1Orbit determination for Chang'E-2 lunar probe and evaluation of lunar gravity models显示文摘The Unified S-Band(USB) ranging/Doppler system and the Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) system as the ground tracking system jointly supported the lunar orbit capture of both Chang'E-2(CE-2) and Chang'E-1(CE-1) missions.The tracking system is also responsible for providing precise orbits for scientific data processing.New VLBI equipment and data processing strategies have been proposed based on CE-1 experiences and implemented for CE-2.In this work the role VLBI tracking data played was reassessed through precision orbit determination(POD) experiments for CE-2.Significant improvement in terms of both VLBI delay and delay rate data accuracy was achieved with the noise level of X-band band-width synthesis delay data reaching 0.2-0.3 ns.Short-arc orbit determination experiments showed that the combination of only 15 min's range and VLBI data was able to improve the accuracy of 3 h's orbit using range data only by a 1-1.5 order of magnitude,confirming a similar conclusion for CE-1.Moreover,because of the accuracy improvement,VLBI data was able to contribute to CE-2's long-arc POD especially in the along-track and orbital normal directions.Orbital accuracy was assessed through the orbital overlapping analysis(2 h arc overlapping for 18 h POD arc).Compared with about 100 m position error of CE-1's 200 km 200 km lunar orbit,for CE-2's 100 km 100 km lunar orbit,the position errors were better than 31 and 6 m in the radial direction,and for CE-2's 15 km 100 km orbit,the position errors were better than 45 and 12 m in the radial direction.In addition,in trying to analyze the Delta Differential One-Way Ranging(DOR) experiments data we concluded that the accuracy of DOR delay was dramatically improved with the noise level better than 0.1 ns and systematic errors better calibrated,and the Short-arc POD tests with DOR data showed excellent results.Although unable to support the development of an independent lunar gravity model,the tracking data of CE-2 provided evaluations of different lunar gravity models through POD.It is found that for the 100 km 100 km lunar orbit,with a degree and order expansion up to 165,JPL's gravity model LP165P did not show noticeable improvement over Japan's SGM series models(100×100),but for the 15 km×100 km lunar orbit,a higher degree-order model can significantly improve the orbit accuracy.Li PeiJia Hu XiaoGong Huang Yong Wang GuangLi Jiang DongRong Zhang XiuZhong Cao JianFeng Xin Nan 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,3:30
2Improvement of orbit determination for geostationary satellites with VLBI tracking显示文摘China’s COMPASS satellite navigation system consists of five or more geostationary (GEO) satellites.The roles of GEO satellites are to improve the regional user’s positioning accuracy and provide the continuous Radio Determination Satellite Service.The motion of GEO satellites relative to a ground tracking station is almost fixed,and regular orbit maneuvers are necessary to maintain the satellites’ allocated positions above the equator.These features present difficulties in precise orbit determination (POD).C-band ranging via onboard transponders and the L-band pseudo-ranging technique have been used in the COMPASS system.This paper introduces VLBI tracking,which has been successfully employed in the Chinese lunar exploration programs Chang’E-1 and Chang’E-2,to the POD of GEO satellites.In contrast to ranging,which measures distances between a GEO satellite and an observer,VLBI is an angular measurement technique that constrains the satellite’s position errors perpendicular to the satellite-to-observer direction.As a demonstration,the Chinese VLBI Network organized a tracking and orbit-determination experiment for a GEO navigation satellite lasting 24 h.This paper uses the VLBI delay and delay-rate data,in combination with C-band ranging data,to determine the GEO satellite’s orbit.The accuracies of the VLBI delay and delay rate data are about 3.6 ns and 0.4 ps/s,respectively.Data analysis shows that the VLBI data are able to calibrate systematic errors of the C-band ranging data,and the combination of the two observations improves orbit prediction accuracy with short-arc data,which is important for orbital recovery after maneuvers of GEO satellites.With the implementation of VLBI2010,it is possible for VLBI to be applied in the COMPASS satellite navigation system.HUANG Yong HU XiaoGong ZHANG XiuZhong JIANG DongRong GUO Rui WANG Hong SHI ShanBin 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,26:18
3Developing institutional repositories network:Taking IR Grid at Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example显示文摘This paper introduces the current practice of building a network of institutional repositories(IRs)at Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),which is named CAS IR Grid.National Science Library(NSL)of CAS plays a leading role in the construction,promotion and implementation of CAS IR Grid.It aims to promote each institute of CAS to build IR of its own,and finally form the IR network of CAS institutes.NSL’s experience is introduced in coordinating and supporting institutes’building of their respective IRs and promoting IR services by adopting collaborative and progressive development strategies.Achievements made during the development of CAS IR Grid are described and challenges for its future development are discussed.The authors aim to provide best practices for developing a network of institutional repositories in research institute settings,which can serve as a practical reference to other institutions engaged in the similar task.Zhongming ZHU Dongrong ZHANG Lin LI Jianxia MA Xiwen LIU 2011Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2011,,Z1:2
4Identification of a novel PHGDH covalent inhibitor by chemical proteomics and phenotypic profiling显示文摘The first rate-limiting enzyme of the serine synthesis pathway(SSP), phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase(PHGDH), is hyperactive in multiple tumors, which leads to the activation of SSP and promotes tumorigenesis. However, only a few inhibitors of PHGDH have been discovered to date, especially the covalent inhibitors of PHGDH. Here, we identified withangulatin A(WA), a natural small molecule,as a novel covalent inhibitor of PHGDH. Affinity-based protein profiling identified that WA could directly bind to PHGDH and inactivate the enzyme activity of PHGDH. Biolayer interferometry and LC-MS/MS analysis further demonstrated the selective covalent binding of WA to the cysteine 295 residue(Cys295)of PHGDH. With the covalent modification of Cys295, WA blocked the substrate-binding domain(SBD)of PHGDH and exerted an allosteric effect to induce PHGDH inactivation. 5Corilagin inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication by targeting viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2) has become one major threat to human population health.The RNA-dependent RNA polymerase(RdRp) presents an ideal target of antivirals,whereas nucleoside analogs inhibitor is hindered by the proofreading activity of coronavirus.Herein,we report that corilagin(RAI-S-37) as a non-nucleoside inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 RdRp,binds directly to RdRp,effectively inhibits the polymerase activity in both cell-free and cell-based assays,fully resists the proofreading activity and potently inhibits SARS-CoV-2 infection with a low 50% effective concentration(EC50) value of 0.13 μmol/L.Computation modeling predicts that RAI-S-37 lands at the palm domain of RdRp and prevents conformational changes required for nucleotide incorporation by RdRp.In addition,combination of RAI-S-37 with remdesivir exhibits additive activity against antiSARS-CoV-2 RdRp.Together with the current data available on the safety and pharmacokinetics of corilagin as a medicinal herbal agent,these results demonstrate the potential of being developed into one of the much-needed SARS-CoV-2 therapeutics.Quanjie Li Dongrong Yi Xiaobo Lei Jianyuan Zhao Yongxin Zhang Xiangling Cui Xia Xiao Tao Jiao Xiaojing Dong Xuesen Zhao Hui Zeng Chen Liang Lili Ren Fei Guo Xiaoyu Li Jianwei Wang Shan Cen 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6:2
6Repurposing of berbamine hydrochloride to inhibit Ebola virus by targeting viral glycoprotein显示文摘Ebola virus(EBOV)infection leads to staggeringly high mortality rate.Effective and low-cost treatments are urgently needed to control frequent EBOV outbreaks in Africa.In this study,we report that a natural compound called berbamine hydrochloride strongly inhibits EBOV replication in vitro and in vivo.Our work further showed that berbamine hydrochloride acts by directly binding to the cleaved EBOV glycoprotein(GPcl),disrupting GPcl interaction with viral receptor Niemann-Pick C1,thus blocking the fusion of viral and cellular membranes.Our data support the probability of developing anti-EBOV small molecule drugs by targeting viral GPcl.More importantly,since berbamine hydrochloride has been used in clinic to treat leukopenia,it holds great promise of being quickly repurposed as an anti-EBOV drug.Dongrong Yi Quanjie Li Han Wang Kai Lv Ling Ma Yujia Wang Jing Wang Yongxin Zhang Mingliang Liu Xiaoyu Li Jianxun Qi Yi Shi George F.Gao Shan Cen 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12:1
7Evaluation of the Bioavailability of Metals in Sediment from the Southern Coastal Wetland of the Qiantang Estuary by Using Diffusive Gradients in Thin Films Technique显示文摘Metal pollution has become an major issue governing the wetland ecosystem health.The southern coastal wetland of the Qiangtang Estuary are facing unusual perturbation due to rapid development along the embayment in recent decades.This study evaluated the bioavailability of metals(Cu,Pb,Cd,Cr and Zn)in the sediment of the southern coastal wetland of the Qiangtang Es-tuary using diffusive gradients in thin films(DGT)techniques and compared with several methods based on total metal content.The results showed that the contents of Cr,Pb,Cd and Cu in sediment,as detected using DGT,were considerably correlated with the exchangeable fraction and the content in Phragmites australis roots,while a weak correlation was observed for Zn.Therefore,DGT analysis could be used to evaluate the bioavailability and potential risk of Cr,Cd,Pb and Cu for P.australis.Quantitative indices,such as DGT concentration,bioaccumulation in P.australis,geoaccumulation index(Igeo)and potential ecological risk index(RI),revealed that Cd was a major potential ecological risk factor along the southern coast wetland of the Qiantang Estuary,especially in the upstream region,which is potentially more vulnerable to the anthropogenic pollution.FENG Weihua WANG Zhifu ZHU Wenzhuo ZHENG Fangqin ZHANG Dongrong XU Hengtao 2022Journal of Ocean University of China2022,21,2:0

10Is ecstasy-induced protracted symptom of motion perception associated with altered regional homogeneity of brain?显示文摘The synthetic hallucinogen 3,4-methylenedioxymet hamphetamine (MDMA) is the main psychoactive constituent of the popular recreational drug 'ecstasy.' Whether its neurotoxic effects are fully reversible is unknown.Here we report a patient with protracted syndrome induced by ecstasy. A 31-year-old female came to the psychiatric clinic and complained of a more than 7-year abnormality of motion perception.She described the symptom to be similar to 'head-shaking.' A rapid water maser outburst with the time scales of 4 d has been detected, and the variations are accompanied by some changes in the line width. 12Responding of zooplankton to environmental factor changes in the Changjiang River estuarine regions in spring-summer from 2016 to 2020显示文摘The estuarine areas are under frequent influence from freshwater intrusion and ocean currents,in which zooplankton species are diversified and variable as they are sensitive to physio-chemical variations in water.Therefore,understanding the relationships between zooplankton and environmental factors help us know the water quality.To achieve co-existence with species in similar ecological group or habit,they could inevitably alter themselves to fit the ecology and adjust the function according to the competitive exclusion in ecological theory.However,information of the co-existence of dominant species in the Changjiang(Yangtze)River estuary(CRE)and adjacent waters remains scarce.We explored the relationships between dominant zooplankton and environmental factors in the study region in spring-summer from 2016 to 2020,involving particularly the composition of dominant species,ecological groups,their relationships with environmental factors,and co-existence of important species,using the non-multidimensional scale analysis(nMDS)method and redundancy analysis.Results show that Labidocera euchaeta and Tortanus vermiculus were dominant species in the study scope.The turnover rate of dominant zooplankton was greater(>50%)in spring while the species number was higher in summer.The dominant species were estuarine,offshore,and eurytopic based on the adaptation to salinity.In spring,the ecological groups were dominated by estuarine species,while in summer by estuarine and offshore species.In addition,the nMDS showed that the dominant species in the same ecological group were more dispersed and not prominently clustered;the dominant species were staggered among different ecological groups.The temperature,salinity,pH,dissolved oxygen,and chlorophyll a were the main environmental factors on the distribution of the dominant species in spring,while in summer were dissolved oxygen,temperature,salinity,and pH.The domination of medusae of Nemopsis bachei and Pleurobrachia globosa in zooplankton community in spring,and the continuous decrease in abundance of L.euchaeta reflected the effects of local climate change.The temperature and salinity changes in different years and the subsequent response of zooplankton reflected the influence of freshwater intrusion and/or ocean currents.Zooplankton in similar ecological habits exhibited the competitive exclusion in terms of co-existence.Jieqing YANG Dongrong ZHANG Yuange CHEN Longling OUYANG Yangyang YANG Jin ZHOU Yunrong SHI 2024Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2024,42,2:0
