hydrogen damage and simultaneously hydrogen could also enhance erosion.Therefore,the synergistic effect of erosion and hydrogen could dramatically change the passive film component,decrease the protective performance,and increase the susceptibility of pitting corrosion of 2205 stainless steel in Cl-containing environment. | Jiuyi Li Xiankang Zhong Tianguan Wang Tan Shang Junying Hu Zhi Zhang Dezhi Zeng Duo Hou Taihe Shi | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,8: | 0 |
| 8 | Diagnostic Value of Spectral CT Reconstruction Mode for Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque Lesions显示文摘Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of spectral CT reconstruction mode for carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,70 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions in our hospita1 were selected as the research object.A11 patients were diagnosed with cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasound and spectral CT scan under spectral cr reconstruction mode.Taking the results of coronaryf angiography as the'gold standard',the clinical value of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions was compared and analyzed.Results:Coronary angiography diagnosis confirmed that 33 of 70 patients with suspected carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions had vulnerable plaques and 37 had stable plaques.The accuracy of Spectral CT examination of carotid artery plaque was 87.14%(61/70),sensitivity was 90.91%(30/33),specificity was 83.78%(31/37),and the positive predictive value was 83.33%(30/36),the negative predictive value is 91.76%(31/34),which is higher than that of cervical vascular ultrasonography(61.43%,60.61%,56.76%,57.89%,65.63%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Spectral CT in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque lesions with higher accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,is more significant and can provide a more reliable and effective imaging basis. | Junying Bi Yanni Zeng Jun Meng Tiantian Zhou Xiang Gao | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,4: | 0 |
