1A method for static aeroelastic analysis based on the high-order panel method and modal method显示文摘A method for static aeroelastic analysis based on the high-order panel method and modal method is presented. The static aeroelastic characteristics of flexible wings are investigated using this method. Three-dimensional aerodynamic models of flexible wings are constructed based on the geometry of wing configuration, and the modal method is adopted to achieve the fluid-structure coupling. The static aeroelastic characteristics of the AGARD445.6 wing and a low-aspect-ratio wing are investigated in this study. The influences of elastic structural deformation on aerodynamic forces are studied with an emphasis analyzing the aerodynamic coefficients, wing root loads, structural deformation and pressure distribution of different sections, and results are compared with the results from wind-tunnel tests and the elastic results based on experimental aerodynamic forces. It is concluded that aerodynamic forces can be accurately calculated with the high-order panel method. The method presented in this study is feasible, credible and efficient. 2Static aeroelastic analysis of a high-aspect-ratio wing based on wind-tunnel experimental aerodynamic forces显示文摘The aeroelastic responses of a high-aspect-ratio wing are investigated based on nonlinear experimental aerodynamic forces. The influences of nonlinear experimental aerodynamic forces and dynamic pressures on the wing loads are studied in the longitudinal and lateral maneuver states. The flight loads of the wing fixed at the root are calculated at different angles of attack. The aileron efficiency with respect to the dynamic pressures and aileron deflections are also studied. The results indicate that the flight loads of the wings vary nonlinearly with the angle of attack and dynamic pressure. Due to the high-lift aerofoil, elastic components are a large portion of the wing loads, especially for small angles of attack and high dynamic pressure condi-tions. The aileron efficiency is significantly affected by aileron deflections, dynamic pressures and angles of attack when the nonlinear experimental aerodynamic forces are used for calculation. In states with high dynamic pressures and large aileron deflections, aileron reversal can occur. The aileron deflection and angle of attack have a nonlinear effect on the aileron efficiency. 3Aeroelastic two-level optimization for preliminary design of wing structures considering robust constraints显示文摘An aeroelastic two-level optimization methodology for preliminary design of wing structures is presented, in which the parameters for structural layout and sizes are taken as design variables in the first-level optimization, and robust constraints in conjunction with conventional aeroelastic constraints are considered in the second-level optimization. A low-order panel method is used for aerodynamic analysis in the first-level optimization, and a high-order panel method is employed in the second-level optimization. It is concluded that the design of the abovementioned structural parameters of a wing can be improved using the present method with high efficiency. An improvement is seen in aeroelastic performance of the wing obtained with the present method when compared to the initial wing. 4Clinicopathological characteristics of 8697 patients with COVID-19 in China:a meta-analysis显示文摘Objective Our study aims to present a summary of the clinicopathological characteristics of patients affected by the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)that can be used as a reference for further research and clinical decisions.Design Studies were included in the meta-analysis if they had cohort,case-control or case series designs and provided sufficient details on clinical symptoms,laboratory outcomes and asymptomatic patients.setting PubMed,Embase,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang,China Science and Technology Journal Database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases were electronically searched to identify related studies published between 1 January 2020 and 16 March 2020.Three reviewers independently examined the literature,extracted relevant data and assessed the risk of publication bias before including the studies in the meta-analysis.Participants The confirmed cases of COVID-19.results A total of 55 unique retrospective studies involving 8697 patients with COVID-19 were identified.Meta-analysis showed that a higher proportion of infected patients were male(53.3%),and the two major symptoms observed were fever(78.4%)and cough(58.3%).Other common symptoms included fatigue(34%),myalgia(21.9%),expectoration(23.7%),anorexia(22.9%),chest tightness(22.9%)and dyspnoea(20.6%).Minor symptoms included nausea and vomiting(6.6%),diarrhoea(8.2%),headache(11.3%),pharyngalgia(11.6%),shivering(15.2%)and rhinorrhea(7.3%).About 5.4%of the patients were asymptomatic.Most patients showed normal leucocyte counts(64.7%)and elevated C reactive protein levels(65.9%).Lymphopaenia was observed in about 47.6%of the infected patients,along with abnormal levels of myocardial enzymes(49.4%)and liver function(26.4%).Other findings included leucopenia(23.5%),elevated D-dimer(20.4%),elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate(20.4%),leucocytosis(9.9%),elevated procalcitonin(16.7%)and abnormal renal function(10.9%).Conclusions The most commonly experienced symptoms of patients with COVID-19 were fever and cough.Myalgia,anorexia,chest tightness and dyspnoea were found in some patients.A relatively small percentage of patients were asymptomatic and could act as carriers of the disease.Most patients showed normal leucocyte counts,elevated levels of C reactive protein and lymphopaenia,confirming the viral origin of the disease.Jieyun Zhu Zhimei Zhong Pan Ji Hongyuan Li Bocheng Li Jielong Pang Jianfeng Zhang Chunling Zhao 2020Family Medicine and Community Health2020,8,2:1

10Attribute-Based Keyword Search over the Encrypted Blockchain显示文摘To address privacy concerns, data in the blockchain should be encrypted in advance to avoid data access fromall users in the blockchain. However, encrypted data cannot be directly retrieved, which hinders data sharing inthe blockchain. Several works have been proposed to deal with this problem. However, the data retrieval in theseschemes requires the participation of data owners and lacks finer-grained access control. In this paper, we proposean attribute-based keyword search scheme over the encrypted blockchain, which allows users to search encryptedfiles over the blockchain based on their attributes. In addition, we build a file chain structure to improve theefficiency of searching files with the same keyword. 11Accurate closed-form eigensolutions of three-dimensional panel flutter with arbitrary homogeneous boundary conditions显示文摘Highly accurate closed-form eigensolutions for flutter of three-dimensional(3D)panel with arbitrary combinations of simply supported(S),glide(G),clamped(C)and free(F)boundary conditions(BCs),such as cantilever panels,are achieved according to the linear thin plate theory and the first-order piston theory as well as the complex modal analysis,and all solutions are in a simple and explicit form.The iterative Separation-of-Variable(iSOV)method proposed by the pre-sent authors is employed to obtain the highly accurate eigensolutions.The flutter mechanism is studied with the benefit of eigenvalue properties from mathematical senses.The effects of boundary conditions,chord-thickness ratios,aerodynamic damping,aspect ratios and in-plane loads on flut-ter properties are examined.The results are compared with those of Kantorovich method and Galerkin method,and also coincide well with analytical solutions in literature,verifying the accu-racy of the present closed-form results.It is revealed that,(A)the flutter characteristics are domi-nated by the cross section properties of panels in the direction of stream flow;(B)two types of flutter,called coupled-mode flutter and zero-frequency flutter which includes zero-frequency single-mode flutter and buckling,are observed;(C)boundary conditions and in-plane loads can affect both flutter boundary and flutter type;(D)the flutter behavior of 3D panel is similar to that of the two-dimensional(2D)panel if the aspect ratio is up to a certain value;(E)four to six modes should be used in the Galerkin method for accurate eigensolutions,and the results converge to that of Kantorovich method which uses the same mode functions in the direction perpendicular to the stream flow.The present analysis method can be used as a reference for other stability issues characterized by complex eigenvalues,and the highly closed-form solutions are useful in parameter designs and can also be taken as benchmarks for the validation of numerical methods.Qiaozhen SUN Yufeng XING Bo LIU Bocheng ZHANG Zekun WANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,1:1

13Analytical modeling and vibration analysis of fiber reinforced composite hexagon honeycomb sandwich cylindrical-spherical combined shells显示文摘This study analyzes and predicts the vibration characteristics of fiberreinforced composite sandwich(FRCS)cylindrical-spherical(CS)combined shells with hexagon honeycomb core(HHC)for the first time based on an analytical model developed,which makes good use of the advantage of the first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT),the multi-segment decomposition technique,the virtual spring technology,the Jacobi-Ritz approach,and the transfer function method.The equivalent material properties of HHC are firstly determined by the modified Gibson’s formula,and the related energy equations are derived for the HHC-FRCS-CS combined shells,from which the fundamental frequencies,the mode shapes,and the forced vibration responses are solved.The current model is verified through the discussion of convergence and comparative analysis with the associated published literature and finite element(FE)results.The effects of geometric parameters of HHC on the dynamic property of the structure are further investigated with the verified model.It reveals that the vibration suppression capability can be greatly enhanced by reducing the ratio of HHC thickness to total thickness and the ratio of wall thickness of honeycomb cell to overall radius,and by increasing the ratio of length of honeycomb cell to overall radius and honeycomb characteristic angle of HHC.Hui LI Bocheng DONG Zhijiang GAO Jing ZHAO Haiyang ZHANG Xiangping WANG Qingkai HAN 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,9:0

17Experimental study on the effect of Huangqi and Danshen ultramicro gel on vascular healing of wound in rats based on network pharmacology显示文摘Objective:To explore the effective components of Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.)and Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)and predict their potential functional targets,to explore the effect and mechanism of Huangqi and Danshen ultrafine granule gel on wound vascular healing in rats by network pharmacology and experimental verification.Methods:Using the TCMSP database to screen the active components of two herbs and their potential targets,to search the target related to vascular injury through the Gene Card database,and to select the gene target with correlation coefficient greater than 10%.Then map the disease related target to the potential target of the compound,to obtain the common target,and to import the information to the String online analysis platform and Cytoscape to make the PPI map,and to carry on the topological analysis,KEGG and GO enrichment analysis through Metascape platform.The expression analysis of the main target genes of network pharmacology was verified by pathological section staining and optical density method to determine the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in tissues,the number of tissue new capillaries,and the wound healing rate.Results:A total of 115 active components and 297 target genes were selected from Huangqi and Danshen,and 123 target genes were intersected with vascular injury,among which IL6,AKT1,INS,VEGFA,TNF,EGF,CASP3,MAPK1,TP53 were the active genes with the highest intersection value.The pathways involved are mainly related to AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,MAPK signaling pathway,Pathways in cancer,human cytomegalovirus infection,Fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,Endocrine resistance,foxo signaling pathway etc.We experimentally validated VEGFA based on the primary target of vascular regeneration,the experimental results showed that there was different expression of VEGFA proteins in wound vascular healing process,and the quercetin,daidzein,luteolin,apigenin,tanshinone i of 115 active components were selected as the main compounds acting on the VEGFA.Conclusion:This study systematically reveals the material basis and mechanism of Huangqi and Danshen regulating wound vascular healing through multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway and provides theoretical and scientific basis for the clinical application of Huangqi and Danshen.Yikang Yu Kai Yu Bocheng Liang Dongpeng Tu WenKai Zhang Chao Xu Zheng Liu Yi Peng Bin Zhang 2021TMR Modern Herbal Medicine2021,4,4:0
18Roles of Multisourced Fluids in the Formation of Sandstone-Hosted Uranium Deposits in the SW Songliao Basin, NE China显示文摘The sandstone-hosted uranium deposits in the SW Songliao Basin differ from typical sandstone-hosted uranium deposits in terms of the geological features of the ore-deposits,including the geometry of the orebodies,mineral assemblage and petrography.Detailed drill core and microscopic observations,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),electron microprobe analysis(EMPA),heavy mineral concentrates,and fluid inclusion studies of the Upper Cretaceous Yaojia Formation,i.e.,the uranium-bearing layer,were integrated to investigate the roles of hydrothermal fluids in the formation of these uranium deposits.We found that the kaolinite alteration is developed in the mineralized zones,but it is less common in the peripheral areas.The fluid inclusions are hydrothermal fluids with a medium-low temperature(67 to 179 ℃) and a high salinity(5.9 wt.% to 20.1 wt.%).According to the analyses,three kinds of hydrothermal fluids,i.e.,the acid fluid,the groundwater heated by the mafic magma,and the alkaline fluid rich in Ca^(2+) and CO_(3)^(2-),were identified.The fluids might have low U content,but they have participated in the formation of the uranium deposits successively.Kaolinite formed by the acid-hydrothermal fluid absorbed large amounts of uranium.Subsequently,the thermal energy from the hydrothermal fluids changed the intrastratal redox environment and increased the solubility of the uranium minerals in the fluid.The alkaline-hydrothermal fluid rich in Ca^(2+) and C0_(3)^(2-) facilitated the formation of stable Ca-U(Ⅵ)-CO_(3) complex,which led to the enrichment of soluble uranium in solution,and final precipitation as pitchblende,brannerite and Ti-bearing uranium minerals in the uranium ores.Zhibing Feng Fengjun Nie Li Jiang Fei Xia Jianfang Cai Bocheng Zhang Yayun Lu Liangliang Zhang 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,1:0
19Study on Geomechanical and Physical Models of Necking-Type Slopes显示文摘A simplified geomechanical model was proposed by considering three typical neckingtype slopes;this model lays a foundation for the further investigation of the deformation behaviors of such slopes.Three physical models of necking-type slopes were built according to the geomechanical model with slope evolution stages.Finally,preliminary calculations related to the arching effect in the physical model were conducted.Three evolution stages of necking-type slopes,namely,the initial stage,compression stage,and failure stage,were presented based on the formation and disappearance of the arching effect within the slope.The specific parameters of the geomechanical model were given.In the setup of the tilting test,the failure angle of the necking-type slope model was calculated to be approximately 50°with a large lateral resistance coefficient.The proposed geomechanical model and physical models of necking-type slopes provide guidance for the establishment of geomechanical and physical models of landslides at specific sites.Kun Fang Huiming Tang Jichen Zhu Zijin Fu Pengju An Bocheng Zhang Chunyan Tang 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,3:0
20A state-of-the-art integrative approach to studying neck biomechanics in vivo显示文摘Neck injuries are significant causes of morbidity and mortality, and their chronic forms due to repetitive or sustained physical acts(e.g., prolonged use of mobile phone with a dropped head) are becoming increasingly more prevalent. Many injuries are preventable but the prevention and control requires a clear basic understanding of the neck biomechanics. In this paper, we describe a first-of-its-kind study that integrates a gamut of state-of-the-art imaging modalities(dynamic radiography, computed tomography(CT), and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)) and biodynamic measurements(motion capture, electromyography(EMG), force sensing), thereby investigating holistically the in vivo responses of the neck and its various interconnected musculoskeletal components during functional activities.
